背景技术
日常生活中,越来越多的人在用餐时会选择饮用红酒。众所周知,在饮用红酒时,需要先对红酒进行醒酒。
通常,在醒酒时,需要将红酒倒入醒酒器中,然后摇晃醒酒器30分钟至120分钟,使红酒中的单宁等物质与空气中的氧气充分接触和反应,以降低红酒入口后的酸涩感。

下面将结合附图,对本公开一些实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开所提供的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
日常生活中,越来越多的人在用餐时会选择饮用红酒。在饮用红酒前,通过醒酒可以使红酒的香味充分释放,以提高口感。
通常情况下,在进行醒酒时,主要通过摇晃盛酒容器(如酒杯),使红酒沿杯壁旋转,与空气混合并充分氧化。如巴罗洛(Barolo)、阿玛罗尼(Amarone)等风味浓郁、口感紧实的红酒,因具有较高的单宁含量,且酒体宏大,需要醒酒约2小时。如黑皮诺(Pinot Noir)等酒体较轻的红酒,也需要醒酒约30分钟至60分钟之间。这样的醒酒方式用时过长,需要提前进行醒酒,不便于用户饮用。
本公开的一些实施例提供了一种冷藏设备1000,参考图1A和图1B,冷藏设备1000包括柜体100,以及用于对红酒进行醒酒的醒酒装置300(即模块300),柜体100内限定出低温的储藏间200。醒酒装置300设于储藏间200内,且醒酒装置300内具有用于放置酒瓶的容纳空间。醒酒装置300被配置为对瓶装红酒进行分酒和/或增强醒酒。
在一些实施例中,醒酒装置300还被配置为对瓶装红酒进行抽真空。
在一些实施例中,醒酒装置300还被配置为对其出酒路径上的管路和部件进行清洗。
需要说明的是,冷藏设备1000可设置为酒柜、冰箱或冷藏柜等。
【出酒机构1】
参考图2至图4,醒酒装置300包括出酒机构1,出酒机构1连接酒瓶10a的瓶口,且被配置为将酒瓶10a内的酒液抽出到酒瓶外。出酒机构1与酒瓶10a的瓶口相适配。出酒机构1包括空气流道11、第一液体流道12和第二液体流道13。空气流道11和第一液体流道12分别与酒瓶10a的内腔相连通。第二液体流道13与第一液体流道12相连通。空气流道11和第一液体流道12分别贯穿出酒机构1。
参考图5,醒酒装置300还包括用于吸取酒瓶10a中酒液的吸酒管20。吸酒管20的一端连通第一液体流道12,吸酒管20的另一端(即,远离出酒机构1的一端)伸入酒瓶10a内,且靠近酒瓶10a的瓶底,这样,可以使吸酒管20浸于酒瓶10a内的酒液中,且可以减少在清空酒瓶10a时酒液在酒瓶10a内的残留。
例如,吸酒管20为伸缩式吸酒管,吸酒管20的远离出酒机构1的一端具有扩口段201,以增大吸酒管20的内径,增加吸酒的横截面积,增加吸酒量,避免出酒中断。
在一些实施例中,吸酒管20可以为多段式结构。例如,吸酒管20为三段式结构,即,吸酒管20包括上吸酒管、中吸酒管和下吸酒管。下吸酒管连通中吸酒管,且相对于中吸酒管可滑动;中吸酒管连通上吸酒管,且相对于上吸酒管可滑动。扩口段201位于下吸酒管 的下端。这样,当醒酒装置300中放入不同高度的酒瓶10a时,可以通过调整各段吸酒管,以使扩口段201靠近酒瓶10a的瓶底,从而可以减少在清空酒瓶10a时酒液在酒瓶10a内的残留。
参考图6和图7,出酒机构1还包括第四阀141(即第一单向阀),第四阀141安装在第一液体流道12中。第四阀141包括入口端(即第一入口端)和出口端(即第一出口端)。第四阀141的入口端位于第四阀141的靠近第一液体流道12连通吸酒管20的一端的一侧,第四阀141的出口端位于第四阀141的远离第一液体流道12连通吸酒管20的一端的一侧,且第四阀141的入口端与出口端单向导通,以使得第一液体流道12中的液体无法通过第四阀141流入酒瓶10a中,污染酒瓶10a中的酒液。
第二液体流道13与第四阀141的出口端双向互通且与第四阀141的入口端单向连通。通过设置第四阀141,可以使酒瓶10a内的酒液正常流出酒瓶,且可以避免外界液体或气体流入酒瓶10a内,污染酒瓶10a内的酒液。例如,第四阀141为单向阀。
参考图6至图8,出酒机构1包括第一盖体101和第二盖体102。第一盖体101位于第二盖体102的上方,第一盖体101与第二盖体102可拆卸地连接。例如,第一盖体101和第二盖体102通过紧固件(如螺钉)连接。
参考图6,第一液体流道12包括限定于第一盖体101内的第一上液体流道121(即,第一子液体流道)和限定于第二盖体102内的第一下液体流道122(即,第二子液体流道)。
例如,第四阀141的下端为第四阀141的入口端,第四阀141的上端为第四阀141的出口端,第四阀141的入口端位于第一下液体流道122内,第四阀141的出口端伸入到第一上液体流道121内,以便于第一下液体流道122连接第一上液体流道121,且便于将第四阀141安装在第一液体流道12内。
参考图8,第四阀141具有第四阀外壳1411(即外壳),第四阀外壳1411的侧部敞开以形成第四阀开口1412(即阀开口),第四阀开口1412与第四阀141的出口端双向互通,第四阀开口1412与第四阀141的入口端单向连通。也就是说,第四阀141的入口端处的液体可流至第四阀开口1412处,且第四阀开口1412处的液体无法流至第四阀141的入口端处。
第二液体流道13与第四阀开口1412连通,且第二液体流道13通过第四阀开口1412以及第四阀141的出口端与第一液体流道12连通。
可以理解的是,通过设置第四阀开口1412,可以便于第二液体流道13连接第一液体流道12,使得第二液体流道13内的液体可进入第一液体流道内12,而不能进入酒瓶10a内,这样,可以避免外界液体或气体污染酒瓶10a内的酒液。
例如,参考图8,第二液体流道13限定于第一盖体101内,第四阀开口1412位于第四阀外壳1411插入到第一盖体101的部分上,即,第四阀开口1412位于第一盖体101中。第二液体流道13的下端贯穿第一盖体101。
在一些实施例中,第二液体流道13包括限定于第一盖体101内的第二上液体流道和限定于第二盖体102内的第二下液体流道。第四阀开口1412位于第四阀外壳1411插入到第一盖体101的部分上,或者,第四阀开口1412位于第四阀外壳1411插入到第二盖体102的部分上,或者,第四阀开口1412位于第四阀外壳1411的侧部,且位于第一盖体101和第二盖体102的连接处。
参考图6和图7,出酒机构1还包括第一密封圈161。第一密封圈161设置在第一盖体101和第二盖体102之间,且套设在第一液体流道12的外周,以将第一液体流道12的位于第一盖体101和第二盖体102的连接处的部分密封。第一盖体101和/或第二盖体102与第一密封圈161相对应的位置处分别设置有与第一密封圈161相配合的密封圈槽体143,以便于将第一密封圈161设置在第一盖体101和第二盖体102之间。
在一些实施例中,参考图6和图7,第一密封圈161位于第二液体流道13的外周,当第二液体流道13设置为贯穿第一盖体101时,第一密封圈161可同时将第一液体流道12和第二液体流道13的位于第一盖体101和第二盖体102的连接处密封。
参考图8,出酒机构1还包括第二密封圈162。第二密封圈162设于第四阀141的入 口端与第一下液体流道122之间,以将第四阀141的入口端与第一下液体流道122之间密封,从而可以避免第一下液体流道122内的液体通过第四阀141的入口端与第一下液体流道122之间的缝隙流出到第四阀141外,确保第一下液体流道122内的液体流到第四阀141内,然后排出第四阀141。其中,第一密封圈161和第二密封圈162沿其延伸方向的纵截面为圆形、椭圆形或矩形等。
参考图6至图8,出酒机构1还包括开关142。开关142安装在空气流道11中,且被配置为将空气流道11断开或连通。
参考图6至图8,空气流道11包括限定于第一盖体101内的上空气流道111(即,第一子空气流道)以及限定于第二盖体内的下空气流道112(即,第二子空气流道)。例如,开关142被配置为将上空气流道111与下空气流道112断开或连通。
例如,开关142包括开关第一气管1421和开关第二气管1422,开关第一气管1421插设在上空气流道111中,且与上空气流道111连通,开关第二气管1422插设在下空气流道112中,且与下空气流道112连通。这样,通过控制开关142,可以使开关第一气管1421和开关第二气管1422连通或断开,从而将上空气流道111与下空气流道112连通或断开。
例如,开关142为旋钮式的开关,即,开关142还包括旋转芯体1423。通过旋转旋转芯体1423,可以将开关第一气管1421和开关第二气管1422连通或断开,即,将上空气流道111与下空气流道112之间连通或断开,从而控制酒瓶10a的内部与外界的连通或断开。
参考图6至图8,第一盖体101和第二盖体102之间限定出与上空气流流道111和下空气流道112连通的开关安装空间15。开关安装空间15具有朝向出酒机构1侧部的开关安装敞口端151。开关第一气管1421设于旋转芯体1423的侧部,开关第二气管1422设于旋转芯体1423远离开关安装敞口端151的一侧。
例如,将开关142通过开关安装敞口端151连接到第二盖体102上,且开关第二气管1422插设在下空气流道112中,将第一盖体101连接在第二盖体102上,且开关第一气管1421插设在上空气流道111内。
参考图6,下空气流道112包括与开关第二气管1422连接的下空气流道插接段1121和与酒瓶10a内腔连通的下空气流道连通段1122。例如,下空气流道插接段1121水平设置,下空气流道连通段1122竖直设置。
参考图6至图8,出酒机构1还包括第三密封圈163。第三密封圈163套设在开关第一气管1421的外周,且位于开关第一气管1421与上空气流道111的内壁之间,以将开关第一气管1421与上空气流道111的内壁之间密封,避免空气从开关第一气管1421与上空气流道111之间的缝隙处流出。
例如,第三密封圈163包括第一挤压段和第一限位段。所述第一挤压段连接所述第一限位段。
所述第一挤压段套设在开关第一气管1421的外周,且插入到上空气流道111中,以将开关第一气管1421与上空气流道111之间密封。所述第一限位段位于开关安装空间15内。所述第一限位段位于所述第一挤压段径向的外侧,且沿所述第一挤压段的周向延伸。当所述第一挤压段(或开关第一气管1421)插入到上空气流道111中时,所述第一限位段与上空气流道111的下端抵接,以避免第三密封圈163完全进入上空气流道111。
参考图6至图8,出酒机构1还包括第四密封圈164。第四密封圈164套设在开关第二气管1422的外周,且位于开关第二气管1422与下空气流道112的内壁之间,以将开关第二气管1422与下空气流道112的内壁之间密封,避免空气从开关第二气管1422与下空气流道112之间的缝隙处流出。
例如,第四密封圈164包括第二挤压段和第二限位段。所述第二挤压段连接所述第二限位段。
所述第二挤压段套设在开关第二气管1422的外周,且插入到下空气流道112内,以将开关第二气管1422与下空气流道112之间密封。所述第二限位段位于开关安装空间15内。所述第二限位段位于所述第二挤压段径向的外侧,且沿所述第二挤压段的周向延伸。当所述第二挤压段(或开关第二气管1422)插入到下空气流道112中时,所述第二限位段 与下空气流道112的靠近开关安装空间15的一端抵接,以避免第四密封圈164完全进入下空气流道112。
参考图6至图8,出酒机构1还包括出酒柱体171。出酒柱体171从第二盖体102的下表面向下延伸,并插设在酒瓶10a的瓶口中。空气流道11连通酒瓶10a内腔的一端与第一液体流道12连通酒瓶10a内腔的一端分别位于出酒柱体171的下端。
参考图3和图7,出酒机构1还包括瓶口密封套103。瓶口密封套103套设在出酒柱体171的外周。瓶口密封套103的一端插设在酒瓶10a的瓶口中,且位于酒瓶10a的瓶口与出酒柱体171之间;瓶口密封套103的另一端位于酒瓶10a外。设置瓶口密封套103可以将出酒柱体171与酒瓶10a的内壁之间密封,避免空气进入酒瓶10a内将酒液氧化,造成红酒变质、口感变差。
例如,参考图7,瓶口密封套103包括瓶口密封段1031和瓶口限位段1032。瓶口限位段1032设置在瓶口密封段1031径向的外侧,且沿瓶口密封段1031的周向延伸。瓶口限位段1032位于瓶口密封段1031的远离酒瓶10a的瓶底的一端。
瓶口密封段1031插入到酒瓶10a的瓶口内,以密封酒瓶10a的瓶口与出酒柱体171。瓶口限位段1032与酒瓶10a的瓶口的端沿抵接,以限位瓶口密封段1031,从而避免瓶口限位段1032进入到酒瓶10a中。
瓶口密封段1031的外周上设有沿瓶口密封段1031周向设置的密封凸起10311,以增大瓶口密封段1031与酒瓶10a内壁的摩擦力,从而可以避免酒瓶10a从出酒机构1上脱落,且可以提高瓶口密封套103与酒瓶10a之间的密封性。
例如,密封凸起10311可设置为连续的一周(即,密封凸起10311呈环状)。密封凸起10311径向的外侧端向远离酒瓶10a的瓶底的方向倾斜,以增大瓶口密封段1031和酒瓶10a内壁的摩擦力,避免酒瓶10a从出酒机构1上脱落。
【接头30】
参考图9和图10,醒酒装置300还包括接头30。接头30与出酒机构1相配合,使得接头具有连通的功能;且接头30与出酒机构1可拆卸地连接。
接头30内限定有接头空气流道301、接头第一液体流道302以及接头第二液体流道303。当接头与出酒机构1连接时,接头空气流道301与空气流道11相对,且与空气流道11连通,第一液体流道12与接头第一液体流道302相对,且与接头第一液体流道302连通,第二液体流道13与接头第二液体流道303相对,且与接头第二液体流道303连通。
接头30还包括第一连接管304、第二连接管305和第三连接管306。第一连接管304连通接头空气流道301的远离出酒机构1的一端。第二连接管305连通接头第一液体流道302的远离出酒机构1的一端。第三连接管306连通接头第二液体流道303的远离出酒机构1的一端。
接头30还包括接头固定部311、接头第一柱体307和接头第二柱体308。接头第一柱体307和接头第二柱体308设置在接头固定部311的靠近第一盖体101的一侧表面,且分别朝向第一盖体101延伸。接头空气流道301限定于接头第一柱体307中,且贯穿接头第一柱体307的下端。接头第一液体流道302和接头第二液体流道303分别限定于接头第二柱体308内,且分别贯穿接头第二柱体308的下端。例如,接头第一液体流道302和接头第二液体流道303在接头第二柱体308内间隔开设置。例如,接头第一液体流道302平行于接头第二液体流道303,有利于降低接头第二柱体308在径向上的尺寸,或者,接头第一液体流道302不平行于接头第二液体流道303,有利于提高接头30中管路排布的灵活性。
接头30与出酒机构1可拆卸地密封连接,接头30还包括套设在接头第一柱体307下端的第一密封套309和套设在接头第二柱体下端的第二密封套310。第一密封套309的下端设有与接头空气流道301的下端相对且连通的第一密封套贯穿孔3091,第二密封套310的下端设有与接头第一液体流道302的下端相对且连通的第二密封套贯穿孔3101以及与接头第二液体流道303的下端相对且连通的第三密封套贯穿孔3102。
接头30与出酒机构1连接时,第一密封套309的下端与出酒机构1相抵且第一密封 套贯穿孔3091与空气流道11相对。第二密封套310的下端与出酒机构相抵且第二密封套贯穿孔3101和第三密封套贯穿孔3102分别与第一液体流道12和第二液体流道13相对。可以理解的是,设置第一密封套309和第二密封套310,可以便于实现接头30与出酒机构1的密封连接。
例如,参考图10,接头30与出酒机构1连接时,第一密封套309的下端和第二密封套310的下端分别与第一盖体101相抵。
例如,参考图4和图10,第一盖体101的上表面向下凹进以形成与第一密封套309相适配的盖体第一凹槽1011和与第二密封套310相适配的盖体第二凹槽1012。接头30与出酒机构1连接时,第一密封套309插入到盖体第一凹槽1011内,且第一密封套309下端与盖体第一凹槽1011的底壁相抵,第二密封套310插入到盖体第二凹槽1012内,且第二密封套310下端与盖体第二凹槽1012的底壁相抵。

可以理解的是,通过设置连杆导槽7062和连杆导轨70531,使连杆导轨70531能够行使导向功能,使得连杆706能够沿连杆导轨70531运动,提高连杆706运动的稳定性。设置连杆导槽7062、连杆限位孔70532和摇杆707,能够将连杆706限定在连杆限位孔70532内,能够实现将出酒机构1与接头30连接。
在一些实施例中,两个连杆706中的一个连杆706的连杆插柱7061从开关安装敞口端151插入到开关安装空间15中,且连接旋转芯体1423。这样,转动连杆706可带动旋转芯体1423转动,以将开关第一气管1421和开关第二气管1422连通或断开,从而将空气流道11导通或断开。
旋转芯体1423和连杆插柱7061中的一者上设有插槽,另一者上设有插板,通过将所述插板插入到所述插槽中,可以实现连杆706转动带动旋转芯体1423旋转。
例如,参考图7和图17,旋转芯体1423上设有旋转插槽14231,连杆706的连杆插柱7061上设置有连杆插板70611,通过将连杆插板70611插入到旋转插槽14231内,使得连杆706在转动时通过连杆插板70611和旋转插槽14231带动旋转芯体转动。
参考图17,出酒机构1设置开关安装空间15的对侧设有连杆插孔144,两个连杆706中的另一连杆706的连杆插柱7061插入到连杆插孔144内。向下按压摇杆707,摇杆707带动连杆706边转动边向上运动,带动旋转芯体1423转动,使得开关第一气管1421和开关第二气管1422之间从断开转为连通。
可以理解的是,设置连杆706与旋转芯体1423连接,使得接头30与出酒机构1连接的同时,还能实现将空气流道11由关闭转为导通。这样,当出酒机构1与接头30不连接时,空气流道11封闭,从而可以避免空气进入酒瓶10a内;当出酒机构1与接头30连接时,空气流道11导通,使得气体可以在空气流道11中双向运动。
连杆706还包括位于第一连杆板7063远离出酒机构1的一侧的第二连杆板7064,第二连杆板7064与第一连杆板7063通过连接柱连接,这样,第二连杆板7064、第一连杆板7063与连接柱共同形成连杆导槽7062。连杆导槽7062可为连续的一周,即,连杆导槽7062环绕连接柱设置。
固定件705还包括设于连杆导轨70531的远离出酒机构1的一侧的连杆限位板7054, 连杆限位板7054与连杆导轨70531间隔开,以形成连杆限位槽70541,第二连杆板7064位于连杆限位槽70541内,连杆限位槽70541能够对第二连杆板7064进行限位,并为连杆706导向。

可以理解的是,如上设置,使得接头30与出酒机构1连接的同时,还能实现将空气流道11由关闭转为导通,使得能够实现出酒机构1与接头30不连接时空气流道11封闭,避免空气进入酒瓶内,且能够实现出酒机构1与接头30连接时将空气流道11导通,能够正常的通过空气流道11向酒瓶10a内输送气体或通过空气流道11从酒瓶10a内抽取气体。
参考图2,第一容置空间701的与第一隔板7041相对的一侧(如右侧)设有显示板放置盒7081,显示板放置盒7081背离第一隔板7041的一侧开口。醒酒装置300还包括用于显示与操作的显示板7082,显示板7082通过显示板放置盒7081的开口处安装在显示板放置盒7081内。

参考图1B和图22至图26,醒酒装置300还包括清水盒721和污水盒722,清水盒721和污水盒722设于第三容置空间703内。清水盒721和污水盒722连接在支架70上。例如,清水盒721和污水盒722固定连接然后作为一个整体固定连接在支架70上。其中,清水盒721和污水盒722与支架70滑动连接。例如,清水盒721与污水盒722一体成型。
参考图11,支架70还包括第四侧板7046和第五侧板7047。第五侧板7047设于第三容置空间703的一侧(如图11所示的后侧),且连接第二隔板7042。第四侧板7046设于第三容置空间703的一侧,与第二隔板7042相对,且连接第五侧板7047。

参考图24和图26,清水盒721包括清水盒本体7214和清水出水管7211。所述清水出水管7211的一端位于清水盒本体7214中,且靠近清水盒721的底部。清水出水管7211的另一端与第六阀531(即第二单向阀)的入口端连接。这样,使清水出水管7211的所述一端浸于清水中,且可以减少清水在清水盒721内的残留,有利于降低向清水盒721内加水的频率。

醒酒装置300还包括水管接头710。水管接头710的一端套设在盒盖连接管72131的外周,水管接头710的另一端与连接软管接头711。顶板7049对应于清水盒721的位置处向下凹进,以形成水管接头放置槽70493。水管接头放置槽70493靠近清水盒721的侧壁上设有开口,水管接头710通过水管接头固定件固定在水管接头放置槽70493的底壁上。盒盖连接管72131穿过水管接头放置槽70493的开口与水管接头710连接。
水管接头放置槽70493的底壁上设有接头连接架717,接头连接架717上形成有用于放置盒盖连接管72131的管放置部7171和放置水管接头710的接头放置部7172,管放置部7171与盒盖连接管72131的形状适配,接头放置部7172与水管接头710的形状适配。例如,管放置部7171和接头放置部7172的外形均呈孤形,以增大接触面积,有利于提高支撑和防护的效果。
参考图24至图26,醒酒装置300还包括接头固定架716,接头固定架716将盒盖连接管72131和水管接头710的连接处夹持在接头固定架716与接头连接架717之间,提高盒盖连接管72131和水管接头710的连接处的稳定性。
参考图24至图26,顶板7049还包括清水盒固定孔70494和清水盒卡扣70495。清水盒固定孔70494位于水管接头放置槽70493的靠近清水盒721的一侧。清水盒卡扣70495设置在水管接头放置槽70493的靠近清水盒721的侧壁的外侧,且位于清水盒固定孔70494内。清水盒盖7213顶部设有与清水盒卡扣70495适配的清水盒卡凸72132,将清水盒721推入到第三容置空间703内后,清水盒卡扣70495与清水盒卡凸72132卡接。
在一些实施例中,清水盒721为非密封盒,在此情况下,清水出水管7211转动连接在 支架70上,当清水盒721未安装在第三容置空间703中时,清水出水管7211水平设置,当清水盒721安装至第三容置空间703中时,清水出水管7211向下转动插入到清水盒721内,这样,有利于简化清水盒721的管路布置,降低成本。
第二隔板7042上设有供管路穿过的隔板贯穿孔70422。隔板贯穿孔70422向上延伸至第二隔板7042的顶部,或者,隔板贯穿孔70422延伸至顶板7049上,以便于管路穿过。

【第一泵501和第二泵502】
参考图32至图34,醒酒装置300还包括第一泵501和第二泵502。第一泵501和第二泵502设于第二容置空间702内。例如,第一泵501和第二泵502分别设置在底板7048上,且分别与底板7048固定连接。例如,第一泵501具有第一端和第二端,且第一泵501的第一端和第二端分别为a1端和a2端,第二泵502具有第一端和第二端,且第二泵502的第一端和第二端分别为h1端和h2端。例如,第一泵501和第二泵502为气泵(如真空泵)。

混气醒酒腔40与第一液体流道12和出酒管41连接。例如,当出酒机构1与接头30连接时,混气醒酒腔40通过接头30与第一液体流道12连接。混气醒酒腔40通过接头第一液体流道302与第一液体流道12相连接。混气醒酒腔40与接头第二连接管305连接,且混气醒酒腔40通过接头第二连接管305和接头第一液体流道302与第一液体流道12相连接。
阀51包括第一阀511(即,第四控制阀)和第五阀515(即,第三控制阀)。第一阀511和第五阀515设于第二容置空间702内。例如,第一阀511和第五阀515固定设置在阀放置槽7092内或底板7048上。第一阀511具有第一端和第二端,且第一阀511第一端和第二端分别为b1端和b2端,第五阀515具有第一端和第二端,且第五阀515的第一端和第二端分别为i1端和i2端。

分流件包括第一分流件521(即分流件),第一分流件521设于第二容置空间702内,例如,第一分流件521可固定设置在分流件固定板7093上。第一分流件521具有第一端、第二端和第三端,且第一分流件521的第一端、第二端和第三端分别为c1端、c2端和c3端。
例如,第一泵501的a2端通过第一分流件521分别连接第一阀511的b1端和第五阀的i2端。第一泵501的a2端与第一分流件521的c1端连接,第一分流件521的c2端和c3端分别与第一阀511的b1端和第五阀的i2端连接。当出酒机构1与接头30连接时,第五阀的i1端通过接头空气流道301与空气流道11连接,第五阀的i1端与接头第一连接管304连接,且通过接头第一连接304和接头空气流道301与空气流道11相连接。
醒酒装置300还包括第六阀531(即,第二单向阀)。清水出水管7211通过第六阀531连接第二液体流道13。第六阀531的入口端(即,第二入口端)连接清水出水管7211,第六阀531的出口端(即,第二出口端)连接第二液体流道13。第六阀531的入口端与出口端单向导通,即,液体只能从第六阀531的入口端进入第六阀531,且只能从第六阀531的出口端排出第六阀531。这样,清水盒721内的清水可通过第六阀531流至第二液体流道13内,但第二液体流道13内的液体无法流至清水盒721内。
例如,第六阀531为单向阀。
例如,出酒机构1与接头30连接时,第六阀531的出口端通过接头第二液体流道303与第二液体流道13相连接。其中,第六阀531的出口端与接头上的接头第三连接管306连接且通过接头第三连接管306、接头第二液体流道303与第二液体流道13相连接。

参考图32,当醒酒装置300执行出酒操作时,第一泵501工作,第五阀515打开,第一阀511关闭,空气从第一泵501进入,并依次经由第五阀515和空气流道11进入酒瓶10a内,以使酒瓶10a内的酒液上方的气体压力增大。在气体压力的作用下,酒液从吸酒管20的扩口段201进入吸酒管20,并依次经由第一液体流道12和混气醒酒腔40从出酒管41流出,同时,第二泵502工作,空气从第二泵502处进入混气醒酒腔40内,并与混气醒酒腔40内的酒液混合,进行混气醒酒,使得从出酒管41流出的酒液可直接饮用。
如此一来,酒瓶10a中的酒液可以在出酒的过程中同步实现醒酒,从而可以有效缩短醒酒时长,方便用户饮用,改善用户体验。
例如,当醒酒装置300执行出酒操作时,空气从第一泵501处进入,并依次经由第一分流件521、第五阀515、接头第一连接管304、接头空气流道301和空气流道11进入酒瓶10a内,以增大酒瓶10a内酒液上方的气体压力。在气体压力作用下,酒液从吸酒管20的扩口段201进入吸酒管20,并依次经由第一液体流道12、接头第一液体流道302、接头第二连接管305和混气醒酒腔40从出酒管41流出,同时,第二泵502工作,空气从第二泵502处进入混气醒酒腔40内,并与混气醒酒腔40内的酒液混合,进行混气醒酒,使得从出酒管41流出的酒液可直接饮用。用户可通过盛酒容器10b接取酒液,例如,盛酒容器10b为酒杯。
醒酒装置300还被配置为执行清洗操作,以对出酒流路(例如,包括出酒机构1、接头30、混气醒酒腔40和出酒管41)进行清洗。
参考图33,当醒酒装置300执行清洗操作时,第一泵501工作,第二泵停止,第一阀511打开,第五阀515关闭。空气从第一泵501处进入,并经由第一阀511进入清水盒721内,以增大清水盒721内的清水上方的气体压力,在气体压力的作用下,清水进入清水出水管7211,并从清水出水管7211依次经由第六阀531、第二液体流道13、第一液体流道12、混气醒酒腔40和出酒管41并流入污水盒722内,完成对出酒流路的清洗,从而可以避免醒酒装置300再次执行出酒时,与残留在出酒流路中的污酒混合,影响酒液的正常饮用。
例如,当醒酒装置300执行清洗操作时,空气从第一泵501处进入,并依次经由第一分流件521和第一阀511进入清水盒721,以增大清水盒721内清水上方的气体压力。在气体压力作用下,清水进入清水出水管7211,并从清水出水管7211依次经由第六阀531、接头第三连接管306、接头第二液体流道303、第二液体流道13、第一液体流道12、接头第一液体流道302、接头第二连接管305、混气醒酒腔40和出酒管41进入污水盒722内,完成对出酒流路的清洗。
可以理解的是,在醒酒装置300完成出酒操作后,出酒机构1、接头30、混气醒酒腔40以及出酒管41中会残留有酒液,这些残留的酒液容易变质,且会在醒酒装置300执行下一次出酒操作时,与新鲜的酒液混合,影响酒的正常饮用。因此,通过醒酒装置300执行清洗操作,可以对出酒流路进行清洗,以避免出酒流路中残留的酒液污染新鲜的酒液。
醒酒装置300还被配置为执行排空操作,以将混气醒酒腔40、出酒管以及混气醒酒腔40与出酒管之间的管路中残留的液体(如清洗液体或酒液)排空。
参考图34,当醒酒装置300执行排空操作时,第一泵501停止,第二泵502工作,第一阀511和第五阀515关闭,空气从第二泵502处进入混气醒酒腔40,然后经由出酒管41流出至盛酒容器10b或污水盒722内。在空气流动的过程中,将混气醒酒腔40、出酒管以及混气醒酒腔40与出酒管之间的管路中残留的的酒液或清洗液体排空。
可以理解的是,在醒酒装置300完成出酒操作或完成清洗操作后,出酒管中会残留有液体(如水或酒液),因此,可以通过醒酒装置300执行排空操作,以将所述液体排出。当排空酒液时,可以避免浪费酒液,且能够降低混气醒酒腔40和出酒管的清洗难度,提高清洗清洁度。当排空清洗液体时,能够使得混气醒酒腔40和出酒管内清洁,避免醒酒装置300再次执行出酒操作时,从酒瓶10a中分出的酒与清洗液体混合,影响酒的正常饮用。
在一些实施例中,阀51包括第二阀512(即第一控制阀)以及第三阀513(即第二控制阀),但不包括第一阀511和第五阀515。
参考图29至图31,第二阀512以及第三阀513设于第二容置空间702内。例如,第二阀512以及第三阀513固定设置在阀放置槽7092内或底板7048上。第二阀512具有第一端、第二端和第三端,且第二阀512的第一端、第二端和第三端分别为d1端、d2端和d3端,第三阀513具有第一端、第二端和第三端,且第三阀513的第一端、第二端和第三端分别为e1端、e2端和e3端。
第二阀512的d2端与大气连通,第二阀512的d1端与第一泵501的a1端连接,第一泵501的a2端与第三阀513的e1端连接,第三阀513的e2端与大气连通,第三阀513的e3端分别连接空气流道11和第二阀512的d3端。

可以理解的是,通过设置第一分流件521,便于第三阀的e3端分别连接第二阀的d3端和空气流道11,通过设置分流件固定板7093,能够稳定的固定第一分流件521。
例如,第一分流件521的c3端通过接头30与空气流道11连接,例如,第一分流件521的c3端通过接头空气流道301与空气流道11相连接。第一分流件521的c3端与接头第一连接管304连接,且通过接头第一连接管304、接头空气流道301与空气流道11相连接。

例如,当醒酒装置300执行出酒操作时,空气从第二阀512处进入,并依次经过第一泵501、第三阀513、第一分流件521、接头第一连接管304、接头空气流道301和空气流道11进入酒瓶10a内,以增大酒瓶10a内酒液上方的气体压力。在气体压力作用下,酒液进入吸酒管20,并从吸酒管20依次经过第一液体流道12、接头第一液体流道302、接头第二连接管305和混气醒酒腔40从出酒管41流出。同时,第二泵502工作,空气从第二泵502处进入混气醒酒腔40。
醒酒装置300还被配置为执行抽真空操作。可以理解的是,用户可能无法将酒瓶10a内的酒一次喝完,而酒瓶10a内的酒与空气长时间接触后会变质,或口感变差,因此,可通过将酒瓶10a内的空气抽出,使得酒瓶10a内的酒液处于真空状态,以延长酒液的存放时间。
参考图30,当醒酒装置300执行抽真空操作时,第一泵501工作,第二泵502停止,第二阀512打开,第三阀513关闭。第二阀的d2端为关闭状态,且第二阀的d3端为打开状态。第三阀的e2端为打开状态,且第三阀的e3为关闭状态。酒瓶10a内的气体进入空气流道11,并从空气流道11依次经过第二阀512和第一泵501至第三阀513,再由第三阀513排至大气中,以实现对酒瓶10a抽真空,延长红酒的存放时间。
例如,当醒酒装置300执行抽真空操作时,酒瓶10a内的气体从空气流道11处进入,并依次经接头空气流道301、接头第一连接管304、第一分流件521、第二阀512和第一泵501至第三阀513,再由第三阀513排至大气中。
醒酒装置300还被配置为执行排空操作。
参考图31,当醒酒装置300执行排空操作时,第一泵501停止,第二泵502工作,空气从第二泵502处进入经混气醒酒腔40,再由出酒管41排出至盛酒容器10b内,从而将混气醒酒腔40、出酒管41以及混气醒酒腔40与出酒管41之间的管路中的酒液排出至盛酒容器10b中。
在一些实施例中,阀51包括第一阀511、第二阀512、第三阀513和第五阀515。

  1. 一种冷藏设备,包括:
    柜体,所述柜体限定出储藏间;以及
    醒酒装置,所述醒酒装置设置在所述储藏间中,且所述醒酒装置内限定有用于放置酒瓶的容纳空间;所述酒瓶包括瓶口、瓶底和内腔;所述醒酒装置被配置为从所述酒瓶中抽取酒液,并向抽出的所述酒液中注入空气以醒酒,以及抽取所述酒瓶中的空气;所述醒酒装置包括:
    出酒机构,所述出酒机构连接所述瓶口,且被配置为将所述酒瓶内的所述酒液输出到所述酒瓶外;所述出酒机构包括:
    空气流道,所述空气流道连通所述内腔;
    第一液体流道;和
    吸酒管,所述吸酒管的一端连通所述第一液体流道,所述吸酒管的另一端位于所述内腔中,且靠近所述瓶底;
    第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀设于所述第一液体流道内;所述第一单向阀包括第一入口端和第一出口端,且所述第一入口端较所述第一出口端更靠近所述第一液体流道连通所述吸酒管的一端;
    第一控制阀,所述第一控制阀的第二端与大气连通;所述第一控制阀的第三端与所述空气流道连接;
    第二控制阀,所述第二控制阀的第二端与大气连通;所述第二控制阀的第三端分别连接所述第一控制阀的所述第三端和所述空气流道;
    第一泵,所述第一泵的第一端与所述第一控制阀的第一端连接,所述第一泵的第二端与所述第二控制阀的第一端连接;
    第二泵,所述第二泵的第一端与大气连通;
    混气醒酒腔,所述混气醒酒腔分别连接所述第二泵的第二端和所述第一液体流道;和
    出酒管,所述出酒管与所述混气醒酒腔连通;
    其中,出酒时,所述第一控制阀的所述第二端打开,且所述第一控制阀的所述第三端关闭;所述第二控制阀的所述第二端关闭,且所述第二控制阀的所述第三端打开;所述第一泵工作,使空气进入所述第一控制阀,并经过所述第一泵、所述第二控制阀和所述空气流道进入所述酒瓶中,以增大所述酒瓶中的所述酒液上方的气体压力;在所述气体压力的作用下,所述酒液进入所述吸酒管,并经过所述第一液体流道和所述混气醒酒腔,从所述出酒管流出;并且,所述第二泵工作,使空气从所述第二泵进入所述混气醒酒腔内,与所述混气醒酒腔内的所述酒液混合,以实现混气醒酒;
    抽真空时,第二泵停止,所述第一控制阀的所述第二端关闭,且所述第一控制阀的所述第三端打开;所述第二控制阀的所述第二端打开,且所述第二控制阀的所述第三端关闭;第一泵工作,使所述酒瓶内的空气进入所述空气流道,并经由所述第一控制阀和所述第一泵进入所述第二控制阀,从所述第二控制阀排至大气中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括接头,所述接头与所述出酒机构可拆卸地连接;所述接头内限定有接头空气流道和接头第一液体流道;
    当所述接头与所述出酒机构连接时,所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道相对且连接,所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道相对且连接;所述第二控制阀的所述第三端和所述第一控制阀的所述第三端通过所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道连接,所述混气醒酒腔通过所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括:
    接头;
    连杆,所述连杆连接所述出酒机构,所述连杆包括连杆导槽;
    固定件,所述固定件与所述接头连接;所述固定件包括:
    固定件顶板;和
    固定件侧板,所述固定件侧板连接所述固定件顶板,且位于所述固定件顶板的下 方;所述固定件侧板包括:
    连杆导轨,所述连杆导轨与所述连杆导槽相配合,以使所述连杆在所述连杆导轨上可滑动;和
    连杆限位孔,所述连杆限位孔位于所述连杆导轨的一端,且位于所述连杆导轨的靠近所述固定件顶板的一侧;所述连杆限位孔的朝向所述连杆导轨的一侧敞开;以及
    摇杆,所述摇杆连接所述连杆;
    其中,当所述连杆沿所述连杆导轨滑动至所述连杆导轨的所述一端时,通过按压所述摇杆,使所述连杆在转动的同时向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动至所述连杆限位孔中,所述出酒机构在所述连杆的作用下向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动,以连接所述接头。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置包括:
    两个所述连杆,两个所述连杆分别连接所述出酒机构相对的两侧,所述连杆包括:
    连杆板,所述连杆导槽设置在所述连杆板的远离所述出酒机构的一侧;和
    连杆插柱,所述连杆插柱设置在所述连杆板的一端,且位于所述连杆板的靠近所述出酒机构的一侧;所述连杆插柱插设在所述出酒机构中;
    所述固定件包括两个所述固定件侧板,且两个所述固定件侧板相对设置;
    其中,所述摇杆的两端分别连接两个所述连杆板的另一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述出酒机构包括:
    第一盖体;
    第二盖体,所述第一盖体连接所述第二盖体,且包括第一柱体,所述第一柱体朝向远离所述第一盖体的方向延伸,且插设在所述酒瓶的所述瓶口中;所述空气流道和所述第一液体流道的连通所述酒瓶的所述内腔的一端分别限定于所述第一柱体中;以及
    瓶口密封套,所述瓶口密封套套设在所述第一柱体的外周,且位于所述第一柱体与所述酒瓶之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述空气流道包括限定于所述第一盖体中的第一子空气流道以及限定于所述第二盖体中的第二子空气流道;
    所述出酒机构还包括:
    开关安装空间,所述开关安装空间限定于所述第一盖体和所述第二盖体之间,且分别与所述第一子空气流道和所述第二子空气流道连通;以及
    开关,所述开关设置在所述开关安装空间中,且被配置为连通或断开所述第一子空气流道与所述第二子空气流道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述出酒机构还包括连杆插孔,所述连杆插孔设置在所述第二盖体中,且与所述开关安装空间相对设置;
    所述开关安装空间具有朝向所述出酒机构的侧部的开关安装敞口;
    两个所述连杆中的一个连杆的连杆插柱从所述开关安装敞口端插入所述开关安装空间中,且与所述开关连接;
    两个所述连杆中的另一个连杆的连杆插柱插入所述连杆插孔中;
    其中,按压所述摇杆时,所述连杆在转动的同时,向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动,以带动所述开关转动,使所述开关第一气管和所述开关第二气管连通。
  8. 一种冷藏设备,包括:
    柜体,所述柜体限定出储藏间;以及
    醒酒装置,所述醒酒装置设置在所述储藏间中,且所述醒酒装置内限定有用于放置酒瓶的容纳空间;所述酒瓶包括瓶口、瓶底和内腔;所述醒酒装置被配置为从所述酒瓶中抽取酒液,并向抽出的所述酒液中注入空气以醒酒;所述醒酒装置包括:
    出酒机构,所述出酒机构连接所述瓶口,且被配置为将所述酒瓶内的所述酒液输出到所述酒瓶外;所述出酒机构包括:
    空气流道,所述空气流道连通所述内腔;
    第一液体流道;
    第二液体流道;和
    吸酒管,所述吸酒管的一端连通所述第一液体流道,所述吸酒管的另一端位于所述内腔中,且靠近所述瓶底;
    第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀设于所述第一液体流道内;所述第一单向阀包括第一入口端和第一出口端,且所述第一入口端较所述第一出口端更靠近所述第一液体流道连通所述吸酒管的一端;所述第二液体流道与所述第一出口端双向连通,所述第二液体流道与所述第一入口端单向连通,以防止所述第二液体流道中的液体通过所述第一单向阀进入所述酒瓶;
    第一泵,所述第一泵的第一端与大气连通;
    第三控制阀,所述第三控制阀的第一端与所述空气流道连接;所述第三控制阀的第二端连接所述第一泵的所述第二端;
    第四控制阀,所述第四控制阀的第一端分别连接所述第三控制阀的所述第二端和所述第一泵的所述第二端;
    第二泵,所述第二泵的第一端与大气连通;
    混气醒酒腔,所述混气醒酒腔分别连接所述第二泵的第二端和所述第一液体流道;
    出酒管,所述出酒管与所述混气醒酒腔连通;
    第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀包括第二入口端和第二出口端;所述第二出口端连接所述第二液体流道;
    清水密封盒;所述清水密封盒包括:
    清水盒本体,所述清水盒本体与所述第四控制阀的第二端连接;和
    清水出水管,所述清水出水管的一端位于所述清水盒本体中,且靠近所述清水密封盒的底部;所述清水出水管的另一端与所述第二入口端连接;和
    污水盒,所述污水盒连接所述出酒管;
    出酒时,所述第四控制阀关闭,且所述第三控制阀打开,所述第一泵工作,使空气进入所述第一泵,并经由所述第三控制阀和所述空气流道进入所述酒瓶内,以增大所述酒瓶内的所述酒液上方的气体压力;在所述气体压力的作用下,所述酒液进入所述吸酒管,并经由所述第一液体流道和所述混气醒酒腔,从所述出酒管流出;并且,所述第二泵工作,使空气从所述第二泵进入所述混气醒酒腔内,与所述混气醒酒腔内的所述酒液混合,以实现混气醒酒;
    所述醒酒装置还被配置为清洗所述出酒机构、所述混气醒酒腔和所述出酒管;清洗时,所述第四控制阀打开,且所述第三控制阀关闭,所述第一泵工作,所述第二泵停止,使空气进入所述第一泵,并经由所述第四控制阀进入所述清水密封盒内,以增大所述清水密封盒内的清水上方的气体压力;在所述气体压力的作用下,清水进入所述清水出水管,并经由所述第二单向阀、所述第二液体流道、所述第一液体流道和所述混气醒酒腔后进入所述出酒管,从所述出酒管排出至所述污水盒。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括接头,所述接头与所述出酒机构可拆卸地连接,所述接头内限定有接头空气流道、接头第一液体流道以及接头第二液体流道;
    当所述接头与出酒机构连接时,所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道相对且连接,所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道相对且连接,所述接头第二液体流道与所述第二液体流道相对且连接;所述第三控制阀的所述第一端通过所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道连接,所述混气醒酒腔通过所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道连接,所述第二单向阀通过所述接头第二液体流道与所述第二液体流道连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述第一单向阀包括外壳,且所述外壳的侧部设有阀开口;所述第二液体流道与所述阀开口连通,所述阀开口与所述第一出口端双向互通,且所述阀开口与所述第一入口端单向连通,以防止所述阀开口中的液体通过所述第一单向阀进入所述酒瓶。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括:
    接头;
    连杆,所述连杆连接所述出酒机构,所述连杆包括连杆导槽;
    固定件,所述固定件与所述接头连接;所述固定件包括:
    固定件顶板;和
    固定件侧板,所述固定件侧板连接所述固定件顶板,且位于所述固定件顶板的下方;所述固定件侧板包括:
    连杆导轨,所述连杆导轨与所述连杆导槽相配合,以使所述连杆在所述连杆导轨上可滑动;和
    连杆限位孔,所述连杆限位孔位于所述连杆导轨的一端,且位于所述连杆导轨的靠近所述固定件顶板的一侧;所述连杆限位孔的朝向所述连杆导轨的一侧敞开;以及
    摇杆,所述摇杆连接所述连杆;
    其中,当所述连杆沿所述连杆导轨滑动至所述连杆导轨的所述一端时,通过按压所述摇杆,使所述连杆在转动的同时向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动至所述连杆限位孔中,所述出酒机构在所述连杆的作用下向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动,以连接所述接头。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置包括:
    两个所述连杆,两个所述连杆分别连接所述出酒机构相对的两侧,所述连杆包括:
    连杆板,所述连杆导槽设置在所述连杆板的远离所述出酒机构的一侧;和
    连杆插柱,所述连杆插柱设置在所述连杆板的一端,且位于所述连杆板的靠近所述出酒机构的一侧;所述连杆插柱插设在所述出酒机构中;
    所述固定件包括两个所述固定件侧板,且两个所述固定件侧板相对设置;
    其中,所述摇杆的两端分别连接两个所述连杆板的另一端。
  13. 一种冷藏设备,包括:
    柜体,所述柜体限定出储藏间;以及
    醒酒装置,所述醒酒装置设置在所述储藏间中,且所述醒酒装置内限定有用于放置酒瓶的容纳空间;所述酒瓶包括瓶口、瓶底和内腔;所述醒酒装置被配置为从所述酒瓶中抽取酒液,并向抽出的所述酒液中注入空气以醒酒;所述醒酒装置包括:
    出酒机构,所述出酒机构连接所述瓶口,且被配置为将所述酒瓶内的所述酒液输出到所述酒瓶外;所述出酒机构包括:
    空气流道,所述空气流道连通所述内腔;
    第一液体流道;
    第二液体流道;和
    吸酒管,所述吸酒管的一端连通所述第一液体流道,所述吸酒管的另一端位于所述内腔中,且靠近所述瓶底;
    第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀设于所述第一液体流道内;所述第一单向阀包括第一入口端和第一出口端,且所述第一入口端较所述第一出口端更靠近所述第一液体流道连通所述吸酒管的一端;所述第二液体流道与所述第一出口端双向连通,所述第二液体流道与所述第一入口端单向连通,以防止所述第二液体流道中的液体通过所述第一单向阀进入所述酒瓶;
    第一控制阀,所述第一控制阀的第二端与大气连通;所述第一控制阀的第三端与所述空气流道连接;
    第二控制阀,所述第二控制阀的第二端与大气连通,且所述第二控制阀的第三端分别连接所述第一控制阀的所述第三端和所述空气流道;
    第一泵,所述第一泵的第一端与所述第一控制阀的第一端连接;
    第三控制阀,所述第三控制阀的第一端与所述第二控制阀的第一端连接;所述第三控制阀的第二端与所述第一泵的第二端连接;
    第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀包括第二入口端和第二出口端;所述第二出口端连接所述第二液体流道;
    清水密封盒,所述清水密封盒包括:
    清水盒本体;和
    清水出水管,所述清水出水管的一端位于所述清水盒本体中,且靠近所述清水密封盒的底部;所述清水出水管的另一端与所述第二入口端连接;
    污水盒,所述污水盒连接所述出酒管;
    第四控制阀,所述第四控制阀的第一端分别连接所述第三控制阀的所述第二端和所述第一泵的所述第二端;所述第四控制阀的第二端与所述清水盒本体连接;
    第二泵,所述第二泵的第一端与大气连通;和
    混气醒酒腔,所述混气醒酒腔分别连接所述第二泵的第二端和所述第一液体流道;
    出酒时,所述第四控制阀关闭,所述第五阀打开;所述第一控制阀的所述第二端打开,所述第一控制阀的所述第三端关闭;所述第二控制阀的所述第二端关闭,所述第二控制阀的所述第三端打开;所述第一泵工作,使空气进入所述第一控制阀,并经由所述第一泵、所述第三控制阀、所述第二控制阀和所述空气流道进入所述酒瓶内,以增大所述酒瓶内的所述酒液上方的气体压力;在所述气体压力的作用下,所述酒液进入所述吸酒管,并经由所述第一液体流道和所述混气醒酒腔,从所述出酒管流出;并且,所述第二泵工作,使空气从所述第二泵进入所述混气醒酒腔内,与所述混气醒酒腔内的所述酒液混合,以实现混气醒酒;
    所述醒酒装置还被配置为抽取所述酒瓶中的空气;抽真空时,所述第四控制阀关闭,且所述第五阀打开;所述第一控制阀的所述第二端为关闭状态,所述第一控制阀的所述第三端打开状态;所述第二控制阀的所述第二端为打开状态,所述第二控制阀的所述第三端为关闭状态;第一泵工作,第二泵停止,使所述酒瓶内的气体进入所述空气流道,并经由所述第一控制阀、所述第一泵、所述第三控制阀至所述第二控制阀,从所述第二控制阀排至大气中;
    所述醒酒装置还被配置为清洗所述出酒机构、所述混气醒酒腔和所述出酒管;清洗时,所述第四控制阀打开,所述第二控制阀和所述第三控制阀关闭,所述第一控制阀的所述第二端为打开状态,所述第一控制阀的所述第三端为关闭状态;所述第一泵工作,且所述第二泵停止,使空气进入所述第一控制阀,并经由所述第一泵和所述第四控制阀进入所述清水盒内,以增大所述清水盒内的清水上方的气体压力;在所述气体压力的作用下,清水进入所述清水出水管,并经由所述第二单向阀、所述第二液体流道、所述第一液体流道和所述混气醒酒腔至所述出酒管,由所述出酒管排出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括接头,所述接头与所述出酒机构可拆卸地连接;所述接头内限定有接头空气流道、接头第一液体流道以及接头第二液体流道;
    当所述接头与出酒机构连接时,所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道相对且连接,所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道相对且连接,所述接头第二液体流道与所述第二液体流道相对且连接,所述第一控制阀的所述第三端和所述第二控制阀的所述第三端分别通过所述接头空气流道与所述空气流道连接,所述混气醒酒腔通过所述接头第一液体流道与所述第一液体流道连接,所述第二出口端通过所述接头第二液体流道与所述第二液体流道连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述第一单向阀包括外壳,且所述外壳的侧部设有阀开口;所述第二液体流道与所述阀开口连通,所述阀开口与所述第一出口端双向互通,且所述阀开口与所述第一入口端单向连通,以防止所述阀开口中的液体通过所述第一单向阀进入所述酒瓶。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置还包括:
    接头;
    连杆,所述连杆连接所述出酒机构,所述连杆包括连杆导槽;
    固定件,所述固定件与所述接头连接;所述固定件包括:
    固定件顶板;和
    固定件侧板,所述固定件侧板连接所述固定件顶板,且位于所述固定件顶板的下方;所述固定件侧板包括:
    连杆导轨,所述连杆导轨与所述连杆导槽相配合,以使所述连杆在所述连杆导轨上可滑动;和
    连杆限位孔,所述连杆限位孔位于所述连杆导轨的一端,且位于所述连杆导轨的靠近所述固定件顶板的一侧;所述连杆限位孔的朝向所述连杆导轨的一侧敞开;以及
    摇杆,所述摇杆连接所述连杆;
    其中,当所述连杆沿所述连杆导轨滑动至所述连杆导轨的所述一端时,通过按压所述摇杆,使所述连杆在转动的同时向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动至所述连杆限位孔中,所述出酒机构在所述连杆的作用下向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动,以连接所述接头。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述醒酒装置包括:
    两个所述连杆,两个所述连杆分别连接所述出酒机构相对的两侧,所述连杆包括:
    连杆板,所述连杆导槽设置在所述连杆板的远离所述出酒机构的一侧;和
    连杆插柱,所述连杆插柱设置在所述连杆板的一端,且位于所述连杆板的靠近所述出酒机构的一侧;所述连杆插柱插设在所述出酒机构中;
    所述固定件包括两个所述固定件侧板,且两个所述固定件侧板相对设置;
    其中,所述摇杆的两端分别连接两个所述连杆板的另一端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述出酒机构包括:
    第一盖体;
    第二盖体,所述第一盖体连接所述第二盖体,且包括第一柱体,所述第一柱体朝向远离所述第一盖体的方向延伸,且插设在所述酒瓶的所述瓶口中;所述空气流道和所述第一液体流道的连通所述酒瓶的所述内腔的一端分别限定于所述第一柱体中;以及
    瓶口密封套,所述瓶口密封套套设在所述第一柱体的外周,且位于所述第一柱体与所述酒瓶之间。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述空气流道包括限定于所述第一盖体中的第一子空气流道以及限定于所述第二盖体中的第二子空气流道;
    所述出酒机构还包括:
    开关安装空间,所述开关安装空间限定于所述第一盖体和所述第二盖体之间,且分别与所述第一子空气流道和所述第二子空气流道连通;以及
    开关,所述开关设置在所述开关安装空间中,且被配置为连通或断开所述第一子空气流道与所述第二子空气流道。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的冷藏设备,其中,所述出酒机构还包括连杆插孔,所述连杆插孔设置在所述第二盖体中,且与所述开关安装空间相对设置;
    所述开关安装空间具有朝向所述出酒机构的侧部的开关安装敞口;
    两个所述连杆中的一个连杆的连杆插柱从所述开关安装敞口端插入所述开关安装空间中,且与所述开关连接;
    两个所述连杆中的另一个连杆的连杆插柱插入所述连杆插孔中;
    其中,按压所述摇杆时,所述连杆在转动的同时,向靠近所述固定件顶板的方向运动,以带动所述开关转动,使所述开关第一气管和所述开关第二气管连通。
