本申请涉及电子烟领域,具体而言,涉及一种雾化装置的雾化主机和雾化装置。
背景技术
相关技术中的电子烟中的按键与充电口分开设置,按键与充电口的电路板等装置独立设置,这样设置结构较为复杂,且电子烟表面设置的开口较多,影响电子烟的外观。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种雾化装置的雾化主机,所述雾化主机将按键与充电接口集成化设置,便于降低成本。
本申请还提出一种雾化装置。
根据本申请的第一方面的实施例提出一种雾化装置的雾化主机,所述雾化装置的雾化主机包括:接口外壳,所述接口外壳的一端为插入口;支架,所述支架设在所述接口外壳内,所述支架上设有充电触点,外部充电器通过所述插入口插入以与所述充电触点接触以对所述雾化主机充电;多个接触触点,所述多个接触触点设在所述支架上;弹性导电件,所述弹性导电件设在所述支架上,所述弹性导电件在按压状态和复位状态之间可弹性变形,在所述按压状态所述弹性导电件与至少两个所述接触触点接触;在复位状态所述弹性导电件与至多一个所述接触触点接触;按压件,所述按压件可移动地设在所述支架上,所述按压件与所述弹性导电件接触,所述按压件被按压时,所述按压件推动所述弹性导电件变形至所述按压状态;电路板,所述接口外壳放置在所述电路板上,所述充电触点和多个所述接触触点分别与所述电路板电连接。

下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1。
如图1-图12所示,根据本申请实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1包括接口外壳100、支架200、多个接触触点300、弹性导电件400、按压件500和电路板600。
支架200设在接口外壳100内,支架200上设有充电触点700,接口外壳100的一端为插入口101,外部充电器通过插入口101插入以与充电触点700接触以对雾化主机1充电,接口外壳100一方面为外部充电器提供支撑,便于外部充电器顺利的与充电触点700相接触,另一方面为充电触点700提供相对封闭的工作环境,便于充电触点700在与外部充电器接触后,外部充电器顺利的将电力通过充电触点700传给雾化主机1,对雾化主机1进行充电。
多个接触触点300设在支架200上,弹性导电件400设在支架200上,弹性导电件400在按压状态和复位状态之间可弹性变形,在按压状态弹性导电件400与至少两个接触触点300接触,以在接触触点300和弹性导电件400之间形成回路,使弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间电导通,可向雾化主机1发送命令或传送信号。在复位状态弹性导电件400与至多一个接触触点300接触,此时弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间无法形成回路。弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间电断开,不会向雾化主机1发 送命令或传送信号。
按压件500可移动地设在支架200上,按压件500与弹性导电件400接触,按压件500被按压时,按压件500推动弹性导电件400变形至按压状态,便于用户通过按压件500控制弹性导电件400在按压状态和复位状态之间发生形变,以改变弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间的电连接关系,进而传递不同的信号给雾化主机1。可选地,弹性导电件400可以为金属弹片。
接口外壳100放置在电路板600上,充电触点700和多个接触触点300分别与电路板600电连接,以实现充电触点700与雾化主机1之间电连接、接触触点300与雾化主机1之间电连接。便于外部充电器通过电路板600为雾化主机1进行充电,便于弹性导电件400通过电路板600向雾化主机1传递信号。
另外,充电触点700和多个接触触点300除可通过电路板600实现与雾化主机1的电连接外,还可以通过导线实现与雾化主机1之间的电连接。
在一些实施例中,电路板600可以为柔性电路板600,便于根据需求对柔性电路板600进行弯折等操作,使柔性电路板600与充电触点700和多个接触触点300更好的接触。
也就是说,外部充电器通过充电触点700可为雾化主机1进行充电,用户可通过控制按压件500控制弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间的电连接关系,进而向雾化主机1传送不同的信号。而充电触点700与接触触点300与同一个电路板600相连接,通过这个电路板600既能够控制雾化主机1的充电功能,又能够向雾化主机1传送信号,便于减少雾化主机1内的零件数量,降低雾化主机1内零件的复杂性,便于降低成本。
在一些实施例中,接口外壳100的上端为插入口101(上下方向如图4所示),按压件500设置在支架200的中部,沿上下方向延伸,按压件500的上端从插入口101处伸出。用户可通过插入口101对雾化主机1进行充电,也可以通过插入口101对按压件500进行按压,使弹性导电件400与接触触点300之间电导通,进而向雾化主机1传输信号。通过这种方式,用户只需要设置一个开口即可对雾化主机1进行充电和控制,便于提高雾化主机1外观的美观性。
因此,根据本申请实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1通过将按键与充电接口集成化设置,便于降低成本。
如图1-图12所示,根据本申请一个实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1包括接口外壳100、支架200、多个接触触点300、弹性导电件400、按压件500和电路板600。
在本申请的一些实施例中,按压件500解除按压时,弹性导电件400恢复弹性变形以推动按压件500移动且弹性导电件400复位至复位状态,便于用户对按压件500进行多次按压,以传送不同的信号给雾化主机1。
具体而言,当用户对按压件500进行按压时,按压件500发生移动并推动弹性导电件400发生形变处于按压状态,此时弹性导电件400至少与两个接触触点300接触,此时弹性导电件400与两个接触触点300之间可形成回路,与电路板600之间电导通,以将信号通过电路板600传送给雾化主机1。
当用户解除对按压件500的按压时,弹性导电件400复位至复位状态并推动按压件500恢复至初始状态,便于用户再次按压按压件500以将信号传送给雾化主机1。
在本申请的另一些示例中,支架200上设有弹性件,弹性件与按压件500止抵,当按压件500被按压使得弹性导电件400处于按压状态时弹性件被压缩,当解除对按压件500的按压时,弹性件恢复形变以推动按压件500朝向远离弹性导电件400的方向移动,以解除按压件500对弹性导电件400的按压力,弹性导电件400恢复至复位状态。
在本申请的一些实施例中,弹性导电件400与其中一个接触触点300始终接触,便于在弹性导电件400发生变形时快速的与接触触点300形成回路,与电路板600之间电导通,并通过电路板600将信号传送给雾化主机1。
具体而言,接触触点300始终与电路板600之间电导通,弹性导电件400与一个接触触点300始终接触,当按压件500被按压时,弹性导电件400可发生形变并与另一个接触触点300接触,便于弹性导电件400在发生形变时能快速的与接触触点300形成回路,以快速的与电路板600之间发生电导通,以快速、稳定的将信号传送给雾化主机1。
在本申请的一些实施例中,支架200包括第一部分210和第二部分220,充电触点700和按压件500分别设在第一部分210上,第二部分220设在第一部分210上,接触触点300和弹性导电件400设在第二部分220朝向按压件500的一侧,将充电触点700和接触触点300分开设置,便于单独对雾化主机1进行充电或将信号传送给雾化主机1,避免二者之间相互干扰。
在一些实施例中,如图3、图4所示,支架200的第一部分210位于支架200的上部,第二部分220位于支架200的下部,雾化主机1包括两个充电触点700,这两个充电触点700分别设置在第一部分210的左右两侧(左右方向如图4所示),按压件500设置在第一部分210的中部,长度方向沿上下方向延伸。
支架200的第二部分220位于支架200的下部,接触触点300和弹性导电件400设在第二部分220的上方位置,弹性导电件400的上表面与按压件500的下端相接触,以在按压件500被按压时,推动弹性导电件400形变至按压状态。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,第一部分210上设有容纳槽211,第二部分220设在容纳槽211内,接口外壳100的一部分位于第二部分220的远离按压件500的一侧以定位第二部分220,避免第二部分220从容纳槽211中脱落,且使得第一部分210和第二部分220之间的配合方式简单。
在一些实施例中,如图6、图7所示,容纳槽211具有向下的开口,接口外壳100侧壁的中部向下延伸,形成定位部130,定位部130形成为适于与开口配合的片状结构。第二部分220可从容纳槽211的开口处安装至容纳槽211内,定位部130与接口外壳100侧壁的连接处可发生折弯,以在将第二部分220安装到位后利用定位部130对容纳槽211的开口进行封闭,避免第二部分220从容纳槽211的开口处脱落。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,接触触点300与第二部分220注塑固定,以将接触触点300稳定的固定在第二部分220上,避免接触触点300与弹性导电件400或其他零件之间误接触,将错误的信号传送给雾化主机1。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,第二部分220上设有多个定位柱221,每个接触触点300均外套至相应的定位柱221,以对接触触点300的位置进行固定。每个接触触点300的一部分外露于第二部分220,便于接触触点300与电路板600电连接。
弹性导电件400外套至至少一个定位柱221且与其中一个接触触点300始终接触,便于保证弹性导电件400处于复位状态时只与一个接触触点300接触,处于按压状态时至少与两个接触触点300接触。
在一些实施例中,如图8、图9所示,雾化主机1设有两个接触触点300,分别为第一接触触点310和第二接触触点320,第二部分220上设有三个定位柱221,分别为第一定位柱2211、第二定位柱2212和第三定位柱2213,第一定位柱2211和第二定位柱2212间隔设置在第二部分220前端的左右两侧(前后方向如图6所示,,这里需要理解的是,上述方向限定仅为便于对附图进行描述,不会对雾化主机1的实际设置位置和方向产生限定),第三定位柱2213设置在第二部分220的中部。
其中第一接触触点310外套在第一定位柱2211上,第二接触触点320外套在第三定位柱2213上,第一接触触点310的第一端311和第二接触触点320的第二端322从第二部分220伸出,其中第一端311位于第一部分210后端的左侧,第二端322位于的第一部分210后端的右侧,第一端311和第二端322与电路板600电连接。
弹性导电件400外套在第一定位柱2211和第二定位柱2212上,由于第一接触触点310外套在第一定位柱2211上,弹性导电件400始终与第一接触触点310相接触。当弹性导电件400处于复位状态时,弹性导电件400的中部向上拱起,此时弹性导电件400只与第一接触触点310相接触。
当按压件500被按压,按压件500推动弹性导电件400至按压状态时,弹性导电件400的中部向下发生形变,并与第二接触触点320相接触,此时弹性导电件400与第一接触触点310和第二接触触点320相接触,接触触点300与弹性导电件400之间形成回路,此时弹性导电件400与电路板600发生电连接,可通过电路板600将信号传送给雾化主机1。
在本申请的一些实施例中,接口外壳100上设有第一定位件110,电路板600上设有第二定位件610,第一定位件110和第二定位件610配合以定位接口外壳100,以将接口外壳100固定在电路板600上,进一步保证充电触点700和接触触点300与电路板600稳定的电连接。
在一些实施例中,接口外壳100朝向电路板600的一侧设有多个第一定位件110,第一定位件110形成为朝向电路板600延伸的凸部。电路板600朝向接口外壳100的一侧设有多个第二定位件610,第二定位件610形成为与凸部相适配的连接孔,凸部与连接孔可以为插接配合,以将接口外壳100固定在电路板600上,避免接口外壳100和电路板600之间发生相对移动。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,定位部130上设有第一定位件110,当定位部130对容纳槽211的开口密封到位时,定位部130上的第一定位件110插入第二定位件610内,以通过电路板600对定位部130的位置进行固定,避免定位部130发生移动无法密封容纳槽211的开口,使第二部分220从容纳槽211的开口处脱落。
在本申请的一些实施例中,接口外壳100的朝向电路板600的侧壁上设有多个避让口120,充电触点700的一部分和每个接触触点300的一部分分别外露于相应的避让口120以与电路板600电连接,便于外部充电器通过充电触点700与电路板600电连接,以对雾化装置进行充电;弹性导电件400通过接触触点300与电路板600电连接,以将信号传送给雾化主机1。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2所示,接口外壳100的上端具有插入口101,按压件500设置在接口外壳100的中部,弹性导电件400设置在按压件500的下方并与弹性导电件400的中部相接触,接口外壳100的左侧设有多个避让口120,电路板600设置在接口外壳100的左侧,接触触点300和充电触点700的一部分穿过避让口120 与电路板600电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,雾化装置的雾化主机1还包括防尘塞800,防尘塞800可拆卸地与插入口101配合,以对接口外壳100内的零部件进行保护,避免灰尘等污染物从插入口101处进入接口外壳100内,避免对接口外壳100内的零部件造成影响。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,防尘塞800与插入口101配合时,按压防尘塞800以推动按压件500移动以使得弹性导电件400切换至按压状态,便于用户通过防尘塞800对按压件500进行操作,一方面能够对按压件500进行保护,另一方面用户无需取下防尘塞800即可对按压件500进行按压,便于简化用户的操作。
在一些实施例中,防尘塞800为橡胶、硅胶等可变形材质,按压件500的上端与防尘塞800相接触,当用户按压防尘塞800时,可推动按压件500向下移动并推动弹性导电件400至按压状态,此时弹性导电件400与电路板600电连接,能够将信号传送给雾化主机1。
在另一些例子中,用户可取下防尘塞800直接向下按压按压件500,推动按压件500向下移动并推动弹性导电件400至按压状态,此时弹性导电件400与电路板600电连接,能够将信号传送给雾化主机1。
下面描述根据本申请实施例的雾化装置。根据本申请实施例的雾化装置包括根据本申请上述实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1和雾化器。
雾化器与雾化主机1配合,雾化主机1向雾化器供电以使得雾化器雾化烟油。
在一些例子中,用户可通过按压件500控制雾化器的工作效率,用户每按压一次按压件500,弹性导电件400就与接触触点300发生一次电连接,即可通过电路板600向雾化装置传输一次信号,以控制雾化装置改其工作效率,对烟油进行不同程度的雾化,以适应不同用户的需求。
根据本申请实施例的雾化装置,通过利用根据本申请上述实施例的雾化装置的雾化主机1,通过将按键与充电接口集成化设置,便于降低成本、美化雾化主机1的外观。

  1. 一种雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,包括:
    接口外壳,所述接口外壳的一端为插入口;
    支架,所述支架设在所述接口外壳内,所述支架上设有充电触点,外部充电器通过所述插入口插入以与所述充电触点接触以对所述雾化主机充电;
    多个接触触点,所述多个接触触点设在所述支架上;
    弹性导电件,所述弹性导电件设在所述支架上,所述弹性导电件在按压状态和复位状态之间可弹性变形,在所述按压状态所述弹性导电件与至少两个所述接触触点接触;在复位状态所述弹性导电件与至多一个所述接触触点接触;
    按压件,所述按压件可移动地设在所述支架上,所述按压件与所述弹性导电件接触,所述按压件被按压时,所述按压件推动所述弹性导电件变形至所述按压状态;
    电路板,所述接口外壳放置在所述电路板上,所述充电触点和多个所述接触触点分别与所述电路板电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述按压件解除按压时,所述弹性导电件恢复弹性变形以推动所述按压件移动且所述弹性导电件复位至所述复位状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述弹性导电件与其中一个所述接触触点始终接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述支架包括第一部分和第二部分,所述充电触点和所述按压件分别设在所述第一部分上,所述第二部分设在所述第一部分上,所述接触触点和所述弹性导电件设在所述第二部分朝向所述按压件的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述第一部分上设有容纳槽,所述第二部分设在所述容纳槽内,所述接口外壳的一部分位于所述第二部分的远离所述按压件的一侧以定位所述第二部分。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述接触触点与所述第二部分注塑固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述第二部分上设有多个定位柱,每个所述接触触点均外套至相应的所述定位柱,每个所述接触触点的一部分 外露于所述第二部分,所述弹性导电件外套至至少一个所述定位柱且与其中一个所述接触触点始终接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述接口外壳上设有第一定位件,所述电路板上设有第二定位件,所述第一定位件和所述第二定位件配合以定位所述接口外壳。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述接口外壳的朝向所述电路板的侧壁上设有多个避让口,所述充电触点的一部分和每个所述接触触点的一部分分别外露于相应的所述避让口以与所述电路板电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,还包括防尘塞,所述防尘塞可拆卸地与所述插入口配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化装置的雾化主机,其中,所述防尘塞与所述插入口配合时,按压所述防尘塞以推动所述按压件移动以使得所述弹性导电件切换至所述按压状态。
  12. 一种雾化装置,其中,包括:
    雾化主机,所述雾化主机为根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的雾化主机;
