通过采用上述技术方案,吹气管转动带动推杆运动,推杆运动使密封板与让位槽插接,这样能够对盖板与测试仪箱体的连接处两端进行阻挡, 从而能够进一步降低测试仪箱体内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性。
优选的,所述水平轴的两端分别套接有扭簧,两个所述扭簧的相对端分别固接于盖板的两侧,两个所述扭簧的相互远离端均固接于测试仪箱体的顶部。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过设置的扭簧,便于对盖板进行复位。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1.当需要对加热插槽进行清理时,先通过供气组件对吹气管进行供气以及通过负压机构使负压管产生负压,此时便可对加热插槽进行清理;通过设置的清洁装置,便于对加热插槽进行清理;
2.通过驱动组件驱动吹气管转动,这样便于将喷头收起;通过设置的盖板,能够降低测试仪箱体内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性;通过设置的固定组件,便于对插块进行固定,进而便于对盖板进行固定,从而能够进一步降低测试仪箱体内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性;
3.当插块与插孔插接时,此时插块驱动驱动杆移动,当插块移动至使限位块与限位槽对齐后,此时限位块在限位弹簧的作用下与限位槽插接,从而便可对插块进行固定;通过设置的固定组件,便于对插块进行固定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”、“底面”和“顶面”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
本发明公开一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,如图1和图2所示,包括竖直设置的测试仪箱体1和水平设在测试仪箱体1内的定位板2,定位板2上开设有插孔11,测试仪箱体1内设有加热水袋3,加热水袋3上设置有加热插槽31,测试仪箱体1上设置有清洁装置4。
如图1和图2所示,清洁装置4包括设置于测试仪箱体1内的吹气管41以及沿吹气管41的轴向依次连通于吹气管41的多个喷头42,吹气管41沿测试仪箱体1的长度方向设置,喷头42与加热插槽31一一对应设置; 测试仪箱体1上安装有用于对吹气管41进行供气的供气组件44;清洁装置4还包括连通于测试仪箱体1内腔的负压管43以及安装于测试仪箱体1的外侧壁用于使负压管43产生负压的负压机构45。当需要对加热插槽31进行清理时,先通过供气组件44对吹气管41进行供气以及通过负压机构45使负压管43产生负压,此时便可对加热插槽31进行清理;通过设置的清洁装置4,便于对加热插槽31进行清理。
如图1和图2所示,供气组件44包括通过支架安装于测试仪箱体1外侧壁的风机441,风机441的出风口连通有供气管442,供气管442上安装有阀门,供气管442远离风机441的一端与吹气管41的一端连通。当需要对吹气管41进行供气时,先启动风机441,此时在供气管442的作用下便可对吹气管41进行供气;通过设置的供气组件44,便于对吹气管41进行供气。
如图1和图3所示,负压机构45包括通过支架安装于测试仪箱体1外侧壁的负压泵451,负压管43远离测试仪箱体1的一端与负压泵451的进气口连通,负压管43上安装有阀门,阀门可选用电动阀或者手动阀;当需要使负压管43产生负压时,先启动负压泵451,此时便可使负压管43产生负压;通过设置的负压机构45,便于使负压管43产生负压。负压泵451的出气口通过管道连通有过滤箱452,过滤箱452远离负压泵451的一端连通有排气管453,过滤箱452的顶部开设有通孔454,通孔454的底部延伸至过滤箱452的内腔;通孔454内插接有过滤板455,过滤板455的左右两侧以及底侧与过滤箱452的三个内壁一一对应抵接,过滤板455的顶部固接有挡板456,挡板456通过螺栓与过滤箱452的顶部可拆卸连接, 过滤箱452的底部连通有排灰管457,排灰管457上安装有阀门。通过设置的过滤箱452以及过滤板455,便于对负压泵451出气口流出的灰尘进行处理。
如图1和图2所示,吹气管41通过轴承转动连接于测试仪箱体1的侧壁,并且吹气管41处于定位板2的下方,供气管442的一端通过软管46与吹气管41连通,另一端封闭设置,结合图4,测试仪箱体1的顶部设置有盖板5,盖板5的一端固接有水平轴51,水平轴51沿测试仪箱体1的宽度方向设置,水平轴51通过轴承转动连接于测试仪箱体1顶部的一端,水平轴51的两端分别套接有扭簧52,两个扭簧52的相对端分别固接于盖板5的两侧,两个扭簧52的相互远离端均固接于测试仪箱体1的顶部;盖板5远离水平轴51一端的底部固接有插块53,测试仪箱体1远离水平轴51一端的顶部开设有用于供插块53插接的插孔11,插孔11沿竖向延伸,插孔11的一侧安装有用于对插块53进行固定的固定组件7;插孔11的底部开设有安装槽12,安装槽12沿竖向延伸,安装槽12内安装有用于驱动吹气管41转动的驱动组件6。通过驱动组件6驱动吹气管41转动,这样便于将喷头42收起;通过设置的盖板5,能够降低测试仪箱体1内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性;通过设置的固定组件7,便于对插块53进行固定,进而便于对盖板5进行固定,从而能够进一步降低测试仪箱体1内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性。
如图4和图5所示,驱动组件6包括通过轴承竖直转动连接于安装槽12内壁的竖管61以及竖直设置于竖管61内的驱动杆62;驱动杆62的外侧壁沿其周向依次固接有多个螺旋块63,竖管61的内壁沿其周向依次开 设有多个螺旋槽64,螺旋块63与螺旋槽64一一对应配合;驱动杆62的顶部能够与插块53的底部抵接,驱动杆62的底部通过支架固接有复位弹簧65,复位弹簧65竖直设置,复位弹簧65远离驱动杆62的一端固接于安装槽12的底部;竖管61的外侧壁设置有蜗杆66,吹气管41的外侧壁套设固定有蜗轮67,蜗杆66与蜗轮67相啮合。盖板5转动带动插块53转动,这样能够使插块53与插槽插接;当插块53与插孔11插接时,此时插块53驱动驱动杆62移动,然后驱动杆62在螺旋块63与螺旋槽64的作用下驱动竖管61转动,竖管61转动驱动蜗杆66转动,蜗杆66转动驱动蜗轮67转动,结合图2,蜗轮67转动能够驱动吹气管41转动,这样能够使喷头42对准加热插槽31;通过设置的驱动组件6,便于驱动吹气管41转动。
如图4和图5所示,固定组件7包括限位块71,插块53的一侧开设有用于供限位块71插接的限位槽54,插孔11的一侧开设有用于供限位块71沿测试仪箱体1的长度方向滑移的水平槽72,限位块71远离插块53的一端固接有拉杆73,拉杆73沿测试仪箱体1的长度方向设置,拉杆73远离限位块71的一端突出测试仪箱体1的外侧壁设置且固接有手柄74;拉杆73上套接有限位弹簧75,限位弹簧75沿限位块71的长度方向设置,限位弹簧75的一端固接于限位块71远离插块53的一端,另一端固接于水平槽72远离插块53的一端内壁;当复位弹簧65处于初始状态时,限位块71远离拉杆73的一端抵接于驱动杆62的侧壁,此时限位弹簧75处于被压缩状态。当插块53与插孔11插接时,此时插块53驱动驱动杆62移动,当插块53移动至使限位块71与限位槽54对齐后,此时限位块71在限位 弹簧75的作用下与限位槽54插接,从而便可对插块53进行固定;通过设置的固定组件7,便于对插块53进行固定。
如图4和图5所示,测试仪箱体1顶部的两端分别开设有竖槽13,两个竖槽13内沿竖向分别滑移连接有密封板8,盖板5底部的两端分别开设有让位槽55,密封板8的厚度小于让位槽55的厚度,让位槽55沿竖向延伸,两个密封板8分别插接于两个让位槽55;吹气管41上铰接有两个推杆9,两个推杆9远离吹气管41的一端分别铰接于两个密封板8的底部。吹气管41转动带动推杆9运动,推杆9运动使密封板8与让位槽55插接,这样能够对盖板5与测试仪箱体1的连接处两端进行阻挡,从而能够进一步降低测试仪箱体1内的灰尘发生泄漏的可能性。
工作原理:当需要对加热插槽31进行清理时,先通过风机441对吹气管41进行供气以及通过负压泵451使负压管43产生负压,此时便可对加热插槽31进行清理;通过设置的清洁装置4,便于对加热插槽31进行清理。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,包括测试仪箱体(1)和设在测试仪箱体(1)内的定位板(2),所述定位板(2)上开设有插孔(11),所述测试仪箱体(1)内设有加热水袋(3),所述加热水袋(3)上设置有加热插槽(31),其特征在于:所述测试仪箱体(1)上设置有清洁装置(4),所述清洁装置(4)包括设置于测试仪箱体(1)内的吹气管(41)以及沿吹气管(41)的轴向依次连通于吹气管(41)的多个喷头(42),所述喷头(42)与所述加热插槽(31)一一对应设置;所述测试仪箱体(1)上安装有用于对吹气管(41)进行供气的供气组件(44);
    所述清洁装置(4)还包括连通于测试仪箱体(1)内腔的负压管(43)以及安装于测试仪箱体(1)的外侧壁用于使负压管(43)产生负压的负压机构(45)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述供气组件(44)包括安装于测试仪箱体(1)外侧壁的风机(441),所述风机(441)的出风口连通有供气管(442),所述供气管(442)上安装有阀门,所述供气管(442)远离风机(441)的一端与吹气管(41)的一端连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述负压机构(45)包括安装于测试仪箱体(1)外侧壁的负压泵(451),所述负压管(43)远离测试仪箱体(1)的一端与负压泵(451)的进气口连通,所述负压管(43)上安装有阀门。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述负压泵(451)的出气口连通有过滤箱(452),所述过滤箱(452)远离负压泵(451)的一端连通有排气管(453),所述过滤箱(452)的顶部开设有通孔 (454),所述通孔(454)的底部延伸至过滤箱(452)的内腔,所述通孔(454)内设置有过滤板(455)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述吹气管(41)转动连接于测试仪箱体(1)的侧壁,所述供气管(442)通过软管(46)与吹气管(41)连通,所述测试仪箱体(1)的顶部设置有盖板(5),所述盖板(5)的一端固接有水平轴(51),所述水平轴(51)转动连接于测试仪箱体(1)顶部的一端;所述盖板(5)远离水平轴(51)一端的底部固接有插块(53),所述测试仪箱体(1)远离水平轴(51)一端的顶部开设有用于供插块(53)插接的插孔(11),所述插孔(11)的一侧安装有用于对插块(53)进行固定的固定组件(7);所述插孔(11)的底部开设有安装槽(12),所述安装槽(12)内安装有用于驱动吹气管(41)转动的驱动组件(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(6)包括转动连接于安装槽(12)内壁的竖管(61)以及设置于竖管(61)内的驱动杆(62);所述驱动杆(62)的外侧壁沿其周向依次固接有多个螺旋块(63),所述竖管(61)的内壁沿其周向依次开设有多个螺旋槽(64),所述螺旋块(63)与所述螺旋槽(64)一一对应配合;所述驱动杆(62)的顶部能够与插块(53)的底部抵接,所述驱动杆(62)的底部固接有复位弹簧(65),所述复位弹簧(65)远离驱动杆(62)的一端固接于安装槽(12)的底部;所述竖管(61)的外侧壁设置有蜗杆(66),所述吹气管(41)的外侧壁套设固定有蜗轮(67),所述蜗杆(66)与所述蜗轮(67)相啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述固定组件(7)包括限位块(71),所述插块(53)的一侧开设有用于供限位 块(71)插接的限位槽(54),所述插孔(11)的一侧开设有用于供限位块(71)滑移的水平槽(72),所述限位块(71)远离插块(53)的一端固接有拉杆(73),所述拉杆(73)远离限位块(71)的一端突出测试仪箱体(1)的外侧壁设置且固接有手柄(74);所述拉杆(73)上套接有限位弹簧(75),所述限位弹簧(75)的一端固接于限位块(71)远离插块(53)的一端,另一端固接于水平槽(72)远离插块(53)的一端内壁;当所述复位弹簧(65)处于初始状态时,所述限位块(71)远离拉杆(73)的一端抵接于驱动杆(62)的侧壁,此时所述限位弹簧(75)处于被压缩状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述测试仪箱体(1)顶部的两端分别开设有竖槽(13),两个所述竖槽(13)内分别滑移连接有密封板(8),所述盖板(5)底部的两端分别开设有让位槽(55),两个所述密封板(8)分别插接于两个让位槽(55);所述吹气管(41)上铰接有两个推杆(9),两个所述推杆(9)远离吹气管(41)的一端分别铰接于两个密封板(8)的底部。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于清理的PCR测试仪,其特征在于:所述水平轴(51)的两端分别套接有扭簧(52),两个所述扭簧(52)的相对端分别固接于盖板(5)的两侧,两个所述扭簧(52)的相互远离端均固接于测试仪箱体(1)的顶部。
