In the preferred disk configuration, said head portion 11 may have varying diameters dl and thicknesses, to avoid interference and provide the mechanical conditions for a fixation strength surface.
  • the fixation system and method for fixing elements 20, 30 or parts of elements made of different materials also affords the possibility of joining together multiple fixing elements 10 at said head portion 11 of each element, to provide a multiple fixing element 10' comprising a single extended head portion 11’ conforming in shape to the profile of the elements 20, 30 to be connected, from which a plurality of shanks 12 extends, for quick optimized positioning and instant fixation of a plurality of shanks 12 within a corresponding plurality of holes 21 formed in said metal elements 20.
  • the fixation method of the present invention provides fusion welding of the shanks 12 of said fixing elements 10, 10' to the plastic element 30. Since said fixing elements 10, 10', or at least the shanks 12 of said fixing elements, are made of the same material as the plastic element 30 with which it has to be connected, such welding is optimal.

  • the system and method for fixing elements or parts of elements 20, 30 made of different materials according to the present invention avoids the need for repeated handling of the components, and hence the need for a larger working space, and reduces fixation times, by no longer requiring the use of temporary locking means, such as grippers and clamps, for gluing, which not exclude the risk of undesired displacements or offsets when gluing and during glue curing due to the viscosity of the glue and the weight of the components.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de fixation permettant de fixer des éléments ou des parties d'éléments constitués de matériaux différents, permettant par exemple de fixer un élément en matière plastique à un élément en matériau métallique. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de fixer des éléments ou des parties d'éléments, constitués de matériaux différents, au moyen du système de fixation de l'invention. Le système de fixation de l'invention comprend un ou plusieurs éléments de fixation (10, 10') présentant une section transversale en T, et comprenant une partie tête plus grande reliée à au moins une tige plus petite. Au moins la tige (12) de chaque élément, parmi le ou les éléments de fixation, est constituée de la même matière plastique que l'élément en matière plastique (30) auquel ledit élément de fixation (10) doit fixer ledit élément en matériau métallique (20).
