本发明涉及钻杆起拔技术领域,具体涉及一种钻杆起拔装置。
背景技术
在常规直推式土壤及地下水采样施工中,使用一种直推式土壤取样钻具组件施工完毕后,需使用拔管装置将钻入地下的冲击钻杆拔出,拔管装置使用时,需在冲击钻杆的顶端螺纹处,拧上专用接头,使用提引钩将钻杆拔出地面,此时专用接头与冲击钻杆会形成一个封闭结构。
中国专利CN207795244U,名称为“一种直推式土壤取样钻具组件”,该专利公开了一种直推式土壤取样钻具组件,包括冲击握轴、冲击内管、冲击外管、取样管和钻头,所述取样管与冲击内管的底端连接,钻头与冲击外管的底端连接,所述冲击外管套设在连在一起的取样管与冲击内管外侧,所述钻头中空并且与取样管底端连通,冲击握轴安装在冲击外管的顶端。该专利能够避免形成地表创面,取样方便,并且能够避免样品遭受二次污染。
但是在该专利中,土壤污染检测及修复过程中,冲击内管等组件需要由带检测传感器的电缆或可注射修复药剂的软管代替,且电缆和软管需和外界其他设备相连接,而拔管所需专用接头因其与冲击钻杆的顶端形成一个封闭结构,无法满足使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种钻杆起拔装置,本发明通过拔管座和拔管叉的配合套设在冲击钻杆的外侧,使冲击钻杆在起拔时,冲击钻杆的顶端属于开放的状态,方便冲击钻杆内的软管或电缆在冲击钻杆的顶端移动;并且拔管座和拔管叉均设置在冲击钻杆的侧面,可以将过长的起拔高度分成多段起拔,降低对起拔设备的要求,保证较好的起拔效果。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种钻杆起拔装置,包括拔管座和拔管叉;所述拔管叉包括把手,所述把手一端的两侧均设有叉杆,另一端设有按压部;所述叉杆背离所述把手的一端设有卡榫槽;
两个所述叉杆的中部通过螺栓连接,且在所述螺栓上套设有压套;
所述拔管座包括拔管座体,所述拔管座体的两侧设置有与所述卡榫槽匹配的卡榫;所述拔管座体上还设有用于安装冲击钻杆的拔管槽。
优选的,所述压套上设有用于贴合所述冲击钻杆的弧面凹陷。
优选的,所述拔管槽的截面呈V型。
优选的,所述拔管槽内的两个侧面上均设有卡瓦。
优选的,所述卡榫槽为倾斜的U型槽。
优选的,所述拔管座体背离所述冲击钻杆的一侧与升降装置连接。

所述拔管座1包括拔管座体11,所述拔管座体11的两侧设置有与所述卡榫槽22匹配的卡榫12;所述拔管座体11上还设有用于安装冲击钻杆3的拔管槽13。
本发明通过所述拔管座1和拔管叉2的配合套设在所述冲击钻杆3的外侧,使所述冲击钻杆3在起拔时,所述冲击钻杆3的顶端属于开放的状态,方便所述冲击钻杆3内的软管或电缆在所述冲击钻杆3的顶端移动;而且所述拔管座1和拔管叉2均设置在所述冲击钻杆3的侧面,可以将过长的起拔高度分成多段起拔,降低对起拔设备的要求,保证较好的起拔效果。
通过下压所述按压部27,驱使所述拔管叉2绕着所述卡榫12转动,完成拔管槽13和压套24对所述冲击钻杆3的抱紧。
通过上抬按压部27,驱使所述拔管叉2绕着所述卡榫12转动,完成所述拔管槽13和压套24对所述冲击钻杆3的松开。
进一步地,所述压套24上设有用于贴合所述冲击钻杆3的弧面凹陷26。
通过所述弧面凹陷26可增大压套24与所述冲击钻杆3的接触面积,增加压套24与所述冲击钻杆3之间的摩擦力,保证较好的起拔效果,在具体实施过程中,所述弧面凹陷26内还设有防滑纹路。
进一步地,所述拔管槽13的截面呈V型。
所述拔管槽13的截面呈V型,可以增加拔管槽13与所述冲击钻杆3的接 触面,从而增加拔管座体11与所述冲击钻杆3之间的摩擦力,保证较好的起拔效果。
进一步地,所述拔管槽13内的两个侧面上均设有卡瓦131。
通过所述卡瓦131更好的增大所述拔管座体11与所述冲击钻杆3之间的摩擦力,保证更好的起拔效果。
进一步地,所述卡榫槽22为倾斜的U型槽。
所述卡榫槽22采用U型槽,即所述拔管座1和拔管叉2是方便拆卸的,安装起拔装置时不需要从所述冲击钻杆3的顶端套入,可以更方便的将起拔装置组装在合适的位置;且采用倾斜的U型槽,不仅可以保证在组装所述拔管座1和拔管叉2时,所述拔管座1不易从拔管叉2上脱落,而且还能保证在起拔装置抱紧所述冲击钻杆3时,所述拔管座1可以更好的带动拔管叉2和冲击钻杆3向上运动,保证较好的起拔效果。
进一步地,所述拔管座体11背离所述冲击钻杆3的一侧与升降装置连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
本发明将拔管座1停留在合适位置,使得冲击钻杆3处于卡瓦131形成的V形空间内;将叉杆23的卡榫槽22对准拔管座体11的卡榫12,此时冲击钻杆3处于卡瓦131和压套24之间;将压套24上的弧面凹陷26对准冲击钻杆3的外表面,按压把手21的按压部27;
通过压套24上的弧面凹陷26推动冲击钻杆3紧贴卡瓦131,此时卡瓦131和压套24将冲击钻杆3抱紧;通过升降装置带动拔管座1向上移动,将冲击钻杆3向上拔高;当冲击钻杆3拔出一定距离后,向上抬起把手21,则冲击钻杆3与卡瓦131和压套24松开;此时向下移动拔管座1直至合适位置时,再向下按压把手21,则卡瓦131和压套24再次将冲击钻杆3抱紧,向上移动拔管座1,再次将冲击钻杆3向上拔出一定距离;依此反复,直至冲击钻杆3完全拔出。
