Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une cellule électrochimique, la cellule comprenant au moins une couche d'électrode à combustible (34), une couche d'électrode à air ou à oxydant, une couche d'électrolyte, et une couche de support perméable au gaz s'étendant de manière adjacente (10) avec une surface (12) et une épaisseur (18) dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite surface (12), la couche de support comprenant des ouvertures (16) à travers son épaisseur (18), lesdites ouvertures comprenant des parois (20), le procédé comprenant une étape d'application d'un revêtement protecteur (26) au moins sur les parois des ouvertures tout au long de l'épaisseur de la couche de support, le procédé comprenant en outre une étape ultérieure de dépôt de la couche d'électrode à combustible (34), la couche d'électrolyte, la couche d'électrode à air ou à oxydant d'une manière stratifiée sur la surface de la couche de support pour former la cellule. L'invention concerne également une cellule électrochimique.
