Abstract
Un banc de poussée de hanche selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut aider à contracter les muscles fessiers et à protéger le bas du dos en maintenant les articulations de la hanche dans une posture stable lorsqu'un utilisateur effectue un exercice des muscles fessiers.
