本申请涉及安全柜技术领域,具体为一种防火柜体结构及防火安全柜。
背景技术
安全柜用于储存各类生产性或者生活性物质或者资料,其不仅要符合消防和安全法律规范的要求,对于易燃性生产物资或者产品,安全柜还需要具备较强的防火能力,以降低生产或工作场所发生破坏性火灾的风险。
石膏板因具有重量轻、加工方便、隔音绝热以及较好的防火性能等特点成为防火安全柜的主要防火材质,然而大多数石膏板因承重能力不足,形成的柜体难以承受螺栓连接的强度,无法成为安全柜的主体支撑框架,影响安全柜的强度以及防火、安全性能,而承重力较高的石膏板则因为生产成本较高难以进行批量生产、影响经济效益。
发明内容
针对石膏板难以用于安全柜作为主体支撑框架,影响防火、安全性能,或者生产成本较高难以进行批量生产、影响经济效益的缺点,本申请提供了一种防火柜体结构,其结构简单,生产成本低,承重力强,防火、安全性能高,为此,本申请还提供一种防火安全柜。
本申请采用如下技术方案:一种防火柜体结构,包括柜体,其一侧开口设置,适于安装柜门,所述柜体包括龙骨框架和固定在龙骨框架外立面的至少一层石膏板;相邻所述石膏板无缝拼接;所述龙骨框架的刚度大于所述石膏板的刚度;
若干支脚,穿过所述石膏板并固定连接所述龙骨框架。
可选的,任一所述支脚的支承力方向与所述龙骨框架内竖梁的延伸方向相同。
可选的,所述龙骨框架为钢龙骨框架。
可选的,所述龙骨框架包括矩形管和角钢;与所述开口正对的所述柜体侧面沿其中线设置矩形管;除了位于该侧面的所述龙骨框架中与中线的矩形管平行的两条棱边采用角钢,所述龙骨框架的其余棱边均采用矩形管;
可选的,所述龙骨框架的内立面还设置内面板;任一所述角钢两侧平行的所述矩形管与所述内面板和所述石膏板之间均围成空隙层。

本申请采用上述结构后,柜体采用石膏板和内面板分别固定安装于龙骨框架的结构,使得龙骨框架对石膏板和内面板进行有效支撑,石膏板无需承重,仅起防火效果即可,因此可以采用普通的石膏板作为柜体的外壁,结构简单、生产成本低,承重力强,防火、安全性能高,内面板不仅可提高柜体内部的美观性,而且可提高柜体的平衡稳定性。
由于柜体的龙骨框架位于石膏板和内面板之间,因此龙骨框架对柜体的支撑力和地面的支撑力可通过柜体底板外侧的支脚进行上下竖直传递,位于柜体前端的支脚还可对门框架进行支撑,进一步提高了防火安全柜的承重能力。

如图1~6所示,本申请提供一种防火柜体结构,其包括柜体1,柜体1整体围成立方体结构,且一侧开口,开口处适于安装柜门9。柜体1包括龙骨框架4和固定在龙骨框架4外立面的至少一层石膏板5,相邻石膏板5无缝拼接,龙骨框架4的刚度大于石膏板5的刚度。若干支脚7穿过石膏板5并固定连接龙骨框架4,使整个柜体1的受力由龙骨框架4经支脚7传递至地面上,避免了石膏板5的直接受力,提高其结构的稳定性和使用寿命。
本实施例中,任一支脚7的支承力方向与龙骨框架4内竖梁的延伸方向相同。
可选地,支脚7与龙骨框架4内的竖梁一一对应设置。使得受力传递更直接。
本实施例中,龙骨框架4的两侧固定安装有内面板3和石膏板5,柜体1采用石膏板5和内面板3分别固定安装于龙骨框架4外立面和内立面的结构,通过龙骨框架4对石膏板5和内面板3进行有效支撑,石膏板5无需承重,仅起防火效果即可,因此可以采用普通的石膏板5作为柜体1的外壁,结构简单、生产成本低,承重力强,防火、安全性能高,内面板3不仅可提高柜体1内部的美观性,而且可提高柜体1的平衡稳定性。
如图1~6所示,龙骨框架4包括上龙骨架401、下龙骨架402和侧龙骨架,侧龙骨架包括左龙骨架403、右龙骨架404和后龙骨架405,上龙骨架401、下龙骨架402分别通过钣金件围合而成,侧龙骨架403、404、405通过钣金件连接上龙骨架401和下龙骨架402而成,本实施例中,龙骨框架4为钢龙骨框架,当然也可以为其他刚度更高的金属或者非金属材质。本实施例中,钢龙骨框架包括矩形管4a和角钢4b。当然矩形管4a也可以替换为圆钢或者其他型钢等,视具体需要而定。如图3、图5和图6所示,龙骨框架4设有加强筋4c,优选的,如图4所示,加强筋包括横向拉筋4c01和纵向拉筋4c02,可增加龙骨框架的稳固性和支撑力,从而提高柜体1的承重力。加强筋4c可以采用钢筋、圆钢或其他结构,本实施例中,加强筋4c也采用矩形管4a。
与柜体1开口正对的后龙骨架405沿其中线设置矩形管4a,除了位于该侧面的龙骨框架4中与中线的矩形管4a平行的两条棱边采用角钢4b,龙骨框架4的其余棱边均可以采用矩形管4a。即部分矩形管4a成为框架主体,部分矩形管4a成为框架主体的加强筋4c。
任一角钢4b两侧平行的矩形管4a与内面板3和石膏板5之间均围成空隙层。即两个角钢4b各自对应一个空隙层。本实施例中,如图13所示,分别位于左龙骨架403和后龙骨架405中间设置的矩形管4a与对应的内面板3和石膏板5之间围成截面为L型的空隙层;分别位于右龙骨架404和后 龙骨架405中间设置的矩形管4a与对应的内面板3和石膏板5之间围成截面为L型的空隙层,角钢4b均位于L型的转角处。正对的两个内面板3上分别开设与对应的空隙层连通的送风口18和回风口20,位于空隙层远端的石膏板5上分别开设与送风口18对应的进风口17,与回风口20对应的出风口21,如图12、图13和图17所示,进风口17和出风口21上分别设置通风阻火阀16。两个所述空隙层其一形成进风通道,另一形成出风通道。有助于在柜体后侧预留空气流通的间隙,提高安全柜的通风安全性能;特别的,根据不同安全柜的形状和大小,龙骨框架4进行的适应性变化均在本申请的保护范围之内;同时,上龙骨架401、下龙骨架402、左龙骨架403、右龙骨架404和后龙骨架405可以分别适应不同框架形状安装加强筋4c。
对于单层石膏板5,石膏板5可通过螺丝34a直接固定于龙骨框架4上,且位于龙骨框架4相邻外立面上的石膏板5之间无缝拼接。
对于石膏板5为两层以上的多层石膏板,石膏板5通过螺丝34逐层固定于龙骨框架4,具体地,本申请的应用例采用多层石膏板、即三层石膏板5进行说明,如图1和图18所示,第一层石膏板501通过螺丝34a固定于龙骨框架4,第一层石膏板501和第二层石膏板502通过螺丝34b固定于龙骨框架4,第一层石膏板501、第二层石膏板502和第三层石膏板503通过螺丝34c固定于龙骨框架4,不同长度的螺丝34从不同层将石膏板5进行串联并与龙骨框架4进行固定连接,可增强石膏板5之间以及石膏板5和龙骨框架4之间的紧固性,提高柜体1的稳固性和承重能力;本申请的柜体结构可支撑多层石膏板5成为安全柜的主体防火壁,从而进一步增强防火、安全性能。
如图1~6、图10~图18和图25~29所示,石膏板5逐层分别固定于上龙骨架401、下龙骨架402、左龙骨架403、右龙骨架404和后龙骨架405的外侧,内面板3分别从内侧固定于上龙骨架401、下龙骨架402、左龙骨架403、右龙骨架404和后龙骨架405,从而形成柜体1的五个面,即顶板101、底板102和侧壁,侧壁包括左侧壁103、右侧壁104和后壁105;优选的,内面板3可通过螺丝固定于龙骨框架4的矩形管4a,增强稳固性,也可以通过沉孔螺丝固定于龙骨框架4的矩形管4a管壁处,提高美观性;柜体1各面之间的石膏板5采用逐层交错拼接,如图1和图28所示,层间石膏板相互叠置,每个外立面的多层石膏板边缘均形成台阶式对接结构。左侧壁103和底板102的第一层石膏板501之间、左侧壁103和底板102的第二层石膏板502之间,以及左侧壁103和底板102的第三层石膏板503之间分别交错拼接,可使柜体1五个面之间的石膏板形成台阶型接缝,提高衔接处的密封性,整体结构紧凑、紧固,而且美观。
如图1、图10、图25和图27所示,柜体1的左侧壁103、右侧壁104和底板102外表面覆盖有金属板2,金属板2通过螺丝穿过石膏板5固定安装于龙骨框架4,柜体1的顶板101还覆盖有外面板15,优选的,外面板15为金属板2或者防火材质的装饰板,优选的,柜体1后壁105的石膏板5外侧可选择性安装外面板15,以提高美观性和防火、安全性能。
如图1、2和4所示,柜体1还包括门框架6,优选的,门框架6的四边形框在底部和侧部通过矩形管6b首尾相连、顶部通过角钢6a连接而成,从而形成柜门的支撑框架,如图1和图7所示,在门框架6侧部的矩形管6b上开有连接孔8,用于安装铰链11以连接柜门9;如图1和图2所示,柜体1底板102的外侧安装有支脚7,支脚7包括长支脚701和短支脚702,位于柜体1前部的支脚7、即长支脚701固定连接于门框架6和龙骨框架4,优选的,在门框架6的左、右两侧处分别采用螺栓贯穿柜体1底板102的金属板2和石膏板5将长支脚701与门框架6的底端和龙骨框架4的前底端连接为一体,从而保证石膏板5、龙骨框架4和门框架6的强度和承重能力,位于柜体1后部的支脚7、即短支脚702通过贯穿柜体1底板102的金属板2和石膏板5的螺栓与龙骨框架4的后底端固定连接,一方面保证柜体1的平衡,另一方面提高柜体1的稳固性和强度。
使用防火柜体结构的防火安全柜,包括柜体1和安装在柜体1开口处的柜门9,如图1、图7、图10、图14、图15、图25和图29所示,柜门9安装有把手10,柜门9通过铰链11安装于门框架6,从而形成防火安全柜。
如图15和图18所示,在柜体1的顶部和/或侧部,柜体1设有与龙骨框架4连接的静电接地螺栓23。
如图15、图17和图18所示,其还包括金属搁板架29,金属搁板架29通过金属紧固件,例如 金属螺钉33安装于柜体1相对两个侧壁的内面板3上,金属紧固件穿过内面板3固定安装于龙骨框架4,金属搁板30钩挂于金属搁板架29上的第一挂钩2901。
由于现有的安全柜常常需要从柜内引出导线以防止工作人员从安全柜中取放物品时带有静电而发生危害,故而现有安全柜不仅使用不便,而且影响美观性,本申请中,如图15和图18所示,柜体1的左侧壁103、右侧壁104和底板102包覆有金属板2,金属搁板架29安装于柜体1内的绝缘板、即内面板3上,且安装固定金属搁板架29的金属螺钉33与安全柜内的钢龙骨框架4连通,钢龙骨框架4与金属板2通过静电接地螺栓23连通,当工作人员带有静电在安全柜内进行物品取放时,静电可经金属搁板30依次通过第一挂钩2901、金属搁板架29、金属螺钉33、龙骨框架4、静电接地螺栓23传递至静电接地螺栓23连通的外部静电接地装置,例如静电接地螺栓23可外接接地线,从而有效消除静电,提高防火安全柜的安全性能以及生产安全。
此外,还可在柜门9的把手10及把手10背部和/或柜门9上设置裸露金属不锈钢导体,如图8、图9和图14所示,本应用例中,柜门9上安装有金属导片24,由于柜门9的外层为外饰金属板14,从而金属导片24与外饰金属板14导通,在工作人员接触柜门时,可通过金属导片24导走人体带有的静电,从而消除静电,保证操作安全。
如图15~图20所示,其还包括柜门9停闭装置,柜门9停闭装置包括闭门器和停闭组件S,闭门器包括主体25和摇臂26,摇臂26的一端与主体25相连、另一端通过安装座28安装于柜门9内侧,停闭组件S包括弹性体卡扣27、金属转接板35和金属固定底板36,弹性体卡扣27固定安装于金属转接板35,金属转接板35与金属固定底板36通过熔断层37固定连接,金属固定底板36安装于柜门9,弹性体卡扣27设有与闭门器的摇臂26配合的卡槽2701,如图20所示,金属转接板35为斜坡式金属转接板,优选的,熔断层37的材质可选用高强度易熔合金,例如70°熔融的高强度易熔合金,在金属转接板35和金属固定底板36之间焊接高强度易熔合金即形成熔断层37,优选的,金属转接板35开设通孔3501,焊接时高强度易熔合金充满通孔3501形成凸块3701,可增强金属转接板35的连接强度,防止意外脱落;如图15所示,当柜门打开时,闭门器的摇臂26卡入弹性体卡扣的卡槽2701中,可实现柜门9停门,方便从柜中取出或者向柜内放入物品,此时,若发生火灾,当温度达到熔断层的熔点时,熔断层熔融使金属转接板35与金属固定底板36分离,闭门器恢复自由状态,柜门9在闭门器的作用下可实现自动关闭,保证防火安全。
如图13、图16、图17和图24所示,通风阻火阀16安装于柜体1的进风口17和出风口21处,柜体1内侧设有分别与进风口17对应的送风口18、与出风口21对应的回风口20,如图1和图13所示,矩形管4a和角钢4b连接搭建的龙骨框架4在内面板3和石膏板5之间形成无框架处的空隙层,从而可与进风口17、送风口18形成进风通道,并与出风口21、回风口20形成出风通道,图13中,19表示进风路线、22表示出风路线,使柜体具有良好的通风效果,保证防火安全柜的安全性能,优选的,如图17和图24所示,沿进风口17、出风口21的内侧壁沿周向粘贴一圈背胶型防火膨胀橡胶条32(进风口17的防火膨胀橡胶条32未示出),并在内侧粘接有十字形、井字形或米字形防火膨胀橡胶条3201进行支撑,增强背胶型防火膨胀橡胶条3201的稳固性,在遇火燃烧后,膨胀条会膨胀为自己本身数倍体积的团状,从而直接填满通风孔通道,有效阻隔火焰和热量内传的速度,保证防火安全。
如图13、图16、图17和图21~图24所示,通风阻火阀16包括阀体和阻火碟片1602,优选的,阀体采用带颈法兰1601,方便安装;带颈法兰1601的颈部安装有固定轴1603,优选的,固定轴1603为螺杆,阻火碟片1602通过耳孔1602b穿设于固定轴1603并相对布置,熔断片1604的两端分别钩挂于阻火碟片1602上的第二挂钩1602a,固定轴1603还穿设有扭簧1605,扭簧1605的扭脚1605a分别抵接于阻火碟片1602的内侧面,优选的,可在阻火碟片1602之间,在带颈法兰1601颈部相对的两侧安装铆钉1606,以防止阻火碟片1602在通风状态时发生侧翻覆盖住进风口17或者出风口21,妨碍通风;熔断片1604包括铜片1604a,铜片1604a开有与第二挂钩1602a进行钩挂的挂口1604c,在铜片1604a的端部,两个铜片1604a反向交叠并通过熔断合金1604b焊接于一体,当发生火灾时,若环境温度达到熔断合金的熔点时,熔断合金融为液体使交叠的两个铜片分离,扭簧恢复自由状态,抵接于阻火碟片1602内侧面的扭脚将两个竖立的阻火碟片1602打开,如图22所示,从而在扭簧力 作用下盖紧柜体1的进风口17、出风口21,阻断火苗及热空气通过进风口17、出风口21进入柜体1,实现隔热、阻火功能,优选的,在带颈法兰1601和进风口17、出风口21之间分别设有密网不锈钢网片38,在通风状态可以起到过滤杂质的作用,在阻火隔热状态可以阻止火焰及热量传入柜体1。
如图7~9所示,柜门9安装有把手10,柜门9包括外饰金属板14、内饰板12,在外饰金属板14和内饰板12之间,由外至内依次安装有钢框架13和防火层,优选的,防火层为石膏板5’,石膏板5’至少有一层,本应用例选用两层石膏板5;柜体1的内面板3和柜门9的内饰板12可采用双面贴皮硫氧镁耐火装饰板,既可提高安全柜内部的美观性,还可成为柜体1的内防火屏障,延长防火时间。
优选的,柜体结构、门与柜体1、门与门之间的横向、纵向间隙处可采用中、高硅氧布、无碱纤维布等材质的耐高温阻火布、橡胶阻火密封膨胀条、橡胶阻火膨胀条等进行充填、填补或者填缝,保证防火安全柜的密封性,提高防火安全柜的防火、耐热性能。
如图25~28所示,在支脚7处,地脚螺栓39穿过金属板2和石膏板5与龙骨框架4连接固定,可增强对柜门的支撑、稳定效果;优选的,柜门9通过三个铰链11安装于门框架6,其中两个铰链11位于柜门上端,一个铰链11位于柜门下端,三个铰链11成竖直排布状态,可提高柜门安装的稳固性;如图10、图14、图25所示,使用防火柜体结构的防火安全柜为单开门式;如图29所示,使用防火柜体结构的防火安全柜为双开门式。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种防火柜体结构,包括柜体,其一侧开口设置,适于安装柜门,其特征在于,所述柜体包括龙骨框架和固定在龙骨框架外立面的至少一层石膏板;相邻所述石膏板无缝拼接;所述龙骨框架的刚度大于所述石膏板的刚度;
    若干支脚,穿过所述石膏板并固定连接所述龙骨框架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,任一所述支脚的支承力方向与所述龙骨框架内竖梁的延伸方向相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述龙骨框架为钢龙骨框架。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述龙骨框架包括矩形管和角钢;与所述开口正对的所述柜体侧面沿其中线设置矩形管;除了位于该侧面的所述龙骨框架中与中线的矩形管平行的两条棱边采用角钢,所述龙骨框架的其余棱边均采用矩形管;
    所述龙骨框架的内立面还设置内面板;任一所述角钢两侧平行的所述矩形管与所述内面板和所述石膏板之间均围成空隙层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,正对的两个内面板上分别开设与对应的所述空隙层连通的送风口和回风口;位于空隙层远端的所述石膏板上分别开设与所述送风口对应的进风口,与所述回风口对应的出风口;所述进风口和所述出风口上分别设置通风阻火阀;
    两个所述空隙层其一形成进风通道,另一形成出风通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于:所述通风阻火阀包括阀体和阻火碟片,所述阀体安装有固定轴,所述阻火碟片穿设于所述固定轴并相对布置,熔断片的两端分别钩挂于所述阻火碟片上的第二挂钩,所述固定轴还穿设有扭簧,所述扭簧的扭脚分别抵接于所述阻火碟片的内侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述龙骨框架外立面设置至少两层石膏板;层间所述石膏板相互叠置,边缘形成台阶式对接结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述龙骨框架内设置加强筋。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述柜体的周向侧壁和底部外表面覆盖有金属板,所述柜体的顶部覆盖有外面板。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种防火柜体结构,其特征在于,所述柜体的顶部和/或侧壁设有与所述龙骨框架连接的静电接地装置。
  11. 一种防火安全柜,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-10中任一项所述的防火柜体结构和安装在所述柜体一侧开口上的柜门;
    门框架,沿所述柜体的开口边缘设置并固定连接所述龙骨框架;所述门框架为钢结构框架;所述门框架与所述龙骨框架均固定连接所述支脚;
    所述柜门铰接设置在所述门框架上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防火安全柜,其特征在于,所述柜门包括外饰金属板、内饰板,在所述外饰金属板和内饰板之间,由外至内依次安装有钢框架和防火层;
    所述柜门上设置把手;所述柜门和/或所述把手表面设置不锈钢导体。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防火安全柜,其特征在于,还包括金属搁板架,所述金属搁板架通过金属紧固件安装于所述柜体相对两个侧壁上,所述金属紧固件固定安装于所述龙骨框架,金属搁板钩挂于所述金属搁板架上的第一挂钩。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防火安全柜,其特征在于,所述柜体与所述柜门的间隙处设置高温阻火布和橡胶阻火膨胀条。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防火安全柜,其特征在于:还包括柜门停闭装置,所述柜门停闭装置包括闭门器和停闭组件,所述停闭组件包括弹性体卡扣、金属转接板和金属固定底板,所述弹性体卡扣固定安装于所述金属转接板,所述金属转接板与所述金属固定底板通过熔断层固定连接,所述金属固定底板安装于所述柜门,所述弹性体卡扣设有与所述闭门器的摇臂配合的卡槽。
