Description

一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统。
背景技术
当前的敷贴式药液输注系统常用于糖尿病等疾病的治疗。在敷贴式药液输注系统中存储有胰岛素等药液,敷贴式药液输注系统能够敷贴固定在人或其他生物体的皮肤表面,能够根据需要随时随地将药液注入人或其他生物体的体内。
敷贴式药液输注系统通常包括注射装置、给药装置、底板、主体外壳及控制装置,其中注射装置、给药装置及控制装置均设置在主体外壳内,主体外壳设置在底板,底板通过胶布等粘性件敷贴固定在人或其他生物体的皮肤表面。
由于注射装置、给药装置及控制装置均设置在主体外壳内,当需要将给药装置、控制装置与注射装置分离时,需要打开主体外壳,操作复杂。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,用于提供一种便于将给药装置、控制装置与注射装置分离的敷贴式药液输注系统。
本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,包括:注射装置、给药装置、底板、粘性件、主体外壳及控制装置;
控制装置安装在主体外壳内,注射装置、给药装置和主体外壳安装在底板上;粘性件固定设置在底板远离主体外壳的一侧,粘性件用于将底板粘贴于皮肤上;
给药装置用于存储药液,给药装置的输出端连接注射装置的输入端;控制装置用于控制给药装置向注射装置输出药液;
主体外壳设置有贯通的第一避空孔,给药装置的输出端安装在第一避空孔;
底板设置有贯通的第二避空孔,注射装置安装在第二避空孔,第二避空孔与第一避空孔匹配。
本申请实施例中,在主体外壳设置贯通的第一避空孔,底板设置贯通的第二避空孔,第二避空孔与第一避空孔匹配,在使用状态下,第一避空孔和第二避空孔连贯贯通。给药装置的输出端安装在第一避空孔,注射装置安装在第二避空孔,给药装置的输出端连接注射装置。控制装置安装在主体外壳内,给药装置和注射装置均安装在主体外壳外。将给药装置、控制装置与注射装置分离时,无需拆开主体外壳,操作简单。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,第二避空孔设置在底板的中央预设区域。
本申请实施例中,第二避空孔设置在底板的中央预设区域,使得注射装置能够设置在一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统整体的中央位置,相对于将第二避空孔设置在底板的边缘区域,注射装置相对皮肤的运动幅度较小,减少了注射装置大幅运动造成的皮肤损伤。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,给药装置的输出端从主体外壳远离底板的一侧插入第一避空孔,注射装置安装于底板的第二避空孔,注射装置从主体外壳靠近底板的一侧插 入第一避空孔。
本申请实施例中,给药装置的输出端和注射装置分别从第一避空孔的两侧插入第一避空孔,更便于拆装给药装置、控制装置和注射装置。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,注射装置包括留置针和针座,针座用于将留置针安装于底板。
本申请实施例中,使用针座能够更加稳固便捷地将留置针安装在底板上,并且针座能够与给药装置的输出端配合,便于连接和拆分注射装置和给药装置的输出端。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,主体外壳在第一避空孔内设置有安装卡扣,安装卡扣用于将给药装置的输出端卡接于主体外壳。
本申请实施例中,在第一避空孔内设置安装卡扣,实现了给药装置的输出端与主体外壳的可拆卸安装。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,主体外壳上设置有卡槽,底板上设置有弹性固定卡扣;
卡槽与弹性固定卡扣卡接,使得主体外壳安装在底板上。
本申请实施例中,在主体外壳上设置弹性固定卡扣,便于将主体外壳和给药装置稳固便捷地安装在底板上。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,粘性件与底板之间通过粘胶或超声波焊接固定。
本申请实施例中,使用粘胶或超声波焊接将粘性件固定在底板上,连接牢固。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,给药装置和主体外壳可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例中,给药装置与主体外壳可拆卸连接安装,便于更换和补充给药装置中的药液。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,给药装置包括依次连接的储药器、连接管和连接针头;
控制装置用于泵出储药器内的药液,使得药液从储药器经连接管流到连接针头,连接针头安装于第一避空孔,连接针头穿过所述第一避空孔与注射装置连接。
本申请实施例中,给药装置包括储药器、连接管和连接针头,连接针头穿过所述第一避空孔与注射装置连接,实现了连接针头与注射装置的快速插拔。
本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统还包括血糖检测仪,血糖检测仪与控制装置通信连接,控制装置用于根据血糖检测仪发送的血糖数据控制给药装置输出药液。本申请实施例中,使用血糖检测仪,能够有效监测血糖,准确控制给药。

便携的药液输注系统包括外置式药液输注系统和敷贴式药液输注系统。外置式药液输注系统存在整机体积较大、导管缠绕堵塞、皮肤创面大的问题。敷贴式药液输注系统小巧便携,能够粘贴在皮肤上,随着人或其他生物体移动。
敷贴式药液输注系统用于便捷持续地向人或者其他生物体输注药液,根据需要治疗的疾病可以用于输注各种药液。当前敷贴式药液输注系统最常见的应用场景是用于糖尿病患者的治疗,在敷贴式药液输注系统中存储胰岛素,以全天候地控制糖尿病患者的血糖值。下面以向人类糖尿病患者输注胰岛素的敷贴式药液输注系统为例进行说明,此种敷贴式药液输注系统也可以称为敷贴式胰岛素泵。
如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,包括:注射装置1、给药装置2、底板3、主体外壳4及控制装置;
所述控制装置安装在所述主体外壳4内,所述注射装置1、所述给药装置2和所述主体外壳4安装在所述底板3上;所述粘性件固定设置在所述底板3远离所述主体外壳4的一侧,所述粘性件用于将所述底板3粘贴于皮肤上;
给药装置2用于存储药液,给药装置2的输出端连接注射装置1的输入端;控制装置用于控制给药装置2向注射装置1输出药液;
主体外壳4设置有贯通的第一避空孔401,给药装置2的输出端安装在第一避空孔401;
底板3设置有贯通的第二避空孔301,注射装置1安装在第二避空孔301,第二避空孔301与第一避空孔401匹配。
容易理解的,控制装置安装在主体外壳4内,注射装置1固定在底板3上,给药装置2与主体外壳4可拆卸连接,便于更换;给药装置2先安装到主体外壳4后,再一起安装在底板3,最后把给药装置2的输出端通过第一避空孔401插入注射装置1,注射装置1安装在底板3的第二避空孔301,实现了一体化设计;底板3用于将一体平衡敷贴式药液 输注系统粘贴在皮肤上。
本申请实施例中,在主体外壳4设置贯通的第一避空孔401,底板3设置贯通的第二避空孔301,第二避空孔301与第一避空孔401匹配,在使用状态下,第一避空孔401和第二避空孔301连贯贯通。给药装置2的输出端安装在第一避空孔401,注射装置1安装在第二避空孔301,给药装置2的输出端连接注射装置1。控制装置安装在主体外壳4内,给药装置2和注射装置1均安装在主体外壳4外。将给药装置2、控制装置与注射装置1分离时,无需拆开主体外壳4,操作简单。
此外能既解决整机结构体积较大,又减轻患者在药液输送装置使用过程中创面不断扩大的痛楚问题。
如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,包括注射装置1、给药装置2、底板3、主体外壳4及控制装置。
注射装置1包括留置针101和针座。针座包括柔性密封件,以便于给药装置2的输出端刺破柔性密封件进行药液输注。柔性密封件可以是橡胶件。留置针101可以是垂直式留置针101。
给药装置2包括依次连接的储药器201、连接管202和连接针头203,给药装置2还包括给药装置2的外壳,给药装置2的外壳为圆柱状,给药装置2的外壳的一端设置有外螺纹,该外螺纹用于与主体外壳4上的内螺纹配合。需要说明的是,给药装置2的外壳还可以通过卡扣与主体外壳4可拆卸连接。柔性密封件可以设置在靠近主体外壳4的一侧,以便于连接针头203插入第一避空孔401并刺破柔性密封件。
本实施例还包括电源装置,控制装置和电源装置安装在主体外壳4内。需要说明的是,主体外壳4无需拆卸即可更换电源装置。电源装置可以是电池。主体外壳4上还可以设置充电口,用于给电源装置充电。电源装置用于向给药装置2和控制装置提供电能。
本实施例还包括粘性件,粘性件通过超声波焊接固定在底板3远离主体外壳4的一侧。底板3上设置有焊接点302,焊接点302用于和粘性件连接。需要说明的是,粘性件还可以通过粘胶固定在底板3远离主体外壳4的一侧。粘性件可以是胶布。
给药装置2的输出端为连接针头203,连接针头203能够刺破柔性密封件。给药装置2的储药器201内存储有药液。控制装置发送给药指令,以一定速度将一定量的药液从储药器201泵出。药液从储药器201流出后,依次流过连接管202、连接针头203和留置针101,最终流入人或者其他生物体的体内。控制装置内的驱动主机可以是电机或电泵。
控制装置可以是定时模式,也可以是监测模式。在定时模式下,控制装置根据预先设定的给药时间,向驱动主机发送给药指令,以使得驱动主机在该预先设定的给药时间工作,完成给药。在监测模式下,本实施例的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统还包括血糖检测仪。血糖检测仪对人或者其他生物体的血糖进行检测得到血糖数据,并将血糖数据发送给控制装置。控制装置接收血糖检测仪发送的血糖数据,判断当前的血糖值是否大于预设值,若当前的血糖值大于预设值,则向驱动主机发送给药指令,若当前的血糖值不大于预设值,则不向驱动主机发送给药指令。血糖检测仪可以通过蓝牙等方式与控制装置通信。
在本实施例中,主体外壳4上设置有第一避空孔401,底板3上设置有第二避空孔301。主体外壳4安装在底板3时,第一避空孔401和第二避空孔301连贯贯通。第一避空孔401 和第二避空孔301可以是圆孔。在第一避空孔401内设置有安装卡扣402,给药装置2的连接针头203通过安装卡扣402卡接在第一避空孔401内。注射装置1通过针座与第二避空孔301卡接。注射装置1从主体外壳4接近底板3的一侧插入第一避空孔401,连接针头203从主体外壳4远离底板3的一侧插入第一避空孔401。连接针头203穿过所述第一避空孔401与所述注射装置1连接,连接针头203刺破柔性密封件进行药液输注。连接针头203上设置有与第一避空孔401内的安装卡扣402匹配的连接卡扣,安装卡扣402和连接卡扣可拆卸连接。
第二避空孔301设置在底板3的中央预设区域,底板3的中央预设区域的边界与底板3的边缘大于第一预设距离,第一预设距离可以是1厘米、2厘米或3厘米等;或者底板3的中央预设区域的几何中心与底板3的几何中心小于第二预设距离,第二预设距离可以是1厘米、2厘米或3厘米等。
由于第二避空孔301与第一避空孔401匹配,第一避空孔401设置在主体外壳4的中央预设区域,第一避空孔401的位置可以根据第二避空孔301的位置以及底板3与主体外壳4的安装位置确定,实现了平衡化设计。
主体外壳4上设置有弹性固定卡扣403,底板3与弹性固定卡扣403卡接,使得控制装置安装在底板3上。需要说明的是,给药装置2的外壳也可以设置有弹性固定卡扣403,使得控制装置和给药装置2安装在底板3上。
如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,包括:注射装置1、给药装置2、底板3、粘性件、主体外壳4及控制装置;
控制装置安装在主体外壳4内,所述注射装置1、所述给药装置2和所述主体外壳4安装在所述底板3上;注射装置1安装在底板3上;粘性件固定设置在底板3远离主体外壳4的一侧,粘性件用于将底板3粘贴于皮肤上;其中给药装置2可以先装在主体外壳4上,再和主体外壳4一起安装在底板3;
给药装置2用于存储药液,给药装置2的输出端连接注射装置1的输入端;控制装置用于控制给药装置2向注射装置1输出药液;
主体外壳4设置有贯通的第一避空孔401,给药装置2的输出端安装在第一避空孔401;
底板3设置有贯通的第二避空孔301,注射装置1安装在第二避空孔301,第二避空孔301与第一避空孔401匹配。
第二避空孔301设置在底板3的中央预设区域,使得注射装置1能够设置在一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统整体的中央位置。
给药装置2的输出端从主体外壳4远离底板3的一侧插入第一避空孔401,注射装置1安装于底板3的第二避空孔301,注射装置1从主体外壳4靠近底板3的一侧插入第一避空孔401。
注射装置1包括留置针101和针座,针座用于将留置针101安装于底板3。
主体外壳4在第一避空孔401内设置有安装卡扣402,安装卡扣402用于将给药装置2的输出端卡接于主体外壳4。
主体外壳4上设置有卡槽,底板3上设置有弹性固定卡扣403;
卡槽与弹性固定卡扣403卡接,使得主体外壳4安装在底板3上。
粘性件与底板3之间通过超声波焊接固定,底板3远离主体外壳4的一侧设置有多个焊接点302。或者,粘性件与底板3之间通过粘胶固定。
给药装置2和主体外壳4可拆卸连接。
给药装置2包括依次连接储药器201、连接管202和连接针头203;
控制装置包含驱动主机,驱动主机用于泵出储药器201内的药液,使得药液从储药器201经连接管202流到连接针头203,连接针头203安装在第一避空孔401,连接针头203穿过第一避空孔401与注射装置1连接。
一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统还包括血糖检测仪,血糖检测仪与控制装置通信连接,控制装置用于根据血糖检测仪发送的血糖数据控制给药装置2输出药液。
如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例提供了一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,包括:控制装置、给药装置2、注射装置1、底板3以及胶布。注射装置1可以称为留置针101组件,包括留置针101和针座,留置针101组件位于底板3中央。胶布粘贴在底板3上,二者之间的固定方式可以是超声波焊接或粘胶固定。控制装置通过弹性固定卡扣403固定到底板3上。控制装置与给药装置2通过螺纹连接,给药装置2一端设置有连接针头203,穿过控制装置的避空定位设计,刺穿固定到底板3上的注射装置1顶部橡胶件,与注射装置1内部流道导通。控制装置所在的主体外壳4包括面壳与底壳,面壳内凹形成一空腔,底壳盖合在面壳的开口处,与面壳形成一密闭空间,驱动主机、推杆、电池等控制器件设于该密闭空间内。驱动主机驱动推杆运动,减小储药器201的容积,使得药液从储药器201中泵出。本实施例采用敷贴式的设计,直接贴在用户腹部、四肢等位置,无需另外连接导管,可直接粘贴皮肤使用,省去了长长的导管,减小了体积,增加了便携性、安全性以及佩戴的舒适性。本实施例的注射装置1以及给药装置2与控制装置设计成可分离式,控制装置能够反复使用,减少了浪费,节省成本。

  1. 一种一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,包括:注射装置(1)、给药装置(2)、底板(3)、粘性件、主体外壳(4)及控制装置;
    所述控制装置安装在所述主体外壳(4)内,所述注射装置(1)、所述给药装置(2)和所述主体外壳(4)安装在所述底板(3)上;所述粘性件固定设置在所述底板(3)远离所述主体外壳(4)的一侧,所述粘性件用于将所述底板(3)粘贴于皮肤上;
    所述给药装置(2)用于存储药液,所述给药装置(2)的输出端连接所述注射装置(1)的输入端;所述控制装置用于控制所述给药装置(2)向所述注射装置(1)输出所述药液;
    所述主体外壳(4)设置有贯通的第一避空孔(401),所述给药装置(2)的输出端安装在所述第一避空孔(401);
    所述底板(3)设置有贯通的第二避空孔(301),所述注射装置(1)安装在第二避空孔(301),第二避空孔(301)与第一避空孔(401)连贯贯通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述第二避空孔(301)设置在所述底板(3)的中央预设区域,使得注射装置(1)能够设置在一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统整体的中央位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述给药装置(2)的输出端从所述主体外壳(4)远离所述底板(3)的一侧插入所述第一避空孔(401),所述注射装置(1)安装于所述底板(3)的所述第二避空孔(301),所述注射装置(1)从所述主体外壳(4)靠近所述底板(3)的一侧插入所述第一避空孔(401)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述注射装置(1)包括留置针(101)和针座,所述针座用于将所述留置针(101)安装于所述底板(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述主体外壳(4)在所述第一避空孔(401)内设置有安装卡扣(402),所述安装卡扣(402)用于将所述给药装置(2)的输出端卡接于所述主体外壳(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2、4或5所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述主体外壳(4)上设置有卡槽,底板(3)上设置有弹性固定卡扣(403);
    所述卡槽与所述弹性固定卡扣(403)卡接,使得主体外壳(4)安装在底板(3)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述粘性件与所述底板(3)之间通过粘胶或超声波焊接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、4、5或7所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述给药装置(2)和所述主体外壳(4)可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,所述给药装置(2)包括依次连接的储药器(201)、连接管(202)和连接针头(203);
    所述控制装置用于泵出所述储药器(201)内的所述药液,使得所述药液从所述储药器(201)经所述连接管(202)流到所述连接针头(203),所述连接针头(203)安装于所述第一避空孔(401),所述连接针头(203)穿过所述第一避空孔(401)与所述注射装置(1)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1、2、4、5、7或9所述的一体平衡敷贴式药液输注系统,其特征在于,还包括血糖检测仪,所述血糖检测仪与所述控制装置通信连接,所述控制装置用于 根据所述血糖检测仪发送的血糖数据控制所述给药装置(2)输出所述药液。
