一种多场景应用终端(10),多场景应用终端(10)包括:底座(100);连接轴(600),与底座(100)连接;第一屏(200),绕连接轴(600)转动;和第二屏(400),绕连接轴(600)转动;其中,第一屏(200)及第二屏(400)绕连接轴(600)转动,以形成第一屏(200)和第二屏(400)的显示面的不同夹角,用于不同场景应用。

本申请要求于2021年12月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111617596.6、发明名称为“多场景应用终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种多场景应用终端。
背景技术
现有终端产品使用方式单一,应用场景一般为放置于客厅、卧室及书房内的柜体,或者悬挂于客厅、卧室及书房内的墙壁,作为视频播放工具使用,仅能满足用户的视觉及听觉需求。
技术问题
本申请提供一种多场景应用终端,通过第一屏及第二屏的显示面形成不同夹角,用于不同场景应用。
技术解决方案
第一方面,本申请提供一种多场景应用终端,包括:
底座;
连接轴,与底座连接;
第一屏,绕连接轴转动;和
第二屏,绕连接轴转动;
其中,第一屏及第二屏绕连接轴转动,以形成第一屏和第二屏的显示面的不同夹角,用于不同场景应用。
有益效果
本申请通过第一屏及第二屏绕连接轴转动,使得第一屏的显示面与第二屏的显示面形成不同夹角,使得第一屏的显示面与第二屏的显示面与用户的相对位置得到调整,进而实现应用于不同场景。

本发明的实施方式
本申请提供一种多场景应用终端,为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
请参阅图1-图2,本申请提供一种多场景应用终端10,包括底座100、连接轴600、第一屏200和第二屏400。
请参阅图1-图2、图5-图6、图8-图9及图11-图12,连接轴600与底座100连接。第一屏200能够绕连接轴600转动。第二屏400能够绕连接轴600转动。其中,第一屏200及第二屏400绕连接轴600转动,以形成第一屏200和第二屏400的显示面的不同夹角,用于不同场景应用。
本申请通过第一屏200及第二屏400绕连接轴600转动,使得第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面形成不同夹角,使得第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面与用户的相对位置得到调整,进而实现应用于不同场景。
可以理解的是,第一屏200和第二屏400可以为同一屏的不同部分。第一屏200和第二屏400也可以为两块独立的屏。
可以理解的是,第一屏200和第二屏400可以为具有显示屏的显示装置。
可以理解的是,请参阅图1-图10,第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角可以为180°。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图5-图10,第一屏200和第二屏400同为显示屏,且共同显示同一画面。
示例性的,第一屏200显示电影画面的第一部分、第二屏400显示电影画面的第二部分,第一部分和第二部分拼接在一起形成完整的电影画面。
可以理解的是,横屏画面定义为:在第一屏200及第二屏400面向用户时,第一屏200及第二屏400的整体的长边侧位于用户的视野的上下方位。竖屏画面定义为:在第一屏200及第二屏400面向用户时,第一屏200及第二屏400的整体的短边侧位于用户的视野的上下方位。横屏画面转换为竖屏画面时,或者竖屏画面转换为横屏画面时,第一屏200及第二屏400的画面的朝向相对于用户的视野保持不变。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图5-图10,在第一屏200及第二屏400的使用状态为第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角为180°时,第一屏200和第二屏400性质相异,也就是说第一屏200和第二屏400可以为性质不同的屏。
可以理解的是,显示屏具有显示功能,用以显示画面。显示功能为显示屏的基本功能。可以理解的是显示屏还可以配置音频功能,在播放画面的同时播放声音。
显示屏还可以配置触控功能,成为触摸显示屏。用户可以通过触摸显示屏的方式与显示屏显示的画面进行交互。用户触摸显示屏的方式可以为通过手指或触摸笔等触摸体点击或触摸显示屏。
显示屏还可以配置声控功能,成为声控显示屏。用户可以通过发出声音指令的方式与显示屏进行交互,显示屏接收到用户的声音指令后,显示与声音指令对应的画面。
显示屏还可以同时配置触控功能和声控功能,成为声控触控显示屏。用户可以通过触摸显示屏的方式与显示屏显示的画面进行交互。用户还可以通过发出声音指令的方式与显示屏进行交互。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏400还具有触控功能。
示例性的,第一屏200是显示屏,用以显示画面。第二屏400是触摸屏,触摸屏具有触控功能,用以通过触控功能输入文字信息,或者通过触控功能对第一屏200的播放音量、播放进度、显示画面的明暗、显示画面的大小进行调整。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示office等工作界面,第二屏400显示的软件界面可以是软键盘输入界面,可以通过触控第二屏400输入文字信息,这些文字信息输入后显示在第一屏200上。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示参考画作或绘画讲解视频,第二屏400显示的软件界面还可以是绘画输入界面,可以通过触控第二屏400输入线条及颜色等信息,以完成画作,并显示在第二屏400上。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示搭建成品或搭建讲解视频,第二屏400显示的软件界面还可以是虚拟搭建界面,例如乐高虚拟搭建,可以在第二屏400上通过点击或拖拽方式完成搭建。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示网络讲课界面,第二屏400显示的思维导图例如Xmind界面,可以在第二屏400上通过触控在Xmind界面构架课程内容的思维导图。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏400还具有声控功能。
示例性的,第一屏200显示会议界面并播放会议声音,第二屏400显示word界面,第二屏400根据第一屏200播放的会议声音将会议内容记录在word界面。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏400还同时具有触控功能和声控功能。第二屏400的触控功能和声控功能可以同时开启,也可以择一开启。
示例性的,第一屏200显示网络会议界面并播放会议声音,第二屏400显示word、txt等文字编辑界面,第二屏400根据第一屏200播放的会议声音将会议内容自动记录文字编辑界面中。用户可以在第二屏400记录过程中,同步通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理,用户也可以在第二屏400记录完毕后,通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理。
示例性的,第一屏200显示网络讲课界面并播放讲课声音,第二屏400显示word、txt等文字编辑界面,第二屏400根据第一屏200播放的讲课声音将会议内容自动记录文字编辑界面中。用户可以在第二屏400记录过程中,同步通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理,用户也可以在第二屏400记录完毕后,通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏,第一屏200还具有声控功能。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏还具有触控功能。
示例性的,第一屏200显示录音界面。第二屏400显示的软件界面可以是钢琴键盘界面,每一琴键被点击时发出对应声音,可以通过触控第二屏400点击不同的琴键从而完成曲谱的弹奏。第一屏200可以对第二屏400发出的声音进行录音。
示例性的,第一屏200显示曲谱及录音界面。第二屏400显示的软件界面可以是钢琴键盘界面,每一琴键被点击时发出对应声音,可以通过触控第二屏400点击不同的琴键从而完成曲谱的弹奏。第一屏200还可以对第二屏400发出的声音进行录音、识别错音并对错音进行标记。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏,第一屏200还具有触控功能。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏还具有触控功能和声控功能。
示例性的,第一屏200播放网络讲课界面,用户可以通过触控功能对第一屏200的播放音量、播放进度、显示画面的明暗、显示画面的大小进行调整。第二屏400显示word、txt等文字编辑界面,第二屏400根据第一屏200播放的讲课声音将会议内容自动记录word、txt界面中。用户可以在第二屏400记录过程中,同步通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理,用户也可以在第二屏400记录完毕后,通过触控第二屏400对记录信息进行整理。在另一些实施例中,第二屏400上的输入是基于第一屏200的显示作出的。
可以理解的是,在第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角为180°,用户在使用第一屏200和第二屏400的过程中,可以根据需要将第一屏200及第二屏400调整呈水平状态或倾斜状态。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示电影画面,当电影画面中出现手提包、衣服等商品时,用户在第二屏400上输入“立即购买”;第二屏400可以显示这些手提包、衣服等商品的购物画面,使得用户在观看电影的同时也可以购物。在一些实施例中,请参阅图5-图10,第一屏200被配置为显示第一画面,第二屏400被配置为显示第二画面,第一画面和第二画面为不相关联且画面的方向相同。
可以理解的是,不相关联画面可以为类别不同的画面,也可以为属性不同的画面。第一画面与第二画面无交互性质,相互独立。示例性的,第一屏200可以显示电影画面,第二屏400可以显示购物画面。用户在观看电影的同时也可以进行购物。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图1-图4,第一屏200被配置为显示第一画面,第二屏400被配置为显示第二画面,第一画面和第二画面为相关联且画面的方向相反。
可以理解的是,相关联画面可以为类别相同、属性相同且需要交互的画面。示例性的,第一屏200和第二屏400可以同时显示一场双人游戏画面,第一屏200显示一方游戏者的游戏画面,第二屏400显示另一方游戏者的游戏画面。游戏可以为下棋。可以理解的是,用户在使用第一屏200及第二屏400玩双人游戏时,可以将第一屏200及第二屏400调整呈水平状态。
可以理解的是,请参阅图11,第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角可以为大于180°。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200被配置为显示第一画面,第二屏400被配置为显示第二画面,第一画面和第二画面为不相关联画面、不同但相关联画面、相同画面中的至少一个。
可以理解的是,不相关联画面可以为类别不同的画面,也可以为属性不同的画面。第一画面与第二画面无交互性质,相互独立。示例性的,当用户有两人且有不同需求时,其中一人可以使用第一屏200,另一人可以使用第二屏400,相互不影响。第一屏200、第二屏400同时播放不同名称的电影。第一屏200播放电影、第二屏400上网冲浪。
可以理解的是,不同但相关联画面可以为类别相同、属性相同且需要交互的内容。示例性的,当用户有两人且有同一需求,比如玩双人游戏,且需要避免看到对方信息时,其中一人可以使用第一屏200,另一人可以使用第二屏400。
还可以理解的是,相同画面可以为同一名称的电影在第一屏200、第二屏400同步播放,同一视频会议在第一屏200、第二屏400同步进行,同一网络课程在第一屏200、第二屏400同步进行。
在一些实施例中,多场景应用终端10包括转轴800。转轴800的一端与底座100连接,转轴800的另一端与连接轴600连接;转轴800的中心轴线与连接轴600的中心轴线相互垂直;第一屏200及第二屏400的整体能够绕转轴800旋转90°,使得第一屏200与第二屏400共同显示的画面在横屏画面和竖屏画面之间切换。
可以理解的是,请参阅图12,第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角可以为小于180°。
在一些实施例中,在第一屏200及第二屏400的使用状态为第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角小于180°时,第一屏200和第二屏400可以是不同性质的屏。
在一些实施例中,第一屏200是显示屏。第二屏400是显示屏,第二屏400还具有触控功能。
示例性的,第一屏200是显示屏,用以显示画面。第二屏400是触摸屏,触摸屏具有触控功能,用以通过触控功能输入文字信息,或者通过触控功能对第一屏200的播放音量、播放进度、显示画面的明暗、显示画面的大小进行调整。
示例性的,第一屏200可以显示office等工作界面,第二屏400显示的软件界面可以是软键盘输入界面,可以通过触控第二屏400输入文字信息,这些文字信息输入后显示在第一屏200上。

可以理解的是,在第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面的夹角呈小于180°的使用状态时,用户在使用第一屏200和第二屏400的过程中,可以根据需要调整第一屏200及第二屏400的夹角,以满足用户使用时的舒适度需求。示例性的,第一屏200倾斜设置,第二屏400水平设置,第一屏200用以显示网络会议画面,第二屏400显示office等办公画面,用户在开网络会议的同时可以办公,用户通过第一屏200获取会议信息,用户通过第二屏400的触控功能在office办公软件输入文字信息。
示例性的,第一屏200与第二屏400可以为同一块柔性显示屏的组成部分。第一屏200与第二屏400还可以为两块独立的OLED显示屏,或为两块独立的LCD显示屏。
可以理解的是,请参阅图1-图2、图5-图6、图8-图9及图11-图12,转轴800还可以相对于底座100做转动运动。
在一些实施例中,底座100包括轴体160。转轴800的一端与轴体160连接,转轴800的另一端与连接轴600连接。转轴800的中心轴线与连接轴600的中心轴线相互垂直,转轴800的中心轴线还与轴体160的中心轴线相互垂直。在另一些实施例中,底座100还可以包括滚轮180。滚轮180设置于底座100的底部。在另一些实施例中,底座100可以包括相连接的第一斜板120和第二斜板140,轴体160设置于第一斜板120与第二斜板140的连接处。第一斜板120的底部及第二斜板140的底部均设置有滚轮180。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例提供的多场景应用终端10可以为电视,也可以为手机,还可以为穿戴设备。
综上所述,本申请通过第一屏200及第二屏400绕连接轴600转动,使得第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面形成不同夹角,使得第一屏200的显示面与第二屏400的显示面与用户的相对位置得到调整,进而实现应用于不同场景。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本申请的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种多场景应用终端,其包括:
    底座;
    连接轴,与所述底座连接;
    第一屏,绕所述连接轴转动;和
    第二屏,绕所述连接轴转动;
    其中,所述第一屏及所述第二屏绕所述连接轴转动,以形成所述第一屏和第二屏的显示面的不同夹角,用于不同场景应用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏的显示面与所述第二屏的显示面的夹角为180°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏和所述第二屏同为显示屏,且共同显示同一画面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏和所述第二屏性质相异。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能和/或声控功能。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏,所述第一屏还具有声控功能;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏,所述第一屏还具有触控功能;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能和声控功能。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第二屏上的输入是基于所述第一屏的显示作出的。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏被配置为显示第一画面,所述第二屏被配置为显示第二画面,所述第一画面和所述第二画面为不相关联且画面的方向相同。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏被配置为显示第一画面,所述第二屏被配置为显示第二画面,所述第一画面和所述第二画面为相关联且画面的方向相反。
  11. 根据权利要求2-7及9-10中任一项所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述多场景应用终端包括转轴;所述转轴的一端与所述底座连接,所述转轴的另一端与所述连接轴连接;所述转轴的中心轴线与所述连接轴的中心轴线相互垂直;所述第一屏及所述第二屏的整体能够绕所述转轴旋转90°,使得所述第一屏与所述第二屏共同显示的画面在横屏画面和竖屏画面之间切换。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏及所述第二屏呈水平状态设置或者呈倾斜状态设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏的显示面与所述第二屏的显示面的夹角为大于180°。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏被配置为显示第一画面,所述第二屏被配置为显示第二画面,所述第一画面和所述第二画面为不相关联画面、不同但相关联画面、相同画面中的至少一个。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏的显示面与所述第二屏的显示面的夹角为小于180°。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏和所述第二屏性质相异。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能和/或声控功能。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏,所述第一屏还具有声控功能;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的多场景应用终端,其中,所述第一屏是显示屏,所述第一屏还具有触控功能;所述第二屏是显示屏,所述第二屏还具有触控功能和声控功能。
