参照图1-9,本发明专利一实施例提供可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,包括主机壳体1,以及设置在所述的主机壳体1内部的气流驱动装置3,所述的主机壳体1起到容纳和保护作用,所述的气流驱动装置3用于产生空气气流,具体地,优选为电机以及与所述的电机连接并接受驱动的风叶。还包括与所述的主机壳体1连接的手柄2,所述的手柄2按照人体工效学设计,便于操作者握持,所述的手柄2底部设置用于安装电池包5的电池安装座4,所述的手柄2上设置控制吹吸启停的开关9。
进一步,在气流进入所述的主机壳体1的一端设置为吸风过渡接头6,在气流流出的另一端设置为吹风部7,与所述的吸风过渡接头6可拆卸连接的积尘盒13和与所述的吸风过渡接头6可拆卸连接的吸风部15,还包括与所述的吹风部7可拆卸连接的吹风弯管8,所述的吸风过渡接头6选择性地连接所述的积尘盒13或者吸风部15。所述的积尘盒13内部设置可拆卸的滤尘网14,用于在吸尘模式下过滤吸入的灰尘垃圾,所述的吸风部15用于在吹风模式下,阻挡异物随气流进入所述的主机壳体1,损坏所述的气流驱动装置3。
进一步,所述的主机壳体1与所述的手柄2之间设置旋转结构,实现所述的主机壳体1与所述的手柄2之间的旋转,从而在不改变所述的气流驱动装置3驱动气流方向的前提下实现吹风和吸尘模式的切换。所述的旋转结构设置旋转锁定结构,锁定所述的主机壳体1与所述的手柄2之间的周向位置,保证吹风或者吸尘模式下工作过程中的稳定性。
当按下所述的旋转锁定结构,解锁所述的旋转结构,可旋转所述的主机壳体1,将所述的吸风过渡接头6朝向正前方,所述的吹风部7朝向正后方,所述的吸风过渡接头6安装所述的积尘盒13,所述的吹风部7安装所述的吹风弯管8,设置所述的轴流式吹吸机为吸尘模式。进一步,所述的吹风弯管8可旋转方向,避免在吸尘模式下,出风吹向操作者。
当按下所述的旋转锁定结构,解锁所述的旋转结构,可旋转所述的主机壳体1,将所述的吹风部7朝向正前方,所述的吸风过渡接头6朝向正后方,所述的吸风过渡接头6安装所述的吸风部15,设置所述的轴流式吹吸机为吹风模式。可选择地,所述的吹风部7安装所述的吹风弯管8,可清理一些直管无法触及的角落。
具体地,所述的旋转结构包括设置于所述的手柄2顶部的手柄顶板16和所述的主机壳体1底部的机壳底板17。为了实现旋转,在所述的手柄顶板16的中心设置旋转轴18,所述的旋转轴18末端设置轴肩19,所述的机壳底板17设置旋转轴套21,与所述的旋转轴18配合实现旋转,所述的旋转轴套21的内径大于所述的旋转轴18的外径,小于所述的旋转轴18肩的外径。
进一步,为了限制所述的主机壳体1与手柄顶板16之间的旋转角度,避免将电缆绞缠,在所述的轴肩19上设置限位凸台20,同时,在所述的旋转轴套21上对称设置第一限位挡块22和第二限位挡块23,与所述的限位凸台20配合,限制所述的主机壳体1的最大旋转角度为180度,当所述的限位凸台20位于所述的第一限位挡块22的位置,所述的吸风过渡接头6朝向正前方,所述的轴流式吹吸机为吸尘模式,当所述的限位凸台20位于所述的第二限位挡块23的位置,所述的吹风部7朝向正前方,所述的轴流式吹吸机为吹风模式。
具体地,所述的旋转锁定结构包括旋转锁定连杆10和设置在所述的旋转锁定连杆10后部的复位弹性件12,所述的旋转锁定连杆10沿所述的手柄2前后方向设置于所述的手柄顶板16下面,所述的复位弹性件12向后抵靠所述的手柄2的内表面。具体地,所述的复位弹性件12优选为弹簧。所述的旋转锁定连杆10的上端面前后位置设置两个自锁凸台11,所述的手柄顶板16设置两个自锁开口,并且以所述的旋转轴套21为中心,在所述的机壳底板17上设置两个圆弧形的旋转槽25;所述的自锁凸台11通过所述的自锁开口卡入所述的旋转槽25。为了操作者解锁所述的旋转结构,所述的旋转锁定连杆10的前端伸出所述的手柄2的表面。
进一步地,在所述的旋转槽25的中心位置设置自锁卡口24,在所述的复位弹性件12的作用下,所述的自锁凸台11卡入所述的自锁卡口24,限制所述的主机壳体1的旋转。当操作者按下所述的旋转锁定连杆10,所述的复位弹性件12被压缩,所述的自锁凸台11位于所述的旋转槽25以内,不再受限,所述的主机壳体1可以进行旋转,选择操作模式。
除了上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明做出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,包括主机壳体,以及设置在所述的主机壳体内部的气流驱动装置,所述的主机壳体的一端设置为吸风过渡接头,另一端设置为吹风部,与所述的吸风过渡接头可拆卸连接的积尘盒和与所述的吸风过渡接头可拆卸连接的吸风部,与所述的吹风部可拆卸连接的吹风弯管,所述的吸风过渡接头选择性地连接所述的积尘盒或者吸风部,所述的积尘盒内部设置可拆卸的滤尘网,还包括与所述的主机壳体连接的手柄,所述的手柄底部设置用于安装电池包的电池安装座,所述的手柄上设置控制吹吸启停的开关,其特征在于:所述的主机壳体与所述的手柄之间设置旋转结构,实现所述的主机壳体与所述的手柄之间的旋转,所述的旋转结构设置旋转锁定结构,锁定所述的主机壳体与所述的手柄之间的周向位置;当按下所述的旋转锁定结构,可旋转所述的主机壳体,将所述的吸风过渡接头朝向正前方,所述的吹风部朝向正后方,所述的吸风过渡接头安装所述的积尘盒,所述的吹风部安装所述的吹风弯管,设置所述的轴流式吹吸机为吸尘模式;当按下所述的旋转锁定结构,可旋转所述的主机壳体,将所述的吹风部朝向正前方,所述的吸风过渡接头朝向正后方,所述的吸风过渡接头安装所述的吸风部,设置所述的轴流式吹吸机为吹风模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的旋转结构包括设置于所述的手柄顶部的手柄顶板和所述的主机壳体底部的机壳底板;所述的手柄顶板的中心设置旋转轴,所述的旋转轴末端设置轴肩,所述的机壳底板设置旋转轴套,与所述的旋转轴配合实现旋转,所述的旋转轴套的内径大于所述的旋转轴的外径,小于所述的旋转轴肩的外径。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的轴肩上设置限位凸台,所述的旋转轴套上对称设置第一限位挡块和第二限位挡块,与所述的限位凸台配合,限制所述的主机壳体的最大旋转角度为180度,当所述的限位凸台位于所述的第一限位挡块的位置,所述的吸风过渡接头朝向正前方,所述的轴流式吹吸机为吸尘模式,当所述的限位凸台位于所述的第二限位挡块的位置,所述的吹风部朝向正前方,所述的轴流式吹吸机为吹风模式。
  4. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的旋转锁定结构包括旋转锁定连杆和设置在所述的旋转锁定连杆后部的复位弹性件,所述的旋转锁定连杆沿所述的手柄前后方向设置于所述的手柄顶板下面,所述的旋转锁定连杆的上端面的前后位置设置两个自锁凸台,所述的手柄顶板设置两个自锁开口,以所述的旋转轴套为中心,在所述的机壳底板上设置两个圆弧形的旋转槽,所述的自锁凸台通过所述的自锁开口卡入所述的旋转槽;在所述的旋转槽的中心位置设置自锁卡口,在所述的复位弹性件的作用下,所述的自锁凸台卡入所述的自锁卡口,限制所述的主机壳体的旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转方向的两用途轴流式吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的吹风弯管可旋转方向。
