一种胶料回收装置及轮胎成型机
本申请要求于2021年12月22日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202123258338.1、发明名称为“一种胶料回收装置及轮胎成型机”的专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请属于轮胎成型机技术领域,特别涉及一种胶料回收装置及轮胎成型机。
背景技术
乘用子午胎成型机的机架结构在输送胶料的过程中,内衬层及胎侧胶料通过胶料回收装置后向前输送至前部对接单元,帘布通过上部输送单元后向前也输送至前部对接单元上。各种胶料按照生产工艺要求以一定的次序循环通过前部对接单元后再贴合到成型鼓上。
目前,胶料回收装置固定不动,在输送胶料的过程中,当后部检测装置胶料打折、胶痘等异常产生时,会进行裁断,将存在异常的胶料直接输送至前部对接单元前部,成型鼓停止动作,等待人员取走该胶料后,胶料回收装置再输送胶料至前部对接单元进行正常生产,因而极大的影响了正常生产效率。
因此,如何解决异常胶料输送影响正常生产循环的问题,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种胶料回收装置及轮胎成型机,可解决异常胶料输送影响正常生产循环的问题,降低胶料挤胶风险。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种胶料回收装置,包括:
胶料输送单元,用于将内衬层、胎侧、或内衬层胎侧复合胶料定长裁断并输送至前部对接单元上,所述胶料输送单元可转动设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上;
胶料输送单元摆转动力,设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上,用于驱动所述输送单元靠近或远离所述前部对接单元。
可选的,所述胶料输送单元摆转动力为对称设置于所述胶料输送单元两侧的两个。
可选的,还包括:
上部输送单元,用于将帘布胶料输送至所述前部对接单元上,所述上部输送单元可转动设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上;
上部输送单元摆转动力,设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上,用于驱动所述上部输送单元靠近或远离所述前部对接单元。
可选的,所述胶料输送单元、所述上部输送单元以及所述前部对接单元的中心面重合。
可选的,所述上部输送单元摆转动力为对称设置于所述上部输送单元两侧的两个。
可选的,所述胶料输送单元摆转动力为气缸、液压缸、或电动缸,所述上部输送单元摆转动力为气缸或液压缸。
本案还提供一种轮胎成型机,包括胶料回收装置,所述胶料回收装置为如上文所述的胶料回收装置。
可选的,还包括机架和前部对接单元,所述前部对接单元固定于所述机架上,所述胶料回收装置可转动设置于所述机架上。
本申请所提供的一种胶料回收装置的有益效果在于:
当输送模板上开关检测到胶料存在异常时,胶料输送单元摆转动力伸出,推动胶料输送单元向远离前部对接单元方向抬起,使胶料输送单元与前部对接单元之间出现较大的间隙,前部对接单元的输送带倒转,使胶料向后倒退,从而完成胶料的回收。
本申请提供的轮胎成型机具有上述胶料回收装置,因此,其同样具有上述有益效果,此处便不再赘述。

参见图1-图3,本申请提供了一种轮胎成型机,包括机架和前部对接单元1,前部对接单元1固定于机架上。
特别地,在本实施例中,该轮胎成型机还包括可转动设置于机架上的胶料回收装置。
其中,应当理解的是,本申请的核心在于上述胶料回收装置,因此,本申请实施例后续主要针对该胶料回收装置进行详细介绍。
具体地,该胶料回收装置可以包括:胶料输送单元2、胶料输送单元摆转动力4、上部输送单元3和上部输送单元摆转动力5。
其中,胶料输送单元2安装于轮胎成型机的机架内部,位于上部输送单元3下部,用于将内衬层及胎侧胶料的定长裁断和输送至前部对接单元1上。
胶料输送单元摆转动力4安装于胶料输送单元2两侧下部,动力固定点安装于机架架体上,为胶料输送单元2的摆动提供动力。具体地,胶料输送单元摆转动力4为气缸或液压缸。
上部输送单元3安装于轮胎成型机的机架内部,其中心与前部对接单元中心、胶料输送单元中心重合,位于胶料输送单元2上部,用于将帘布的输送。
上部输送单元摆转动力5安装于上部输送单元3两侧,动力固定点安装于机架架体上,为上部输送单元3的摆动提供动力。具体地,上部输送单元摆转动力5为气缸或液压缸。
此外,前部对接单元1安装于轮胎成型机机架内部,其中心与胶料输送单元2中心、上部输送单元3中心面重合。用于将后部模板输送的胶料输送至鼓上进行胶料贴合。
具体使用时,主要工艺步骤如下:
步骤1:如图1所示,胶料输送单元2的上表面与前部对接单元1的上表面相切,上部输送单元摆转动力5缩回,上部输送单元3处于抬升位置。此时可以进行内衬层及胎侧胶料的向前输送。
步骤2:当内衬层及胎侧胶料正常向前输送完成后,上部输送单元摆转动力5伸出,驱动上部输送单元3降落,如图3所示,帘布胶料可以通过上部输送单元3输送至前部对接单元1输送带上,完成帘布胶料的输送过程。
步骤3:正常生产过程中,上部输送单元摆转动力5循环缩回和伸进,驱动上部输送单元3升降,从而实现各种胶料的循环向前输送。
步骤4:当输送模板上开关检测到胶料存在异常时,上部输送单元摆转动力5缩回,胶料输送单元摆转动力4伸出,推动胶料输送单元2抬起,如图2所示,此时胶料输送单元2与前部对接单元1之间出现较大的间隙,前部对接单元1的输送带倒转,使胶料向后倒退,从而完成胶料的回收。
当然,胶料输送单元2、胶料输送单元摆转动力4、上部输送单元3和上部输送单元摆转动力5还可以根据实际需求对其结构和设置位置、角度进行适应性变形,任何适应性的改进均在本案保护范围内。
综上所述,本案具有如下有益效果:
1)该结构可以提前进行胶料的回收工作,不会干预到成型鼓的正常生产动作,不影响轮胎生产循环,提高生产效率。
2)上部输送单元与胶料输送单元之间距离加大,极大的减少了内衬层及胎侧胶料在该位置的挤料和堆料风险。
3)上部输送单元与胶料输送单元之间的距离加大可以为后期维护和保养提供更大的空间,有利于人员操作。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种胶料回收装置,其特征在于,包括:
    胶料输送单元(2),用于将内衬层、胎侧、或内衬层胎侧复合胶料定长裁断并输送至前部对接单元(1)上,所述胶料输送单元(2)可转动设置于轮胎成型机的机架上,以靠近或远离所述前部对接单元(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述胶料回收装置还包括胶料输送单元摆转动力(4),设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上,以通过驱动所述胶料输送单元(2)转动使所述胶料输送单元(2)靠近或远离所述前部对接单元(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述胶料输送单元摆转动力(4)为两个,两个所述胶料输送单元摆转动力(4)对称的设置在所述胶料输送单元(2)两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述胶料输送单元摆转动力(4)为气缸、液压缸、或电动缸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    上部输送单元(3),用于将帘布胶料输送至所述前部对接单元(1)上,所述上部输送单元(3)可转动设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上;
    上部输送单元摆转动力(5),设置于所述轮胎成型机的机架上,以通过驱动所述上部输送单元(3)转动使所述上部输送单元(3)靠近或远离所述前部对接单元(1)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述胶料输送单元(2)、所述上部输送单元(3)以及所述前部对接单元(1)的中心面重合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述上部输送单元摆转动力(5)为两个,两个所述上部输送单元摆转动力(5)对称的设置在所述上部输送单元(3)两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述上部输送单元摆转动力(5)为气缸或液压缸。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的胶料回收装置,其特征在于,所述胶料输送单元(2)位于所述上部输送单元(3)下部。
  10. 一种轮胎成型机,其特征在于,包括胶料回收装置,所述胶料回收装置为如权利要求1至9任一项所述的胶料回收装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的轮胎成型机,其特征在于,还包括机架和前部对接单元(1),所述前部对接单元(1)固定于所述机架上,所述胶料回收装置可转动设置于所述机架上。
