Abstract
本申请提供一种用于立式空调的前面板总成及立式空调。旨在解决将显示面罩从显示板盒上拆下不方便的问题。该前面板总成包括左基板、右基板、中部安装板、显示面罩和显示板盒,左基板、右基板和中部安装板均竖向设置,左基板用于与立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,右基板用于与立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接,中部安装板的左右两侧分别与左基板和右基板的上部紧固连接,显示板盒紧固连接于中部安装板的前侧面,显示面罩盖于显示板盒的前侧,且显示面罩与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。该立式空调包括上述前面板总成。通过上述设置,显示面罩从中部安装板的前侧拆下即可与显示板盒拆开,可提高对显示面罩和显示板盒的检修效率。
Description
本申请要求于2021年12月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111562317.0、申请名称为“用于立式空调的前面板总成及立式空调”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请属于空调技术领域,具体涉及一种用于立式空调的前面板总成及立式空调。
立式空调,又称柜式空调,用于放置于室内的地面上,对室内空气进行调节。立式空调包括底座、左侧立柱、右侧立柱、前面板总成、后面板总成、顶盖和风道组件,左侧立柱和右侧立柱的下端分别与底座的左右两侧紧固连接,前面板总成和后面板总成的左右两侧分别在底座的前后两侧与左侧立柱和右侧立柱紧固连接,顶盖与前面板总成的顶面和/或后面板总成的顶部紧固连接,风道组件的左右两侧分别与左侧立柱和右侧立柱紧固连接,且风道组件位于底座、前面板总成、后面板总成和顶盖形成的空间内。
如图1、图2所示,相关技术中,立式空调的前面板总成包括左侧板110、右侧板120、显示面罩130a和显示板盒140a,显示板盒140a内安装有用于与显示面罩130a电连接的电气元件。立式空调在装配时,先将显示板盒140a装配在显示面罩130a上,然后使显示面罩130a与左侧立柱410、右侧立柱420和风道组件500的顶面紧固连接,显示板盒140a通过显示面罩130a固定在左侧立柱410、右侧立柱420和风道组件500上,然后使左侧板110的上部分别与左侧立柱410和显示面罩130a的前侧面的左部紧固连接,左侧板110的下端与底座600紧固连接,右侧板120的上部分别与右侧立柱420和显示面罩130a的前侧面的右部紧固连接,右侧板120的下端与底座600紧固连接,完成前面板总成的安装,然后待完成后面板总成300的安装后,再将顶盖200a分别与左侧立柱410、右侧立柱420、显示板盒140a以及后面板总成300的顶面紧固连接。
在显示面罩130a或者显示板盒140a内的电气元件发生故障时,需要将显示面罩130a从显示板盒140a的前侧拆下,以对显示面罩130a或者显示板盒140a内的电气元件进行检查、维修。相关技术中的立式空调,在装配好的立式空调上将显示面罩130a从显示板盒140a上拆下不方便,导致工作人员对显示面罩130a和显示板盒140a内的电气元件检查、维修效率低下。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决在装配好的立式空调上将显示面罩从显示板盒上拆下不方便的问题,本申请提供了一种用于立式空调的前面板总成,该前面板总成包括左基板、右基板、中部安装板、显示面罩和显示板盒。
左基板、右基板和中部安装板均竖向设置。
左基板用于与立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,右基板用于与立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接。
中部安装板的左右两侧分别与左基板和右基板的上部紧固连接,显示板盒紧固连接于中部安装板的前侧面,显示面罩盖于显示板盒的前侧,且显示面罩与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,中部安装板的前侧面设有安装口,显示板盒设于安装口内。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,显示板盒的侧壁形成有至少一个凸出的第一连接部,中部安装板的前侧面在安装口的边缘处设有连通安装口并与第一连接部一一对应的安装槽,每个第一连接部均嵌入对应的安装槽内,每个第一连接部均在其对应的安装槽内与该安装槽的槽壁紧固连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,显示板盒的左侧壁和右侧壁均至少形成有一个第一连接部。
显示面罩的左侧和右侧均形成有第二连接部,显示面罩的左侧和右侧分别通过第二连接部与中部安装板位于显示板盒左侧的部分和中部安装板位于显示板盒右侧的部分可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,显示板盒的左侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的第一连接部,显示板盒的右侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的第一连接部。
每个第二连接部上均至少设有2个上下分布的可拆卸连接结构,每个第二连接部均通过其上的可拆卸连接结构与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,每个第一连接部的前侧面均设有一个第一安装通孔,每个第一连接部均通过穿过其上的第一安装通孔的第一紧固件与该第一连接部对应的安装槽的后壁紧固连接。
每个可拆卸连接结构均包括设于其所在的第二连接部前侧面的第二安装通孔,每个第二连接部均通过一一对应的穿过其上的第二安装通孔的第二紧固件与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,还包括左饰板和右饰板。
左饰板可拆卸的盖接于左基板的前侧面,并遮盖与显示板盒左侧的第一连接部和显示面罩左侧的第二连接部。
右饰板可拆卸的盖接于右基板的前侧面,并遮盖与显示板盒右侧的第一连接部和显示面罩右侧的第二连接部。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,左基板前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第一卡接口,左基板前侧面部侧的第一卡接口与左基板前侧面部侧的第一卡接口沿竖向交替分布,左基板的下部形成有第一紧固孔,左饰板的后侧面形成有与第一卡接口一一对应的第一卡扣以及与第一紧固孔对应的第二紧固孔,每个第一卡扣均与其对应的第一卡接口卡接,第一紧固孔和第二紧固孔通过第三紧固件可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,右基板前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第二卡接口,右基板前侧面部侧的第二卡接口与右基板前侧面右部的第二卡接口沿竖向交替分布,右基板的下部形成有第三紧固孔,右饰板的后侧面形成有与第二卡接口一一对应的第二卡扣以及与第三紧固孔对应的第四紧固孔,每个第二卡扣均与其对应的第二卡接口卡接,第三紧固孔和第四紧固孔通过第四紧固件可拆卸连接。
在上述前面板总成的优选技术方案中,显示面罩相对的两侧均形成有至少一个定位缺口,中部安装板的前侧面形成有与定位缺口一一对应的定位凸起,每个定位凸起均用于与其对应的定位缺口插接配合。
另一方面,本申请提供一种立式空调,该立式空调包括左侧立柱、右侧立柱、后面板总成、顶盖以及上述的前面板总成。
前面板总成的左基板与左侧立柱紧固连接,前面板总成的右基板与右侧立柱紧固连接,后面板总成的左右两侧分别与左侧立柱和右侧立柱紧固连接,顶盖分别与后面板总成、左侧立柱和右侧立柱的顶面紧固连接。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本申请实施例提供的用于立式空调的前面板总成包括左基板、右基板、中部安装板、显示面罩和显示板盒,左基板、右基板和中部安装板均竖向设置,左基板用于与立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,右基板用于与立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接,中部安装板的左右两侧分别与左基板和右基板的上部紧固连接,显示板盒紧固连接于中部安装板的前侧面,显示面罩盖于显示板盒的前侧,且显示面罩与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。通过上述设置,显示面罩安装在与左基板和右基板紧固连接的中部安装板的前侧面,不与处于立式空调内部且会被顶盖遮挡的位置直接连接,立式空调装配完成后,显示面罩与中部安装板的连接位置不会被顶盖所遮挡,拆卸显示面罩时仅须从中部安装板前侧面上拆卸即可,无须拆卸顶盖并从立式空调的顶部进行拆卸。另外,显示板盒和显示面罩分别与中部安装板紧固连接,显示板盒的固定不依赖于显示面罩,从中部安装板的前侧面上拆下显示面罩后,显示板盒保持固定在中部安装板上,从中部安装板上拆下显示面罩即可将显示面罩从显示板盒上拆开,无须先将显示面罩和显示板盒整体拆下后,再将显示面罩和显示板盒拆开。显示面罩从显示板盒上拆下更加方便,利于提高工作人员对显示面罩以及显示板盒内的电气元件进行检查、维修的效率。

如背景技术中记载的,相关技术中,前面板总成在安装完成后,显示面罩与左侧立柱、右侧立柱和风道组件的连接位置被顶盖遮挡,想要拆卸显示面罩,在将左侧板和右侧板拆下后,须先拆卸顶盖,使显示面罩与左侧立柱、右侧立柱和风道组件的连接位置外漏,方能将显示面罩从立式空调的其他部件上拆下。另外,显示板盒通过显示面罩固定,显示面罩从左侧立柱、右侧立柱和风道组件上拆下后,显示板盒会随之一起被拆下,想要对显示面罩或者显示板盒内的电气元件进行检查和维修时,还需要将显示面罩从显示板盒上拆下,整个拆卸过程非常不便,对应的,完成检查和维修后的安装过程也不便,工作人员对显示面罩以及显示板盒内的电气元件进行检查、维修的效率低下。
为解决上述问题,本案发明人通过改变前面板总成的结构,使前面板总成包括竖向设置的左基板、右基板和中部安装板,左基板用于与立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,右基板用于与立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接,中部安装板的左右两侧分别与左基板和右基板的上部紧固连接,前面板总成的显示板盒紧固连接于中部安装板的前侧面,前面板总成的显示面罩盖于显示板盒的前侧,且显示面罩与中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。由于显示面罩安装在与左基板和右基板紧固连接的中部安装板的前侧面,不与 处于立式空调内部且会被顶盖遮挡的位置直接连接,立式空调装配完成后,显示面罩与中部安装板的连接位置不会被顶盖所遮挡,拆卸显示面罩时仅须从中部安装板前侧面上拆卸即可,无须拆卸顶盖并从立式空调的顶部进行拆卸。另外,由于显示板盒和显示面罩分别与中部安装板紧固连接,显示板盒的固定不依赖于显示面罩,从中部安装板的前侧面上拆下显示面罩后,显示板盒保持固定在中部安装板上,从中部安装板上拆下显示面罩即可将显示面罩从显示板盒上拆开,无须先将显示面罩和显示板盒整体拆下后,再将显示面罩和显示板盒拆开。显示面罩从显示板盒上拆下更加方便,利于提高工作人员对显示面罩以及显示板盒内的电气元件进行检查、维修的效率。
下面结合附图阐述本申请的用于立式空调的前面板总成及立式空调的优选技术方案。

本申请实施例提供的用于立式空调的前面板总成的实施例,具体包括:左基板710、右基板720、中部安装板730、显示面罩130b和显示板盒140b。
左基板710、右基板720和中部安装板730均竖向设置。
左基板710用于与立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,右基板720用于与立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接。
中部安装板730的左右两侧分别与左基板710和右基板720的上部紧固连接,显示板盒140b紧固连接于中部安装板730的前侧面,显示面罩130b盖于显示板盒140b的前侧,且显示面罩130b与中部安装板730的前侧面可拆卸连接。
在上述实施方式中,立式空调装配完成后,显示面罩130b与中部安装板730的连接位置不会被顶盖200b所遮挡,拆卸显示面罩130b时仅须从中部安装板730前侧面上拆卸即可,无须拆卸顶盖200b并从立式空调的顶部进行拆卸。另外,显示板盒140b的固定不依赖于显示面罩130b,从中部安装板730上拆下显示面罩130b即可将显示面罩130b从显示板盒140b上拆开。显示面罩130b从显示板盒140b上拆下更加方便,利于提高工作人员对显示面罩130b以及显示板盒140b内的电气元件进行检查、维修的效率。
可以理解的是,在本申请中,立式空调的出风口朝向的方向为前方,与前方相反的方向为后方,位于立式空调的出风口前方的用户的左手方向为左方,位于立式空调的出风口前方的用户的右手方向为右方。
左基板710、右基板720和中部安装板730可为一体结构,也可通过紧固结构紧固连接。
左基板710上设有用于与左侧立柱紧固连接的紧固结构,右基板720上设有用于与右侧立柱紧固连接的紧固结构。
左基板710和右基板720的下端可用于与底座600直接紧固连接,也可用于通过其他结构与底座600紧固连接。
显示面罩130b可通过卡接、螺栓连接等一种或者多种可拆卸连接方式与中部安装板730连接。
显示板盒140b与中部安装板730之间可以为可拆卸连接,也可为不可拆卸连接。显示板盒140b与中部安装板730之间为可拆卸连接时,显示板盒140b可通过卡接、螺栓连接等一种或者多种可拆卸连接方式与中部安装板730连接。
在一些示例中,中部安装板730的上沿、左基板710的上沿和右基板720的上沿齐平。
图5是安装有提出的前面板总成的实施例的立式空调的显示板盒、中部安装板、左基板和右基板连接处的示意图。
如图5所示,并参看3、图4,在一些可能的实施方式中,中部安装板730的前侧面设有安装口732,显示板盒140b设于安装口732内。
如此设置,可使显示板盒140b安装在中部安装板730前侧面的后方,避免显示板盒140b前凸,利于显示面罩130b的安装。
在一些可能的实施方式中,显示板盒140b的侧壁形成有至少一个凸出的第一连接部141,中部安装板730的前侧面在安装口732的边缘处设有连通安装口732并与第一连接部141一一对应的安装槽731,每个第一连接部141均嵌入对应的安装槽731内,每个第一连接部141均在其对应的安装槽731内与该安装槽731的槽壁紧固连接。
如此设置,第一连接部141嵌入安装槽731内与中部安装板730连接,不凸出于中部安装板730的前侧面,可避免显示板盒140b的连接位置影响显示面罩130b在中部安装板730前侧面的安装。
在一些可能的实施方式中,显示板盒140b的左侧壁和右侧壁均至少形成有一个第一连接部141。
如此设置,显示板盒140b的左右两侧均可与中部安装板730紧固连接,显示板盒140b安装稳固。
图6是提出的前面板总成的实施例的显示面罩的示意图。
如图6所示,并参看图3-图5,在一些可能的实施方式中,显示面罩130b的左侧和右侧均形成有第二连接部131,显示面罩130b的左侧和右侧分别通过第二连接部131与中部安装板730位于显示板盒140b左侧的部分和中部安装板730位于显示板盒140b右侧的部分可拆卸连接。
如此设置,显示面罩130b的左右两侧均可与中部安装板730紧固连接,显示面罩130b安装稳固。
在一些可能的实施方式中,显示板盒140b的左侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的第一连接部141,显示板盒140b的右侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的第一连接部141。
如此设置,显示板盒140b的上部和下部均可与中部安装板730紧固连接,显示板盒140b安装稳固。
在一些可能的实施方式中,每个第二连接部131上均至少设有2个上下分布的可拆卸连接结构,每个第二连接部131均通过其上的可拆卸连接结构与中部安装板730的前侧面可拆卸连接。
如此设置,显示面罩130b的上部和下部均可与中部安装板730紧固连接,显示面罩130b安装稳固。
在一些可能的实施方式中,每个第一连接部141的前侧面均设有一个第一安装通孔142,每个第一连接部141均通过穿过其上的第一安装通孔142的第一紧固件与该第一连接部141对应的安装槽731的后壁紧固连接。
如此设置,显示板盒140b安装方便,且连接稳固。
可以理解的是,每个安装槽731的后壁上均设有与第一安装通孔142对应的第一连接孔,第一紧固件穿过对应的第一安装通孔142后伸入第一连接孔内,并与第一连接孔的孔壁紧固连接。
第一紧固件可为螺栓、螺钉、螺柱、铆钉等。
第一连接孔可为螺纹孔。
在一些可能的实施方式中,每个可拆卸连接结构均包括设于其所在的第二连接部131前侧面的第二安装通孔132,每个第二连接部131均通过一一对应的穿过其上的第二安装通孔132的第二紧固件与中部安装板730的前侧面可拆卸连接。
如此设置,显示面罩130b安装方便,且连接稳固。
可以理解的是,中部安装板730的前侧面上设有与第二安装通孔132对应的第二连接孔734,第二紧固件穿过对应的第二安装通孔132后伸入第二连接孔734内,并与第二连接孔734的孔壁紧固连接。
第一紧固件可为螺栓、螺钉和螺柱等,对应的,第二连接孔734可为螺纹孔。
在一些示例中,中部安装板730在安装孔左右两侧的边缘的中部均形成有连通安装口732的取拿缺口735,取拿缺口735用于供操作人员的手指或者取拿物件穿过,以方便显示板盒140b的拆装。
在一些可能的实施方式中,该前面板总成还包括左饰板740和右饰板750。
左饰板740可拆卸的盖接于左基板710的前侧面,并遮盖与显示板盒140b左侧的第一连接部141和显示面罩130b左侧的第二连接部131。
右饰板750可拆卸的盖接于右基板720的前侧面,并遮盖与显示板盒140b右侧的第一连接部141和显示面罩130b右侧的第二连接部131。
如此设置,可避免第一连接部141和第二连接部131外漏,防止外漏的第一连接部141和第二连接部131易松动以及易伤人的问题,同时,也更加美观。
可以理解的是,设有左饰板740和右饰板750后,若需要拆卸显示面罩130b,需要先将左饰板740和右饰板750拆下,将第一连接部141和第二连接部131暴露之后,才能将显示面罩130b拆下。
在一些可能的实施方式中,左基板710前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第一卡接口711,左基板710前侧面左部的第一卡接口711与左基板710前侧面右部的第一卡接口711沿竖向交替分布,左基板710的下部形成有第一紧固孔712,左饰板740的后侧面形成有与第一卡接口711一一对应的第一卡扣以及与第一紧固孔712对应的第二紧固孔,每个第一卡扣均与其对应的第一卡接口711卡接,第一紧固孔712和第二紧固孔通过第三紧固件可拆卸连接。
如此设置,左饰板740可稳固的安装在左基板710上,且左基板710和左饰板740拆装方便。
可以理解的是,第二紧固孔为通孔,第二紧固孔可设于左饰板740下端伸出的连接耳上。第三紧固件可为螺栓、螺钉、螺柱等,此时,第一紧固孔712为对应的螺纹孔。
在一些可能的实施方式中,右基板720前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第二卡接口721,右基板720前侧面左部的第二卡接口721与右基板720前侧面右部的第二卡接口721沿竖向交替分布,右基板720的下部形成有第三紧固孔722,右饰板750的后侧面形成有与第二卡接口721一一对应的第二卡扣以及与第三紧固孔722对应的第四紧固孔,每个第二卡扣均与其对应的第二卡接口721卡接,第三紧固孔722和第四紧固孔通过第四紧固件可拆卸连接。
如此设置,右饰板750可稳固的安装在右基板720上,且右基板720和右饰板750拆装方便。
可以理解的是,第四紧固孔为通孔,第四紧固孔可设于右饰板750下端伸出的连接耳上。第四紧固件可为螺栓、螺钉、螺柱等,此时,第三紧固孔722为对应的螺纹孔。
在一些可能的实施方式中,显示面罩130b相对的两侧均形成有至少一个定位缺口133,中部安装板730的前侧面形成有与定位缺口133一一对应的定位凸起733,每个定位凸起733均用于与其对应的定位缺口133插接配合。
如此设置,便于提高显示面罩130b与中部安装板730的装配效率。
在一些示例中,显示面罩130b两侧的定位缺口133正对设置。
在一些示例中,显示面罩130b的左右两侧的中部均形成有一个定位缺口133。
在一些可能的实施方式中,该前面板总成还包括竖向设置的下基板760,左基板710的下端和右基板720的下端分别与下基板760顶端的左右两侧紧固连接,下基板760用于与底座600紧固连接。
可以理解的是,左基板710、右基板720和下基板760可为一体结构,也可通过紧固结构紧固连接。左基板710和右基板720的下端与下基板760的顶端紧固连接时,左基板710和右基板720用于通过下基板760与底座600紧固连接。
在一些可能的实施方式中,该前面板总成还包括下饰板770,下饰板770可拆卸的盖接于下基板760的前侧面。
在一些示例中,下饰板770遮盖第二紧固孔和第四紧固孔。
在一些示例中,下饰板770与下基板760卡接固定。
如图3-图6所示,本申请提供的用于立式空调的实施例,具体包括:左侧立柱、右侧立柱、后面板总成300、顶盖200b以及上述任一实施方式中的前面板总成。
前面板总成的左基板710与左侧立柱紧固连接,前面板总成的右基板720与右侧立柱紧固连接,后面板总成300的左右两侧分别与左侧立柱和右侧立柱紧固连接,顶盖200b分别与后面板总成300、左侧立柱和右侧立柱的顶面紧固连接。
在上述实施方式中,显示面罩130b与中部安装板730的连接位置不会被顶盖200b所遮挡,拆卸显示面罩130b时仅须从中部安装板730前侧面上拆卸即可,无须拆卸顶盖200b并从立式空调的顶部进行拆卸。另外,显示板盒140b的固定不依赖于显示面罩130b,从中部安装板730上拆下显示面罩130b即可将显示面罩130b从显示板盒140b 上拆开。显示面罩130b从显示板盒140b上拆下更加方便,利于提高工作人员对显示面罩130b以及显示板盒140b内的电气元件进行检查、维修的效率。
可以理解的是,立式空调还包括底座600,左侧立柱、右侧立柱和后面板总成300的下端均与底座600紧固连接,前面板总成的左基板710和右基板720的下端可直接与底座600紧固连接,也可通过下基板760或者其他结构与底座600紧固连接。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本申请的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本申请的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本申请的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于立式空调的前面板总成,其特征在于,包括左基板、右基板、中部安装板、显示面罩和显示板盒;所述左基板、所述右基板和所述中部安装板均竖向设置;所述左基板用于与所述立式空调的左侧立柱紧固连接,所述右基板用于与所述立式空调的右侧立柱紧固连接;所述中部安装板的左右两侧分别与所述左基板和所述右基板的上部紧固连接,所述显示板盒紧固连接于所述中部安装板的前侧面,所述显示面罩盖于所述显示板盒的前侧,且所述显示面罩与所述中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述中部安装板的前侧面设有安装口,所述显示板盒设于所述安装口内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述显示板盒的侧壁形成有至少一个凸出的第一连接部,所述中部安装板的前侧面在所述安装口的边缘处设有连通所述安装口并与所述第一连接部一一对应的安装槽,每个所述第一连接部均嵌入对应的所述安装槽内,每个所述第一连接部均在其对应的所述安装槽内与该安装槽的槽壁紧固连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述显示板盒的左侧壁和右侧壁均至少形成有一个所述第一连接部;所述显示面罩的左侧和右侧均形成有第二连接部,所述显示面罩的左侧和右侧分别通过所述第二连接部与所述中部安装板位于所述显示板盒左侧的部分和所述中部安装板位于所述显示板盒右侧的部分可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述显示板盒的左侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的所述第一连接部,所述显示板盒的右侧壁至少形成有2个上下分布的所述第一连接部;每个所述第二连接部上均至少设有2个上下分布的可拆卸连接结构,每个所述第二连接部均通过其上的所述可拆卸连接结构与所述中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,每个所述第一连接部的前侧面均设有一个第一安装通孔,每个所述第一连接部均通过穿过其上的所述第一安装通孔的第一紧固件与该第一连接部对应的所述安装槽的后壁紧固连接;每个所述可拆卸连接结构均包括设于其所在的所述第二连接部前侧面的第二安装通孔,每个所述第二连接部均通过一一对应的穿过其上的所述第二安装通孔的第二紧固件与所述中部安装板的前侧面可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,还包括左饰板和右 饰板;所述左饰板可拆卸的盖接于所述左基板的前侧面,并遮盖与所述显示板盒左侧的所述第一连接部和所述显示面罩左侧的所述第二连接部;所述右饰板可拆卸的盖接于所述右基板的前侧面,并遮盖与所述显示板盒右侧的所述第一连接部和所述显示面罩右侧的所述第二连接部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述左基板前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第一卡接口,所述左基板前侧面左部的所述第一卡接口与所述左基板前侧面右部的所述第一卡接口沿竖向交替分布,所述左基板的下部形成有第一紧固孔,所述左饰板的后侧面形成有与所述第一卡接口一一对应的第一卡扣以及与所述第一紧固孔对应的第二紧固孔,每个所述第一卡扣均与其对应的所述第一卡接口卡接,所述第一紧固孔和所述第二紧固孔通过第三紧固件可拆卸连接;和/或,所述右基板前侧面的左部和右部均形成有多个沿上下分布的第二卡接口,所述右基板前侧面左部的所述第二卡接口与所述右基板前侧面右部的所述第二卡接口沿竖向交替分布,所述右基板的下部形成有第三紧固孔,所述右饰板的后侧面形成有与所述第二卡接口一一对应的第二卡扣以及与所述第三紧固孔对应的第四紧固孔,每个所述第二卡扣均与其对应的所述第二卡接口卡接,所述第三紧固孔和所述第四紧固孔通过第四紧固件可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的前面板总成,其特征在于,所述显示面罩相对的两侧均形成有至少一个定位缺口,所述中部安装板的前侧面形成有与所述定位缺口一一对应的定位凸起,每个所述定位凸起均用于与其对应的所述定位缺口插接配合。
- 一种立式空调,其特征在于,包括左侧立柱、右侧立柱、后面板总成、顶盖以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的前面板总成;所述前面板总成的左基板与所述左侧立柱紧固连接,所述前面板总成的右基板与所述右侧立柱紧固连接,所述后面板总成的左右两侧分别与所述左侧立柱和所述右侧立柱紧固连接,所述顶盖分别与所述后面板总成、所述左侧立柱和所述右侧立柱的顶面紧固连接。
