下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-11,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种布局紧凑的清洗机,包括桶体1、底座2、风机3、弯管4和水泵5,所述桶体1从上方卡入所述底座2上,所述弯管4连接在所述底座2上,所述弯管4上的风道6连通所述桶体1,所述水泵5分别连通所述桶体1和所述弯管4上的水道7,所述风机3安装在所述底 座2内的电机仓8内,所述电机仓8与所述桶体1连通;
所述底座2内设置有电机散热风道9,所述电机散热风道9连通所述电机仓8,且所述电机散热风道9与外部连通;
所述桶体1包括桶身11和桶盖12,所述桶身11上设置有净水仓10和污水仓13,所述桶身11一体成型,污水仓13围绕在净水仓10的四周,所述水泵5连通所述净水仓10,所述弯管4上的风道6连通所述污水仓13,且所述电机仓8与所述污水仓13连通,所述桶盖12卡接在所述桶身11上,桶身的一体成型设计,使得净水仓10和污水仓13集成到桶体1内,实现桶体1与底座2之间形成垂向布置,水泵5将净水仓10内的清水抽出并由弯管4上的水道7喷出,清洗后的污水随着弯管4上的风道6进入到污水仓13内进行水汽分离,从而实现了整体结构的紧凑和布局精简,便于使用轻盈,用户体验好;
所述污水仓13内设置有第一管道14和第二管道15,所述第一管道14连通所述风道6,所述第二管道15连通所述电机仓8,所述第一管道14的顶部设置有导流件16,所述污水仓13内设置有过滤海帕17,所述第一管道14位于所述过滤海帕17的下方,所述第二管道15的上端连通所述过滤海帕17的上方,第一管道14将进入风道6的水汽引入到污水仓13内,导流件16将水汽向下导流使得水分在污水仓13的底部沉积,气流在污水仓13内活动后经过过滤海帕17的过滤进入到过滤海帕17的上方,变成干燥的气流,干燥的气流从第二管道15和第三管道32进入到导流仓33内,使得水汽具有足够大的分离空间和足够长的分离路径,从而保证了水汽分离效率高,水汽分离效果好;
所述底座2包括机体21、底板22、电机罩23和底盖24,所述风机3安装在所述底板22上,所述电机罩23卡接在所述底板22上,且所述电机罩23罩住所 述风机3,所述电机仓8位于所述电机罩23的内部,所述机体21从上方卡接在所述底板22上,所述底盖24从下方卡接在所述底板22上,所述电机散热风道9包括第一气流仓18、第二气流仓19和第三气流仓20,所述机体21、所述底板22和所述电机罩23之间形成第一气流仓18,所述底板22和所述底盖24之间形成第二气流仓19,所述底板22、所述底盖24和所述电机罩23之间形成第三气流仓20,所述第二气流仓19位于所述第三气流仓20的四周,且所述第二气流仓19位于所述第一气流仓18的下方,所述第一气流仓18连通所述电机仓8和所述第二气流仓19,且所述第一气流仓18与所述底座2的外部连通,所述第二气流仓19连通所述底座2的外部,所述第三气流仓20连通所述电机仓8,且所述第三气流仓20连通所述底座2的外部;
所述电机罩23上设置有第一出口25,所述第一出口25连通所述第一气流仓18,所述电机罩23的四周设置有多个第二出口26,所述第二出口26连通所述第三气流仓20;
所述机体21上开设有多个网孔27,所述网孔27连通所述第一气流仓18,所述底板22的顶面开设有第一缺口28和第二缺口29,所述第一缺口28连通所述第一气流仓18和所述第二气流仓19,所述第二缺口29位于所述第三气流仓20内,所述底盖24的侧面开设有第三缺口30和第四缺口31,所述第二气流仓19通过所述第三缺口30与所述底座2的外部连通,所述第三气流仓20通过所述第四缺口31与所述底座2的外部连通;
所述机体21内设置有第三管道32,所述底板22、所述底盖24和所述电机罩23之间形成导流仓33,所述第三管道32连通所述导流仓33和所述桶体1,所述电机罩23的底部开设有进气口34,所述进气口34连通所述导流仓33和所 述电机仓8;
通过风机3产生的负压将干燥的气流从进气口34吸入到电机仓8内,气流在电机仓8内实现分流,一部分气流从第一出口25进入到第一气流仓18,另一部分气流从第二出口26进入到第二气流仓19,进入第一气流仓18内的气流通过网孔27释放了一点,大部分气流在第一气流仓18内盘旋并进行气流的缓冲,然后从第一缺口28进入到第三气流仓20内,气流在第三气流仓20内盘旋并进行气流的缓冲,最终气流从第三缺口30排出底座2外,进入第二气流仓19内的气流进行盘旋并缓冲后,最终气流从第四缺口31排出底座2外,实现超长的气流缓冲路径,充分地利用空间布局,大大地降低了气流所产生的噪声;
所述桶体1的底部设置有出水口35,所述出水口35上设置有出水阀36,当桶体1上的出水阀36触碰到底座2时,出水阀36处于打开的状态,使得桶体1内的液体可以从出水口35流出。
工作原理:首先,将桶体1从底座2上拔出,桶体1和底座2处理分离的状态,在净水仓10内加注清水,桶盖12卡接在桶身11上,再将桶体1插入到底座2上,当桶体1上的出水阀36触碰到底座2时,出水阀36处于打开的状态,使得桶体1内的液体可以从出水口35流出,其次,在使用过程中,水泵5将净水仓10内的清水抽出并由弯管4上的水道7喷出,风机3转动产生的负压作用到风道6和第一管道14,第一管道14将进入风道6的水汽引入到污水仓13内,导流件16将水汽向下导流使得水分在污水仓13的底部沉积,气流在污水仓13内活动后经过过滤海帕17的过滤进入到过滤海帕17的上方,变成干燥的气流,干燥的气流从第二管道15和第三管道32进入到导流仓33内,使得水汽具有足够大的分离空间和足够长的分离路径,接着,风机3产生的负压将干燥的气流从 进气口34吸入到电机仓8内,气流在电机仓8内实现分流,一部分气流从第一出口25进入到第一气流仓18,另一部分气流从第二出口26进入到第二气流仓19,进入第一气流仓18内的气流通过网孔27释放了一点,大部分气流在第一气流仓18内盘旋并进行气流的缓冲,然后从第一缺口28进入到第三气流仓20内,气流在第三气流仓20内盘旋并进行气流的缓冲,最终气流从第三缺口30排出底座2外,进入第二气流仓19内的气流进行盘旋并缓冲后,最终气流从第四缺口31排出底座2外,实现超长的气流缓冲路径(气流流动方向如图11中的箭头方向所示),最后,将桶体1从底座2上拔出,打开桶盖12,将过滤海帕17从污水仓13内取出,将污水仓13内的污水倒出。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于:包括桶体(1)、底座(2)、风机(3)、弯管(4)和水泵(5),所述桶体(1)从上方卡入所述底座(2)上,所述弯管(4)连接在所述底座(2)上,所述弯管(4)上的风道(6)连通所述桶体(1),所述水泵(5)分别连通所述桶体(1)和所述弯管(4)上的水道(7),所述风机(3)安装在所述底座(2)内的电机仓(8)内,所述电机仓(8)与所述桶体(1)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述底座(2)内设置有电机散热风道(9),所述电机散热风道(9)连通所述电机仓(8),且所述电机散热风道(9)与外部连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述桶体(1)包括桶身(11)和桶盖(12),所述桶身(11)上设置有净水仓(10)和污水仓(13),所述桶身(11)一体成型,所述水泵(5)连通所述净水仓(10),所述弯管(4)上的风道(6)连通所述污水仓(13),且所述电机仓(8)与所述污水仓(13)连通,所述桶盖(12)卡接在所述桶身(11)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述污水仓(13)内设置有第一管道(14)和第二管道(15),所述第一管道(14)连通所述风道(6),所述第二管道(15)连通所述电机仓(8),所述第一管道(14)的顶部设置有导流件(16),所述污水仓(13)内设置有过滤海帕(17),所述第一管道(14)位于所述过滤海帕(17)的下方,所述第二管道(15)的上端连通所述过滤海帕(17)的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述底座(2)包括机体(21)、底板(22)、电机罩(23)和底盖(24),所述风机(3)安 装在所述底板(22)上,所述电机罩(23)卡接在所述底板(22)上,且所述电机罩(23)罩住所述风机(3),所述电机仓(8)位于所述电机罩(23)的内部,所述机体(21)从上方卡接在所述底板(22)上,所述底盖(24)从下方卡接在所述底板(22)上,所述电机散热风道(9)包括第一气流仓(18)、第二气流仓(19)和第三气流仓(20),所述机体(21)、所述底板(22)和所述电机罩(23)之间形成所述第一气流仓(18),所述底板(22)和所述底盖(24)之间形成所述第二气流仓(19),所述底板(22)、所述底盖(24)和所述电机罩(23)之间形成所述第三气流仓(20),所述第二气流仓(19)位于所述第三气流仓(20)的四周,且所述第二气流仓(19)位于所述第一气流仓(18)的下方,所述第一气流仓(18)连通所述电机仓(8)和所述第二气流仓(19),且所述第一气流仓(18)与所述底座(2)的外部连通,所述第二气流仓(19)连通所述底座(2)的外部,所述第三气流仓(20)连通所述电机仓(8),且所述第三气流仓(20)连通所述底座(2)的外部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述电机罩(23)上设置有第一出口(25),所述第一出口(25)连通所述第一气流仓(18),所述电机罩(23)的四周设置有多个第二出口(26),所述第二出口(26)连通所述第三气流仓(20)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述机体(21)上开设有多个网孔(27),所述网孔(27)连通所述第一气流仓(18),所述底板(22)的顶面开设有第一缺口(28)和第二缺口(29),所述第一缺口(28)连通所述第一气流仓(18)和所述第二气流仓(19),所述第二缺口(29)位于所述第三气流仓(20)内,所述底盖(24)的侧面开设有第三缺口(30)和第四 缺口(31),所述第二气流仓(19)通过所述第三缺口(30)并与所述底座(2)的外部连通,所述第三气流仓(20)通过所述第四缺口(31)并与所述底座(2)的外部连通。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述机体(21)内设置有第三管道(32),所述底板(22)、所述底盖(24)和所述电机罩(23)之间形成导流仓(33),所述第三管道(32)连通所述导流仓(33)和所述桶体(1),所述电机罩(23)的底部开设有进气口(34),所述进气口(34)连通所述导流仓(33)和所述电机仓(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种布局紧凑的清洗机,其特征在于,所述桶体(1)的底部设置有出水口(35),所述出水口(35)上设置有出水阀(36)。
