节能减排是交通工具产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为交通工具产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
电池的顶盖由于提手的反复提起,导致顶盖易损坏。
技术问题
鉴于上述问题,本申请提供一种顶盖、电池及用电装置,能够缓解顶盖易损坏的问题。
技术解决方案
第一方面,本申请提供了一种顶盖,顶盖包括:盖体、第一连接座和第二连接座,盖体包括:第一盖板、第一侧板和第二侧板,第一侧板和第二侧板彼此相对的连接于第一盖板的一侧,第一侧板和第二侧板分别开设有彼此相对的第一通孔和第二通孔,第一连接座连接于第一侧板朝向第二侧板的表面,第一连接座开设有连通第一通孔的第一凹槽,第二连接座连接于第二侧板朝向第一侧板的表面,第二连接座开设有连通第二通孔的第二凹槽。
本申请实施例的技术方案中,提手的两端分别位于第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,当提拉提手时,提手直接作用于第一连接座和第二连接座,从而能够减少顶盖的盖体开裂的机率。
在一些实施例中,顶盖还可以包括:第一连接杆、第二连接杆和提手,部分第一连接杆穿过第一通孔并固定于第一凹槽内,部分第二连接杆穿过第二通孔并固定于第二凹槽内,提手的两端分别套设于第一通孔外的第一连接杆和第二通孔外的第二连接杆,且提手的两端可相对第一连接杆和第二连接杆转动。提手的两端分别套设于第一连接杆和第二连接杆,而第一连接杆和第二连接杆分别穿设于盖体的第一侧板和第二侧板,使得提手提拉时分别给予第一连接座和第二连接座远离第一盖板的力,从而能够进一步减少顶盖的盖体开裂的机率。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,动力电池的应用越加广泛。动力电池不仅被应用于水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源系统,而且还被广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着动力电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
本发明人注意到,电池包括:箱体和顶盖,箱体设置有容置凹部,顶盖封闭箱体的容置凹部的开口并与箱体的容置凹部配合形成用于容置电池单体的容置腔。顶盖上设置有提手,提手至少部分位于顶盖的盖体的内表面侧并抵接盖体的内表面,使得提手提拉的过程中对盖体的内表面施力,从而导致盖体由于应力集中易出现开裂的情况,甚至导致水等液体进入容置电池单体的容置腔。
为了缓解顶盖的盖体易开裂的问题,申请人研究发现,可通过在顶盖上设置独立于盖体的连接座,提手与连接座连接,以能够减少顶盖的盖体开裂的机率。
基于以上考虑,为了解决顶盖的盖体易开裂的问题,发明人经过深入研究,设计了一种顶盖,通过在顶盖的盖体内侧设置连接提手且独立于盖体的连接座,以能够减少提手对盖体的施力,从而能够减少顶盖的盖体开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1,并请进一步参照图2至图9,图1为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第一角度)的结构示意图,图2为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第二角度)的结构示意图,图3为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第三角度)的结构示意图,图4为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第三角度)A区域的放大示意图,图5为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第四角度)的结构示意图,图6为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第四角度)B区域的放大示意图,图7为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第五角度)的结构示意图,图8为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖(第五角度)C-D之间的剖面示意图,图9为本申请一些实施例提供的顶盖的结构示意图。本申请提供一种顶盖10,顶盖10包括:盖体110、第一连接座120和第二连接座130,盖体110包括:第一盖板111、第一侧板112和第二侧板113,第一侧板112和第二侧板113彼此相对的连接于第一盖板111的一侧,第一侧板112和第二侧板113分别开设有彼此相对的第一通孔1121和第二通孔1131,第一连接座120连接于第一侧板112朝向第二侧板113的表面,第一连接座120开设有连通第一通孔1121的第一凹槽121,第二连接座130连接于第二侧板113朝向第一侧板112的表面,第二连接座130开设有连通第二通孔1131的第二凹槽131。
盖体110包括:第一盖板111、第一侧板112和第二侧板113,第一侧板112和第二侧板113彼此相对的连接于第一盖板111的一侧,也可以是说,第一侧板112、第一盖板111及第二侧板113依次连接并形成U形结构。
第一连接座120和第二连接座130分别位于第一侧板112和第二侧板113彼此相对的两侧,第一连接座120和第二连接座130彼此相对,且第一连接座120和第二连接座130彼此相背的两侧分别开设有连通第一通孔1121的第一凹槽121和连通第二通孔1131的第二凹槽131。
当装配提手160时,提手160的两端分别穿过第一通孔1121和第二通孔1131并分别位于第一凹槽121和第二凹槽131内,且提手160能够相对第一凹槽121和第二凹槽131转动。这里,提手160可以具有第一连杆、第二连杆及第三连杆,第二连杆和第三连杆分别垂直连接于第一连杆的两端,而第二连杆远离第一连杆的一端和第三连杆远离第一连杆的一端分别与第一凹槽121和第二凹槽131转动连接。
一个具体实施例中,电池包括:箱体和顶盖10,箱体设置有容置凹部,顶盖10封闭箱体的容置凹部的开口并与箱体的容置凹部配合形成用于容置电池单体的容置腔。箱体包括:侧框体和底板,侧框体包括:第一板体、第二板体、第三板体及第四板体,第一板体、第二板体、第三板体及第四板体依次首尾连接并形成两端开口的侧框体,底板封闭侧框体一端的开口并与侧框体配合形成容置凹部。第一板体和第三板体彼此相对,第二板体和第四板体彼此相对,且第一板体和第三板体沿容置凹部深度方向的长度均大于第二板体和第四板体沿容置凹部深度方向的长度。第一板体朝向第三板体一侧的两端分别开设有第一条形槽和第二条形槽,第三板体朝向第一板体一侧的两端分别开设有第三条形槽和第四条形槽,第一条形槽、第二条形槽、第三条形槽、第四条形槽的延伸方向均与容置凹部的深度方向一致。顶盖10的第一侧板112的两端分别插接于第一条形槽和第三条形槽,第二侧板113的两端分别插接于第二条形槽和第四条形槽以使顶盖10封闭容置凹部的开口。这里,顶盖10装配有提手160。
本实施例中,提手160的两端分别位于第一凹槽121和第二凹槽131内,当提拉提手160时,提手160直接作用于第一连接座120和第二连接座130,从而能够减少顶盖10的盖体110开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1至图9,顶盖10还可以包括:第一连接杆140、第二连接杆150和提手160,部分第一连接杆140穿过第一通孔1121并固定于第一凹槽121内,部分第二连接杆150穿过第二通孔1131并固定于第二凹槽131内,提手160的两端分别套设于第一通孔1121外的第一连接杆140和第二通孔1131外的第二连接杆150,且提手160的两端可相对第一连接杆140和第二连接杆150转动。
第一连接杆140可以与第一凹槽121固定连接,也可以与第一凹槽121可拆卸的连接。第一连接杆140位于第一通孔1121外的部分的径向尺寸小于或者等于提手160用于套设第一连接杆140的孔位的孔径,比如:第一连接杆140位于第一通孔1121外的部分为圆柱状,且该圆柱的径向尺寸等于提手160用于套设第一连接杆140的孔位的孔径。
第二连接杆150可以与第二凹槽131固定连接,也可以与第二凹槽131可拆卸的连接。第二连接杆150位于第二通孔1131外的部分的径向尺寸小于或者等于提手160用于套设第二连接杆150的孔位的孔径,比如:第二连接杆150位于第二孔位外的部分为圆柱状,且该圆柱的径向尺寸等于提手160用于套设第二连接杆150的孔位的孔径。
本实施例中,提手160的两端分别套设于第一连接杆140和第二连接杆150,而第一连接杆140和第二连接杆150分别穿设于盖体110的第一侧板112和第二侧板113,使得提手160提拉时分别给予第一连接座120和第二连接座130远离第一盖板111的力,从而能够进一步减少顶盖10的盖体110开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一连接杆140和第一凹槽121分别设置有彼此匹配的第一螺纹和第二螺纹;和/或,第二连接杆150和第二凹槽131分别设置有彼此匹配的第三螺纹和第四螺纹。
第一连接杆140和第一凹槽121分别设置有彼此匹配的第一螺纹和第二螺纹,也就是说,第一连接杆140连接第一凹槽121部分的外轮廓和第一凹槽121的内轮廓均为圆柱状,且第一连接杆140连接第一凹槽121部分的外表面和第一凹槽121的内壁分别设置有螺旋状的第一螺纹和第二螺纹,从而使得第一连接杆140和第一凹槽121能够通过螺接的方式连接。
第二连接杆150和第二凹槽131分别设置有彼此匹配的第三螺纹和第四螺纹,也就是说,第二连接杆150连接第二凹槽131部分的外轮廓和第二凹槽131的内轮廓均为圆柱状,且第二连接杆150连接第二凹槽131的外表面和第二凹槽131的内壁分别设置有螺旋状的第三螺纹和第四螺纹,从而使得第二连接杆150和第二凹槽131能够通过螺接的方式连接。
本实施例中,通过第一连接杆140的第一螺纹和第一凹槽121的第二螺纹能够实现第一连接杆140和第一凹槽121可靠的固定连接,且第一连接杆140可自第一凹槽121拆卸下来。通过第二连接杆150的第三螺纹和第二凹槽131的第四螺纹能够实现第二连接杆150和第二凹槽131可靠的固定连接,且第二连接杆150可自第二凹槽131拆卸下来。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图8,第一凹槽121内设置有第一螺母122,第一螺母122设置有第二螺纹,第一螺母122的第二螺纹和第一连接杆140的第一螺纹连接。第二凹槽131内设置有第二螺母,第二螺母设置有第四螺纹,第二螺母的第四螺纹和第二连接杆150的第三螺纹连接。第一螺母122和第二螺母均为金属件。
第一螺母122可以是过盈配合于第一凹槽121,也可以是粘接于第一凹槽121,还可以是其他方式固定于第一凹槽121。
第二螺母可以是过盈配合于第二凹槽131,也可以是粘接于第二凹槽131,还可以是其他方式固定于第二凹槽131。
本实施例中,通过第一螺母122和第二螺母均为金属件,从而能够提升盖体110上与提手160连接处的结构强度,以能够进一步减少顶盖10的盖体110开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图2、图8和图9,第一连接杆140位于第一凹槽121外的部分的周侧表面凸起有第一限位凸部,提手160的一端套设在第一侧板112和第一限位凸部之间;和/或,第二连接杆150位于第二凹槽131外的部分的周侧表面凸起有第二限位凸部151,提手160的另一端套设在第二侧板113和第二限位凸部151之间。
本实施例中,通过第一限位凸部和第二限位凸部151能够防止提手160的两端自第一连接杆140和第二连接杆150上脱落下来。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图2和9,第一限位凸部沿第一连接杆140周侧表面的一周设置;和/或,第二限位凸部151沿第二连接杆150周侧表面的一周设置。比如:第一连接杆140和第二连接杆150均为具有螺帽的螺杆,而第一连接杆140套设提手160的部分和第二连接杆150套设提手160的部分可以是光滑表面。
本实施例中,第一限位凸部和第二限位凸部151使得提手160的两端能够分别贴着第一限位凸部和第二限位凸部151转动,由此使得提手160的转动更平稳。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1和图7,第一凹槽121邻近第一侧板112的第一端,盖体110还可以包括:第三侧板114,第三侧板114设于第一侧板112的一端并分别与第一侧板112、第二侧板113和第一盖板111连接,第三侧板114的两端分别伸出第一侧板112和第二侧板113,且第三侧板114伸出的部分大于或等于第一连接杆140位于所述第一通孔1121外的部分和所述第二连接杆150位于所述第二通孔1131外的部分。
这里,由于第三侧板114的两端分别伸出第一侧板112和第二侧板113,且第三侧板114伸出的部分大于或等于第一连接杆140位于所述第一通孔1121外的部分和所述第二连接杆150位于所述第二通孔1131外的部分,由此,提手160的两端分别与第三侧板114伸出的两端相对,从而能够提升顶盖10的视觉效果。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1、图2及图7,盖体110还可以包括:第四侧板115、第二盖板116及侧围板117,第四侧板115与第三侧板114相对并分别与第一侧板112、第二侧板113和第一盖板111连接,第二盖板116具有彼此相背的第一表面和第二表面,且第二盖板116开设有贯通第一表面和第二表面的通孔,第一侧板112、第三侧板114、第二侧板113及第四侧板115均与第二盖板116通孔一侧的边沿连接并封闭通孔一侧的开口,侧围板117绕第二表面一周。
第一盖板111、第一侧板112、第二侧板113、第三侧板114及第四侧板115配合形成具有第一凹部的第一结构件,第一结构件和侧围板117分别设置于第二盖板116的第一表面和第二表面,第一结构件封闭第二盖板116上通孔在第一表面的开口,侧围板117绕第二盖板116的第二表面一周并与第二盖板116的第二表面配合形成与第一凹部连通的第二凹部。
一个具体实施例中,参照图10,电池100包括:箱体20和顶盖10,箱体20包括:侧框体和底板,第一板体、第二板体、第三板体及第四板体依次首尾连接并形成两端开口的侧框体,底板封闭侧框体一端的开口,顶盖10的侧围板117套设于侧框体外侧以使定稿10封闭侧框体另一端的开口。
本实施例中,顶盖10视觉效果好。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图6和图8,第一连接座120与第一盖板111间隔设置,第二连接座130与第一盖板111间隔设置。
本实施例中,间隔设置能够为提手160提拉时提供缓冲空间,从而进一步减少顶盖10的盖体110开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图8,第一连接座120和第一盖板111之间夹设有第一缓冲垫170;和/或,第二连接座130和第一盖板111之间夹设有第二缓冲垫。
第一缓冲垫170可以是橡胶垫,也可以是硅胶垫,还可以是其他弹性垫,此处不做具体限定。第一缓冲垫170可以是过盈式连接于第一连接座120和第一盖板111之间,也可以是粘接于第一连接座120和第一盖板111之间,还可以是其他连接方式,此处不做限定。
第二缓冲垫可以是橡胶垫,也可以是硅胶垫,还可以是其他弹性垫,此处不做具体限定。第二缓冲垫可以是过盈式连接于第二连接座130和第一盖板111之间,也可以是粘接于第二连接座130和第一盖板111之间,还可以是其他连接方式,此处不做具体限定。
本实施例中,第一缓冲垫170和第二缓冲垫能够吸收提手160提拉时的缓冲量,从而进一步减少顶盖10的盖体110开裂的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图8,第一缓冲垫170朝向第一盖板111一侧的形状与第一盖板111朝向第一缓冲垫170的一侧相匹配,且第一盖板111向第一连接座120的方向凸起有至少一个第三限位凸部1111;和/或,第二缓冲垫朝向第一盖板111一侧的形状与第一盖板111朝向第二缓冲垫的一侧相匹配,且第一盖板111向第二连接座130的方向凸起有至少一个第四限位凸部。
本实施例中,第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部能够分别对第一缓冲垫170和第二缓冲垫进行限位,以能够减少第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部脱离顶盖10的机率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第三限位凸部1111的数量为多个,多个第三限位凸部1111彼此平行;和/或,第四限位凸部的数量为多个,多个第四限位凸部彼此平行。本实施例中,第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部能够分别对第一缓冲垫170和第二缓冲垫进行限位,以能够减少第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部脱离顶盖10的机率。
比如:参照图3、图4、图5、图6及图8,第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部的数量为2个,且两个第三限位凸部1111彼此平行,两个第四限位凸部彼此平行。由于第一缓冲垫170朝向第一盖板111一侧的形状与第一盖板111朝向第一缓冲垫170的一侧相匹配,第二缓冲垫朝向第一盖板111一侧的形状与第一盖板111朝向第二缓冲垫的一侧相匹配,为此,第一缓冲垫170和第二缓冲垫的截面均为倒T形。本实施例中,第三限位凸部1111和第四限位凸部的数量少,且能够分别对第一缓冲垫170和第二缓冲垫进行限位,从而能够降低顶盖10的制作成本。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图4至图6,第一连接座120与第一侧板112之间圆弧过渡;和/或,第二连接座130与第二侧板113之间圆弧过渡。
圆弧过渡可以是半径为1-3毫米范围内的圆弧过渡,比如:半径为2毫米。
本实施例中,第一连接座120与第一侧板112之间圆弧过渡以能够为提手160提拉时提供缓冲,从而能够减少第一连接座120和第一侧板112连接处由于应力集中所导致开裂的机率。第二连接座130与第二侧板113之间圆弧过度以能够为提手160提拉时提供缓冲,从而能够减少第二连接座130和第二侧板113连接处由于应力集中所导致开裂的机率。
一个实施例中,第一侧板112和第二侧板113上的结构彼此对称,以提升顶盖10的视觉效果。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种电池100,参照图11,电池100包括以上任一项所述的顶盖10。
电池100可以但不限用于车辆、船舶或飞行器等用电装置中。可以使用具备本申请公开的电池100及具有该电池100的电源系统。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种用电装置1000,参照图11,用电装置1000包括以上任一项所述的电池100。
用电装置1000可以为但不限于电动玩具、电动工具、电瓶车、电动汽车、轮船、航天器等等。其中,电动玩具可以包括固定式或移动式的电动玩具,例如,电动汽车玩具、电动轮船玩具和电动飞机玩具等等,航天器可以包括飞机、火箭、航天飞机和宇宙飞船等等。比如:用电装置1000为两轮电动车、三轮电动车。
以下实施例为了方便说明,以本申请一实施例的一种用电装置1000为两轮电动车为例进行说明。

    第一连接座(120),所述第一连接座(120)连接于所述第一侧板(112)朝向所述第二侧板(113)的表面,所述第一连接座(120)开设有连通所述第一通孔(1121)的第一凹槽(121);和,

    所述盖体(110)还包括:第三侧板(114),所述第三侧板(114)设于所述第一侧板(112)的一端并分别与所述第一侧板(112)、所述第二侧板(113)和所述第一盖板(111)连接,所述第三侧板(114)的两端分别伸出所述第一侧板(112)和所述第二侧板(113),且所述第三侧板(114)两端伸出的部分分别大于或等于所述第一连接杆(140)位于所述第一通孔(1121)外的部分和所述第二连接杆(150)位于所述第二通孔(1131)外的部分。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述盖体(110)还包括:第四侧板(115)、第二盖板(116)及侧围板(117),所述第四侧板(115)与所述第三侧板(114)相对并分别与所述第一侧板(112)、所述第二侧板(113)和所述第一盖板(111)连接,所述第二盖板(116)具有彼此相背的第一表面和第二表面,且所述第二盖板(116)开设有贯通所述第一表面和所述第二表面的通孔,所述第一侧板(112)、所述第三侧板(114)、所述第二侧板(113)及所述第四侧板(115)均与所述通孔一侧的边沿连接并封闭所述通孔一侧的开口,所述侧围板(117)绕所述第二表面一周。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项中所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接座(120)与所述第一盖板(111)间隔设置;
    所述第二连接座(130)与所述第一盖板(111)间隔设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接座(120)和所述第一盖板(111)之间夹设有第一缓冲垫(170);和/或,
    所述第二连接座(130)和所述第一盖板(111)之间夹设有第二缓冲垫。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述第一缓冲垫(170)朝向所述第一盖板(111)一侧的形状与所述第一盖板(111)朝向所述第一缓冲垫(170)的一侧相匹配,且所述第一盖板(111)向所述第一连接座(120)的方向凸起有至少一个第三限位凸部(1111);和/或,
    所述第二缓冲垫朝向所述第一盖板(111)一侧的形状与所述第一盖板(111)朝向所述第二缓冲垫的一侧相匹配,且所述第一盖板(111)向所述第二连接座(130)的方向凸起有至少一个第四限位凸部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述第三限位凸部(1111)的数量为多个,多个所述第三限位凸部(1111)彼此平行;和/或,
    所述第四限位凸部的数量为多个,多个所述第四限位凸部彼此平行。
  13. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的顶盖(10),其特征在于,
    所述第一连接座(120)与所述第一侧板(112)之间圆弧过渡;和/或,
    所述第二连接座(130)与所述第二侧板(113)之间圆弧过渡。
  14. 一种电池(100),其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1-13中任一项所述的顶盖(10)。
  15. 一种用电装置(1000),其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求14所述的电池(100)。
