背景技术
体验质量(Quality of Experience,QoE)的目标是收集不同服务类型的用户体验质量参数。当核心网或者操作维护管理(Operation Administration and Maintenance,OAM)实体发送QoE配置到无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),由RAN将QoE配置转发到用户设备(User Equipment)UE,UE收集相关的QoE测量报告并上报到RAN侧,在通过RAN上报服务器,其中,UE也可以称为终端。QoE测量报告由终端的应用层生成,报告生成后发送到UE的接入层(Access Stratum,AS),由UE的AS层通过无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)消息发送到RAN侧。
相关技术中,当由于一些原因RAN侧需要释放UE的QoE配置时,RAN通知UE需要释放的QoE ID,终端将该QoE ID对应的全部QoE配置释放。因此,目前QoE配置释放方法过于单一。
发明内容
本申请提供一种QoE配置释放方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质,用以灵活释放QoE配置。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种QoE配置释放方法,包括:
接收网络侧设备发送的QoE配置释放信息,所述QoE配置释放信息包含释放类型参数,所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
根据所述释放类型参数确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放所述目标QoE配置。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供一种QoE配置释放方法,包括:
在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种终端,包括存储器、处理器和收发机;
所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;

本申请实施例终端在接收到网络侧设备发送的包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息,释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型,终端可以根据QoE配置释放信息中的释放类型参数,确定释放类型参数对应的需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放目标QoE配置。网络侧设备通知终端需要释放的QoE配置类型,终端根据网络侧设备通知的QoE配置类型,释放与网络侧设备通知的QoE配置类型对应的QoE配置,从而能够实现灵活释放QoE配置,进一步提高系统性能。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1所示,本申请实施例一种可选的应用场景,无线通信系统包括OAM实体10、核心网(Core Network,CN)设备11、RAN节点12和终端13;
在该应用场景下,本申请实施例提供两种QoE测量,其中一个是信令基础(Signalling based),其过程是OAM实体10发送QoE配置到核心网,核心网设备11发送QoE配置到RAN节点12,RAN节点12再转发QoE配置到终端13,这种情况下的QoE配置是针对特定UE;另一个是管理基础(Management based),其过程是OAM实体10直接发送QoE配置到RAN节点12,RAN节 点12再转发QoE配置到终端13,这种情况下QoE配置是针对多个UE进行配置的。
RAN节点12在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息,释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;RAN节点12将QoE配置释放信息发送给终端13;
终端13接收RAN节点12发送的包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;根据QoE配置释放信息中的释放类型参数,确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放目标QoE配置。
需要说明的是,RAN节点在判断终端是否需要释放QoE配置时,判断当前终端是否移出QoE配置的有效范围,在终端移出QoE配置的有效范围后,确定终端需要释放QoE配置;或者,RAN节点判断是否存在网络故障,若确定发生的网络故障类型需要释放QoE配置后,确定终端需要释放QoE配置;或者,RAN节点在确定由于人为网络管理需要释放QoE配置后,确定终端需要释放QoE配置。
本申请实施例的无线通信系统的RAN节点在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,向终端发送RRC重配消息;其中,RRC重配消息中包含QoE配置释放信息,QoE配置释放信息中包含有释放类型参数;
本申请实施例的释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和/或服务类型参数;
其中,配置类型参数可以为第一配置类型参数,例如第一配置类型可以为对于网络侧设备不可见的QoE配置类型(Traditional QoE),或者第一配置类型可以为Traditional QoE和对于网络侧设备可见的QoE配置类型(RAN-visible QoE);
服务类型参数包括但不限于:字符串、流媒体、MTSI。
终端在接收到网络侧设备发送的RRC重配消息后,从RRC重配消息中解析出QoE配置释放信息,以及获取QoE配置释放信息中包含的释放类型参数,根据释放类型参数确定与该释放类型参数对应的目标QoE配置,并对目标QoE配置进行释放。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案可以适用于多种系统,尤其是5G系统。例如适用的系统可以是全球移动通讯(global system of mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(code division multiple access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)通用分组无线业务(general packet radio service,GPRS)系统、长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(frequency division duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(time division duplex,TDD)系统、高级长期演进(long term evolution advanced,LTE-A)系统、通用移动系统(universal mobile telecommunication system,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(worldwide interoperability for microwave access,WiMAX)系统、5G新空口(New Radio,NR)系统等。这多种系统中均包括终端设备和网络设备。系统中还可以包括核心网部分,例如演进的分组系统(Evloved Packet System,EPS)、5G系统(5GS)等。
本申请实施例涉及的终端,可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备等。在不同的系统中,终端设备的名称可能也不相同,例如在5G系统中,终端可以称为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)。无线终端设备可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网(Core Network,CN)进行通信,无线终端设备可以是移动终端设备,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端设备的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(Personal Communication Service,PCS)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(Session Initiated Protocol,SIP)话机、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等设备。无线终端设备也可以称为系统、订户单元(subscriber unit)、订户站(subscriber station),移动站(mobile station)、移动台(mobile)、远程站(remote station)、接入点(access point)、远程终端设备(remote terminal)、接入终端设备(access terminal)、用户终端设备(user terminal)、用户代理(user  agent)、用户装置(user device),本申请实施例中并不限定。
本申请实施例涉及的网络侧设备,可以是基站,该基站可以包括多个为终端提供服务的小区。根据具体应用场合不同,基站又可以称为接入点,或者可以是接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端设备通信的设备,或者其它名称。网络侧设备可用于将收到的空中帧与网际协议(Internet Protocol,IP)分组进行相互更换,作为无线终端设备与接入网的其余部分之间的路由器,其中接入网的其余部分可包括网际协议(IP)通信网络。网络侧设备还可协调对空中接口的属性管理。例如,本申请实施例涉及的网络侧设备可以是全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile communications,GSM)或码分多址接入(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)中的网络设备(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也可以是带宽码分多址接入(Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)中的网络设备(NodeB),还可以是长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统中的演进型网络设备(evolutional Node B,eNB或e-NodeB)、5G网络架构(next generation system)中的5G基站(gNB),也可以是家庭演进基站(Home evolved Node B,HeNB)、中继节点(relay node)、家庭基站(femto)、微微基站(pico)等,本申请实施例中并不限定。在一些网络结构中,网络设备可以包括集中单元(centralized unit,CU)节点和分布单元(distributed unit,DU)节点,集中单元和分布单元也可以地理上分开布置。
网络侧设备与终端之间可以各自使用一或多根天线进行多输入多输出(Multi Input Multi Output,MIMO)传输,MIMO传输可以是单用户MIMO(Single User MIMO,SU-MIMO)或多用户MIMO(Multiple User MIMO,MU-MIMO)。根据根天线组合的形态和数量,MIMO传输可以是2D-MIMO、3D-MIMO、FD-MIMO或massive-MIMO,也可以是分集传输或预编码传输或波束赋形传输等。
其中,本申请实施例的释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和/或服务类型参数;
QoE的配置类型可以为对于网络侧设备不可见的配置类型,或者可以为对于网络侧设备可见的配置类型;
需要说明的是,本申请实施例的网络侧设备可以为RAN节点。
下面对两种不同配置类型的QoE进行介绍:
1、对于网络侧设备不可见的QoE;
在信令基础和管理基础两种测量配置的系统框架中,RAN节点发给UE的QoE配置的过程相同且配置参数也相同,QoE的配置文件对于RAN节点是封装在一个文件里,RAN节点不解封该文件直接通过RRC信令透明传给UE,这种类型的QoE配置对于RAN节点是不可见的;
在R16协议版本中定义了QoE测量管理参数,包括但不限于如下参数:
a、QoE collection entity address(QoE收集实体地址)
该参数用于定义QMC记录传输到的IP地址,具体可以使用Ipv4或Ipv6地址。
b、QoE reference(QoE参考)
该参数用于定义网络请求会话,QoE reference是全球唯一的,由MCC+MNC+QMC ID组成:
其中MCC和MNC是和trace激活请求一起来自于管理系统,用来定义管理系统包含的一个PLMN,QMC ID是3字节字符串。
c、QoE标识信息
QoE标识信息又可以称为measurement ID(测量标识),该参数用于标识UE侧QoE配置和测量报告,用于RAN节点与UE在空口交互,RAN节点负责将该ID与上述QoE reference一一映射。
d、QMC configuration file(QMC配置文件)
该参数是由应用层服务定义的QoE的配置文件。
e、Service Type(服务类型参数)
该参数用于定义需要进行QoE测量的服务类型;其中服务类型参数包括字符串、流媒体、MTSI等类型。
f、Area Scope(区域范围)
该参数用于定义QoE配置的有效区,可以包括小区列表,TA列表等。
UE的AS层通过RRC消息接收到QoE配置后,AS层会通过AT command定义的目录把QoE的配置发送到应用层,其中包括参数Service Type、QoE reference和QMC configuration file。当配置对应的服务类型的服务开始发生时,应用层开始根据配置文件进行测量,并根据配置条件生成测量QoE报告;QoE测量报告一旦生成,UE的应用层通过AT command命令把QoE报告发送到UE的AS层,UE的AS层会立即将QoE通过RRC消息发送给RAN节点;RAN节点将报告发送到配置文件定义的IP地址对应的相应的服务器,从而完成QoE的配置和测量报告收集过程。
2、对于网络侧设备可见的QoE;
对于网络侧设备可见的QoE可以称为RAN-visible QoE,该种类型的QoE配置是由RAN节点生成并配置给UE的,且RAN节点在接收到UE的QoE报告后,RAN节点可以直接理解该QoE报告,并非封装后上报。
其中RAN-visible QoE测量管理参数,其中包括但不限于如下参数:
a、RAN visible QoE metrics(对RAN可见的QoE的衡量指标)
UE收集的报告的QoE参数,如Buffer level(缓冲程度),Playout delay(播放延迟)等
b、QoE标识信息
QoE标识信息又可以称为measurement ID,该参数用于标识UE侧QoE配置和测量报告,用于RAN节点与UE在空口交互,该标识和第一配置类型的QoE共用同一标识。
d、Service Type(服务类型参数)
该参数用于定义需要进行QoE测量的服务类型,中服务类型参数包括字符串、流媒体、MTSI等类型。
本申请实施例网络侧设备确定终端需要释放QoE配置时,网络侧设备将发送QoE配置释放信息给终端。终端接收到QoE配置释放信息后进行配置释 放,并根据实际情况处理已收集的测量报告数据;
其中,网络侧设备确定终端需要释放QoE配置发生释放消息的原因包括但不限于正常释放、终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围;
正常释放包括但不限于:人为管理释放,网络故障原因释放。
终端在接收到网络侧设备发送的QoE配置释放信息后,根据QoE配置释放信息中的释放类型参数,确定释放类型参数对应的需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放目标QoE配置;
下面详细介绍本申请实施例释放目标QoE配置的详细过程。
首先,根据QoE配置释放信息中包含的释放类型参数,确定需要释放的目标QoE配置。
1、释放类型参数包括配置类型参数;
其中,网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中还包含的QoE标识信息;
终端根据所述QoE标识信息确定所述QoE标识信息对应的候选QoE配置,从所述候选QoE配置中选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为目标QoE配置。
实施中,本申请实施例网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中包括QoE标识信息和配置类型参数;
在确定目标QoE配置时,确定出与QoE标识信息对应的全部QoE配置作为候选QoE配置;再从候选QoE配置中选取出与该配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
一种可选的实施方式为,若QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将候选QoE配置中的全部QoE配置作为目标QoE配置;
例如,QoE的配置类型包括对于网络侧设备不可见的QoE配置(Traditional QoE)、和对于网络侧设备可见的QoE配置(RAN-visible QoE),则第一配置类型参数可以为Traditional QoE,或者第一配置类型参数可以为 Traditional QoE和RAN-visible QoE。
若QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从所述候选QoE配置中选取对于所述网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
例如,QoE的配置类型包括对于网络侧设备不可见的QoE配置(Traditional QoE)、和对于网络侧设备可见的QoE配置(RAN-visible QoE),则第二配置类型参数可以为RAN-visible QoE。
2、释放类型参数包括服务类型参数;
本申请实施例网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中包括服务类型参数时,将服务类型参数对应的QoE配置作为目标QoE配置;
若网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中包括的释放类型参数为服务类型参数,则终端确定出与该服务类型参数对应的所有QoE配置作为目标QoE配置;例如假设QoE配置释放信息中包括的服务类型参数为字符串,则终端将字符串类型的QoE配置作为目标QoE配置。
3、释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和服务类型参数;
本申请实施例网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中包括配置类型参数和服务类型参数时,从与服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
由于QoE配置可以基于配置类型参数划分为不同配置类型的QoE配置,QoE配置还可以基于服务类型参数划分为不同服务类型的QoE配置;
在网络侧设备发送给终端的QoE配置释放信息中同时包括配置类型参数和服务类型参数时,终端在确定目标QoE配置时,终端基于QoE配置释放信息中包括的服务类型参数确定出一部分QoE配置,以及基于QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数确定出一部分QoE配置,将确定出两部分中相同的QoE配置作为目标QoE配置;
实施中,本申请实施例可以基于服务类型参数确定出与服务类型参数对应的QoE配置,然后再从服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中选取出与配置类型 参数对应的QoE配置作为目标QoE配置。
一种可选的实施方式为,若QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将与服务类型参数对应的全部QoE配置作为目标QoE配置;
例如,QoE配置类型包括Traditional QoE和RAN-visible QoE,QoE配置释放信息中携带的第一配置类型参数可以表示为Traditional QoE,在终端接收到的QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为Traditional QoE时,则终端释放服务类型参数对应的全部QoE配置,即终端释放与该服务类型参数对应的Traditional QoE配置和RAN-visible QoE配置;或者
QoE配置释放信息中携带的第一配置类型参数可以表示为Traditional QoE和RAN-visible QoE,在终端接收到的QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为Traditional QoE和RAN-visible QoE时,则终端释放服务类型参数对应的全部QoE配置,即终端释放与该服务类型参数对应的Traditional QoE配置和RAN-visible QoE配置。
若QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取对于网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
例如,QoE配置类型包括Traditional QoE和RAN-visible QoE,QoE配置释放信息中携带的第二配置类型参数可以表示为RAN-visible QoE,在终端接收到的QoE配置释放信息中包括的配置类型参数为RAN-visible QoE时,则终端释放服务类型参数对应的RAN-visible QoE配置。
另外,在一种可选的实施方式中,本申请实施例的QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
其中,释放原因参数包括但不限于正常释放、终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围。
本申请实施例在根据QoE配置释放信息中的释放类型参数确定出需要释放的目标QoE配置之后,根据释放原因参数确定释放目标QoE配置的释放时 机;在释放时机到达后,释放目标QoE配置。
实施中,若释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为正常释放,则将当前时刻作为释放目标QoE配置的释放时机;
在释放原因参数为正常释放时,本申请实施例在确定出需要释放的目标QoE配置之后,立即释放该目标QoE配置,并删除与目标QoE配置相关的测量报告。
若释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为终端移出QoE配置的有效范围,则根据终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放目标QoE配置的释放时机;
可选的,若终端当前的QoE测量状态为未进行QoE测量,则将当前时刻作为释放目标QoE配置的释放时机;若终端当前的QoE测量状态为正在进行QoE测量,则将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放目标QoE配置的释放时机。
需要说明的是,由于在确定出目标QoE配置之后,若当前终端正在进行QoE测量,则需要终端完成本次QoE测量,在本次QoE测量结束后,根据QoE测量结果生成QoE测量报告,并释放目标QoE配置。
本申请实施例针对网络侧设备向终端发送QoE配置释放信息之后,终端进行QoE测量得到的QoE测量报告,可以根据如下方式进行处理:
若终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备支持上报测量报告,则将QoE测量报告上报至目标网络侧设备;
需要说明的是,由于终端切换接入的目标网络侧设备支持上报测量报告,则表示该目标网络侧设备可以接收终端上报的测量报告,则终端可以将进行QoE测量得到的QoE测量报告上报至目标网络侧设备。
若所述终端移出QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告,则存储QoE测量报告;一种可选的方式为,在终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备后,将QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备;

若终端移出QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告,则存储QoE测量报告;另一种可选的实施方式为,若在预设时长内所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧节点,则将QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,否则,删除QoE测量报告;
实施中,在终端确定移出QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告之后,存储QoE测量报告,同时可以启动定时器并设定预设时长,若在定时器计时结束之前,终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,则将QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,若在定时器计时结束时,终端仍未接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,则删除存储的QoE测量报告。
需要说明的是,若网络侧设备发送给终端QoE配置释放信息中不包含释放原因参数,则终端可以在接收到QoE配置释放信息,确定出需要释放的目标QoE配置之后,立即释放目标QoE配置。

若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为正常释放,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围,则根据所述终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
可选的,所述根据所述终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,具体包括:
若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为未进行QoE测量,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为正在进行QoE测量,则将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
可选的,若将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,该方法还包括:
若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备支持上报测量报告,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至所述目标网络侧设备;
若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告,则存储所述QoE测量报告;在所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备后,将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备;或,若在预设时长内所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧节点,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,否则,删除所述QoE测量报告。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例还提供一种QoE配置释放方法,该方法对应于上述系统中的RAN节点,由于方法和系统解决问题的原理相似,因此方法的实施可以参见系统的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
如图16所示,本申请实施例提供的一种QoE配置释放方法,应用于网络侧设备,该方法包括:
步骤S1601、在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
步骤S1602、将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端。
可选的,所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和/或服务类型参数,所述QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
所述将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端,具体包括:
将包含所述释放类型参数和所述释放原因参数的QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端;其中,所述释放原因参数用于指示终端根据所述释放原因参数确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
另外,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于使所述计算机执行上述任一种QoE配置释放方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或数据 存储设备,包括但不限于磁性存储器(例如软盘、硬盘、磁带、磁光盘(MO)等)、光学存储器(例如CD、DVD、BD、HVD等)、以及半导体存储器(例如ROM、EPROM、EEPROM、非易失性存储器(NAND FLASH)、固态硬盘(SSD))等。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种体验质量QoE配置释放方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    接收网络侧设备发送的QoE配置释放信息,所述QoE配置释放信息包含释放类型参数,所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    根据所述释放类型参数确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放所述目标QoE配置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述释放类型参数确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,具体包括:
    若所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数,且所述QoE配置释放信息还包含QoE标识信息,则根据所述QoE标识信息确定所述QoE标识信息对应的候选QoE配置,从所述候选QoE配置中选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;或
    若所述释放类型参数包括服务类型参数,则将所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;或
    若所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和服务类型参数,则从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述候选QoE配置中选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置,包括:
    若所述配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将所述候选QoE配置中的全部QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
    若所述配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从所述候选QoE配置中选取对于所述网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置,包括:
    若所述配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将与所述服务类型参数对应的全部QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
    若所述配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取对于所述网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  5. 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
    所述释放所述目标QoE配置,具体包括:
    根据所述QoE配置释放信息中包括的释放原因参数,确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
    在所述释放时机到达后,释放所述目标QoE配置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述QoE配置释放信息中包括的释放原因参数,确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,具体包括:
    若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为正常释放,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
    若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围,则根据所述终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,具体包括:
    若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为未进行QoE测量,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
    若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为正在进行QoE测量,则将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,若将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,该方法还包括:
    若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备支持上报测量报告,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至所述目标网络侧设备;
    若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告,则存储所述QoE测量报告;在所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备后,将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备;或,若在预设时长内所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧节点,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,否则,删除所述QoE测量报告。
  9. 一种QoE配置释放方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和/或服务类型参数,所述QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
    所述将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端,具体包括:
    将包含所述释放类型参数和所述释放原因参数的QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端;其中,所述释放原因参数用于指示终端根据所述释放原因参数确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括存储器、处理器和收发机;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    接收网络侧设备发送的QoE配置释放信息,所述QoE配置释放信息包含释放类型参数,所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    根据所述释放类型参数确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放所述目标QoE配置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数,且所述QoE配置释放信息还包含QoE标识信息,则根据所述QoE标识信息确定所述QoE标识信息对应的候选QoE配置,从所述候选QoE配置中选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;或
    若所述释放类型参数包括服务类型参数,则将所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;或
    若所述释放类型参数包括配置类型参数和服务类型参数,则从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,在从所述候选QoE配置中选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置时,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将所述候选QoE配置中的全部QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
    若所述配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从所述候选QoE配置中选取对于所述网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,在从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取与所述配置类型参数对应的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置时,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述配置类型参数为第一配置类型参数,则将与所述服务类型参数对应的全部QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置;
    若所述配置类型参数为第二配置类型参数,则从与所述服务类型参数对应的QoE配置中,选取对于所述网络侧设备可见的QoE配置作为所述目标QoE配置。
  15. 如权利要求11~14任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
    所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述QoE配置释放信息中包括的释放原因参数,确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;在所述释放时机到达后,释放所述目标QoE配置。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为正常释放,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
    若所述释放原因参数表示释放QoE配置的原因为终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围,则根据所述终端当前的QoE测量状态确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为未进行QoE测量,则将当前时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机;
    若所述终端当前的QoE测量状态为正在进行QoE测量,则将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,若将QoE测量结束的时刻作为释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机,所述处理器还用于:
    若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备支持上报测量报告,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至所述目标网络侧设备;
    若所述终端移出所述QoE配置的有效范围后接入的目标网络侧设备不支持上报测量报告,则存储所述QoE测量报告;在所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备后,将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备;或,若在预设时长内所述终端接入支持上报测量报告的网络侧节点,则将所述QoE测量报告上报至支持上报测量报告的网络侧设备,否则,删除所述QoE测量报告。
  19. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括存储器、处理器和收发机;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述类型参数包括配置类型参数和/或服务类型参数,所述QoE配置释放信息中还包括用于表示释放QoE配置原因的释放原因参数;
    所述处理器具体用于:
    将包含所述类型参数和所述释放原因参数的QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端;其中,所述释放原因参数用于指示终端根据所述释放原因参数确定释放所述目标QoE配置的释放时机。
  21. 一种QoE配置释放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收网络侧设备发送的QoE配置释放信息,所述QoE配置释放信息包含释放类型参数,所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    确定模块,用于根据所述释放类型参数确定需要释放的目标QoE配置,并释放所述目标QoE配置。
  22. 一种QoE配置释放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    生成模块,用于在确定终端需要释放QoE配置后,生成包含释放类型参数的QoE配置释放信息;所述释放类型参数用于指示终端释放的QoE配置的类型;
    发送模块,用于将所述QoE配置释放信息发送给所述终端。
  23. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,或者所述计算机程序用于使所述计算机执行权利要求9或10所述的方法。
