Abstract
Description
最初に本開示の実施形態を列挙して説明する。
[1]本開示の配線システムは、車両に搭載される配線システムであって、電気接続箱と、前記電気接続箱と標準機器とを電気的に接続する標準ハーネスと、前記電気接続箱に電気的に接続された拡張用ハーネスと、前記拡張用ハーネスの端部に取り付けられた待ち受けコネクタと、を有し、前記拡張用ハーネスは、前記標準ハーネスと物理的に接続されておらず、前記標準ハーネスとは独立して設けられており、前記待ち受けコネクタは、初期時には使用されず、前記車両に後付けされる拡張ユニットとコネクタ接続により電気的に接続可能である。
本開示の配線システムの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。各図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張又は簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率については各図面で異なる場合がある。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
図1に示す配線システム10は、自動車等の車両Vに搭載される。車両Vには、電気機器20が配置される複数の設置エリアが設定されている。設置エリアの数及び場所は、車両Vの車種、グレード、仕向けや車格などに応じて任意に設定することができる。車両Vには、例えば、2個~十数個の設置エリアが設定される。本実施形態の車両Vには、設置エリアA1と、設置エリアA2と、設置エリアA3との3つの設置エリアが設定されている。設置エリアA1は、例えば、車両Vの前方側のエンジンルーム付近に設定される。設置エリアA2は、例えば、設置エリアA1よりも車両Vの後方側に設定される。設置エリアA3は、例えば、車両Vのシート付近や車両Vのドア付近に設定される。本実施形態の設置エリアA3は、車両Vのシート付近に設定されている。
電気接続箱30は、例えば、電線B2を介してバッテリB1と電気的に接続される受電端子31と、標準ハーネス40が電気的に接続される複数の標準コネクタ32と、拡張用ハーネス50が電気的に接続される1個又は複数の拡張用コネクタ33とを有している。受電端子31は、バッテリB1から電線B2を通じて供給される電力を受電する端子である。複数の標準コネクタ32は、標準ハーネス40を通じて複数の標準機器20Aとそれぞれ電気的に接続されている。本実施形態の電気接続箱30は、4個の標準機器20Aとそれぞれ電気的に接続される4個の標準コネクタ32を有している。拡張用コネクタ33は、拡張用ハーネス50及び待ち受けコネクタ60を通じて拡張ユニット70と電気的に接続可能である。本実施形態の電気接続箱30は、1個の拡張用コネクタ33を有している。
拡張用ハーネス50は、例えば、拡張用コネクタ33に電気的に接続されている。拡張用ハーネス50は、例えば、電気接続箱30から延びている。拡張用ハーネス50は、例えば、拡張ユニット70が搭載される可能性のあるエリアまで引き回されている。本実施形態の拡張用ハーネス50は、電気接続箱30から設置エリアA3まで引き回されている。単一の拡張用コネクタ33には、単一の拡張用ハーネス50のみが接続されている。
待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、拡張ユニット70が搭載される可能性のあるエリアに設けられている。本実施形態の待ち受けコネクタ60は、設置エリアA3に設けられている。すなわち、本実施形態の待ち受けコネクタ60は、車両Vのシート付近に設けられている。待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、拡張ユニット70とコネクタ接続により電気的に接続可能である。ここで、待ち受けコネクタ60は、車両Vに拡張ユニット70が後付けされる前の初期時から電気接続箱30に電気的に接続された状態で、拡張ユニット70が接続されるのを待ち受けている。換言すると、待ち受けコネクタ60は、拡張ユニット70が後付けされる前の状態から電気接続箱30に対して予め用意されている、つまり予約設計されている。そして、待ち受けコネクタ60は、拡張ユニット70が後付けされる前の状態から、例えば設置エリアA3に設けられている。このため、車両Vに拡張ユニット70が搭載される前の初期時においては、待ち受けコネクタ60に拡張ユニット70が接続されていない。さらに、この場合の待ち受けコネクタ60は、車両Vに搭載された複数の電気機器20のいずれとも接続されていない。すなわち、車両Vに拡張ユニット70が後付けされる前の初期時における待ち受けコネクタ60は、使用されておらず、拡張ユニット70が接続されるのを待ち受けている状態になっている。
拡張ユニット70は、車両Vに後付けされる。拡張ユニット70は、待ち受けコネクタ60にコネクタ接続されることにより、電気接続箱30と電気的に接続されている。拡張ユニット70は、例えば、設置エリアA3に設けられている。拡張ユニット70は、例えば、車両Vのシート付近に設けられたシートヒータユニットである。
ジョイントコネクタ80は、待ち受けコネクタ60と電気的に接続可能に形成されている。ジョイントコネクタ80は、例えば、待ち受けコネクタ60から供給される電力を複数系統に分配する機能を有している。ジョイントコネクタ80は、例えば、単一の待ち受けコネクタ60に対して複数の拡張機器20Bを接続する場合に設けられる。換言すると、拡張ユニット70は、単一の待ち受けコネクタ60に対して単一の拡張機器20Bを接続する場合には、ジョイントコネクタ80を有する必要はない。
各補助コネクタ90は、例えば、電気接続箱30の制御部34による制御のみでは拡張機器20Bを所望の動作で駆動させることができない場合などに、拡張機器20Bの動作制御を補助するために設けられる。すなわち、補助コネクタ90は、全ての拡張機器20Bに対して設ける必要はなく、例えば拡張機器20Bの種類や制御方法に応じて必要な場合にのみ設けられる。
補助側入力コネクタ91は、ジョイント側出力コネクタ82とコネクタ接続可能である。補助側入力コネクタ91は、例えば、待ち受けコネクタ60とコネクタ接続可能である。補助側入力コネクタ91は、例えば、図示は省略するが、電線用の接続端子と、グランド用の接続端子と、信号用の接続端子とを有している。補助側入力コネクタ91の有する各種接続端子は、例えば、雌型端子である。補助側入力コネクタ91は、例えば、メスコネクタである。例えば、補助側入力コネクタ91をジョイント側出力コネクタ82に嵌合することにより、補助側入力コネクタ91とジョイント側出力コネクタ82とが電気的に接続される。
図3に示すように、複数の拡張機器20Bのうち一部の拡張機器20B、ここでは図中上から2個の拡張機器20Bは、補助コネクタ90を介してジョイントコネクタ80に接続されている。複数の拡張機器20Bのうち一部の拡張機器20B、ここでは図中一番下の拡張機器20Bは、ジョイントコネクタ80に直接接続されている。
図1に示すように、配線システム10は、例えば、複数の標準コネクタ32にそれぞれ電気的に接続された複数の標準ハーネス40を有している。標準ハーネス40及び標準コネクタ32の数は、電気接続箱30に接続される標準機器20Aの数に応じて設定される。本実施形態の配線システム10では、電気接続箱30に4個の標準機器20Aが接続されるため、4個の標準コネクタ32と4個の標準ハーネス40とが設けられている。
(1)電気接続箱30と電気的に接続された拡張用ハーネス50の端部に、拡張ユニット70とコネクタ接続可能な待ち受けコネクタ60が取り付けられている。この待ち受けコネクタ60は、初期時には使用されず、拡張用ハーネス50を介して電気接続箱30と電気的に接続された状態で、拡張ユニット70が接続されるのを待ち受けている。換言すると、待ち受けコネクタ60は、拡張ユニット70が後付けされる前の状態から電気接続箱30に予め用意されている、つまり予約設計されている。このため、拡張ユニット70を後付けする際には、予め用意された待ち受けコネクタ60に拡張ユニット70をコネクタ接続することによって、待ち受けコネクタ60及び拡張用ハーネス50を介して拡張ユニット70を電気接続箱30に接続することができる。すなわち、待ち受けコネクタ60に拡張ユニット70をコネクタ接続するのみによって、拡張ユニット70を後付けすることができる。これにより、拡張ユニット70を後付けする際の組付作業性を向上できる。
上記実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。上記実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
例えば図7に示すように、配線システム10は、複数(本変更例では、3個)の待ち受けコネクタ60を有するようにしてもよい。本変更例の配線システム10は、電気接続箱30に個別に接続された複数の拡張用ハーネス50と、複数の拡張用ハーネス50の端部にそれぞれ取り付けられた複数の待ち受けコネクタ60を有している。複数の待ち受けコネクタ60は、互いに異なる拡張用ハーネス50の端部に個別に取り付けられている。すなわち、各拡張用ハーネス50の長さ方向の端部に単一の待ち受けコネクタ60が取り付けられている。複数の待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、車両Vの互いに異なる設置エリアに設けられている。本変更例の3個の待ち受けコネクタ60は、3つの設置エリアA1,A2,A3にそれぞれ設けられている。すなわち、複数の待ち受けコネクタ60は、複数の設置エリアA1,A2,A3に分散して配置されている。設置エリアA1に設けられた待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、設置エリアA1に後付けされる拡張ユニット70とコネクタ接続により電気的に接続される。設置エリアA2に設けられた待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、設置エリアA2に後付けされる拡張ユニット70とコネクタ接続により電気的に接続される。設置エリアA3に設けられた待ち受けコネクタ60は、例えば、設置エリアA3に後付けされる拡張ユニット70とコネクタ接続により電気的に接続される。
・上記実施形態では、電気接続箱30を、バッテリB1からの電力を直接受電する電気接続箱に具体化したが、これに限定されない。例えば、電気接続箱30を、電気接続箱30とは別の電気接続箱から電力を受電する電気接続箱に具体化してもよい。例えば、電気接続箱30を、車両Vの各設置エリアに設けられるゾーンECUに具体化してもよい。
・上記実施形態では、前記複数の設置エリアA1,A2,A3は、互いに独立したまたは互いに離れた空間として形成されてよい。
・今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した意味ではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

- 車両に搭載される配線システムであって、
電気接続箱と、
前記電気接続箱と標準機器とを電気的に接続する標準ハーネスと、
前記電気接続箱に電気的に接続された拡張用ハーネスと、
前記拡張用ハーネスの端部に取り付けられた待ち受けコネクタと、を有し、
前記拡張用ハーネスは、前記標準ハーネスと物理的に接続されておらず、前記標準ハーネスとは独立して設けられており、
前記待ち受けコネクタは、初期時には使用されず、前記車両に後付けされる拡張ユニットとコネクタ接続により電気的に接続可能である配線システム。 - 前記待ち受けコネクタにコネクタ接続された前記拡張ユニットを有し、
前記拡張ユニットは、前記車両に後付けされる拡張負荷と、前記拡張負荷に電気的に接続された負荷ハーネスと、前記負荷ハーネスの端部に取り付けられた負荷コネクタとを有する拡張機器を有し、
前記負荷コネクタは、前記待ち受けコネクタとコネクタ接続可能である請求項1に記載の配線システム。 - 前記拡張ユニットは、前記待ち受けコネクタと電気的に接続されたジョイントコネクタを更に有し、
前記ジョイントコネクタは、前記待ち受けコネクタとコネクタ接続された単一のジョイント側入力コネクタと、前記負荷コネクタとコネクタ接続可能である複数のジョイント側出力コネクタと、前記ジョイント側入力コネクタに入力される電力を前記複数のジョイント側出力コネクタに分配するジョイント側電源分配部と、を有する請求項2に記載の配線システム。 - 前記拡張ユニットは、前記ジョイント側出力コネクタと電気的に接続された補助コネクタを更に有し、
前記補助コネクタは、前記拡張機器の動作を制御する制御機能部と、前記ジョイント側出力コネクタとコネクタ接続された補助側入力コネクタと、前記負荷コネクタとコネクタ接続可能である補助側出力コネクタとを有する請求項3に記載の配線システム。 - 前記拡張ユニットは、前記複数のジョイント側出力コネクタにそれぞれ電気的に接続された複数の前記拡張機器を有し、
前記複数の拡張機器の各々が有する前記負荷コネクタは、前記ジョイント側出力コネクタとコネクタ接続可能であるとともに、前記補助側出力コネクタとコネクタ接続可能である請求項4に記載の配線システム。 - 前記拡張ユニットは、前記待ち受けコネクタと電気的に接続された補助コネクタを更に有し、
前記補助コネクタは、前記拡張機器の動作を制御する制御機能部と、前記待ち受けコネクタとコネクタ接続された補助側入力コネクタと、前記負荷コネクタとコネクタ接続された補助側出力コネクタとを有する請求項2に記載の配線システム。 - 前記電気接続箱は、
前記標準ハーネスと電気的に接続される標準コネクタと、
前記拡張用ハーネスと電気的に接続される拡張用コネクタと、を有し、
前記拡張用ハーネスの長さ方向の端部のうち待ち受けコネクタとは反対側の端部には、ハーネス側コネクタが取り付けられており、
前記ハーネス側コネクタは、前記拡張用コネクタとコネクタ接続されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の配線システム。 - 前記電気接続箱は、電源ラインと、グランドラインと、信号ラインとを有し、
前記拡張用ハーネスは、前記電源ラインに電気的に接続された電源線と、前記グランドラインに電気的に接続されたグランド線と、前記信号ラインに電気的に接続された信号線とを有する請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の配線システム。 - 前記電気接続箱に個別に接続された複数の前記拡張用ハーネスと、
前記複数の拡張用ハーネスの端部にそれぞれ取り付けられた複数の前記待ち受けコネクタと、を有し、
前記複数の待ち受けコネクタは、前記車両の互いに異なる設置エリアに設けられる請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の配線システム。
