本公开涉及计算机的技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种交互方法、交互装置、计算机设备、计算机可读存储介质、计算机程序产品以及计算机程序。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,通过搜索引擎进行信息查询的方式也逐渐普及。针对现有的搜索引擎的搜索结果,如果用户需要从当前详情页跳转至下一个详情页时,需要关闭当前详情页,并在搜索结果的结果列表页中点击浏览下一个详情页。在此情况下,针对上述搜索结果,如果用户有连续浏览需求,则需要反复退出到结果列表页。因此,现有的浏览方式较为繁琐,容易降低用户的浏览体验。

本公开实施例提供的一种交互方法、装置、计算机设备以及存储介质,在确定出和用户输入的查询信息相对应的多条查询结果后,就可以响应于用户的浏览请求浏览对应的第一查询结果,并且可以通过页面内的跳转标识跳转到与第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面,相较于现有技术中的针对多个搜索结果,如果用户有连续浏览需求,则需要反复退出到结果列表页的浏览方式来说,本公开可以通过跳转标识在查询结果对应的页面内进行跳转,从而简化了用户的浏览方式,提高了用户的浏览体验。

经研究发现,针对现有的搜索引擎的搜索结果,如果用户需要从当前详情页跳转至下一个详情页时,需要关闭当前详情页,并在搜索结果的结果列表页中点击浏览下一个详情页。在此情况下,针对上述搜索结果,如果用户有连续浏览需求,则需要反复退出到结果列表页。因此,现有的浏览方式较为繁琐,容易降低用户的浏览体验。
基于上述研究,本公开提供了一种交互方法。在本公开实施例中,在确定出与用户输入的查询信息相对应的多条查询结果后,可以通过跳转标识引导用户在查询结果对应的页面内进行跳转,使得用户可以不需要退出到结果列表页再查看其它查询结果,从而简化了用户的浏览方式,提高了用户的浏览体验。
为便于对本实施例进行理解,首先对本公开实施例所公开的一种交互方法进行详细介绍,本公开实施例所提供的交互方法的执行主体一般为具有一定计算能力的计算机设备,该计算机设备例如包括:终端设备或服务器或其它处理设备。在一些可能的实现方式中,该交互方法可以通过处理器调用存储器中存储的计算机可读指令的方式来实现。
参见图1所示,为本公开实施例提供的一种交互方法的流程图,所述方法包括步骤S101~S105,其中:
S101:接收查询信息;其中,所述查询信息包含待查询问题的描述信息。
在本公开实施例中,在接收到上述查询信息后,就可以确定该查询信息中所包含的待查询问题的描述信息。其中,该描述信息可以为查询信息中的查询主体和/或关于该查询主体的主体描述关键词。
例如,上述待查询信息中包含的待查询问题可以为:XX品牌手机的性能。其中,该待查询问题的查询主体可以为“XX品牌手机”,该查询主题的主体描述关键词可以为“性能”。
另外的,上述查询信息还可以根据待查询问题的描述信息进行分类,例如,可以将上述待查询问题分为具有连续浏览需求的泛需求类的待查询问题,以及指向性需求类的待查询问题。
具体的,在确定上述待查询问题的描述信息时,还可以识别该待查询问题中包含的类型信息的关键词,从而确定该待查询信息的类型。例如,当待查询问题中包含“如何”“怎样”等泛需求类关键词时,就可以确定待查询问题为泛需求类的待查询问题。
S103:确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果;其中,所述查询结果中包含与所述待查询问题相匹配的多条结果,且任意两条结果之间互不关联。
在本公开实施例中,在确定上述查询信息对应的查询结果时,可以根据该待查询问题的描述信息进行确定。具体的,该待查询问题的描述信息中包含查询主体和/或主体描述关键词。
这里,以该待查询信息包含查询主体和主体描述关键词为例。在确定上述查询结果时,首先可以确定出同时包含该查询主体以及主体描述关键词的初始查询结果。
然后,就可以根据该初始查询结果中的内容,对该初始查询结果进行比较,从而确定出内容的相关性低于相似度要求的初始查询结果,并将相关性低于相似度要求的初始查询结果确定为和待查询问题相匹配的多条结果(即,上述查询信息对应的查询结果)。
这里,在对上述初始查询结果进行比较时,可以根据该初始结果中的内容进行比较,还可以根据该初始查询结果中的部分内容进行比较,例如,该部分内容可以为初始查询结果的查询标题和/或查询摘要。
应理解的是,这里确定出的查询结果中的任意两条结果互不关联,即该查询结果中的任意两条结果之间的核心内容不完全相同,从而减少用户浏览到内容重复的查询结果。
S105:接收对所述查询结果中第一查询结果的浏览请求,显示所述第一查询结果的内容信息,并显示跳转标识;所述跳转标识用于跳转至所述查询结果中与所述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面。
在本公开实施例中,在确定出上述查询结果后,就可以将该查询结果中所包含的多条结果返回至终端,并展示在终端的显示界面上,其中,用户可以在显示界面上对上述查询结果进行浏览,从而确定出想要浏览的第一查询结果。
这里,在检测用户对第一查询结果的浏览请求后,就可以通过第一查询结果对应的页面展示该第一查询结果中的内容信息,并在该第一查询结果对应的页面中展示跳转标识。其中,该跳转标识用于指示用户跳转至第二查询结果所对应的页面。
具体的,上述查询结果可以为包含与待查询问题相匹配的多条结果的查询列表。在确定上述跳转标识所指示的第二查询结果时,可以获取上述多条结果在查询列表上的顺序。进而,根据该顺序在查询结果确定中与第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果,其中,上述预设位置关系可以为与第一查询结果相邻的结果,例如,该第二查询结果可以为该第一查询结果的上一条结果或者下一条结果。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,在确定出和用户输入的查询信息相对应的多条查询结果后,可以通过跳转标识引导用户在查询结果对应的页面内进行跳转,使得用户可以不需要反复退出到结果列表页再查看其它查询结果,从而简化了用户的浏览方式,提高了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S103:确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果,具体包括如下过程:
(1)、确定所述查询信息中的查询关键词,其中,所述查询关键词为所述查询信息中与所述待查询问题相关联的关键词;
(2)、在网络资源中查询与所述查询关键词相匹配的初始查询结果;
(3)、基于所述初始查询结果之间的结果相关性,对所述初始查询结果进行筛选,得到所述查询结果。
在本公开实施例中,查询信息对应的查询关键词为至少一个,例如,在确定上述查询信息中的查询关键词时,该查询关键词可以为上述待查询问题的查询主体和/或主体描述关键词。
另外的,该查询关键词也可以为与查询主体和/或主体描述关键词相似的关键词,例如,该查询主体为“橘子”,该查询关键词还可以为“橙子”。
在确定出查询关键词之后,就可以在网络资源中确定和查询关键词相匹配的初始查询结果。
在一种可选的实施方式中,可以将命中上述查询信息的全部查询关键词的网络资源确定为上述初始查询结果。在另一种可选的实施方式中,还可以将命中至少一个查询关键词的网络资源确定为上述初始查询结果。
需要说明的是,在确定出上述初始查询结果后,还可以基于该初始查询结果之间的相关性,对该初始查询结果进行筛选,从而得到上述查询结果。
具体的,可以获取上述初始查询结果的内容,并通过训练好的阅读理解模型,提取每条初始查询结果的内容所对应的关键内容,并基于该关键内容对上述每条初始查询结果进行筛选,其中,该关键内容用于表征每条初始查询结果的关键信息。
这里,在对上述初始查询结果进行筛选时,可以比较上述初始查询结果之间的相关性,从而相关性对初始查询结果进行筛选。
具体实施时,可以确定任意两条初始查询结果的关键内容之间相似度,从而根据该相似度确定这两条初始查询结果之间的相关性。
在本公开实施例中,在确定出上述初始查询结果后,就可以通过搜索结果页面,将该初始查询结果展示在显示界面上,并在检测用户针对该搜索结果页面中的初始查询结果的触发操作后,判断该触发操作所对应的初始查询结果是否命中上述查询结果。
在该触发操作所对应的初始查询结果命中上述查询结果的情况下,就可以在该搜索结果页面中创建详情页面,并通过该详情页面展示上述查询结果,以使用户可以在该详情页面中选择想要浏览的第一查询结果。
或者,在确定出上述初始查询结果后,就可以对该初始查询结果进行筛选,从而得到上述查询结果。然后,就可以通过上述搜索结果页面展示该查询结果,并检测用户针对该查询结果中的第一查询结果的触发操作。
通过上述描述可知,通过根据查询信息中的查询关键词确定初始查询结果,并对初始查询结果进行筛选的方式,可以对初始查询结果中相关性较高的结果进行过滤,从而得到互不关联的查询结果。通过该处理方式,可以提高用户的浏览效率,避免浏览重复性较高的结果。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤:基于所述初始查询结果之间的结果相关性,对所述初始查询结果进行筛选,得到所述查询结果,具体包括如下过程:
(1)、基于所述查询关键词提取每个初始查询结果中的关键信息,其中,所述关键信息包括:查询摘要和/或查询标题;
(2)、基于任意两个初始查询结果的关键信息,确定所述任意两个初始查询结果之间的结果相似度;
(3)、对所述结果相似度大于预设阈值的初始查询结果进行去重处理,去重之后得到所述查询结果。
在本公开实施例中,在提取上述每个初始查询结果中的关键信息时,首先可以获取该初始查询结果中的查询标题。
具体的,在一种可选的实施方式中,若该初始查询结果不包含上述查询标题,可以根据上述查询关键词提取出该初始查询结果所对应的标题。这里,可以将该初始查询结果中,包含查询关键词数量最多的目标语句作为该初始查询结果的查询标题,或者基于该目标语句进行提炼,从而得到该初始查询结果的查询标题。
在确定出查询标题之后,就可以根据该查询标题提取该初始查询结果所对应的查询摘要。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,若该初始查询结果不包含上述查询标题,还可以在初始查询结果中提取对应的查询摘要。具体的,在该初始查询结果的体裁为预设文章体裁的情况下,就可以直接定位该初始查询结果的摘要位置,并提取该摘要位置中的摘要,作为该初始查询结果的查询摘要。
另外的,在该初始查询结果中不包含摘要时,可以通过上述查询关键词对该初始查询结果所对应的查询摘要进行提取。具体的,可以确定出该初始查询结果中包含上述查询关键词的目标语段,并将该目标语段作为该初始查询结果的查询摘要,或者基于该目标语段进行提炼,从而得到该初始查询结果的查询摘要。
在确定出上述每个初始查询结果中的关键信息后,就可以基于任意两个初始查询结果的关键信息确定这任意两个初始查询结果之间的相似度。具体的,可以基于这任意两个初始查询结果的查询摘要和/或查询标题来确定这两个初始查询结果之间的相似度。
这里,以基于任意两个初始查询结果的查询摘要和查询标题来确定这两个初始查询结果之间的相似度为例来进行说明。具体的,可以确定两个初始查询结果的查询标题之间的第一相似度,并确定这两个初始查询结果的查询摘要之间的第二相似度。
在确定出上述第一相似度以及第二相似度后,就可以获取预设阈值,并分别将该第一相似度以及第二相似度和该预设阈值进行对比。在确定这两个初始查询结果的第一相似度或者第二相似度高于该预设阈值时,则确定这个两个初始查询结果是重复查询结果。
在对上述初始查询结果进行对比之后,就可以确定出该初始查询结果中的至少一个重复的查询结果,其中,每个重复的查询结果中包含多个初始查询结果。然后,就可以对每个重复的查询查询结果进行去重处理,得到查询结果。
具体的,在对上述重复的查询结果进行去重处理时,可以获取该重复的查询结果中每个初始查询结果的热度标识,并将该重复的查询结果中热度最高的初始查询结果确定为该重复的查询结果中的查询结果。
通过上述描述可知,通过对根据查询信息确定出的初始查询结果进行去重处理,得到查询结果的方式,可以提高查询结果的可读性更强,降低了用户看到内容重复性高的查询结果的可能性,进而提高了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述跳转标识包括第一跳转标识和/或第二跳转标识;该第一跳转标识用于跳转至上述多条结果中位于上述第一查询结果之前与上述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面,上述第二跳转标识用于跳转至上述多条结果中位于上述第一查询结果之后与上述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面。
具体的,上述跳转标识可以包括第一跳转标识和/或第二跳转标识,其中,该第一跳转标识以及第二跳转标识的展示形态可以是不同的,也可以是不相同的,本公开对此不作具体限定,以能够实现为准。
这里,该第一跳转标识用于跳转至上述多条结果中位于第一查询结果之前的第二查询结果对应的页面,其中,该第二查询结果和第一查询结果具有预设位置关系。
具体的,该预设位置关系可以为上述多条结果中,该第一查询结果的上一条结果。或者,该预设位置关系也可以为上述多条结果中,该第一查询结果的上N条结果(N为预设的跳转数量),其中,用户可以通过该第一跳转标识对这N条结果中的任意一条结果进行跳转。
同理,上述第二跳转标识用于跳转至上述多条结果中位于第一查询结果之后的第二查询结果对应的页面,其中,该第二查询结果和第一查询结果具有预设位置关系。
具体的,该预设位置关系可以为上述多条结果中,该第一查询结果的下一条结果。或者,该预设位置关系也可以为上述多转结果中,该第一查询结果的下N条结果,其中,用户可以通过该第一跳转标识对这N条结果中的任意一条结果进行跳转。
需要说明的是,上述第一跳转标识和第二跳转标识的形态可以是不同的,例如,当上述跳转标识为按钮形态时,上述第一跳转标识中所包含的文字信息可以是“上一条”,上述第二跳转标识中所包含的文字信息可以是“下一条”。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,跳转标识可以包含第一跳转标识和第二跳转标识两种形态,用户可以分别通过这两种形态的跳转标识在多条结果中进行前向跳转后者后向跳转,从而提高了跳转的灵活性,并提高了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S105,显示跳转标识,具体包括如下过程:
(1)、在所述内容信息的显示页面中确定第一显示位置;其中,所述第一显示位置为位于所述显示页面的中轴线下方区域中的位置;
(2)、在所述第一显示位置显示悬浮跳转按钮;所述悬浮跳转按钮用于指示所述第一查询结果和所述第二查询结果在所述多条结果中的位置关系。
在本公开实施例中,在通过显示页面展示上述第一查询结果的内容信息时,还可以确定该显示页面中用于显示跳转标识的第一显示位置,其中,该第一显示位置可以为预设的跳转标识的显示位置,如图2a所示为该跳转标识在显示界面中的一种显示方式,其中,该跳转标识为悬浮跳转按钮。
这里,用户还可以通过长按等方式解锁该悬浮跳转按钮,并将该悬浮跳转按钮移动到其他位置。这里,用户还可以通过点击该悬浮跳转按钮跳转至第二查询结果所对应的页面。
另外,如图2b所示为该跳转标识在显示界面中的另一种显示方式,其中,用户可以通过触发如图2a中所示的悬浮跳转按钮内的展开标识,展开该悬浮跳转按钮,从而展示可以进行跳转的全部第二查询结果。其中,展开之后的悬浮跳转按钮还可以同时展示每个第二查询结果对应的查询标题。
通过上述描述可知,上述跳转标识可以为悬浮跳转按钮的展示形态,用户可以通过触发该悬浮跳转按钮跳转至第二查询结果对应的页面,从而便于用户在多条结果之间进行跳转,并且该悬浮跳转标识可以适应于用户解锁操作进行位置调整,从而降低了对内容信息遮挡的可能性,在便于跳转的基础上给用户提供了更好的浏览视野。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S105,显示跳转标识,具体还包括如下过程:
(1)、在所述内容信息的显示页面的页面底端显示目标跳转窗口;
(2)、在所述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第二查询结果的目标信息,其中,所述目标信息用于表征所述第二查询结果的第二关键内容,所述第二关键内容与所述第一查询结果的第一关键内容不完全相同,其中,所述目标信息包括以下至少之一:标题信息、至少部分摘要信息、信息来源。
在本公开实施例中,上述跳转标识还可以为目标跳转窗口的展示形态,并且该目标跳转窗口可以显示在上述显示页面的页面底部,其中,该目标跳转窗口可以用于展示和第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果的第二关键内容,例如,展示多条结果中位于下一条的第二查询结果的第二关键内容。这里,第二关键内容包括:标题信息、至少部分摘要信息、信息来源中的至少之一。
需要说明的是,上述第二查询结果的目标信息可以包含该第二查询结果中的至少部分关键内容。在目标窗口的展示形态不同时,该目标信息中所包含的内容可以是不同的。
具体的,上述目标跳转窗口的一种展示形态如图3a所示,其中,该目标跳转窗口中所展示的目标信息为上述第二查询结果的标题信息,至少部分摘要信息。
另外,上述目标跳转窗口的另一种展示形态如图3b所示,其中,该目标跳转窗口中所展示的目标信息为上述第二查询结果的标题信息以及信息来源。
需要说明的是,上述目标跳转窗口在展示上述第二查询结果的目标信息时,还可以通过不同的展示形态进行展示,其中包含的目标信息的内容也可以不同于以上两种展示形态,本公开对此不做具体限定。
在本公开实施例中,上述目标跳转窗口中还可以展示切换标识(例如图3a和图3b中所示),用户可以通过触发该切换标识对该目标跳转窗口中所对应的第二查询结果进行切换。
具体的,在检测到用户针对该切换标识的触发操作后,就可以确定该切换标识所对应的第二查询结果,并获取该第二查询结果所对应的目标信息,并将该目标信息展示在目标跳转窗口中。
因此,通过上述切换标识,用户可以在第一查询结果所对应的页面中,通过目标跳转窗口浏览多条第二查询结果的目标信息,从而缩短了用户的浏览路径,提高了用户的浏览效率。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,上述跳转标识还可以为目标跳转窗口的展示形态,以便通过该目标跳转窗口给用户展示第二查询结果的更多内容,从而便于用户能够在第一查询结果的显示界面内浏览第二查询结果的部分内容,进一步提高了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S103,确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果,具体还包括如下过程:
获取所述查询信息的初始查询结果,其中,所述初始查询结果对应至少一个类别;基于内容相似度对所述类别的初始查询结果进行过滤处理,并将每个所述类别的初始查询结果的过滤结果确定为该类别的查询结果;
在上述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第二查询结果的目标信息,具体包括如下过程:
在所述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第一查询结果所属类别或其他类别的第二查询结果的目标信息。
在本公开实施例中,上述跳转窗口中还可以显示上述第一查询结果所属的类别,或者其他类别的第二查询结果的目标信息。
这里,首先需要确定初始查询结果所对应的至少一个类别,并对相同类别所对应的初始查询结果进行过滤处理,从而得到每个类别所对应的查询结果。其中,每个类别可以对应至少一个查询结果。针对每个类别的初始查询结果的过滤方法如上所述,此处不再赘述。
在确定出上述每个类别所对应的查询结果后,还可以对该查询结果进行筛选,确定出和第一查询结果不同类别的其他类别。之后,就可以在目标跳转窗口中展示出第一查询结果所属类别或其他类别的第二查询结果的目标信息。
通过上述处理方式,可以为用户展示出各个类别的查询结果,从而进一步简化用户的浏览操作。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S105,显示跳转标识,具体还包括如下过程:
在检测到所述显示页面中显示的所述第一查询结果所对应网页页面已滑动至页面底端的情况下,在所述显示页面的页面底端显示所述跳转标识。
在本公开实施例中,上述跳转标识还可以采用条件触发的显示方式,其中,可以采用触底条件进行触发,例如,在检测到上述显示页面中第一查询结果所对应网页页面已滑动至页面底端的情况下,则确定满足上述跳转标识的触发条件。
具体的,当用户在浏览上述第一查询结果所对应的网页页面时,可以通过该网页页面侧边设置的进度条对该网页页面所展示的内容信息进行下拉查看。当该进度条到达底端时,则确定上述网页页面已滑动至页面底端的情况下,从而确定出满足上述跳转标识的触发条件。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,可以在检测到第一查询结果所对应网页页面已滑动至页面底端的情况下,再在显示页面的页面底端显示跳转标识,从而减少了跳转标识对上述第一查询结果的内容信息的遮挡,保证了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,上述步骤S105,显示跳转标识,具体还包括如下过程:
(1)、获取所述跳转标识的显示字段的字段内容,其中,所述字段内容用于指示所述跳转标识是否满足在所述显示页面进行显示的显示条件;
(2)、在基于所述字段内容确定所述跳转标识满足所述显示条件的情况下,在所述内容信息的显示页面的页面底端显示所述跳转标识。
在本公开实施例中,还可以为上述跳转标识设置显示字段,其中,用户可以通过设置该显示字段的字段内容来确定是否展示该跳转标识。
具体的,在检测到用户浏览上述第一查询结果时,首先可以获取跳转标识的显示字段的字段内容,并确定根据该字段内容确定是否允许展示该跳转标识。
在根据上述显示字段的字段内容确定出允许展示该跳转标识后,就可以确定该跳转标识中的内容,并在显示页面的指定位置显示该跳转标识。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,用户可以通过设置跳转标识的显示字段来决定是否展示该跳转标识,从而能够更好的适应用户的使用需求。
在一个可选的实施方式中,在目标跳转窗口中包含用于控制所述目标跳转窗口的显示状态的操作标识的情况下,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、响应于针对所述操作标识的触发操作,控制所述目标跳转窗口向下收起至所述显示页面的页面底端;
(2)、隐藏所述目标跳转窗口中显示的所述目标信息,并切换所述操作标识的显示状态至预设状态,其中,处于所述预设状态的操作标识用于触发在所述显示界面还原所述目标跳转窗口至展示状态。
在本公开实施例中,还可以在上述目标跳转窗口中设置操作标识,该操作标识用于展开或者收起该目标跳转窗口,例如,该操作标识可以为收起/展开标识,其中,该收起/展开标识如图3a以及图3b所示。
这里,以图3a为例,其中,该收起/展开标识包含收起和展开两种显示状态,如图3a所示为收起状态(表示当前时刻可以通过触发该处于收起状态的标识收起该目标跳转窗口),在通过触发操作对该收起状态的操作标识进行触发后,该目标跳转窗口的收起展示方式如图3c所示,其中,该图3c中的目标信息为隐藏状态,操作标识的显示状态变化为展开状态(表示当前时刻可以通过触发该处于展开状态的标识展开该目标跳转窗口),即上述预设状态。
这里,用户可以对上述预设状态的操作标识进行触发,从而使得该目标展示窗口还原至上述展示状态。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,用户可以通过操作标识对上述目标跳转窗口进行收起或者展示,从而进一步减少了目标跳转窗口对上述第一查询结果的内容信息的遮挡,保证了用户的浏览体验。
在一个可选的实施方式中,在上述图1所对应实施例的基础上,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、接收针对所述跳转标识的触发操作;
(2)、确定所述跳转标识对应的页面跳转链接,跳转至所述页面跳转链接所对应的页面。
在本公开实施例中,在接收到针对上述跳转标识的触发操作后,就可以获取该跳转标识所对应的第二查询结果的页面跳转链接,并判断是否有该页面跳转链接的访问权限。
在确定出有上述页面跳转链接的跳转权限的情况下,就可以打开该页面跳转链接所对应的页面,并通过该页面展示上述第二查询结果的内容信息。在确定出没有上述页面跳转链接的跳转权限的情况下,就可以在显示页面内展示跳转失败标识。
需要说明的是,可以通过上述跳转标识实现不同应用程序之间的页面跳转,其中,这里的不同应用程序应当为互相具有访问权限的应用程序。
通过上述描述可知,在本公开实施例中,可以通过跳转标识所对应的页面跳转链接实现第二查询结果所对应页面的跳转,从而实现了同一个应用程序以及不同应用程序之间的页面跳转,提高了本方案的使用范围。
综上,在本公开实施例中,在确定出和用户输入的查询信息相对应的多条查询结果后,可以通过跳转标识引导用户在查询结果对应的页面内进行跳转,使得用户可以不需要反复退出到结果列表页再查看其它查询结果,从而简化了用户的浏览方式,提高了用户的浏览体验。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个处理器可执行的非易失的计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上所述实施例,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制,本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改或可轻易想到变化,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改、变化或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开实施例技术方案的精神和范围,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种交互方法,包括:
    接收查询信息;其中,所述查询信息包含待查询问题的描述信息;
    确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果;其中,所述查询结果中包含与所述待查询问题相匹配的多条结果,且任意两条结果之间互不关联;
    接收对所述查询结果中第一查询结果的浏览请求,显示所述第一查询结果的内容信息,并显示跳转标识;所述跳转标识用于跳转至所述查询结果中与所述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述跳转标识包括第一跳转标识和/或第二跳转标识;所述第一跳转标识用于跳转至所述多条结果中位于所述第一查询结果之前与所述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面,所述第二跳转标识用于跳转至所述多条结果中位于所述第一查询结果之后与所述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述显示跳转标识,包括:
    在所述内容信息的显示页面中确定第一显示位置;其中,所述第一显示位置为位于所述显示页面的中轴线下方区域中的位置;
    在所述第一显示位置显示悬浮跳转按钮;所述悬浮跳转按钮用于指示所述第一查询结果和所述第二查询结果在所述多条结果中的位置关系。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述显示跳转标识,包括:
    在所述内容信息的显示页面的页面底端显示目标跳转窗口;
    在所述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第二查询结果的目标信息,其中,所述目标信息用于表征所述第二查询结果的第二关键内容,所述第二关键内容与所述第一查询结果的第一关键内容不完全相同,其中,所述目标信息包括以下至少之一:标题信息、至少部分摘要信息、信息来源。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果,包括:
    获取所述查询信息的初始查询结果,其中,所述初始查询结果对应至少一个类别;基于内容相似度对所述类别的初始查询结果进行过滤处理,并将每个所述类别的初始查询结果的过滤结果确定为该类别的查询结果;
    所述在所述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第二查询结果的目标信息,包括:在所述目标跳转窗口中显示所述第一查询结果所属类别或其他类别的第二查询结果的目标信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述显示跳转标识,包括:
    在检测到所述显示页面中显示的所述第一查询结果所对应网页页面已滑动至页面底端的情况下,在所述显示页面的页面底端显示所述跳转标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述目标跳转窗口中包含用于控制所述目标跳转窗口的显示状态的操作标识;所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述操作标识的触发操作,控制所述目标跳转窗口向下收起至所述显示页面的页面底端;
    隐藏所述目标跳转窗口中显示的所述目标信息,并切换所述操作标识的显示状态至 预设状态,其中,处于所述预设状态的操作标识用于触发在所述显示界面还原所述目标跳转窗口至展示状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述显示跳转标识,包括:
    获取所述跳转标识的显示字段的字段内容,其中,所述字段内容用于指示所述跳转标识是否满足在所述显示页面进行显示的显示条件;
    在基于所述字段内容确定所述跳转标识满足所述显示条件的情况下,在所述内容信息的显示页面的页面底端显示所述跳转标识。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收针对所述跳转标识的触发操作;
    确定所述跳转标识对应的页面跳转链接,跳转至所述页面跳转链接所对应的页面。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果,包括:
    确定所述查询信息中的查询关键词,其中,所述查询关键词为所述查询信息中与所述待查询问题相关联的关键词;
    在网络资源中查询与所述查询关键词相匹配的初始查询结果;
    基于所述初始查询结果之间的结果相关性,对所述初始查询结果进行筛选,得到所述查询结果。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述初始查询结果之间的结果相关性,对所述初始查询结果进行筛选,得到所述查询结果,包括:
    基于所述查询关键词提取每个初始查询结果中的关键信息,其中,所述关键信息包括:查询摘要和/或查询标题;
    基于任意两个初始查询结果的关键信息,确定所述任意两个初始查询结果之间的结果相似度;
    对所述结果相似度大于预设阈值的初始查询结果进行去重处理,去重之后得到所述查询结果。
  12. 一种交互装置,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收查询信息;其中,所述查询信息包含待查询问题的描述信息;
    确定单元,用于确定所述查询信息对应的查询结果;其中,所述查询结果中包含与所述待查询问题相匹配的多条结果,且任意两条结果之间互不关联;
    显示单元,用于接收对所述查询结果中第一查询结果的浏览请求,显示所述第一查询结果的内容信息,并显示跳转标识;所述跳转标识用于跳转至所述查询结果中与所述第一查询结果具有预设位置关系的第二查询结果对应的页面。
  13. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器和总线,所述存储器存储有所述处理器可执行的机器可读指令,当计算机设备运行时,所述处理器与所述存储器之间通过总线通信,所述机器可读指令被所述处理器执行时执行如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的交互方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的交互方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品承载有程序代码,所述程序代码包括的指令可用于执行如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的交互方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的交互方法的步骤。
