Description

提供感知服务的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质 技术领域
本公开涉及无线通信技术领域但不限于无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种提供感知服务的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着人工智能(AI,Artificial Intelligence)技术的发展,促进了众多行业的智能化,其中,感知技术成为智能化的重要技术基础。当前基于雷达的感知技术,主要依赖于专用的雷达设备,造价高且部署不灵活,主要用在特定的场景下。随着移动通信技术的发展,移动基站和终端的数量庞大,可被用于对象感知。
相关场景中,出于隐私和/或安全考虑,并非所有的物体都可以或允许被感知,例如,军事敏感区域、交管部门或安全部门划定的特殊区域等。此时,需要网络能对感知业务进行有效灵活的管控。
发明内容
本公开实施例公开了一种提供感知服务的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种提供感知服务的方法,其中,所述方法由核心网设备执行,所述方法包括:
接收接入网设备发送的感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
获取感知服务区域限制信息,所述感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;
根据所述感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,
所述预定操作包括:接受所述感知请求或者拒绝所述感知请求;
向所述接入网设备发送针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,包括:

请参考图1,其示出了本公开实施例提供的一种无线通信系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,无线通信系统是基于移动通信技术的通信系统,该无线通信系统可以包括:若干个用户设备110以及若干个基站120。
其中,用户设备110可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备。用户设备110可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,用户设备110可以是物联网用户设备,如传感器设备、移动电话和具有物联网用户设备的计算机,例如,可以是固定式、便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的装置。例如,站(Station,STA)、订户单元(subscriber unit)、订户站(subscriber station),移动站(mobile station)、移动台(mobile)、远程站(remote station)、接入点、远程用户设备(remote terminal)、接入用户设备(access terminal)、用户装置(user terminal)、用户代理(user agent)、用户设备(user device)、或用户设备(user equipment)。或者,用户设备110 也可以是无人飞行器的设备。或者,用户设备110也可以是车载设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的行车电脑,或者是外接行车电脑的无线用户设备。或者,用户设备110也可以是路边设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的路灯、信号灯或者其它路边设备等。
基站120可以是无线通信系统中的网络侧设备。其中,该无线通信系统可以是第四代移动通信技术(the 4th generation mobile communication,4G)系统,又称长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统;或者,该无线通信系统也可以是5G系统,又称新空口系统或5G NR系统。或者,该无线通信系统也可以是5G系统的再下一代系统。其中,5G系统中的接入网可以称为NG-RAN(New Generation-Radio Access Network,新一代无线接入网)。
其中,基站120可以是4G系统中采用的演进型基站(eNB)。或者,基站120也可以是5G系统中采用集中分布式架构的基站(gNB)。当基站120采用集中分布式架构时,通常包括集中单元(central unit,CU)和至少两个分布单元(distributed unit,DU)。集中单元中设置有分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)层、无线链路层控制协议(Radio Link Control,RLC)层、媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)层的协议栈;分布单元中设置有物理(Physical,PHY)层协议栈,本公开实施例对基站120的具体实现方式不加以限定。
基站120和用户设备110之间可以通过无线空口建立无线连接。在不同的实施方式中,该无线空口是基于第四代移动通信网络技术(4G)标准的无线空口;或者,该无线空口是基于第五代移动通信网络技术(5G)标准的无线空口,比如该无线空口是新空口;或者,该无线空口也可以是基于5G的更下一代移动通信网络技术标准的无线空口。
在一些实施例中,用户设备110之间还可以建立E2E(End to End,端到端)连接。比如车联网通信(vehicle to everything,V2X)中的V2V(vehicle to vehicle,车对车)通信、V2I(vehicle to Infrastructure,车对路边设备)通信和V2P(vehicle to pedestrian,车对人)通信等场景。
这里,上述用户设备可认为是下面实施例的终端设备。
在一些实施例中,上述无线通信系统还可以包含网络管理设备130。
若干个基站120分别与网络管理设备130相连。其中,网络管理设备130可以是无线通信系统中的核心网设备,比如,该网络管理设备130可以是演进的数据分组核心网(Evolved Packet Core,EPC)中的移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)。或者,该网络管理设备也可以是其它的核心网设备,比如服务网关(Serving GateWay,SGW)、公用数据网网关(Public Data Network GateWay,PGW)、策略与计费规则功能单元(Policy and Charging Rules Function,PCRF)或者归属签约用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)等。对于网络管理设备130的实现形态,本公开实施例不做限定。
为了便于本领域内技术人员理解,本公开实施例列举了多个实施方式以对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清晰地说明。当然,本领域内技术人员可以理解,本公开实施例提供的多个实施例,可以被单独执行,也可以与本公开实施例中其他实施例的方法结合后一起被执行,还可以单独或结合后与其他相关技术中的一些方法一起被执行;本公开实施例并不对此作出限定。
为了更好地理解本公开任一个实施例所描述的技术方案,首先,对相关技术中的应用场景进行说明:
雷达(Radio Detection and Ranging)是一种利用无线电波来确定物体的距离(范围)、角度或速度的检测系统。它可用于探测飞机、船舶、航天器、导弹、机动车辆、气象和地形。
在一个实施例中,请参见图2,雷达系统包括:
发射器,在无线电或微波领域产生电磁波;
确定对象属性的接收器和处理器。
这里,当前雷达技术需要专用设备,成本高且无法做到按需部署和使用。另,使用频段,没有统一频段使用管理,容易造成干扰。
如图3a所示,本实施例中提供一种提供感知服务的方法,其中,该方法由核心网设备执行,该方法包括:
步骤31、接收接入网设备发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;
步骤32、获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;

这里,在步骤31中,可以是核心网设备接收终端通过接入网设备发送的感知请求。其中,接入网设备可以是基站。
这里,本公开所涉及的终端可以是但不限于是手机、可穿戴设备、车载终端、路侧单元(RSU,Road Side Unit)、智能家居终端、工业用传感设备和/或医疗设备等。在一些实施例中,该终端可以是Redcap终端或者预定版本的新空口NR终端(例如,R17的NR终端)。
本公开中涉及的基站可以是终端接入网络的接入设备。这里,基站可以为各种类型的基站,例如,第三代移动通信(3G)网络的基站、第四代移动通信(4G)网络的基站、第五代移动通信(5G)网络的基站或其它演进型基站。
本公开中的核心网设备可以是接入和移动性管理功能实体(AMF,Access Control And Mobility Management Function)。需要说明的是,核心网设备并不限于AMF,也可以是具备感知功能(SF,Sensing Function)的设备。在本公开的一个实施方式中,具备SF的设备可以单独作为一个通信节点部署,也可以部署在AMF内。可以将具备SF的设备理解为一个逻辑节点。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收接入网设备发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域;根据感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;向接入网设备发送针对感知服务的响应消息,响应消息携带拒绝感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。这里,在拒绝感知请求时,可以向接入网设备发送携带拒绝感知请求的响应消息。在接受感知请求时,可以向接入网设备发送携带感知服务的配置参数的响应消息。
这里,接入网设备可以就是基站。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收终端通过基站发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域;根据感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;向基站发送针对感知服务的响应消息,响应消息携带拒绝感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收终端通过基站发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域;响应于基站位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的禁止终端发起感知服务的区域,拒绝感知请求;或者,响应于基站位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的允许终端发起感知服务的区域,接受感知请求。在一个实施例中,核心网设备中预先设置有不同基站的位置信息,如此,在接收到终端通过基站发送的感知请求后,基于该位置信息指示的位置与禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域之间的位置关系,就可以确定基站是否位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。需要说明的是,如果基站不位于允许发起感知服务的区域,则基站位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。
在一个实施例中,请参见图3b,核心网设备接收终端通过基站发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务,感知请求可以携带终端的位置信息;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息指示:禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域;响应于终端位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的禁止终端发起感知服务的区域(对应图3b中的B区域),拒绝感知请求;或者,响应于终端位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的允许终端发起感知服务的区域(对应图3b中的A区域),接受感知请求。在一个实施例中,核心网设备在接收到终端通过基站发送的感知请求后,基于该位置信息指示的位置与禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域之间的位置关系,就可以确定基站是否位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。需要说明的是,如果终端不位于允许发起感知服务的区域,则终端位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收基站发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止基站发起和/或允许基站发起感知服务的区域;根据感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;向基站发送针对感知服务的响应消息,响应消息携带拒绝感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收基站发送的感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;获取感知服务区域限制信息,感知服务区域限制信息指示:禁止基站发起和/或允许基站发起感知服务的区域;响应于基站位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的禁止终端发起感知服务的区域,拒绝感知请求;或者,响应于基站位于感知服务区域限制信息指示的允许终端发起感知服务的区域,接受感知请求。在一个实施例中,核心网设备中预先设置有不同基站的位置信息,如此,在接收到终端通过基站发送的感知请求后,基于该位置信息指示的位置与禁止终端发起和/或允许终端发起感知服务的区域之间的位置关系,就可以确定基站是否位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。需要说明的是,如果基站不位于允许发起感知服务的区域,则基站位于禁止终端发起感知服务的区域。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;执行授权和隐私认证; 响应于授权和隐私认证通过,根据获取到的感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,感知服务区域限制信息指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;响应于授权和隐私认证未通过,拒绝感知请求。这里,可以是核心网设备向统一数据管理(UDM,Unified Data Management)发送授权和隐私认证信息;接收UDM返回的授权和隐私认证信息的响应消息,其中,响应消息指示:通过授权和隐私认证或者未通过授权和隐私认证。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;确定网络是否支持感知服务;响应于网络支持感知服务,根据获取到的感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,感知服务区域限制信息指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;响应于网络不支持感知服务,拒绝感知请求。这里,可以是核心网设备向UDM发送确认消息;接收UDM返回的响应消息,其中,响应消息指示:核心网支持感知服务或者核心网不支持感知服务。
在一个实施例中,核心网设备接收感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;确定终端是否订阅感知服务;响应于网络订阅感知服务,根据获取到的感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求;响应于终端未订阅感知服务,拒绝感知请求。这里,可以是核心网设备向UDM发送确认消息;接收UDM针对请求确认消息返回的响应消息,其中,响应消息指示:终端已订阅感知服务或者终端未订阅感知服务。
在一个实施例中,接收感知请求,感知请求用于请求感知服务;根据感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,感知服务区域限制信息指示:禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;预定操作包括:接受感知请求或者拒绝感知请求。确定拒绝感知请求,向基站发送响应消息,响应消息携带拒绝感知请求的信息。该响应消息可以携带拒绝请求的原因信息,其中,原因信息可以是以下至少之一的信息:核心网不支持感知服务的信息、终端未授权发起感知服务的信息或者终端未订阅感知服务的信息。
在一个实施例中,感知请求携带以下一种或多种信息:
终端标识;
感知类型;
感知的服务质量QoS;
终端的位置信息。
这里,感知类型可以是终端与终端之间进行感知的类型,也可以是终端与基站之间进行感知的类型,还可以是终端与其他对象之间进行感知的类型。

传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到设备800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为终端800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测终端800或终端800一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端800接触的存在或不存在,终端800方位或加速/减速和终端800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括 加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于终端800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如Wi-Fi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,终端800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由终端800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
如图17所示,本公开一实施例示出一种基站的结构。例如,基站900可以被提供为一网络侧设备。参照图17,基站900包括处理组件922,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器932所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件922的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器932中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件922被配置为执行指令,以执行上述方法前述应用在所述基站的任意方法。
基站900还可以包括一个电源组件926被配置为执行基站900的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口950被配置为将基站900连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口958。基站900可以操作基于存储在存储器932的操作系统,例如Windows Server TM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种提供感知服务的方法,其中,所述方法由核心网设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收接入网设备发送的感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    获取感知服务区域限制信息,所述感知服务区域限制信息用于指示禁止发起和/或允许发起感知服务的区域;
    根据所述感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,所述预定操作包括:接受所述感知请求或者拒绝所述感知请求;
    向所述接入网设备发送针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,包括:
    确定终端和/或基站处于所述禁止发起所述感知服务的区域内,拒绝所述感知请求;或者,
    确定终端和/或基站处于所述允许发起所述感知服务的区域内,接受所述感知请求。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    确定接受所述感知请求,根据预定规则确定发起感知服务的配置参数。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    确定拒绝所述感知请求,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息;或者,
    确定接受所述感知请求,所述响应消息携带感知服务的配置参数。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法,还包括以下一项或多项:
    确定核心网不支持请求的所述感知服务,拒绝所述感知请求;
    确定终端未订阅所述感知服务,拒绝所述感知请求;
    确定所述核心网无法提供所述感知服务,拒绝所述感知请求;
    确定所述终端支持请求的所述感知服务,接受所述感知请求;
    确定所述终端已订阅所述感知服务,接受所述感知请求;以及,
    确定所述核心网能够提供所述感知服务,接受所述感知请求。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述感知请求携带以下一种或多种信息:
    终端标识;
    感知类型;
    感知的服务质量QoS。
  7. 一种发起感知服务的方法,其中,所述方法由终端执行,所述方法包括:
    向接入网设备发送感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    接收所述接入网设备发送的针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述响应消息携带感知服务的配置参数,基于所述配置参数执行所述感知服务的测量操作。
  9. 一种发起感知服务的方法,其中,所述方法由接入网设备执行,所述方法包括:
    向核心网设备发送感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    接收所述核心网设备发送的针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述响应消息携带感知服务的配置参数,基于所述配置参数执行所述感知服务的测量操作。
  11. 一种提供感知服务的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收接入网设备发送的感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    处理模块,用于获取感知服务区域限制信息,所述感知服务区域限制信息用于指示:禁止发起或者允许发起感知服务的区域;根据所述感知服务区域限制信息,执行预定操作,所述预定操作包括:接受所述感知请求或者拒绝所述感知请求;
    发送模块,向所述接入网设备发送针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  12. 一种发起感知服务的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向接入网设备发送感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    接收模块,用于接收所述接入网设备发送的针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  13. 一种发起感知服务的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向核心网设备发送感知请求,所述感知请求用于请求感知服务;
    接收模块,用于接收所述核心网设备发送的针对所述感知服务的响应消息,所述响应消息携带拒绝所述感知请求的信息或者感知服务的配置参数。
  14. 一种通信设备,其中,包括:
    存储器;
    处理器,与所述存储器连接,被配置为通过执行存储在所述存储器上的计算机可执行指令,并能够实现权利要求1至6、权利要求7至8或者9至10任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行后能够实现权利要求1至6、权利要求7至8或者9至10任一项所述的方法。
