本申请要求在2021年12月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202123319968.5受理的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及接线盒技术领域,例如涉及一种接线盒。
背景技术
接线盒是电工辅料之一,端子在接线时通常需要用到接线盒,将线材收纳在内,接线盒通常开设有两个接线孔,一个线管的接线端子从其中一个接线孔伸入接线盒,另一个线管的接线端子从另一个接线孔伸入接线盒,两个线管内的电线在接线盒内实现连接。相关技术中的接线盒在使用的过程中,接线端子在接线盒内部容易穿过接线位置,导致线管的屏蔽环穿过屏蔽卡爪,回拉时,容易刮伤线管。
发明内容
本申请提供一种接线盒,保证线材在连接过程中不会损坏。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种接线盒,设置为连接线管,包括:
壳体,所述壳体上沿第一方向开设有第一接线孔,所述第一接线孔的内壁设有卡爪,设置为卡接所述线管的所述屏蔽环;
限位件,所述限位件沿所述第一方向正对所述第一接线孔,并连接于所述壳体的内壁,设置为限制所述线管的装配位置。

下面结合附图和实施方式进一步说明本申请的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
如图1-图4所示,本实施例提供了一种接线盒,设置为连接线管100,其中线管100包括线管本体101、屏蔽环102和接线端子103,接线端子103设置于所述线管本体101的一端,屏蔽环102套设于线管本体101,接线盒包括壳体1和限位件2,其中壳体1上沿第一方向开设有第一接线孔11,第一接线孔11的外壁沿周向设置有外螺纹,第一接线孔11的内壁设有卡爪111,卡爪111设置为卡接线管100的屏蔽环102。例如,卡爪111在第一接线孔11的内壁沿周向间隔设置有多个,能够保证卡接线管100屏蔽环102的稳定性,本实施例中,卡爪111的数量为六个,于其他实施例中,卡爪111的数量可以为2个、3个、4个、5个或更多个;限位件2沿第一方向正对第一接线孔11,并连接于壳体1的内壁,设置为限制线管100的接线端子103的装配位置。例如,本实施例中,限位件2与壳体1一体成型,便于生产,提高加工效率,于其他实施例中,限位件2可以可拆卸连接于壳体1内壁,只要与第一接线孔11正对,能够对从第一接线孔11伸入壳体1内的线管100的接线端子103进行限位即可。
本实施例通过在第一接线孔11正对的壳体1内壁设置限位件2,限位件2能够对从第一接线孔11伸入壳体1内部的线管100进行限位,防止线管100的屏蔽环102整体穿过第一接线孔11内壁的卡爪111,避免回拉时刮伤线管100。
例如,限位件2向朝向第一接线孔11的方向延伸,其中,壳体1内的卡爪111与限位件2之间的距离L a的限制如下:线管100包括接线端子103和屏蔽环102,接线端子孔1031的中心与屏蔽环102末端的距离为L b,L b的最大值为L b2mm,最小值为L b1mm,即L b1mm≤L b≤L b2mm;接线端子孔1031的中心到接线端子103顶端的距离为L c,L c的最大值为L c2mm,最小值为L c1mm,即L c1mm≤L c≤L c2mm;屏蔽环102的长度为L d,L d的最大值为L d2mm,最小值为L d1mm,即L d1mm≤L d≤L d2mm;则在将线管100插到底时,即线管100 的接线端子103抵接于限位件2时,线管100上的屏蔽环102尾端不能超过卡爪111,即L a<L b1mm+L c1mm,且在将线管100拉到最尾端,线管100上的屏蔽环102顶端不能超过卡爪111,即L a>L b2mm+L c2mm-L d1mm。当L a同时满足上述两个不等式时,能够保证限位件2对伸入壳体1内的线管100的接线端子103的限位,保证线管100的装配。例如,本实施例中待连接线管100的接线端子孔1031的中心与屏蔽环102末端的距离73mm≤L b≤75mm,接线端子孔1031的中心到接线端子103顶端的距离10mm≤L c≤12mm,屏蔽环102的长度12mm≤L d≤20mm,本实施例中壳体1内的卡爪111与限位件2之间的距离L a为82mm,满足75mm<L a<83mm,能够保证限位件2对伸入壳体1内的线管100的接线端子103进行有效限位。
例如,壳体1上沿第二方向开设有第二接线孔12,第二接线孔12为盲孔,接线端子102抵接于限位件2时,第二接线孔12与接线端子孔1031至少部分重合,在其他实施例中,第二接线孔12与接线端子孔1031完全重合,且第二接线孔12的内壁设有内螺纹,其中第二方向与第一方向垂直,可以通过螺钉将接线端子103和第二接线孔12连接起来。
例如,壳体1的外壁上设置有连接件13,连接件13上开设有安装通孔131,设置为将接线盒固定于需要的位置,例如,本实施例中,连接件13沿第二方向设置,向背离第二接线孔12的方向延伸。
需要说明的是,接线盒的壳体1由金属材料制成,可以由锌合金制成,锌合金熔点低,流动性好,易熔焊、钎焊和塑性加工,在大气中耐腐蚀,残废料也便于回收和重熔。
本申请通过在第一接线孔正对的壳体内壁设置限位件,限位件能够对从第一接线孔伸入壳体内部的线管进行限位,防止线管的屏蔽环整体穿过第一接线孔内壁的卡爪,避免回拉时刮伤线管。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种接线盒,设置为连接线管(100),包括:
    壳体(1),所述壳体(1)上沿第一方向开设有第一接线孔(11),所述第一接线孔(11)的内壁设有卡爪(111),所述卡爪(111)设置为与所述线管(100)的屏蔽环(102)卡接;
    限位件(2),所述限位件(2)沿所述第一方向正对所述第一接线孔(11),并连接于所述壳体(1)的内壁,设置为限制所述线管(100)的装配位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒,其中,所述线管(100)包括线管本体(101)、所述屏蔽环(102)和接线端子(103),所述接线端子(103)设置于所述线管本体(101)的一端,所述屏蔽环(102)套设于所述线管本体(101),所述限位件(2)可对所述接线端子(103)进行限位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接线盒,其中,接线端子孔(1031)的中心与所述屏蔽环(102)末端的距离为L b,L b1≤L b≤L b2;所述接线端子孔(1031)的中心到所述接线端子(103)顶端的距离L c,L c1≤L c≤L c2;所述屏蔽环(102)的长度L d,L d1≤L d≤L d2
    所述卡爪(111)与所述限位件(2)的距离为L d,L b2+L c2-L d1<L a<L b1+L c1
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接线盒,其中,所述壳体(1)上沿第二方向开设有第二接线孔(12),所述第二接线孔(12)为盲孔,所述接线端子(103)抵接于所述限位件(2)时,所述第二接线孔(12)与所述接线端子孔(1031)至少部分重合,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接线盒,其中,所述第二接线孔(12)的内壁沿周向设置有内螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的接线盒,其中,所述壳体(1)的外壁上设有连接件(13),所述连接件(13)上开设有安装通孔(131)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的接线盒,其中,所述连接件(13)沿所述第二方向,向背离所述第二接线孔(12)的方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒,其中,所述第一接线孔(11)的外壁沿周向设置有外螺纹。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒,其中,所述卡爪(111)在所述第一接线孔(11)的内壁沿周向间隔设置有多个。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒,其中,所述壳体(1)和所述限位件(2)一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的接线盒,其中,所述壳体(1)和所述限位件(2)一体成型。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的接线盒,其中,所述壳体(1)和所述限位件(2)一体成型。
