本实用新型属于机械加工设备技术领域,具体为一种金属件筛选设备。
背景技术
在锻造业中,各种孔径金属精密管件的锻造是非常多的,特别是一些精密金属精密管件,在锻造后对产品的管孔是否贯穿进行次品筛选时,由于数量非常多,且又小,靠人工进行筛选的话,非常耗时,效率非常低,也容易发生漏选。
因此,如何提供一种金属件筛选设备,能够实现金属件的机械化筛选,是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属件筛选设备,提高金属件的筛选效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:包括框架体,所述框架体的一侧固定安装有动力机构,所述框架体的中部固定安装有收料机构,所述收料机构的上方安装筛选机构,所述筛选机构通过所述动力机构驱动;
所述筛选机构包括滑动架和筛选盘,所述滑动架滑动连接于所述框架体的顶部,所述滑动架的上表面设置有若干个定位柱,所述定位柱呈环形均匀分布,所述筛选盘上设置有与所述定位柱相匹配的定位孔,所述定位柱置于所述定位孔内;
所述筛选盘的表面均匀开设有若干个圆孔。
进一步地说,所述动力机构包括驱动电机和电机架,所述驱动电机固定安装于所述电机架,所述驱动电机的输出端固定安装有输出轮,所述电机架的另一端转动连接有转动轮,所述输出轮带动所述转动轮转动,所述转动轮与所述滑动架之间转动连接有连杆。
进一步地说,所述输出轮与所述转动轮之间通过皮带传动。
进一步地说,所述收料机构包括收料盘和托盘,所述收料盘滑动连接于所述框架体,所述托盘固定安装于所述框架体,所述托盘与所述收料盘之间通过弹簧体连接。

本实用新型的设置有动力机构和筛选机构,通过动力机构带动筛选机构做往复移动,放置于筛选盘内的金属件在筛选盘运动的过程中,从圆孔处落入到筛选机构下方的收料机构中,而不符合规格的金属件将被滞留在筛选盘上;
本实用新型的动力机构由转动轮、输出轮和皮带构成,通过驱动电机带动输出轮转动,皮带带动转动轮转动,转动轮上的连杆随着转动轮的转动带动滑动架来回移动,从而使筛选盘晃动。

实施例:一种金属件筛选设备,如图1到图3所示,包括框架体1,所述框架体的一侧固定安装有动力机构2,所述框架体的中部固定安装有收料机构3,所述收料机构的上方安装筛选机构4,所述筛选机构通过所述动力机构驱动;
所述筛选机构包括滑动架41和筛选盘42,所述滑动架滑动连接于所述框架体的顶部,所述滑动架的上表面设置有若干个定位柱43,所述定位柱呈环形均匀分布,所述筛选盘上设置有与所述定位柱相匹配的定位孔44,所述定位柱置于所述定位孔内;
所述筛选盘的表面均匀开设有若干个圆孔45。根据所需要筛选的不同的金属件的尺寸,选择合适的筛选盘。
所述动力机构包括驱动电机21和电机架22,所述驱动电机固定安装于所述电机架,所述驱动电机的输出端固定安装有输出轮23,所述电机架的另一端转动连接有转动轮24,所述输出轮带动所述转动轮转动,所述转动轮与所述滑动架之间转动连接有连杆5。
所述输出轮与所述转动轮之间通过皮带25传动,通过皮带轮实现转动轮与输出轮之间的传动。
所述收料机构包括收料盘31和托盘32,所述收料盘滑动连接于所述框架体,所述托盘固定安装于所述框架体,所述托盘与所述收料盘之间通过弹簧体连接。所述弹簧体环形均匀分布与所述托盘的上表面。弹簧体在提供支撑的同时,能够吸收金属件下落时的冲击力。
所述托盘的横截面为锥形。
进一步地说,所述定位柱为橡胶柱,所述定位柱下半部分的直径大于上半部分的直径,即定位柱为上小下大的锥形,定位柱与定位孔之间过盈配合

使用时,根据不同尺寸的金属件,选择合适齿轮的筛选盘,然后驱动驱动电机,通过驱动电机的动作,带动筛选盘的移动,球形金属件在移动的过程中,与圆孔尺寸相匹配的金属件就会从筛选盘上掉落到收料机构。

    所述筛选机构包括滑动架和筛选盘,所述滑动架滑动连接于所述框架体的顶部,所述滑动架的上表面设置有若干个定位柱,所述定位柱呈环形均匀分布,所述筛选盘上设置有与所述定位柱相匹配的定位孔,所述定位柱置于所述定位孔内;
    所述筛选盘的表面均匀开设有若干个圆孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属件筛选设备,其特征在于:所述动力机构包括驱动电机和电机架,所述驱动电机固定安装于所述电机架,所述驱动电机的输出端固定安装有输出轮,所述电机架的另一端转动连接有转动轮,所述输出轮带动所述转动轮转动,所述转动轮与所述滑动架之间转动连接有连杆。
