本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,特别涉及一种控制手柄及电动工具。
随着社会的进步与科技的发展,越来越多的电动工具进入人们的生活。其中,手持式的电动工具因为其使用灵活等特点,受到了人们的欢迎,手持式吸尘器、手持式洗地机为人们的生活带来了极大便利。
为了使手持式电动工具的操作更加便利,一些手持式电动工具的功能按钮均设于手柄上以便于人们操作,但是,随着手持式电动工具的功能日益丰富,电气功能按钮的数量也逐渐增多,因此单手操作容易发生误触,为电动工具的使用带来了不便。为了解决按钮误触的问题,一些电动工具中的电气功能按钮的距离较大或呈不同的角度,但是这样需要针对每个电气功能按钮设置单独的线路板以实现电路连接,但无疑增加了电动工具的制造成本,并降低了电路连接的可靠性。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对电动工具无法在防止误触的同时不增加制造成本的问题,提供一种控制手柄及电动工具,该控制手柄及电动工具的可以达到在防止误触的同时维持制造成本的技术效果。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种控制手柄,安装于电动工具中,所述控制手柄包括:
主壳体,包括至少两个安装区域,任意两个所述安装区域之间呈角度设置;及
控制面板,与所述电动工具的电元器件电连接,所述控制面板包括至少两个触发位;
至少两个触发单元,设置于至少两个所述安装区域,至少两个所述触发单元用于触发所述控制面板上的所述至少两个触发位。
在其中一个实施例中,任意两个所述安装区域之间形成不小于85°且不大于160°的角度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制面板在自身厚度方向上的正反两侧表面分别设有至少一个所述触发位。
在其中一个实施例中,每个所述触发单元可受控地相对所述主壳体在初始位置和触发位置之间切换;
在当前所述触发单元处于所述初始位置时,与其对应的所述触发位处于初始状态;
在当前所述触发单元处于所述触发位置时,与其对应的所述触发位处于触发状态。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制手柄还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件设置于至少一个所述触发单元与所述主壳体之间,用于对当前所在的所述触发单元施加由所述触发位置切换至所述初始位置的回复力。

根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种电动工具,包括上述的控制手柄。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电动工具为手持式洗地机。
上述控制手柄,位于不同安装区域的不同触发单元具有不同的安装角度,因此可避免用户在控制触发单元时发生误触。与此同时,由于至少两个触发单元对应的触发位位于同一控制面板上,因此无需设置与触发单元数量相同的控制面板,从而避免增加电动工具的制造成本,同时具有较高的可靠性。

如图1所示,本申请一实施例提供了一种电动工具100,包括用于供使用者持握的控制手柄120,控制手柄120上设有至少两个触发单元,使用者在持握控制手柄120时可操控不同的触发单元,以控制电动工具100的工作状态。
下面以电动工具100为手持式洗地机为例,对本申请的中控制手柄120的结构进行说明。本实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并不会限制本申请的技术范围。可以理解,在其它实施例中,电动工具100也可具体为安装有控制手柄120的其它手持或非手持式器具,例如手持式吸尘器等,在此不作限定。
请继续参阅1,电动工具100包括控制手柄120、连接杆140、主机身160以及水泵180。控制手柄120设于连接杆140的一端且其内设有电池包组件121和主电机122,电池包组件121用于为主电机122等部件供电,主电机122用于提供吸力动力源以吸收清洁后的污水。主机身160设于连接杆140的另一端且包括具有滚刷和滚刷电机的滚刷组件,滚 刷可在滚刷电机的驱动下转动以清洗地面。水泵180安装于连接杆140上,用于提供出水动力源以提供清洗用水。
当电动工具100需要自清洁时,可将主机身160放置于与其配套的清洗组件200中,水泵180和主机身160正常工作,通过释放清水和滚刷的转动以洗掉滚刷上的污渍,然后主电机122启动以吸收清洗组件200中的污水,从而完成滚刷的自清洁。
进一步地,为了控制电动工具100的工作状态,控制手柄120上设有多个触发单元,操作者可在持握控制手柄120来支撑电动工具100的同时对操作触发单元。
发明人在研究过程中发现,现有的电动工具100的控制手柄120上的触发单元通常位于同一平面上。但是,随着触发单元数量的逐渐增多,触发单元所在的区域也随之增大,当用户持握控制手柄120时,一些触发单元所在的位置超过了手指的移动范围,因此需要用户进行双手操作,从而为电动工具100的使用带来了不便。而如果不增大触发单元所在的区域面积,则需要减小触发单元的尺寸或调整触发单元的设置角度,但减小触发单元的尺寸将导致误触概率显著提高,调整触发单元的设置角度则会增加与触发单元对应设置的线路板的数量,从而提高了电动工具100的生产成本并降低了电工工具100的可靠性。
如图2至图4所示,为了解决上述问题,本申请的控制手柄120包括主壳体123、控制面板126以及至少两个触发单元。其中,主壳体123具有至少两个安装区域,任意两个安装区域之间呈角度设置。控制面板126与电动工具100的电池包组件121、主电机122以及水泵180等电元器件电连接,控制面板126包括至少两个触发位1262。至少两个触发单元设置于至少两个安装区域,至少两个触发单元用于触发控制面板126上的至少两个触发位1262,以根据用户操作执行电动工具100的对应电气功能。
如此,位于不同安装区域的不同触发单元具有不同的安装角度,因此可避免用户在控制触发单元时发生误触。与此同时,由于至少两个触发单元对应的触发位1262位于同一控制面板126上,因此无需因触发单元数量增多,而增加与触发单元对应设置的线路板等被触发元器件的数量,从而避免增加电动工具100的制造成本,同时具有较高的可靠性。
具体地,主壳体123包括主体部1231及持握部1238。主体部1231沿第一方向(即图3中的X方向)纵长延伸,持握部1238的一端连接于主体部1231的长度方向上的一端,持握部1238的另一端朝远离主体部1231的方向倾斜延伸。主体部1231远离持握部1238一侧的顶壁具有连接区域1232和安装区域,连接区域1232沿第一方向纵长延伸,安装区域位于连接区域1232在第一方向上靠近持握部1238的一侧,且安装区域与连接区域1232在第一方向上依次连接。主体部1231还开设有安装槽,安装槽位于安装区域内并贯通安 装面以安装触发单元。
如此,触发单元通过安装槽安装于主体部1231的安装区域并露出安装面,当使用者单手持握住持握部时,手指可轻松地移动至不同的安装区域内的触发单元,以控制电动工具100的工作状态。
需要说明的是,在本申请中,连接区域1232具体可以是平面、曲面或者其它异形面,安装区域具体可以是平面、曲面或其它异形面。
如图3及图4所示,触发单元的一端穿过安装槽伸入主壳体123中,触发单元的另一端露出安装面,触发单元可受控地在初始位置和触发位置之间切换。
控制面板126收容于主壳体123内,控制面板126与主体部1231的顶壁在主体部1231的高度方向上间隔设置,且控制面板126与主壳体123的连接区域1232大致平行。控制面板126上凸设有至少两个触发位1262,每个触发位1262与一个触发单元对应设置,触发位1262可在初始状态和产生触发信号的触发状态之间切换。具体地,在当前触发单元处于初始位置时,与其对应设置的触发位1262处于初始状态。在当前触发单元处于触发位置时,与其对应设置的触发位1262处于触发状态以产生触发信号。
如图5所示,进一步地,控制手柄120还包括弹性复位件127。弹性复位件127设置于至少一个触发单元与主壳体123之间,用于对触发单元施加由触发位置切换至初始位置的回复力。作为一较佳的实施方式,弹性复位件127由具有弹性的软胶形成,弹性复位件127在起到复位作用的同时,可填充触发单元和主壳体123之间的间隙,从而防止外界环境中的水和灰尘进入到容纳腔内。
如此,当使用者按压触发单元时,触发单元克服弹性复位件127的作用力由初始位置切换至触发位置,从而触发与其对应的触发位1262以使触发位1262切换至触发状态。当使用者松开触发单元后,触发单元在弹性复位件127的复位作用下回复至初始状态,从而使与其对应设置的触发位1262回复至初始状态。
请参阅图3,具体地,在一实施例中,主体部1231的顶壁具有第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236。第一安装区域1234的一侧连接于连接区域1232,另一侧沿第一方向朝远离连接区域1232的方向延伸,第二安装区域1236连接于第一安装区域1234远离连接区域1232的一侧,第二安装区域1236的另一侧靠近持握部的方向弯曲延伸,且第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236平滑过渡。如此,当用户持握持握部时,用户的手指的可在第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236之间方便地移动以切换按钮,因此可单手控制位于第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236上的触发单元。可以理解,第一安装区域 1234和第二安装区域1236的形状不限,可以是平面,也可以是弯曲延伸的曲面。
作为一较佳的实施方式,如图6所示,第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236之间的夹角α呈不小于85°且不大于160°,优选为127.5°,从而符合人体工程学设计,避免手指的移动范围过大而提高了操作舒适度,且在控制第一安装区域1234上的触发单元时不易误触第二安装区域1236上的触发单元。反之,如果夹角α的角度过小,则导致手指不便切换工作空间,如果夹角α的角度过大,则容易发生误触。可以理解,第一安装区域1234和第二安装区域1236之间形成的夹角的角度不限于此,可根据需要设置以满足用户的不同需求。
进一步地,主体部1231开设有贯通第一安装区域1234的第一安装槽和贯通第二安装区域1236的第二安装槽,弹性复位件127包覆于第一安装槽和第二安装槽的槽壁。触发单元中至少一者为第一触发单元124,触发单元中至少一者为第二触发单元125。第一触发单元124的一端限位于第一安装槽并露出第一安装区域1234,第一触发单元124的另一端伸入主壳体123内。第二触发单元125的一端限位于第二安装槽并露出第二安装区域1236,第二触发单元125的另一端伸入主壳体123内。如此,第一触发单元124和第二触发单元125分别嵌设于主体部1231,使用者可单手操控第一触发单元124和第二触发单元125。
具体地,第一触发单元124沿垂直于控制面板126的方向插设于容纳腔内,且第一触发单元124在控制面板126所在平面上的正投影位于控制面板126内,第一触发单元124可受控地相对控制面板126沿垂直于控制面板126的方向移动,以在初始位置和触发位置之间切换。当第一触发单元124处于初始位置时,第一触发单元124在弹性复位件127的作用下和与其对应设置的触发位1262分离,此时触发位1262处于初始状态。当使用者克服弹性复位件127的作用力按压第一触发单元124使其处于触发位置时,第一触发单元124朝控制面板126移动直至接触与其对应的触发位1262,从而使触发位1262切换至触发状态。
第二触发单元125沿垂直于第二安装区域1236的方向插设于容纳腔内,且第二触发单元125在控制面板126所在平面上的正投影位于控制面板126外,与第二触发单元125对应的触发位1262设于控制面板126背离连接区域1232的一侧表面,第二触发单元125可受控地相对控制面板126沿倾斜于控制面板126的方向移动,以在初始位置和触发位置之间切换。作为一较佳的实施方式,第二触发单元125的倾斜方向相对控制面板126形成的夹角β大于5°且小于85°。
由于触发位1262集成于控制面板126上,只有受到作用方向垂直于控制面板126的作用力才能保证触发稳定性,而第二触发单元125的移动方向相对控制面板126倾斜,控制面板126由于材质限制而无法弯折,因此控制手柄120还包括连接于第二触发单元125与控制面板126之间的转换件128,转换件128可转动地安装于主壳体123并位于容纳腔内,转换件128用于将第二触发单元125相对控制面板126的倾斜移动转换为垂直于控制面板126的作用力。
如图6所示,当第二触发单元125处于初始位置时,转换件128和与第二触发单元125对应设置的触发位1262分离,触发位1262处于初始状态。如图7所示,当使用者克服弹性复位件127的作用力按压第二触发单元125使其处于触发位置时,转换件128在第二触发单元125的抵持下接触和第二触发单元125对应设置的触发位1262,从而使触发位1262切换至触发状态。
如此,第二触发单元125无需设置在第一安装区域1234上,而是可通过转换件128触发触发位1262,因此可将第一触发单元124和第二触发单元125对应的触发位1262均设置于同一控制面板126在自身厚度方向上的正反两侧表面上,而无需设置两块不同角度的控制面板126。
请参阅图4、图8、图9以及图10,具体地,转换件128包括限位部1281、第一抵持部1283以及第二抵持部1285。限位部1281大致呈倒置的“U”字型限位部1281的内侧凸设有限位筋1281a,主壳体123凸设有固定筋1237,固定筋1237上开设有与限位筋1281a匹配的卡槽1237a,第一抵持部1283和第二抵持部1285位于限位部1281的相对两端,第一抵持部1283可转动地限位于主壳体123,第一抵持部1283朝向第二触发单元125,第二抵持部1285朝向对应于第二触发单元125的触发位1262。如此,第一抵持部1283和第二抵持部1285的转动方向相反,按压第一触发单元124可驱动转换件128转动以控制触发位1262的状态。
在一实施例中,转换件128的第二抵持部1285一端的重量大于第一抵持部1283一端的重量,因此当在第二触发单元125处于初始状态时,转换件128的第二抵持部1285在重力作用下与触发位1262之间存在间隙,因此使触发位1262保持初始状态。而且,即使将控制手柄120呈180度翻转,由于转换件128的重量较轻,因此也无法对触发位1262施加足够的压力造成误触发。
在上述实施例中,触发位1262由触发开关形成,在其它一些实施例中,触发位1262还可由滑动开关、旋转开关形成。
在另一些实施例中,如图11所示,控制手柄120还包括锁定件129,锁定件129大致呈U字形,锁定件129安装于主壳体123,用于对转换件128施加使其远离与其对应的触发位1262的作用力。具体地,锁定件129安装于主壳体123,锁定件129的一端抵持于转换件128的第一抵持部1283以使其朝靠近第二触发单元125,进而使第二抵持部1285与触发位1262之间保持间隙。当使用者按压第二触发单元125时,克服锁定件129的作用力以抵持第一抵持部1283,从而带动第二抵持部1285接触触发位1262。
具体地在一实施例中,控制手柄120包括两个第一触发单元124和一个第二触发单元125。两个第一触发单元124为功能键,用于使电动工具100在不同的工作模式下切换。第二触发单元125为电源键,用于开关电动工具100。如此,电源键和功能键相互分离并位于不同的安装面,因此可有效防止使用者误触。
进一步地,请参阅图12及图13,控制面板126朝向安装面的正面设有三个分别与朝向安装面的正面对应设置的触发位1262,且三个触发位1262的中心点的连线呈三角形,控制面板126背向安装面的反面设有一个与第二触发单元124对应设置的触发位1262,位于控制面板126背面的触发位1262在控制面板126的正面的正投影位于上述三角形内部而不与任意位于触控面板126的正面的触发位1262重合,从而使控制面板126的结构更加紧凑,且避免因正反面的触发位1262重合导致控制面板126的结构复杂化。
请结合图5所示,更具体地,其中一个第一触发单元124为自清洁模式按键,自清洁模式按键伸入容纳腔的一端设有一个凸台124a,控制面板126朝向安装面的正面设有一个与自清洁模式按键的凸台124a对应设置的触发位1262,自清洁模式按键通过凸台124a与触发位1262接触,按压自清洁模式按键可启动地刷自清洁模式。
另一个第一触发单元124为高低档切换按键,高低档切换按键伸入容纳腔的一端设有两个间隔设置的凸台124b,控制面板126朝向安装面的正面设有两个与高低档切换按键的两个凸台124b对应设置的触发位1262,高低档切换按键通过两个凸台124b与触发位1262接触,按压高低档切换按键可实现主电机122的档位切换。其中,高低档切换按键上两个凸台124b的设置有利于高低档切换按键的运动平衡,使用户具有更好的使用体验。
电源键设有两个间隔设置的用于按压转换件128的第一抵持部1283的凸台125a,控制面板126背离安装面的反面设有同时与第二抵持部1285的两个凸台125a对应设置的一个触发位1262,按压电源键可实现电动工具100的开关。其中,电源键上两个凸台125a的设置有利于电源键的运动平衡,使用户具有更好的使用体验。
可以理解,相邻两个触发位1262之间的距离根据需要设置而不易过大或过小。如果 两个触发位1262之间的距离过小,则容易导致两个触发单元相互干涉;如果两个触发位1262之间的距离过大,则导致控制面板126的尺寸过大,从而增加电工工具100的成本。
上述控制手柄120及电动工具100,触发单元可设置于不同角度的安装面上,因此当使用者单手操控电动工具100时,各个触发单元均在手指移动范围内,因此可以达到单手控制的效果,方便了电动工具100的使用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (16)
- 一种控制手柄,安装于电动工具中,其特征在于,所述控制手柄包括:主壳体(123),包括至少两个安装区域,任意两个所述安装区域之间呈角度设置;及控制面板(126),与所述电动工具的电元器件电连接,所述控制面板(126)包括至少两个触发位(1262);至少两个触发单元,设置于至少两个所述安装区域,至少两个所述触发单元用于触发所述控制面板(126)上的所述至少两个触发位(1262)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,任意两个所述安装区域之间形成不小于85°且不大于160°的角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述控制面板(126)在自身厚度方向上的正反两侧表面分别设有至少一个所述触发位(1262)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,每个所述触发单元可受控地相对所述主壳体(123)在初始位置和触发位置之间切换;在当前所述触发单元处于所述初始位置时,与其对应的所述触发位(1262)处于初始状态;在当前所述触发单元处于所述触发位置时,与其对应的所述触发位(1262)处于触发状态。
- 根据权利要求4所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括弹性复位件(127),所述弹性复位件(127)设置于至少一个所述触发单元与所述主壳体(123)之间,用于对当前所在的所述触发单元施加由所述触发位置切换至所述初始位置的回复力。
- 根据权利要求4所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述触发单元中至少一者为第一触发单元(124),所述第一触发单元(124)在所述控制面板(126)所在平面上的正投影位于所述控制面板(126)内;当所述第一触发单元(124)处于所述初始位置时,所述第一触发单元(124)和与其对应设置的所述触发位(1262)分离;当所述第一触发单元(124)处于所述触发位置时,所述第一触发单元(124)与其对应设置的所述触发位(1262)接触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述触发单元中至少一者为第一触发单元(124),所述第一触发单元(124)可受控地相对所述控制面板(126)沿垂直于所述控制面板(126)的方向移动;当所述第一触发单元(124)处于所述初始位置时,所述第一触发单元(124)和与其对应设置的所述触发位(1262)分离;当所述第一触发单元(124)处于所述触发位置时,所述第一触发单元(124)与其对应设置的所述触发位(1262)接触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述触发单元中至少一者为第二触发单元(125),所述第二触发单元(125)在所述控制面板(126)所在平面上的正投影位于所述控制面板(126)外;所述控制手柄还包括连接于所述第二触发单元(125)与所述控制面板(126)之间的转换件(128);当所述第二触发单元(125)处于所述初始位置时,所述转换件(128)和所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)分离;当所述第二触发单元(125)处于所述触发位置时,所述转换件(128)在所述第二触发单元(125)的抵持下接触和所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述触发单元中至少另一者为第二触发单元(125),所述第二触发单元可受控地相对所述控制面板(126)沿倾斜于所述控制面板(126)的方向移动;当所述第二触发单元(125)处于所述初始位置时,所述转换件(128)和所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)分离;当所述第二触发单元(125)处于所述触发位置时,所述转换件(128)在所述第二触发单元(125)的抵持下接触和所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述第二触发单元(125)的倾斜方向相对所述控制面板(126)形成的夹角大于5°且小于85°。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述转换件(128)可转动地配接于所述主壳体(123)上,且包括限位部(1281)、第一抵持部(1283)以及第二抵持部(1285);其中,所述第一抵持部(1283)和所述第二抵持部(1285)分别位于所述限位部(1281)的相对两端,所述限位部(1281)可转动地限位于所述主壳体(123),所述第一抵持部(1283)朝向所述第二触发单元(125),所述第二抵持部(1285)朝向与所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述控制手柄还包括锁定件(129),所述锁定件(129)安装于所述主壳体(123),所述锁定件(129)用于对所述转换件(128)施加使其远离所述第二触发单元(125)对应设置的所述触发位(1262)的作用力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述主壳体(123)包括两个所述安装区域,所述触发单元包括电源键及功能键,所述电源键与所述功能键分别设置于两个所述安装区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制手柄,其特征在于,所述主壳体(123)包括主体部与持握部,所述持握部连接于所述主体部的一端,所述安装区域位于所述主体部靠近所述持握部的一端。
- 一种电动工具,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至14任意一项所述的控制手柄。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述电动工具为手持式洗地机。
