Abstract
La présente demande concerne un dispositif de réparation de valvule cardiaque et un système de réparation de valvule cardiaque. Le dispositif de réparation de valvule cardiaque comprend une base de fixation (10), un arbre d'entraînement (20) et une structure de serrage (30). La structure de serrage (30) est reliée de manière rotative à la base de fixation (10). L'arbre d'entraînement (20) est en liaison filetée avec la base de fixation (10). L'arbre d'entraînement (20) peut se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport à la base de fixation (10) de façon à entraîner la structure de serrage (30) à tourner dans une direction proche ou éloignée de la base de fixation (10).
