Un banc de poussée de hanche selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut aider à contracter les muscles fessiers et à protéger le bas du dos en maintenant les articulations de la hanche dans une posture stable lorsqu'un utilisateur effectue un exercice des muscles fessiers. Le banc de poussée de hanche comprend : un cadre de support comprenant une première unité de support logée sur le plancher inférieur et une seconde unité de support espacée de la première unité de support ; un cadre de corps principal comprenant une première unité verticale formée en s'étendant à partir de la première unité de support, une seconde unité verticale formée en s'étendant à partir de la seconde unité de support, et une unité de liaison reliant la première unité verticale et la seconde unité verticale ; et un cadre de siège qui est disposé entre la première unité verticale et la seconde unité verticale pour fournir une surface plate et qui est mis en rotation sur la base de la première unité verticale et de la seconde unité verticale, le cadre de siège pouvant être mis en rotation sur la base du cadre de corps principal en fonction du mouvement de l'utilisateur tout en supportant une partie du corps de l'utilisateur.
