Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble palier pour une éolienne. Ledit ensemble palier comprend : un arbre rotatif (1) relié à un rotor de générateur, un siège de palier (2) relié à une base de générateur, et un composant de palier avant (31) et un composant de palier arrière (32) qui sont disposés entre l'arbre rotatif (1) et le siège de palier (2). Le composant de palier avant (31) et le composant de palier arrière (32) sont des paliers lisses (3); chaque palier lisse (3) comprend un corps de palier (36) et de multiples patins radiaux (33) qui sont montés de manière fixe sur le côté interne du corps de palier (36) et sont agencés à des intervalles dans la direction circonférentielle de l'arbre rotatif (1); la surface latérale interne de chaque patin radial (33) est une surface de palier radial portant une charge radiale de l'arbre rotatif (1), et la surface de palier radial est pourvue d'une première couche isolante résistante à l'usure (331). Ainsi, un effet d'isolation de courant d'arbre est amélioré, et le fonctionnement et la maintenance sont pratiques.
