Description

Razor handles and razors
The present invention relates to a razor handle and a razor.
The razor has a head portion to which a cartridge containing a metal blade is attached to a resin case, and a handle united with a handle portion for the user to grip and operate. Moldings are well known. Handles are usually made of hard plastic or metal, and many of them have structures that are difficult to fold or disassemble, requiring a large volume for storage, and it is necessary to secure storage space for storage. , there was a problem that it is inconvenient to carry.
In addition, accommodation facilities such as inns and hotels sometimes provide disposable razors with plastic handles as amenities, but in recent years, problems such as marine pollution caused by microplastics have been attracting attention. From the point of view of environmental protection, etc., the elimination of plastics is progressing worldwide. In Japan, the Law Concerning Promotion of Resource Recycling Related to Plastics was enacted, and for example, specific business operators such as hotels are obliged to reduce single-use plastic products. The Law Concerning Promotion, etc. of Resource Recycling Concerning Plastics designates plastic razors as ``products using specified plastics,'' and a shift away from plastic in razors is attracting attention.
Patent Document 1 below, for example, proposes a razor formed by folding and assembling a thin sheet with a handle made of paper. The handle of this razor is made of paper, which reduces the amount of plastic used as a whole. Moreover, the razor can be transported and stored in the form of a sheet, which improves the storability and portability. For example, it can be delivered to stores or lodging facilities in the form of a sheet, stored in the backyard in the form of a sheet, or assembled and used when necessary.
Patent No. 68458478
However, some razors with plastic or metal handles are equipped with a mechanism in which a cartridge attached to the handle moves along the curved surface of the skin. Although widely accepted by users, no razor that is formed by folding and assembling a thin sheet has such a swinging mechanism.
In the razor of Cited Document 1, the cartridge (razor head) is urged against the user's skin by the bending of the handle. remains to change.
In addition, the razor of Patent Document 1 requires multiple folding steps to form the handle part of the handle, especially for gripping, and further simplification of assembly is required.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a razor handle and a razor that can be easily assembled from a single sheet and that has an oscillating mechanism that allows the blade and cartridge to follow curved surfaces. .

(First embodiment)
A razor handle of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. FIG. 1, the handle 1 has a handle portion 10 to be gripped by a user and a head portion 30 to which a cartridge is attached. , assembled from a single sheet of material.
The head portion 30 of the razor handle 1 includes a mounting portion 31 connected to the distal end side of the handle portion 10 via a first folding line 41, and a second folding portion arranged parallel to the first folding line 41. and a back plate portion 32 connected to the mounting portion 31 via a line 42 .
The handle part 10 has an elongated shape at the rear end and a fan shape whose width gradually widens at the front end.
The mounting portion 31 is formed to stand up from the handle portion 10 by bending the linear first folding line 41, and is connected so as to be able to swing around the first folding line 41 as an axis. That is, the mounting portion 31 and the handle portion 10 are connected so that the angle between them can be changed. The mounting portion 31 has a mounting surface 31A for mounting a blade or a cartridge containing the blade, and this mounting surface is formed on the side opposite to the rear end direction of the handle portion. Therefore, when the blade and the cartridge are attached to the attachment surface, when the attachment portion 31 swings about the first folding line 41, the blade and the cartridge move accordingly.
Here, the razor handle 1 according to the present invention has a tongue portion 50 which is cut and raised from the handle portion 10 with the mounting portion 31 side as a leading end, and this cut and raise produces plate spring elasticity. The elasticity of the plate spring of the tongue portion 50 is adjusted mainly by the rigidity of the sheet material and the elastic deformability such as stiffness, and also by the width and length of the tongue portion 50 and the overall shape of the handle portion 10 .
On the other hand, the back plate portion 32 is folded back at the second folding line 42 and positioned closer to the rear end side of the handle portion 10 than the mounting portion 31. It is inserted between 50 and the handle portion 10 , and the tongue portion 50 presses and holds the back plate portion 32 . In this illustrated form, the tongue portion 50 not only pushes the back plate portion 32 but also is configured to sandwich the back plate portion 32 with the handle portion 10 . At this time, if the tongue portion 50 has a strong force to return to the position before being cut and raised, an elastic biasing force is applied to the back plate portion 32, so that the back plate portion 32 is clamped more strongly.
In the handle 1 of this embodiment, structurally, the mounting portion 31 can swing around the first folding line 41, and the second folding line 42 is positioned parallel to the first folding line 41. Therefore, when the attachment portion 31 moves toward the rear end direction of the handle portion 10 about the first fold line 41 , the second fold line 42 moves toward the rear end side of the handle portion 10 . As a result, the back plate portion 32 is inserted closer to the base end portion 51 side of the tongue piece portion 50 . Further, when the mounting portion 31 moves toward the rear end of the handle portion 10 about the first folding line 41, the mounting portion 31 becomes more upright with respect to the handle portion 10. As shown in FIG. As a result, the back plate portion 32 is not only inserted toward the base end portion 51 of the tongue portion 50 but also tries to push up the tongue portion 50 . That is, since the tongue portion 50 is further cut and raised, an elastic force that pushes back the back plate portion 32 is generated and increased. As described above, in this embodiment, an elastic force is generated against the pressing of the tongue portion 50 of the back plate portion 32 toward the base end portion 51 as the mounting portion 31 swings.
Here, in this embodiment, as a preferred form, the handle portion bending line 11 is provided from the rear end side to the tip side at the center portion in the width direction of the surface of the handle portion 10 opposite to the cut-and-raise direction. The handle portion 10 is bent in the width direction, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the cut-and-raised direction of the tongue portion 50, and is bent into a substantially V shape so that the cut-and-raised side becomes the valley side. A handle portion 10 is provided. When the handle portion 10 is V-shaped in this manner, the design is superior to that of a planar handle portion, and the operability is greatly improved.
Furthermore, the bending of the handle portion 10 makes the function and cut-and-raise of the tongue piece portion 50 suitable. That is, when the handle portion 10 is bent into a V shape, the base end portion 51 of the tongue portion 50 is narrowed. As a result, the tip side of the tongue portion 50 can be lifted from the handle portion 10 . At this time, it is desirable that the handle portion 10 is bent like the handle portion 10 because the handle portion 10 can be lifted toward the valley side. Furthermore, if the handle portion bending line 11 extends to the base end portion 51 of the tongue portion 50 as in the illustrated embodiment, the base end portion 51 of the tongue portion 50 is also bent so as to be slightly curved. At the portion 51, it becomes difficult for the portion 51 to break due to plastic deformation, which makes it impossible to function as a spring, and it becomes easy to generate an elastic biasing force.
Furthermore, in the handle 1 of this embodiment, a sliding piece 33 is particularly provided at the tip of the back plate portion 32 to be in contact with the handle portion 10 , and the sliding piece 33 moves toward the handle according to the movement of the mounting portion 31 . It is configured to slide on the portion 10 . The sliding pieces 33 are provided as a pair so as to be in contact with both end positions remaining when the tongue portion 50 is cut and raised, that is, positions sandwiching the tongue portion 50 . In addition to stably moving, the friction between the back plate portion 32 and the handle portion 10 is adjusted, and the tongue portion 50 is adjusted to the desired elastic biasing force against the back plate portion 32. easier.
The size of the handle of this embodiment is not limited because it can be the size of a general razor. However, it is preferable to set the width L3 to 35 to 49 mm and the width L3 to 15 to 20 mm. With this size, it is the size of a general razor, and a high-strength razor handle can be constructed from the sheet material.
(Second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7-12. The configuration similar to that of the first embodiment is as described above, and only different points will be described. The second embodiment differs in the structure of the back plate portion and the generation of the elastic biasing force of the tongue piece to the back plate portion.
7, 8 and 10, the handle 1 of this second embodiment has a slit in which the back plate portion 32 is convex toward the second folding line 42 and this It has a leading end portion 32E surrounded by a pair of third folding lines 43 parallel to the second folding lines 42 and a leading edge, which are connected to the ends of the slit 32S. At the third folding line 43 , the tip portion is folded back in the direction toward the handle portion, and is folded to the portion between the second folding line 42 and the third folding line 43 . By this folding, the portion surrounded by the convex slit 32S is reversed, and a plate-shaped depression is formed at the folding edge of the back plate portion 32. In addition, in the illustrated shape, the shape of the slit is a curved semi-elliptical shape, but the specific shape of the slit is not limited.
The formation position of the convex slit 32S is in the extension line direction of the tip of the tongue portion 50, and the recess is formed at the position where the tongue portion 50 rests. In this second embodiment, the dish-shaped recess of the back plate portion 32 is inserted between the tongue portion 50 and the handle portion 10 . In other words, this depression serves as the receiving portion 34 for receiving the tongue portion 50 . In the second embodiment, the back plate portion 32 is pressed in such a manner that the tongue portion 50 rides on the receiving portion 34 . Furthermore, since the receiving portion 34 has a wall corresponding to the thickness of the back plate portion 32 on the side of the second folding line 42 , the back plate portion 32 has a tip of the tongue portion 50 that rests on the receiving portion 34 . , and the movement is restricted at the position where it abuts against the wall portion 35 . Therefore, the attachment portion 31 is prevented from falling excessively toward the rear end side of the handle portion 10 .
(Common configuration of each embodiment)
In the handle 1 of each of the above-described embodiments, the mounting portion 31 is configured to be able to swing around the first folding line 41, and further, when the second folding line 42 side is pushed toward the handle portion 10, Since the plate portion 32 is elastically biased by the tongue portion 50 to generate a repulsive force, the mounting surface 31A moves elastically with respect to the object, thus providing a so-called swinging mechanism. ing. Therefore, when a blade or a cartridge containing the blade is attached to the attachment surface of the handle with the blade edge facing the first folding line, the razor is provided with the swing mechanism. In addition, in the handle of the present invention, the method of attaching the blade and the cartridge to the attachment surface is not limited. The razor can be fixed by an appropriate fixing means such as an adhesive, an adhesive tape, caulking or eyelets. Also, the blade and cartridge are not limited. A commercially available replaceable blade cartridge may be used, or one formed by fixing a blade to a paper frame may be used.
Here, each folding line in the handle of the present embodiment is a line for facilitating folding and folding of the sheet material, and may be a simple printed line for positioning. , Preferably, it is a ruled line, a perforation, or a half slit, which is also called a crease. A half-slit is desirable for ease of folding. However, all lines do not need to be of the same type. It can be appropriately arranged in consideration of the required strength and the stress required for bending. Also, it is not necessary to make the cut-tie ratio for perforations and the slit depth for half-slits the same.
Here, a particularly suitable sheet material for the handle 1 of this embodiment will be further described. The sheet material of the present embodiment is desirably paper made from pulp fibers from the viewpoint of eliminating plastics as described above. Specifically, corrugated cardboard, coated cardboard, and multi-layer paper in which a plurality of paper layers are laminated can be exemplified. Of course, it is more desirable that the paper is composed only of fibers derived from natural materials and does not contain synthetic fibers including plastics. Preferably, the paper is made of pulp fibers only. Also particularly preferred papers are multilayer papers having three or more paper layers. As shown in FIG. 14, the multi-layer paper 90 has a plurality of paper layers 91 and 92 laminated, so that the characteristics of each layer can be changed, and the paper can be easily folded while having strength. For example, by combining a pair of surface layers 91, which are hard but tend to break easily although they are excellent in water resistance and wear resistance, with a flexible middle layer 92, they become excellent in toughness and durability, and can be bent or assembled while having strength. can be made easier. In addition, when each folding line is formed into a half slit, a plurality of layers including the surface layer can be prevented from being completely cut, and the risk of breakage at each folding line can be greatly reduced and flexibility can be provided. . The multi-layered paper 90 can be manufactured by multi-layered paper. Moreover, the multi-layered paper 90 may be commercially available, for example, Ellipra paper manufactured by Dainichi Paper Co., Ltd., and the like. From this point, it is particularly preferable that the pattern body of the present embodiment is made of multi-layered paper and the folding line is a half slit.

Particularly desirable is 40 to 42.5 MPa. Within this range, the elastic biasing force of the tongue portion and the back plate portion can be suitably exerted, the mounting surface can easily follow the curved surface of the skin, and excessive surface pressure can be prevented. Furthermore, the "flexural modulus" based on JIS K 7171 is desirably 6500 MPa to 7500 Pa. Within this range, the elastic biasing force of the tongue portion and the back plate portion can be suitably exerted, the mounting surface can easily follow the curved surface of the skin, and excessive surface pressure can be prevented. "Bending strength" and "flexural modulus" are measured at a test speed of 2 mm/min and a distance between fulcrums of 64 m, and the measured value is the average value of five measurements.

Other pulps include chemical pulps such as waste paper pulp, hardwood sulfite pulp and softwood sulfite pulp, or various known pulps such as pulp chemically or mechanically produced from non-wood fibers such as kenaf, hemp, and reeds. Any suitable combination of pulps may be used. The content of softwood kraft pulp and hardwood kraft pulp is desirably 90 to 100% by mass because it facilitates development of strength. In this case, the mixing ratio of softwood kraft pulp and hardwood kraft pulp is preferably 5:95 to 30:70. For a razor with a design that gives a feeling of cleanliness and hardness, it is particularly preferable to use bleached softwood kraft pulp and bleached hardwood kraft pulp, which are white pulps with a high degree of whiteness.

If it has this tensile strength, it is suitable for folding and assembly.
In addition, when the sheet material is paper, the paper must have a Taber stiffness of 150 mN·m or more in the longitudinal direction and 70 mN·m or more in the lateral direction measured in accordance with JIS P 8125 (2000). is desirable. Within this range, it is easy to fold and assemble.
Furthermore, when the sheet material is paper, the paper is tested according to JAPAN TAPPI Paper Pulp Test Method No. 18-1:2000, the Z-axis strength is 400 kN/m 2 or more, preferably 450 kN/m 2 or more. It is easy to manufacture the handle in the developed state by punching such as Thomson processing and cutting with a cutting plotter.
When the sheet material is paper, the paper preferably has a static friction coefficient of 0.25 to 0.65 according to the JIS P 8147 ISO horizontal method. In particular, the friction between the tongue portion and the back plate portion becomes smooth. In this measuring method, it is preferable that the measurement is performed three times for each of the back surfaces and the front surfaces of the sheet material, and the third measurement values for the back surfaces and the front surfaces are all within the above range. In the ISO horizontal method, at least one of the static friction coefficient of the first sliding, the static friction coefficient of the third sliding, or the dynamic friction coefficient of the third sliding should be measured, and the third static friction coefficient is smaller than the first static friction coefficient. The third static friction coefficient has a smaller variation.
When the sheet material is paper, the PPS (Parker Print Surf Roughness) conforming to JIS P 8151 is preferably 3 to 8 μm, more preferably 4 to 7 μm, on both the front and back surfaces. The friction between the tongue piece and the back plate becomes smooth.
When the sheet material is paper, the paper preferably has an MMD value of 10 to 25 on both the front and back surfaces. The friction between the tongue piece and the back plate becomes smooth. The MMD is measured using a friction tester (KES-SE, manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd.) or its equivalent. As the friction element, a contact surface having a length and a width of 10 mm is used, which is formed by adjoining 20 standard piano wires having a diameter of 0.5 mm.
When the sheet material is the multilayer paper 90 that is particularly preferable for the pattern body 1 according to the present embodiment, the number of layers is not limited, but is 5 to 9 layers, and the number of layers of the middle layer 92 is 3 layers or more, especially 5 layers. Better to In particular, the embodiment shown in FIG. 14 has three middle layers 92 . It is said that when the total number of middle layers 92 is three or more, the toughness and durability of the multi-layered paper 90 are likely to be exhibited. The upper limit of the total number of intermediate layers 92 is preferably seven or less from the viewpoint of maintaining interlayer strength. In addition, three to seven layers are easy to operate while maintaining interlaminar strength in the case of using a cylinder multi-cylinder type combined paper machine.
When the sheet material is the multilayer paper 90, the basis weight of the surface layer 91 and the middle layer 92 can be adjusted within the range of the overall basis weight when the sheet material is paper, and is not particularly limited. Preferably, the basis weight of the surface layer 91 is 60.0 g/m 2 or more and 150.0 g/m 2 or less, particularly 100 to 145 g/m 2 per layer. Moreover, the basis weight of the entire middle layer 92 is preferably 490 g/m 2 or more and 750 g/m 2 or less, particularly 600 g/m 2 or more and 740 g/m 2 or less. Further, the multilayer paper 90 preferably has a ratio of the total basis weight of the pair of surface layers 91 and 91 to the total basis weight of the multilayer paper 90 in the range of 15.0% to 33.0%. The rigidity of the pair of surface layers 91 is high, and the softness of the middle layer 92 is excellent. Therefore, it is easy to bend at the folding line position, and it is difficult to bend at a position other than the folding line, and it is easy to obtain a handle that is excellent in strength and easy to assemble.
When the sheet material is multi-layered paper 90, the blend of pulp fibers in each layer of multi-layered paper 90 is such that the mass ratio (%) of softwood kraft pulp and hardwood kraft pulp in surface layer 91 is 0/100 or more and 15/85 or less. It is preferable to have In addition to the surface layer 91 of this composition, the middle layer 92 preferably has a mass ratio (%) of softwood kraft pulp and hardwood kraft pulp of 15/85 or more and 35/65 or less. It contains a lot of hardwood kraft pulp that is rigid and easily densified, and the surface layer has high density and rigidity, and the middle layer contains a lot of softwood kraft pulp, which is more flexible than the surface layer. The handle tends to have a strength that does not easily decrease even if it is bent at a point or repeatedly bent.
In addition, when the sheet material is the multilayer paper 90, it is desirable that the multilayer paper 90 is added with at least one of a sizing agent and a paper strength agent as a papermaking additive. The rosin sizing agent also includes those obtained by emulsifying these alone or a mixture thereof, and those obtained by emulsifying them alone and then mixing them. Furthermore, emulsified products to which various polymers are added in order to further improve size development are also included.
As the paper strength enhancer, various known ones such as polyacrylamide resin, polyamide resin, polyamine resin, acrylic resin, melamine resin, urea resin, and polyamide epichlorohydrin resin can be used. Among these, amphoteric paper strength agents are preferably used. Examples of amphoteric polyacrylamides include copolymers of acrylamide with anionic monomers and cationic monomers, Mannich-modified copolymers of acrylamide with anionic monomers, Hoffmann decomposition products, and the like. In particular, since amphoteric polyacrylamide has a self-fixing function, even if it is added to improve inter-paper strength, it does not become excessively cationic. can be established in
The amount of sizing agent added is preferably 0.5 kg/t or more and 5.0 kg/t or less in solid content. The amount of the paper strength agent to be added is preferably 12 kg/t or more and 30 kg/t or less in terms of solid content. In addition, "kg/t" shows the mass (kg) per 1t of pulp. When the amount of the sizing agent added is within this range, the water resistance increases, so that it is easy to maintain sufficient strength even when damp clothes or towels are applied.
In addition, when the sheet material is the multilayer paper 90, the multilayer paper 90 preferably has at least one of the above-mentioned sizing agents and paper strength agents added to each layer of the surface layer 91 and the middle layer 92 as a papermaking additive. In this case, the amount of the sizing agent added to the surface layer 91 is preferably 0.5 kg/t or more and 5.0 kg/t or less in solid content. The amount of the sizing agent added to the middle layer 92 is preferably 2.0 kg/t or more and 5.0 kg/t or less in solid content. Moreover, the amount of the paper strength enhancer added to each layer is preferably 12 kg/t or more and 30 kg/t or less in terms of solid content. Within this range, various paper strengths such as interlaminar strength of multilayer paper suitable for hangers can be easily obtained.
Furthermore, the pattern according to the present embodiment preferably contains a siloxane compound. When a siloxane compound is contained, the rigidity, strength, and water resistance are enhanced by siloxane bonds. The siloxane compound is not necessarily limited as long as it has a siloxane bond, but since the handle 1 constitutes a razor that comes into contact with the human body, it preferably has no or low toxicity to the living body. In addition, the siloxane compound includes an appropriate alkoxysilane solution and an alkoxysilane solution processed product for the sheet material before assembly and the sheet material as a material, in addition to the mode of coating the siloxane compound on the hanger after assembly. After infiltration, it may be added by warming or heating. This is desirable because the siloxane compound is bound to the pulp fibers themselves or is contained in such a manner as to coat the pulp fibers.
