技术领域
本申请涉及建筑施工设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种外墙施工设备。
背景技术
随着建筑行业的大力发展,越来越多的建筑施工机器人应用于建筑施工中,以提升建筑工程的施工效率。其中,吊篮机器人常用于对建筑的外墙进行施工,比如,喷涂或检测等。但是,吊篮机器人需要由悬架悬吊,因此吊篮机器人作业中的水平方向移动需要由楼顶悬架移动来实现。而实现建筑作业场景中,建筑的楼顶情况较为复杂,悬架并非随处可以架设,因此移动困难,即使移动后也需要有专人进行检测后方可使用,从而导致建筑外墙的施工难度较大,且建筑外墙的施工面积无法实现全面覆盖,进而不利于提高建筑外墙的施工效率和施工覆盖率。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种外墙施工设备,以至少改善建筑外墙的施工效率较低和施工覆盖率的问题。
本申请实施例所提供的外墙施工设备可以包括爬壁机器人、吊篮装置和输料装置;所述爬壁机器人可以具有执行机构,所述执行机构可以用于在所述外墙上施工作业;所述吊篮装置可以包括吊篮和供料机构,所述供料机构可以设置于所述吊篮内;所述输料装置可以连接于所述执行机构和所述供料机构,所述输料装置可以用于将所述供料机构提供的物料输送至所述执行机构;其中,所述吊篮装置还可以包括收放机构,所述收放机构可以设置于所述吊篮内,所述收放机构可以用于收放所述爬壁机器人,以使所述爬壁机器人能够在所述外墙和所述吊篮之间转移。

以下将参照附图对本申请的实施例所提供的外墙施工设备进行详细地说明。本申请的实施例所提供的外墙施工设备能够改善现有的建筑外墙施工设备的施工难度较大,且无法 对建筑外墙的施工面积进行全面覆盖,从而导致建筑外墙的施工效率和施工覆盖率较低的问题,以下结合附图对外墙施工设备的具体结构进行详细阐述。
结合图1、图2和图3所示,外墙施工设备100包括爬壁机器人10、吊篮装置20和输料装置30。爬壁机器人10具有执行机构11,执行机构11用于在外墙40上施工作业。吊篮装置20包括吊篮21和供料机构22,供料机构22设置于吊篮21内。输料装置30连接于执行机构11和供料机构22,输料装置30用于将供料机构22提供的物料输送至执行机构11。其中,吊篮装置20还包括收放机构23,收放机构23设置于吊篮21内,收放机构23用于收放爬壁机器人10,以使爬壁机器人10能够在外墙40和吊篮21之间转移。
吊篮装置20设置有吊篮21和安装于吊篮21内的供料机构22,且供料机构22通过输料装置30与爬壁机器人10的执行机构11相连,以使供料机构22能够为爬壁机器人10进行提供物料,从而便于爬壁机器人10在外墙40上作业,采用这种结构的外墙施工设备100一方面通过吊篮装置20与爬壁机器人10的配合作用使得无需对吊篮装置20进行移动即可实现对外墙40的不同区域进行施工作业,从而能够有效提高外墙施工设备100对外墙40进行施工的覆盖率,另一方面实现了爬壁机器人10的轻量化,无需携带施工所需的物料,且能够有效保证爬壁机器人10的物料供应量,从而有利于提升爬壁机器人10对外墙40进行施工的施工效率。此外,吊篮21内还设置有用于回收和释放爬壁机器人10的收放机构23,从而能够实现爬壁机器人10能够从吊篮21到外墙40上和从外墙40到吊篮21内进行转移,以使爬壁机器人10能够对外墙40的不同区域进行作业,且便于在外墙40上对爬壁机器人10进行转移,进而有利于优化爬壁机器人10的作业轨迹,以提升作业效率。
其中,爬壁机器人10还包括移动底盘12和机械臂13,移动底盘12用于在外墙40上移动,机械臂13连接于移动底盘12,执行机构11连接于机械臂13的执行末端。
可选地,安装于机械臂13的执行末端上的执行机构11可以是涂料喷枪、超声检测器等。示例性的,在图2中,执行机构11为涂料喷枪。
在执行机构11为涂料喷枪的实施例中,参见图3所示,供料机构22为喷涂机,喷涂机包括料箱和泵送系统,料箱通过泵送系统连接于输料装置30,料箱用于存放喷涂所需的物料,泵送系统能够通过输料装置30将料箱内的物料泵送至执行机构11。喷涂机的具体结构可参见相关技术,在此不再赘述。
示例性的,输料装置30可以为柔性管道、脐带缆(多根复合管)等。
可选地,吊篮装置20还可以包括风速仪24和万向轮25。风速仪24安装于供料机构22上,风速仪24用于检测吊篮装置20在作业时的风速,以提高作业的安全性。万向轮25安装于吊篮21的底部,以便于移动吊篮装置20。
示例性的,在图3中,吊篮21上安装有四个万向轮25,四个万向轮25沿吊篮21的周 向安装于吊篮21的底部。在其他实施例中,万向轮25也可以为三个、五个或六个等。
可选地,吊篮装置20还可以包括供电供气机构。供电供气机构设置于吊篮21内,供电供气机构通过电线和气管连接于爬壁机器人10,供电供气机构用于向爬壁机器人10供电和供气。
本实施例中,外墙施工设备100的爬壁机器人10可以为一个,也可以为多个。当爬壁机器人10为多个时,爬壁机器人10可以为两个、三个、四个或五个等。示例性的,在图1中,爬壁机器人10为两个,对应的,输料装置30也为两个,供料机构22通过一个输料装置30与一个爬壁机器人10相连。当然,在一些实施例中,供料机构22也可以通过一个输料装置30与多个爬壁机器人10相连。
需要说明的是,当爬壁机器人10为多个时,多个爬壁机器人10可以同时在一个外墙40上施工作业,也可以位于不同的墙面上施工作业。
本实施例中,参见图1所示,外墙施工设备100还可以包括提升装置50。提升装置50连接于吊篮装置20,提升装置50用于驱动吊篮装置20沿竖直方向Y移动。通过提升装置50能够驱动吊篮装置20相对外墙40沿竖直方向Y移动,以实现吊篮装置20和爬壁机器人10能够对外墙40不同的区域进行作业,从而有利于提升外墙施工设备100的自动化程度,且有利于提高外墙施工设备100的施工覆盖面积。
示例性的,提升装置50为卷扬机。提升装置50提供给钢绳51连接于吊篮21,以驱动吊篮装置20相对外墙40沿竖直方向Y移动,另外,吊篮装置20上也可以设置提升机,以使吊篮装置20能够通过提升机沿钢绳51进行爬升,从而实现吊篮装置20沿竖直方向Y移动。提升机的具体结构可参见相关技术,在此不再赘述。
可选地,外墙施工设备100还可以包括防坠装置60,防坠装置60包括固定件61和防坠绳62,固定件61用于固定于外墙40上,防坠绳62连接于固定件61和爬壁机器人10。
示例性的,防坠绳62远离固定件61的一端连接于爬壁机器人10上。在一些实施例中,防坠绳62也可以连接于输料装置30连接于执行机构11的一端,以分担输料装置30的重量,从而有利于进一步降低爬壁机器人10的负载。
示例性的,固定件61固定于建筑的顶部,当然,在其他实施例中,固定件61也可以固定于外墙40上。
本实施例中,结合图3和图4所示,收放机构23包括回收舱231和调节组件232。回收舱231的内部形成有具有开口2311的容纳腔2312,容纳腔2312用于容纳爬壁机器人10。调节组件232连接于吊篮21和回收舱231,调节组件232用于调节回收舱231的位置,以使回收舱231能够抵靠于外墙40,使得爬壁机器人10能够从外墙40通过开口2311进入容纳腔2312内或从容纳腔2312内通过开口2311转移至外墙40上。
通过调节组件232能够驱动回收舱231相对吊篮21活动,以调节回收舱231相对吊篮21的位置,使得回收舱231能够抵靠于外墙40上,采用这种结构的收放机构23使得爬壁机器人10能够通过回收舱231的开口2311进入或退出容纳腔2312,且有利于缩短回收舱231与外墙40之间的距离,从而便于爬壁机器人10在回收舱231和外墙40之间转移。
示例性的,开口2311开设于回收舱231在竖直方向Y上的顶部。当然,在其他实施例中,开口2311也可以开设于回收舱231在水平方向X上的侧壁上。
可选地,结合图2、图4和图5所示,爬壁机器人10具有用于吸附外墙40的吸附机构14。回收舱231具有用于抵靠于外墙40的抵靠壁2313,抵靠壁2313上开设有供吸附机构14穿出的缺口2314,缺口2314延伸至回收舱231设置有开口2311的一端。
通过在回收舱231的抵靠壁2313上开设供吸附机构14穿出的缺口2314,以使缺口2314能够避让爬壁机器人10的吸附机构14,从而在爬壁机器人10进入或退出回收舱231的容纳腔2312时爬壁机器人10的吸附机构14能够通过缺口2314伸出于容纳腔2312并吸附于外墙40上,进而使得爬壁机器人10能够稳定地进入或退出回收舱231的容纳腔2312,有利于提高收放机构23在收放爬壁机器人10时的稳定性。
其中,吸附机构14安装于爬壁机器人10的移动底盘12上,以使移动底盘12能够通过吸附机构14吸附于外墙40上,从而有利于提高爬壁机器人10在外墙40上作业的稳定性。吸附机构14的具体结构可参见相关技术,在此不再赘述。
示例性的,缺口2314沿竖直方向Y贯穿抵靠壁2313的两端。
本实施例中,结合图3和图4所示,调节组件232包括安装架2321和第一驱动件2322(图中未示出,可参见图6或图7)。安装架2321安装于吊篮21内,回收舱231可活动的设置于安装架2321,回收舱231具有回缩于安装架2321内的第一位置(参见图6所示)和伸出于安装架2321并用于抵靠于外墙40上的第二位置(参见图7所示)。第一驱动件2322安装于安装架2321,第一驱动件2322用于驱动回收舱231在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。
调节组件232设置有安装架2321和第一驱动件2322,通过第一驱动件2322能够驱动回收舱231相对安装架2321活动,以使回收舱231能够相对安装架2321在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,从而使得回收舱231在位于第二位置时能够对爬壁机器人10进行收放,以使爬壁机器人10能够进入或退出回收舱231的容纳腔2312,且使得回收舱231在位于第一位置时能够将爬壁机器人10收容于吊篮21内,进而能够对爬壁机器人10起到一定的保护作用,便于通过吊篮装置20对爬壁机器人10进行转移,且有利于节省爬壁机器人10的占地空间。
可选地,结合图6和图7所示,调节组件232还包括传动单元2323。传动单元2323 包括依次铰接第一传动臂2323a、第二传动臂2323b和第三传动臂2323c。第一传动臂2323a和第三传动臂2323c均铰接安装架2321,回收舱231连接于第二传动臂2323b。第一驱动件2322用于驱动第二传动臂2323b相对安装架2321摆动,以使回收舱231在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。
通过在第一驱动件2322和回收舱231之间设置传动单元2323,以使传动单元2323能够将第一驱动件2322的驱动力传递至回收舱231,从而实现第一驱动件2322能够驱动回收舱231相对安装架2321在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。此外,传动单元2323设置有依次铰接的第一传动臂2323a、第二传动臂2323b和第三传动臂2323c,且第一传动臂2323a、第二传动臂2323b和第三传动臂2323c与安装架2321构成了四连杆机构,以实现第一驱动件2322与回收舱231之间的传动连接,这种结构的传动单元2323结构稳定,且便于实现。
其中,回收舱231通过螺栓螺接于第二传动臂2323b上。在其他实施例中,回收舱231也可以通过粘接或卡接等方式连接于第二传动臂2323b。
示例性的,第一驱动件2322为气缸,气缸的缸体铰接于安装架2321上,且气缸的输出端铰接于第二传动臂2323b,从而能够驱动第二传动臂2323b相对安装架2321摆动。当然,在其他实施例中,第一驱动件2322也可以为电动推杆等。
可选地,如图4所示,调节组件232包括两个传动单元2323。两个传动单元2323分别设置于回收舱231的两侧,且回收舱231的两侧分别连接于两个传动单元2323的第二传动臂2323b。
通过在回收舱231的两侧均设置有传动单元2323,以使回收舱231的两侧均能够与一个传动单元2323的第二传动臂2323b相连,从而有利于提高回收舱231在相对安装架2321摆动的过程中的稳定性和可靠性,且有利于提升收放机构23的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,收放机构23还可以为其他结构,比如,回收舱231通过滑轨结构沿水平方向X以可移动的方式设置于安装架2321上,第一驱动件2322直接连接于回收舱231,以驱动回收舱231相对安装架2321沿水平方向X移动,使得回收舱231能够回缩于安装架2321内和伸出于安装架2321并抵靠于外墙40上。
本实施例中,参见图3所示,吊篮装置20还包括抵靠轮26。抵靠轮26安装于吊篮21用于面向外墙40的一侧,抵靠轮26用于抵靠于外墙40上,以使吊篮21与外墙40间隔设置。
通过在吊篮21用于面向外墙40的一侧安装抵靠轮26,使得抵靠轮26在抵靠于外墙40上时能够实现吊篮21与外墙40间隔设置,从而使得收放机构23的回收舱231具有足够的空间在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,以便于回收舱231对爬壁机器人10进行回收。此外,通过抵靠轮26还能够减小吊篮21在相对外墙40移动的过程中产生的摩擦阻力,便 于吊篮21进行升降,且有利于降低吊篮21对外墙40造成的划伤或划痕的风险。
示例性的,抵靠轮26为两个,两个抵靠轮26间隔布置于吊篮21用于面向外墙40的一侧。当然,在其他实施例中,抵靠轮26也可以为一个、三个、四个或五个等。
本实施例中,结合图3和图8所示,吊篮装置20还包括平衡机构27。平衡机构27安装于吊篮21,平衡机构27用于调节吊篮装置20的重心,以平衡吊篮装置20。
通过在吊篮21上安装平衡机构27,以使平衡机构27能够调节吊篮装置20的重心,从而能够将吊篮装置20调节至平衡,以缓解吊篮装置20在作业的过程中出现晃动的现象,进而有利于外墙施工设备100对外墙40进行施工作业。
可选地,结合图8和图9所示,平衡机构27包括配重块271和第二驱动件272。配重块271沿水平方向X以可移动的方式设置于吊篮21。第二驱动件272安装于吊篮21,第二驱动件272用于驱动配重块271相对吊篮21移动,以调节吊篮装置20的重心。通过第二驱动件272能够驱动配重块271相对吊篮21沿水平方向X移动,从而调节吊篮装置20的重心,以满足吊篮装置20的作业需求,结构简单,且便于实现。
其中,吊篮21的底部设置有滑动导轨211,滑动导轨211沿水平方向X延伸,配重块271与滑动导轨211滑动配合,以使第二驱动件272能够驱动配重块271沿水平方向X往靠近或远离外墙40的方向移动,从而使得配重块271在收放机构23的回收舱231在抵靠于外墙40上时能够调节吊篮装置20的重心。
示例性的,滑动导轨211为两个,两个滑动导轨211间隔布置于吊篮21的底部。
示例性的,第二驱动件272为气缸。在其他实施例中,第二驱动件272也可以为电动推杆等。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。

工业实用性
本申请提供了一种外墙施工设备,属于建筑施工设备领域。外墙施工设备包括爬壁机器人、吊篮装置和输料装置。爬壁机器人具有执行机构,执行机构用于在外墙上施工作业。吊篮装置包括吊篮和供料机构,供料机构设置于吊篮内。输料装置连接于执行机构和供料机构,输料装置用于将供料机构提供的物料输送至执行机构。吊篮装置还包括收放机构,收放机构设置于吊篮内,收放机构用于收放爬壁机器人,以使爬壁机器人能够在外墙和吊篮之间转移。其中,爬壁机器人10的底盘能够沿作业面自由爬行且不会掉落,具体一种实 现方式为通过平衡底盘与作业面之间的吸附力以及摩擦力,从而使得爬壁机器人10能够沿外墙爬行,而吊篮中收放机构23的回收舱231能够切换为打开和关闭两种状态,由此爬壁机器人10能够从回收舱231爬进和爬出,从而实现爬壁机器人在吊篮和外墙40之间转移作业。这种结构的外墙施工设备能够提升爬壁机器人的施工效率,且能够实现爬壁机器人在吊篮和外墙之间进行转移,以使爬壁机器人能够对不同区域施工,从而便于对爬壁机器人进行转移,进而有利于优化爬壁机器人的作业轨迹。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的外墙施工设备是可以重现的,并且可以用在多种工业应用中。例如,本申请的外墙施工设备可以用于建筑施工设备领域。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种外墙施工设备,其特征在于,包括:
    爬壁机器人,所述爬壁机器人具有执行机构,所述执行机构用于在所述外墙上施工作业;
    吊篮装置,所述吊篮装置包括吊篮和供料机构,所述供料机构设置于所述吊篮内;以及
    输料装置,所述输料装置连接于所述执行机构和所述供料机构,所述输料装置用于将所述供料机构提供的物料输送至所述执行机构;
    其中,所述吊篮装置还包括收放机构,所述收放机构设置于所述吊篮内,所述收放机构用于收放所述爬壁机器人,以使所述爬壁机器人能够在所述外墙和所述吊篮之间转移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述爬壁机器人还包括移动底盘和机械臂,所述移动底盘用于在所述外墙上移动,所述机械臂连接于所述移动底盘,所述执行机构连接于所述机械臂的执行末端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述执行机构是涂料喷枪、超声检测器;所述输料装置为柔性管道、脐带缆。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述吊篮装置包括风速仪和万向轮,所述风速仪安装于所述供料机构,以及所述风速仪用于检测所述吊篮装置在作业时的风速以提高作业的安全性,所述万向轮安装于所述吊篮的底部以便于移动吊篮装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述收放机构包括回收舱和调节组件;
    所述回收舱的内部形成有具有开口的容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于容纳所述爬壁机器人;
    所述调节组件连接于所述吊篮和所述回收舱,所述调节组件用于调节所述回收舱的位置,以使所述回收舱能够抵靠于所述外墙,使得所述爬壁机器人能够从所述外墙通过所述开口进入所述容纳腔内或从所述容纳腔内通过所述开口转移至所述外墙上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述爬壁机器人具有用于吸附所述外墙的吸附机构;
    所述回收舱具有用于抵靠于所述外墙的抵靠壁,所述抵靠壁上开设有供所述吸附机构穿出的缺口,所述缺口延伸至所述回收舱设置有所述开口的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括安装架和第一驱动件;
    所述安装架安装于所述吊篮内,所述回收舱以可活动的方式设置于所述安装架,所述 回收舱具有回缩于安装架内的第一位置和伸出于所述安装架并用于抵靠于所述外墙上的第二位置;
    所述第一驱动件安装于所述安装架,所述第一驱动件用于驱动所述回收舱在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括传动单元;
    所述传动单元包括依次铰接第一传动臂、第二传动臂和第三传动臂;
    所述第一传动臂和所述第三传动臂均铰接所述安装架,所述回收舱连接于所述第二传动臂;
    所述第一驱动件用于驱动所述第二传动臂相对所述安装架摆动,以使所述回收舱在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括两个所述传动单元;
    两个所述传动单元分别设置于所述回收舱的两侧,且所述回收舱的两侧分别连接于两个所述传动单元的所述第二传动臂。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述回收舱通过滑轨结构沿水平方向以可移动的方式设置于所述安装架上,所述第一驱动件直接连接于所述回收舱,以驱动所述回收舱相对所述安装架沿水平方向移动,使得所述回收舱能够回缩于所述安装架内和伸出于所述安装架并抵靠于所述外墙上。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述吊篮装置还包括抵靠轮;
    所述抵靠轮安装于所述吊篮用于面向所述外墙的一侧,所述抵靠轮用于抵靠于所述外墙上,以使所述吊篮与所述外墙间隔设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述吊篮装置还包括平衡机构;
    所述平衡机构安装于所述吊篮,所述平衡机构用于调节所述吊篮装置的重心,以平衡所述吊篮装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述平衡机构包括配重块和第二驱动件;
    所述配重块沿水平方向以可移动的方式设置于所述吊篮;
    所述第二驱动件安装于所述吊篮,所述第二驱动件用于驱动所述配重块相对所述吊篮移动,以调节所述吊篮装置的重心。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述外墙施 工设备还包括提升装置;
    所述提升装置连接于所述吊篮装置,所述提升装置用于驱动所述吊篮装置沿竖直方向移动。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14中的任一项所述的外墙施工设备,其特征在于,所述外墙施工设备包括防坠装置,所述防坠装置包括固定件和防坠绳,所述固定件用于固定于所述外墙上,所述防坠绳连接于所述固定件和所述爬壁机器人。
