Description

洗衣设备以及用于容纳目标移动设备的基站仓 技术领域
本发明涉及清洁技术领域,具体提供一种洗衣设备以及用于容纳目标移动设备的基站仓。
背景技术
洗衣设备是能够对衣物进行洗涤、漂洗和脱水的设备,例如滚筒洗衣机、波轮洗衣机和搅拌式洗衣机等,一些洗衣设备还具有烘干功能,例如洗干一体机。
以滚筒洗衣机为例,现有的滚筒洗衣机一般包括外壳、设置在外壳中的外筒以及转动设置在外筒中的内筒,外壳的前侧具有衣物投放口,通过衣物投放口能够将衣物投放到内筒中,通过内筒的转动能够实现对衣物的洗涤,但是这种结构的滚筒洗衣机一方面用户需要弯腰投放衣物,另一方面使得放置滚筒洗衣机的竖向空间没有得到充分地利用,不利于用户的体验。
鉴于此,本领域需要一种新的洗衣设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,即,解决现有洗衣设备不利于用户体验的问题。
本发明提供一种洗衣设备,所述洗衣设备包括洗衣系统和设置在所述洗衣系统下方的基站仓,所述基站仓的至少一侧具有开口,所述开口上设置有盖板,所述盖板能够转动以开闭所述开口,
所述基站仓能够容纳目标移动设备,且所述基站仓的内底面距离地面一定高度,当所述目标移动设备要从所述开口进入所述基站仓中时,所述盖板的上边沿与地面接触,从而使所述盖板作为承载所述目标移动设备进入所述基站仓内的倾斜坡道。

进一步地,底脚的存在会使基站仓的底部与地面具有一定的高度差,通过盖板的转动以使得盖板的上边沿与地面接触,从而使得盖板能够作为目标移动设备爬升进基站仓的倾斜坡道,保证在具有高度差的情况下目标移动设备也能够进入到基站仓中。
进一步地,盖板的上边沿具有尖角结构,且该尖角结构与地面能够 平滑过渡,能够使得目标移动设备刚爬升到盖板上时避免目标移动设备发生抖动,使得目标移动设备能够平稳地通过盖板进入到基站仓中,保证目标移动设备移动的平稳性。
进一步地,开口的高度小于基站仓内腔室的高度且大于目标移动设备的高度能够保证目标移动设备通过开口移动至基站仓内,且避免开口过大而使得外界脏污进入到基站仓内。
进一步地,洗衣系统的外壳与基站仓一体设置能够便于洗衣设备的制造,提高整体结构的稳定性。
进一步地,洗衣系统的外壳与基站仓可拆卸式连接能够便于基站仓和洗衣系统的外壳之间的拆卸和安装,便于用户进行维修、更换和运输。

基于背景技术指出的现有滚筒洗衣机不利于用户体验的问题,本发明提供了一种滚筒洗衣机,旨在通过将滚筒洗衣机的洗衣系统下方设置能够容纳目标移动设备的基站仓,使得滚筒洗衣机的整体高度增加,便于向洗衣系统中投放衣物,同时,基站仓对目标移动设备进行容纳能够充分利用放置滚筒洗衣机的竖向空间,避免还需要额外的空间来放置目标移动设备,节约布置空间,盖板能够避免外界的脏污进入到基站仓内,且在目标移动设备进入基站仓内时能够作为目标移动设备的倾斜坡道使用,便于使目标移动设备移动至基站仓内,实现基站仓对目标移动设备的容纳,提升用户体验。
如图1至5所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机包括洗衣系统1和设置在洗衣系统1下方的基站仓2,基站仓2的至少一侧具有开口21,开口21上设置有盖板3,盖板3能够通过转动来打开或者关闭开口21,可以通过驱动装置带动盖板3转动,也可以通过手动方式带动盖板3转动,基站仓2能够容纳目标移动设备4,且基站仓2的内底面距离地面一定高度,当目标移动设备4要从开口21进入基站仓2中时,盖板3的上边沿与地面接触,从而使盖板3作为承载目标移动设备4进入基站仓2内的倾斜坡道。其中,目标移动设备4可以为地面6清洁设备,例如扫地机、拖地机、扫拖一体机或洗地机等,当然,目标移动设备4还可以为其他设备,例如儿童的玩具汽车等,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置,只要通过基站仓2能够实现对目标移动设备4的容纳即可。
在上述中,继续参见图1至5,洗衣系统1包括外壳11、外筒和内筒,外筒通过减振组件(例如减震器和吊簧的组合)连接于外壳11骨架上,内筒转动地设置在外筒中,内筒通过直驱电机或者普通电机和皮带组合的方式驱动转动,内筒上具有筒过水孔,从而保证外筒中的水能够进入到内筒中,外壳11的前面板上具有衣物投放口,外筒和衣物投放口通过窗垫连接,外筒用于容纳洗涤水,内筒用于带动衣物转动,窗垫用于实现衣物投放口和外筒之间的密封。内筒的内壁上沿周向还设置有至少一个提升筋,当然提升筋的数量优选为多个,多个提升筋在内筒的内壁沿其周向均匀布置,内筒转动时,提升筋能够将衣物提升起来,即,将衣物提升后再摔打在内筒的内壁上,利用棒槌击打式原理来清洗衣物。衣物投放口上枢转连接有门玻璃12,门玻璃12能够开闭衣物投放口。
优选地,开口21的数量为一个且开口21位于基站仓2的前侧,通过这样的设置,用户可以从滚筒洗衣机的前侧投放衣物,同时目标移动设备4也是从基站仓2前侧的开口21进入到基站仓2内,这样可以便于滚筒洗衣机的布置,例如将滚筒洗衣机放置到左侧、右侧和后侧都有侧壁或其他物体的空间内,比如将滚筒洗衣机放置到橱柜的壁槽内,又或者将滚筒洗衣机放置在墙角,提高对滚筒洗衣机布置的灵活性。当然,在实际应用中,还可以将开口21设置为位于基站仓2的左侧或者右侧,只要满足滚筒洗衣机的空间布置即可。
在本发明中,驱动装置可以采用以驱动电机作为驱动源的结构,驱动电机可以为转动电机,也可以为直线电机,当驱动电机为转动电机时,可以使转动电机的输出轴与盖板3连接,从而驱动盖板3转动,当然,转动电机的输出轴与盖板3之间还可以设置齿轮副或者带轮副等传动结构,当驱动电机为直线电机时,可以使直线电机的输出轴与齿条连接,齿条与齿轮啮合传动,齿轮与盖板3连接,直线电机驱动齿条直线移动从而带动齿轮转动,进而带动盖板3转动,当然,直线电机还可以替换为气缸或者液压缸等,齿轮齿条副也可以替换为丝杠副,例如气缸或液压缸与丝杠连接,丝杠上螺接有螺母,螺母与盖板3连接,气缸或液压缸驱动丝杠移动,螺母转动,从而带动盖板3转动,在实际应用中,可以将盖板3通过枢转轴连接于开口21的下边沿,然后驱动电机的输出轴通过传动结构或直接与枢转轴的端部连接,当驱动电机的输出轴直接与枢转轴连接时,驱动电机为转动电机,当驱动电机的输出轴通过传动结构与枢转轴连接时,可以根据具体传动结构的类型确定驱动电机是采用转动电机还是直线电机。当然,除了将驱动电机的输出轴与枢转轴的端部连接之外,还可以将驱动电机的输出轴与枢转轴的其他部位连接,只要通过驱动电机作为驱动源最终能够实现枢转轴的转动,从而带动盖板3转动即可。
优选地,继续参见图1至5,考虑到洗衣系统1在洗衣过程中需要进行防水、降噪和减震等处理,所以在基站仓2的底部设置了底脚5,基站仓2的内底面与开21口的下边沿齐平,盖板3的下边沿枢转连接到开口21的下边沿,当目标移动设备4要从开口21进入基站仓2中时,盖板3被向外转动,从而使盖板3的上边沿的外侧与地面6接触,进而形成倾斜坡道。底脚5会使基站仓2的底部与地面6具有一定的高度差,即基站仓2的底部高于地面6,这种高度使得开口21的下边沿与地面6也具有一定的高度差,驱动盖板3转动使得盖板3的上边沿与地面6接触,使得盖板3能够作为目标移动设备4进入到基站仓2内的倾斜坡道,即目标移动设备4能够通过在盖板3上爬升的方式进入到基站仓2内,在实际应用中,可以将盖板3的下边沿与开口21的下边沿通过枢转轴连接,使得盖板3的上边沿能够相对于其下边沿转动,在盖板3将开口21封闭 时,盖板3的内侧朝向基站仓2内部的腔室,盖板3的外侧朝向基站仓2的外部,当盖板3下放而作为目标移动设备4的倾斜坡道时,盖板3的内侧朝向上方,盖板3的外侧朝向下方,即朝向地面6,并且盖板3具有一定的坡度,使得目标移动设备4沿着具有坡度的盖板3从盖板3的内侧爬升进入基站仓2。
在一种更为优选的情形中,如图6和7所示,盖板3的上边沿具有尖角结构31,当盖板3被向外转动并使盖板3的上边沿与地面6接触时,尖角结构31与地面6平滑过渡,尖角结构31的形成可以为利用盖板3的厚度变化,例如盖板3的厚度由下至上逐渐减小(图6所示的正是这种情形),从而使得盖板3的上边沿形成尖角结构31,当然,还可以在盖板3的上边沿单独形成能够与地面6相切的尖角结构31(图7所示的正是这种情形),从而使得目标移动设备4能够通过该尖角结构31爬升到盖板3上,以目标移动设备4是扫地机、拖地机、扫拖一体机或洗地机为例,在这些地面6清洁设备对地面6进行清洁后,其清洁构件上会粘附脏污,扫地机上是毛刷粘附脏污,拖地机上是拖布上粘附脏污,通过盖板3上边沿的尖角结构31能够避免地面6清洁设备刚爬升到盖板3上时其轮子与盖板3发生磕碰而产生振动,避免清洁构件上的脏污掉落,避免在滚筒洗衣机的基站仓2开口21侧脏污聚集,影响用户的使用体验。
在本发明中,如图3所示,开口21的上边沿的高度等于基站仓2的内腔室的高度,即基站仓2的一侧直接全部形成开口21,即开口21本身的高度能够充分满足目标移动设备4的高度,当然,更为优选的是,如图4所示,开口21的上边沿的高度小于基站仓2的内腔室的高度且大于目标移动设备4的高度,在这种情形下,基站仓2的一侧的局部形成开口21,在实际应用中,优选的是在基站仓2的一侧靠近底部的部分形成开口21,以图中所示的结构为例,基站仓2的一侧上部封闭,下部形成开口21,本领域技术人员可以灵活地设置开口21的形状和高度,只要满足该开口21能够实现目标移动设备4的进入即可,通过这样的设置,在实现目标移动设备4进入的前提下,还能够尽可能缩小开口21的整体尺寸,避免外界的脏污进入到基站仓2内而对基站仓2进行侵染。
在本发明中,如图5所示,洗衣系统1的外壳11可以与基站仓2一 体设置,即洗衣系统1和其下的基站仓2可以共用一个壳体,这种结构便于对壳体的加工制造,简化工艺过程,避免后续复杂的装配工作。
当然,除了将洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2一体设置之外,如图1至4所示,还可以将洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2可拆卸式连接,通过洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2设置为相互可拆卸,能够实现洗衣系统1的单独拆卸和放置,从而便于对洗衣系统1进行维修,例如,可以通过螺接的方式实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2连接,当然,还可以通过卡接的方式实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的连接,又可以通过磁吸附的方式实现洗衣系统1与基站仓2的连接,也可以通过上述方式的组合或其他连接方式实现洗衣系统1与基站仓2的连接,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置。
优选地,洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面为正方形且基站仓2的上表面也为正方形,且洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的边长与基站仓2的上表面的边长相等,从而实现洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面与基站仓2上表面形状的适配,此外,洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面与基站仓2上表面还通过转盘连接,该转盘能够使得洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2能够实现相对转动,具体地,可以在基站仓2的上表面形成圆形容纳槽,圆形容纳槽内设置有轴承,该轴承的外圈与圆形容纳槽的内壁相贴合,转盘具有转轴,该转轴与轴承的内圈贴合,转盘与洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面连接,从而实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的相对转动。在这种结构下,洗衣系统1的门玻璃12与基站仓2的开口21都可以开始先设置在位于滚筒洗衣机的前侧,如果用户将滚筒洗衣机放置在左侧、右侧和后侧都具有侧壁的空间内,即放置在只有前侧未被阻挡的空间内,用户可以保持滚筒洗衣机的初始姿态,如果用户将滚筒洗衣机放置在仅有后侧,或者仅有左侧和后侧,或者仅有右侧和后侧,或者所有侧都未被阻挡的空间内时,可以通过转盘实现洗衣系统1的门玻璃12和基站仓2的开口21分别朝向不同侧,例如将滚筒洗衣机放置到后侧、左侧被阻挡的空间中时,洗衣系统1的门玻璃12和基站仓2的开口21可以均位于前侧,又或者洗衣系统1的门玻璃12和基站仓2的开口21一个位于前侧,一个位于右侧,从而满足用户不同空间内的布局要求,又例如将滚筒洗衣 机放置到后侧、右侧被阻挡的空间中时,洗衣系统1的门玻璃12和基站仓2的开口21可以均位于前侧,又或者洗衣系统1的门玻璃12和基站仓2的开口21一个位于前侧,一个位于左侧,从而满足用户不同空间内的布局要求,当然,通过将洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面与基站仓2上表面通过转盘连接的优势还在于,当用户不需要使用基站仓2时,还可以将基站仓2具有开口21的一侧转动并朝向被阻挡的一侧,从而实现洗衣系统1的门玻璃12的一侧朝向未被阻挡的一侧,而基站仓2的开口21朝向被阻挡的一侧,进而实现滚筒洗衣机的洗衣系统1可使用,而基站仓2不可使用。在前述的转盘结构中,作为替代性地,还可以在洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面形成圆形容纳槽,圆形容纳槽内设置有轴承,该轴承的外圈与圆形容纳槽的内壁相贴合,转盘具有转轴,该转轴与轴承的内圈贴合,转盘与基站仓2的上表面连接,从而实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的相对转动,当然,在实际应用中,转盘还可以采用其他方式的结构,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置。
在上述洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面与基站仓2上表面通过转盘连接的实施方式中,还可以在洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2之间设置锁定装置,锁定装置可以为电磁式结构,例如在洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的四个角点处分别设置永磁铁,在基站仓2上表面的四个角点处分别设置电磁铁,当所有电磁铁均未通电时,洗衣系统1的外壳11相对于基站仓2能够转动,当洗衣系统1的外壳11相对于基站仓2转动到用户的需求位置时,可以使电磁铁通电从而实现与对应的永磁铁的吸合,从而实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的彼此锁定,同时,即便是用户转动洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2在转动角度上稍有偏差也能够通过磁吸的作用实现两者之间的转动位置快速对正,当然,作为替代性地,还可以在洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的四个角点处分别设置电磁铁,在基站仓2上表面的四个角点处分别设置永磁铁,或者在洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的四个角点处分别设置电磁铁,并且在基站仓2上表面的四个角点处也分别设置电磁铁,且洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2上的电磁铁在通电后其极性相反。电磁铁可以采用储电装置进行供电,从而在滚筒洗衣机断电的情况下仍然能够实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的锁 定。当然,在实际应用中,锁定装置还可以为其他锁定结构,例如利用插销和插槽的方式实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与基站仓2的锁定和解锁,例如在洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的至少一个角点设置插销,在基站仓2上表面的四个角点都设置插槽,当洗衣系统1的外壳11相对于基站仓2转动时,将插销从对应的插槽中拔出,然后实现转动,当转动到位时,再将插销与新的插槽插合,从而实现将洗衣系统1的外壳11相对于基站仓2锁定到用户需要的位置。
在上述中,除了将洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面的形状和基站仓2上表面的形状均设置为正方形之外,还可以将两者的形状均设置为能够相互适配的圆形,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置。
在上述洗衣系统1的外壳11下表面与基站仓2上表面通过转盘连接的实施方式中,还可以将底脚5设置为轮系结构,从而能够实现对滚筒洗衣机的推动,便于实现洗衣系统1的外壳11与转盘的相对转动。
在本发明中,还可以在基站仓2的相邻两侧均设置为具有开口21,从而实现目标移动设备4能够从基站仓2的不同侧进入到基站仓2内。
尽管图中没有显示,本发明还包括一种用于容纳目标移动设备的基站仓,目标移动设备为扫地机、拖地机、扫拖一体机或洗地机,基站仓的至少一侧具有开口,开口上设置有盖板,盖板能够转动以打开或者关闭开口,从而避免外界的脏污进入到基站仓内;基站仓的内底面距离地面一定高度,当目标移动设备要从开口进入基站仓中时,盖板的上边沿与地面接触,从而使盖板作为承载目标移动设备进入基站仓内的倾斜坡道,便于使目标移动设备移动至基站仓内,提升用户体验。
进一步,考虑到基站仓需要进行防水减震等处理,基站仓的底部会设置有底脚,基站仓的内底面与开口的下边沿齐平,盖板的下边沿枢转连接到开口的下边沿,当目标移动设备要从开口进入基站仓中时,盖板被向外转动,从而使盖板的上边沿的外侧与地面接触,进而形成倾斜坡道,然后目标移动设备就可以沿着盖板平稳驶入基站仓内。
进一步,盖板的上边沿具有尖角结构,当盖板被向外转动并使盖板的上边沿与地面接触时,尖角结构与地面平滑过渡,使目标移动设备的行驶更加平稳,还可以避免目标移动设备所携带的污垢不会在进入基站 仓内进行清洗之前被震落。
进一步,盖板可以避免杂物进入基站仓的内腔室,但是为了使目标移动设备能够正常进出基站仓,需要根据内腔室的高度来调整开口的上边沿的高度;开口的上边沿的高度可以等于基站仓的内腔室的高度;开口的上边沿的高度也可以小于基站仓的内腔室的高度同时大于目标移动设备的高度。
进一步,盖板通过枢转轴连接于开口的下边沿,基站仓还包括驱动装置,驱动装置的输出轴与枢转轴的端部连接,用于驱动盖板向外转动,驱动装置可以采用以驱动电机作为驱动源的结构,驱动电机可以为转动电机,也可以为直线电机;除此之外,也可以手动控制盖板的转动。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述洗衣设备包括洗衣系统和设置在所述洗衣系统下方的基站仓,所述基站仓的至少一侧具有开口,所述开口上设置有盖板,所述盖板能够转动以开闭所述开口,
    所述基站仓能够容纳目标移动设备,且所述基站仓的内底面距离地面一定高度,当所述目标移动设备要从所述开口进入所述基站仓中时,所述盖板的上边沿与地面接触,从而使所述盖板作为承载所述目标移动设备进入所述基站仓内的倾斜坡道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述基站仓的底部设置有底脚,所述基站仓的内底面与所述开口的下边沿齐平,所述盖板的下边沿枢转连接到所述开口的下边沿,当所述目标移动设备要从所述开口进入所述基站仓中时,所述盖板被向外转动,从而使所述盖板的上边沿的外侧与地面接触,进而形成倾斜坡道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述盖板的上边沿具有尖角结构,当所述盖板被向外转动并使所述盖板的上边沿与地面接触时,所述尖角结构与地面平滑过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述开口的上边沿的高度等于所述基站仓的内腔室的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述开口的上边沿的高度小于所述基站仓的内腔室的高度且大于所述目标移动设备的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述洗衣系统的外壳与所述基站仓一体设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述洗衣系统的外壳与所述基站仓可拆卸式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述盖板通过枢转轴连接于所述开口的下边沿,所述洗衣设备还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置的输出轴与所述枢转轴的端部连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是驱动电机。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,所述目标移动设备为扫地机、拖地机、扫拖一体机或洗地机。
  11. 一种用于容纳目标移动设备的基站仓,其特征在于,所述基站仓的至少一侧具有开口,所述开口上设置有盖板,所述盖板能够转动以开闭所述开口;
    所述基站仓的内底面距离地面一定高度,当目标移动设备要从所述开口进入所述基站仓中时,所述盖板的上边沿与地面接触,从而使所述盖板作为承载所述目标移动设备进入所述基站仓内的倾斜坡道。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述基站仓的底部设置有底脚,所述基站仓的内底面与所述开口的下边沿齐平,所述盖板的下边沿枢转连接到所述开口的下边沿,当所述目标移动设备要从所述开口进入所述基站仓中时,所述盖板被向外转动,从而使所述盖板的上边沿的外侧与地面接触,进而形成倾斜坡道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述盖板的上边沿具有尖角结构,当所述盖板被向外转动并使所述盖板的上边沿与地面接触时,所述尖角结构与地面平滑过渡。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述开口的上边沿的高度等于所述基站仓的内腔室的高度。
  15. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述开口的上边沿的高度小于所述基站仓的内腔室的高度且大于所述目标移动设备的高度。
  16. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述盖板通过枢转轴连接于所述开口的下边沿,所述基站仓还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置的输出轴与所述枢转轴的端部连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是驱动电机。
  18. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的基站仓,其特征在于,所述目标移动设备为扫地机、拖地机、扫拖一体机或洗地机。
