Description

一种儿童学习用点读机 技术领域
本发明涉及学习机领域,尤其涉及一种儿童学习用点读机。
背景技术
为了开发婴幼儿和儿童的自我学习能力,益智类的产品应运而生。这些益智类产品包括图书点读机、看图识字机、看图识物机及声光电类的益智玩具等。其中的,图书点读机包括图书(儿童学习书或指点书)和点读机,使用时,打开图书,点击书中的相关文字或图案,置于书页下方的点读机即可发出与点击文字或图案相关联内容的声音,以此达到使孩子快速纠正和学习的目的。
现有技术中,与点读机本套使用的指点书为书本形式的,大致有如下几种:
1)平装型的指点书,该类型的书与点读机装订在一起不可拆分,一部点读机配套一本书,点读机置于整个书的底部。使用时,将所要看的书页覆盖在点读机机壳表面的识别面板上,点击书页中相应的文字图案,识别面板内对应的识别模组感应到该点击力后,接通相关电路,将储存在该点读机控制电路中的与该点击内容相关联的内容(比如,该点击内容正确发音、正确的解释及与其相关联的寓言或故事等)通过机载的喇叭、显示部件或灯光提示部件输出。
2)另一种是硬质封面或封底的指点书,如申请号为201921941295.7,名称为:“用于益智类点读机的儿童书及与该书配套的点读机”),该书与点读机为分离结构,使用时,将指点书的封面或封底插入设置在点读机底部的插槽中,然后将书页覆盖在点读机机壳表面的识别面板上,再点击书页中相应的文字图案,之后,由点读机的语音播放器发出与被点击的文字图案相关的释文。
上述产品对于儿童快速学习具有较大的帮助,但上述两种结构均存在如下不足:
1)一本书中的书页的页数不宜过多,若过多,当将指点书中最后一张书页覆盖在识别面板之上时,该书页之下已叠摞较厚,这样,识别面板对该最后一张书页上的文字图案的识别能力大幅下降。
2)指点书的成本制作以及材料成本较高。
3)款式单一,儿童的学习体验感和兴奋点较弱。
基于上述现有技术的不足之处,公开号为“CN113160628A”的中国发明专利公开文本中记载一种可与卷式指点书配套使用的儿童学习用的点读机,每卷指点书可拥有若干幅记载有不同文字图案内容的书页。指点书为卷式结构,在机壳内设有放卷仓和收卷仓,识别面板介于放卷仓与收卷仓之间,通过旋动设置在机壳外且与左卷轴端部和右卷轴端部连接的 左旋柄或右旋柄,可使指点书中的每片书页在所述识别面板上依次移过。将与儿童学习用的点读机配套使用的指点书设计为卷式产品,一卷指点书上设置若干页的书页,每页书页上印制文字图案。
上述点读机可配套的卷式指点书可以有若干,其可用于初阶启蒙教育;不仅方便储存,而且更换成本较低。
但上述点读机存在以下三点不足之处:
1,从其说明书中记载可以看出,点读机配套的卷式指点书展开后为一张尺寸较长的矩形条幅,收存时,其可缩卷成一个柱形圆卷独立存放。装入点读机的过程中,需从面盖开启处装入机壳内部,并将卷式指点书的两端绕卷在收卷仓内的右卷轴和和放卷仓内的左卷轴上。为了方便安装,左卷轴和右卷轴与底座轴可拆卸连接,说明书0071段记载:当需要将卷书轴装入对应的放卷仓或收卷仓内时,先将卷书轴以倾斜的方式使其底部的轴向内孔套置在所述弹压部的柱轴上,再向下按压就可使卷书轴的上端顺利进入对应的放卷仓或收卷仓,此时,再将卷书轴顶部的公扣凸台对准主动轴底部的母扣腔,释放对弹压部的压力,即可使主动轴、卷书轴、底座轴同轴对接在一起。
因此,其安装更换卷式指点书时需要将卷书轴拆下并且将卷式指点书两端绕在其上,不仅操作麻烦,更重要的是卷式指点书两端不一定齐平,较大可能会存在高低错位,导致卷式指点书经过识别面板时存在错位,难以准确点读。并且,因其卷式指点书采用可拆卸连接的方式,在使用过程中一侧的卷书轴容易将所有卷式指点书绕卷起来,而另一侧的卷书轴上会被抽空,如此就无法反转重新点读,需要手工重新绕卷,非常麻烦。
2,此方案中采用旋柄手动驱动卷式点读书,手动旋转卷书轴时,难以确保卷式点读书上的书页编码和卷书编码与识别面板上的页码孔和书码孔相对准,也难以确保卷式点读书上的文字或图案位置与识别面板上的触点相对应。如此,上述卷式点读书的点读精准度不高,极有可能存在着点读内容与点读内容不匹配,或者是无法识别点读内容的情况。
3,该方案中的一部点读机可以配套若干卷具有不同学习内容的指点书,但其与指点书相对应的点读资料,如音频信息、音频信息的调取位置信息均是需要实现存储在点读机内部。故点读机适配的指点书一般都会绑定销售,用户无法在后续使用时更新故事内容,不具有拓展性。已知,市面上已有点读笔可从云端获取并下载点读资料,但均需要点读笔按压触摸对应的标识;但基于此类收卷式的点读机来说,目前产品并不具备从云端下载点读资料的功能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种儿童学习用点读机,该儿童学习用点读机方便更换点读卡带,拓展性较强。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:包括主机和可拆卸连接于主机上的点读卡带;所述主机内置有点读系统和动力组件,点读系统至少包括点读芯体板,以及用于播放音频信息的播放器;主体壳体的上设有与点读芯体板相对应的主机窗口;所述点读卡带内置有表面记载文字或图案的卷式点读书,卷式点读书的两端部绕卷在卡带壳体内的两根卷轴上;所述点读卡带安装于主机内时,动力组件的输出端连接并驱动卡带壳体内的卷轴,卷式点读书经过所述点读芯体板与主机窗口之间。
本发明采用上述技术方案,该技术方案涉及一种儿童学习用点读机,该儿童学习用点读机包括主机和可拆卸连接于主机上的点读卡带,其中的主机内置有点读系统和动力组件,点读系统包括点读芯体板,以及用于播放音频信息的播放器;点读卡带则内置有卷式点读书,卷式点读书的两端绕卷在卡带壳体内的两根卷轴上。在将点读卡带安装在主机上时,主机内的动力组件的输出端连接并驱动卡带壳体内的卷轴,从而驱动卷式点读书运转而切换页码,卷式点读书运转过程中经过点读芯体板与主机窗口之间,儿童可通过主机窗口进行点读。
基于上述结构,主机和点读卡带分离设置,卷式点读书被设置于点读卡带内部;用户在需要更换点读内容时,仅需直接更换点读卡带即可,相比于背景技术中需要拆卸卷书轴,绕卷卷式点读书的方式,该方案明显方便、高效地多。用户可十分方便的拆装、更换点读卡带,操作方便;更可任意选配不同内容的点读卡带,拓展性较强。进一步地,此结构中无需对卷式点读书单独拆卸,可将卷式点读书两端夹设或粘连固定在卷轴,不会存在一侧卷书轴被抽空的情况,对于单个点读卡带可随意进行进带或倒带操作。
作为优选,所述卡带壳体内部至少形成有第一卷仓和第二卷仓,卡带壳体在第一卷仓和第二卷仓之间形成有点读窗口;所述第一卷仓和第二卷仓内均设置有卷轴,卷式点读书的两端部均绕卷在第一卷仓和第二卷仓的卷轴上;所述卷式点读书的中部经过所述点读窗口;点读卡带安装于主机内时,点读窗口与主机窗口相对应。该技术方案中,卡带壳体内部形成的第一卷仓和第二卷仓用于存放卷轴及其上绕卷的卷式点读书,卡带壳体上的点读窗口是便于儿童贯穿、点读卷式点读书。
作为优选,所述卡带壳体的点读窗口上设置有透明的点读面板,点读面板封闭所述点读窗口;当点读卡带安装于主机内时,点读面板位于主机窗口内。该方案中,点读面板封闭所述点读窗口可将卷式点读书完全封闭在壳体内腔内部,起到对卷式点读书的防护作用,避免破损或落灰,同时因点读面板为透明面板,也不会影响儿童观察卷式点读书上的内容。
作为优选,所述卡带壳体底部形成有平板区与所述点读窗口相对应,卷式点读书经过所述点读窗口时,平板区支撑所述卷式点读书。该技术方案中,平板区的设置为了对卷式 点读书提供一定支撑,儿童点读时能够将局部压力通过平板区传递到点读机的点读面板上。
作为优选,所述主体壳体内部形成有一端设置开口的卡带腔,点读卡带能够从主体壳体的开口装入或退出所述卡带腔;所述点读卡带装入卡带腔时,封闭所述开口;或者是所述主体壳体的开口上设有盖板,当点读卡带从开口装入卡带腔内时,盖板能够盖合封闭所述开口。此方案中,主体壳体的卡带腔用于放置点读卡带,安装时将点读卡带完全包裹在卡带腔内部,采用点读卡带直接封闭所述开口或者是盖板盖合封闭所述开口,起到隐藏装配的效果,外形上更加一体化。
作为优选,所述卡带壳体上构建第一卷仓和第二卷仓的壳体部分相较于平板区凸出,平板区与其两侧的壳体部分形成凹口,平板区处于凹口底部;所述主机壳体在卡带腔的中部设置有凸台,点读芯体板处于凸台上;当所述点读卡带安装于主机内时,点读卡带上构建第一卷仓和第二卷仓的壳体部分处于凸台两侧的卡带腔内,点读卡带的平板区与点读窗口处于凸台与主机窗口之间的卡带腔内。该技术方案中,第一卷仓和第二卷仓用于存放卷轴及其上套卷的卷式点读书,相对空间较大;平板区处于凹口底部,如此平板区与其对应的点读窗口之间的卡带壳体厚度较薄。同时,在主机壳体的卡带腔内设置凸台设置点读芯体板,使点读窗口更加接近点读机的点读芯体板,点读更加精准。另外,基于上述凹凸配合的结构,也能够实现点读卡带与主机的快速对准、安装,插接更为方便。
作为优选,所述卡带腔内部设置有朝向开口的按压式反弹器,卡带壳体的外侧壁上还设有用于卡接按压式反弹器的卡钩;当点读卡带完全安装于主机内时,卡钩卡接按压式反弹器时。该技术方案中,基于按压式反弹器和卡钩,可实现点读卡带与主机的卡接固定或解锁,使用非常方便。装卡带时,将点读卡带从开口推入卡带腔,使卡钩卡接按压式反弹器即可;拆卡带时,继续按压一下即可使卡钩与按压式反弹器解锁,并通过按压式反弹器将点读卡带从开口处退出一段距离,便于手持、取下。
作为优选,所述传动部件为套设于卷轴端部上的传动套或传动齿轮,传动套的输入端或传动齿轮的齿圈部分露出于卡带壳体外侧;输出轴与传动套套接或者是输出轴上设有输出齿轮与传动齿轮相啮合。
作为优选,所述卷式点读书的每一帧画面上均布置有表征画面页码的页码标识;动力组件包括驱动电机,以及与驱动电机输出端传动连接的输出轴,两组动力组件的输出轴分别连接两根卷轴上的传动部件;所述卷式点读书的页码标识经过识别器上方时,识别器获取页码标识反馈给控制单元,同时控制单元能够发送停机信号给驱动电机。
本方案中的动力组件采用驱动电机,驱动电机通过输出轴驱动卷轴旋转,从而控制对卷式点读书的收卷。进一步地,该方案在识别器获取页码标识反馈给控制单元的同时,通过 控制单元能够发送停机信号给驱动电机,使驱动电机能够精确停机。如此在进行页面切换时,驱动电机能够精确地带动卷式点读书切换至对应的页码,使该页码的画面能够准确、完整的铺设在点读芯体板上,进而确保画面中的文字和图案能够与点读芯体板内的触点相对应,不会产生错位、点读内容不正确的问题。
在进一步方案中,所述主机上还设有分别控制两组动力组件的指令输入部件。指令输入部件可分别控制两组动力组件工作,进而实现对卷式点读书进带或倒带的控制。指令输入部件可以是触屏、按键或感应的方式,具体方案是,所述指令输入部件包括分别控制两组动力组件的前进键和后退键。
作为优选,所述卷式点读书的上布置有表征书卷信息的内容标识,点读系统包括能够读取上述内容标识的识别器;所述卷式点读书运行过程中,卷式点读书的内容标识经过识别器上方;识别器读取上述内容标识后,控制单元能够从云端获取与该内容标识相对应的点读资料。
该方案中,卷式点读书的上布置有表征书卷信息的内容标识,主机内的点读系统包括与云端数据连接的控制单元和读取上述内容标识的识别器。使用时,动力组件通过卷轴带动卷式点读书运转过程中经过点读芯体板上方,识别器读取上述内容标识后,控制单元能够从云端获取与该内容标识相对应的点读资料。
如此,在进行更换卷式点读书的时候,主机内部即便没有预先储存卷式点读书对应的点读资料,也可从云端获取对应的点读资料。厂家可基于上述结构,对于点读机的内容迭代、更新,用户也可基于需要后期增购、选配卷式点读书,使用时会自动从云端获取点读资料包。
需要说明的是,上述识别器读取上述内容标识后,控制单元从云端精准定位服务器音频库,下载点读资料。这部分内容均是现有技术,不属于本案的创新点,在此不做展开。
在其中一种方案中,该点读机采用云点读技术,即在点读机中不配备存储器,控制单元从云端获取与该内容标识相对应的点读资料暂时缓存在缓存器中。基于点读指令及时从云端服务器音频库中获取点读资料实时播放,该点读机需联网使用,其功能类似现有的音频播放器“天猫精灵”。
在另外一种实施方案中,所述点读系统还包括用于存储点读资料的存储器;在所述识别器读取上述内容标识后,控制单元先从存储器搜寻对应的点读资料;在存储器中未寻得对应的点读资料情况下,控制单元从云端下载与该内容标识相对应的点读资料至存储器。即该方案中,当识别器读取上述内容标识后,点读机先判断该终端内部是否储存有对应的点读资料,如有对应的点读资料,可直接进行点读学习。但终端内部没有对应的点读资料情况下,控制单元从云端下载与该内容标识相对应的点读资料至存储器,下载完成后才能进行点读学 习。
作为优选,所述主机壳体包括手柄部壳体,以及可拆卸连接在手柄部壳体上的插接部壳体;所述两组动力组件的驱动电机安装于手柄部壳体内部,且输出轴穿过手柄部壳体伸入插接部壳体的卡带腔内。

在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两 个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
如图1~10所示,本实施例涉及一种儿童学习用点读机,包括主机1和可拆卸连接于主机1上的点读卡带2。
其中的点读卡带2如图3-6所示,包括卡带壳体21,以及设置于卡带壳体21内部且表面记载有文字或图案的卷式点读书22。卷式点读书22上的这些文字图案包括母语和/或外语的单字、单词、成语、诗歌等文字,也包括印制的各种动物、山水、名胜古迹等图形。此外,卷式点读书22的上布置有表征书卷信息的内容标识,以及在每一帧画面上均布置有表征画面页码的页码标识,上述的内容标识和页码标识可以是不同的标识,并通过不同的识别器进行识别,也可以是内容标识与所述卷式点读书22的第一帧画面上的页码标识相同,即为同一个标识,并共用同一个识别器进行识别。如此,在更换点读卡带2时,需先将卷式点读书22调整至第一帧画面,此时识别器识别上述标识时,控制单元一方面判断该卷式点读书22的信息,是否具备该卷式点读书22的点读资料;另一方面也判断上述是否达到卷式点读书22的第一帧画面【即第一页】。
图5和6中所示,卡带壳体21内部至少形成有第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24,第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24内均设置有卷轴25,卷轴25转动定位于第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24内,卷轴25的下端套接有传动部件,传动部件至少部分露出于卡带壳体21外侧用于连接主机1上的动力组件。在具体的实施方案中,所述传动部件为套设于卷轴25端部上的传动套26,传动套26的输入端露出于卡带壳体21外侧。此方案中通过传动套26套设于卷轴25端部上且部分露出于卡带壳体21外侧,能够连接点读机上的动力组件。在另外一种实施方案中,传动部件为套设于卷轴25端部上的传动齿轮,传动齿轮套设于卷轴25端部上,可以是将卷轴端部伸出于卡带壳体21,然后将传动齿轮整体设置于卡带壳体21,此方案找那个的传动齿轮易于损坏。在更为优选的方案中,传动齿轮的齿圈部分露出于卡带壳体21外侧,如此可使传动齿轮整体隐藏在卡带壳体21中,避免损坏。
所述卷式点读书22的两端部均绕卷在第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24的卷轴25上,卡带 壳体21在第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24之间形成有点读窗口211,卷式点读书22的中部经过所述点读窗口211。如此,该方案将卷式点读书22安装于卡带壳体21内部构成完整且独立于点读机的点读卡带2。拆卸、更换时可将点读卡带2整体从点读机中取下。安装使用时,将点读卡带2装入点读机中,基于传动部件与主机1上的动力组件连接,即可带动卷式点读书22切换页码。上述方案中的点读窗口211可以是镂空的,但更优选的方案是在所述卡带壳体21的点读窗口211上设置有透明的点读面板27,点读面板27封闭所述点读窗口211。点读面板27封闭所述点读窗口211可将卷式点读书22完全封闭在壳体内腔内部,起到对卷式点读书22的防护作用,避免破损或落灰,同时因点读面板27为透明面板,也不会影响儿童观察卷式点读书22上的内容。在具体的实施方案中,卡带壳体21包括下壳体21a和上壳体21b,点读窗口211开设在上壳体21b上,上壳体21b、下壳体21a和点读窗口211上的点读面板27构建成封闭的壳体内腔。
此外,所述卡带壳体21底部形成有平板区28与所述点读窗口211相对应,卷式点读书22经过所述点读窗口211时,平板区28支撑所述卷式点读书22。该技术方案中,平板区28的设置为了对卷式点读书22提供一定支撑,儿童点读时能够将局部压力通过平板区28传递到点读机的点读芯体板上。如图4所示,所述卡带壳体21上构建第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24的壳体部分相较于平板区28凸出,平板区28与其两侧的壳体部分形成凹口281,平板区28处于凹口281底部。该技术方案中,第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24用于存放卷轴25及其上套卷的卷式点读书22,相对空间较大。平板区28处于凹口281底部,如此平板区28与其对应的点读窗口211之间的卡带壳体21厚度较薄,使点读窗口211更加接近点读机的点读芯体板,点读更加精准。此外,所述平板区28两侧的卡带壳体21内部均转动设置有传动滚轴29,卷式点读书22经过所述传动滚轴29,传动滚轴29用于将卷式点读书22引导进入平板区28与点读窗口211之间。该技术方案中,传动滚轴29用于引导卷式点读书22,一方面使卷式点读书22贴合平板区28,另一方面也使卷式点读书22转向更加顺利。
最后,所述卡带壳体21的外侧壁上还设有用于卡接固定主机1的卡钩20。基于该卡钩20可实现点读卡带2与点读机的连接固定,保证在使用时点读卡带2与点读机不松动,具体连接方式在下文中结合主机1描述。
如图7-10所示,所述的主机1包括主机壳体11,以及设置于主机壳体11内的点读系统和两组动力组件。所述的点读系统包括点读芯体板12,以及与云端数据连接的控制单元,以及用于存储点读资料的存储器,以及用于播放音频信息的播放器13,以及读取页码标识和内容标识的识别器14。
所述主机壳体11包括手柄部壳体11a,以及可拆卸连接在手柄部壳体11a上的插接部 壳体11b。所述两组动力组件安装于手柄部壳体11a内部,插接部壳体11b内部构建有一端设置开口的卡带腔101。其中的两组动力组件分别用于连接点读卡带2中的两根卷轴25,动力组件包括驱动电机15,以及与驱动电机15输出端传动连接的输出轴16。图中所示,驱动电机15的电机轴与输出轴16之间时通过齿轮组17相联动,其中的驱动电机15安装于手柄部壳体11a内部,且输出轴16穿过手柄部壳体11a伸入插接部壳体11b的卡带腔101内。上述方案中,卷轴25上的传动部件为套设于卷轴25端部上的传动套26或传动齿轮,且传动套26的输入端或传动齿轮的齿圈部分露出于卡带壳体21外侧;此处的所述动力组件的输出轴16通过直接与传动套26插接的方式或者是通过输出齿轮与传动齿轮啮合的方式驱动卷轴25。
在其它可替换的方案中,动力组件还可以是由摇杆、旋钮等方式输入动力的结构,其采用人工驱动的方式带动卷轴及其上的卷式点读书22运动,但如背景技术中所指会存在着卷式点读书上的文字或图案位置与识别面板上的触点不对应的情况。
所述主机壳体11的插接部壳体11b上设有与卡带腔101相通的主机窗口102,点读卡带2能够从主体壳体的开口装入或退出所述卡带腔101,点读卡带2安装于主机1内时,点读窗口211与主机窗口102相对应。其中一种方案中,当所述点读卡带2装入主机壳体11的卡带腔101时,封闭所述开口。另一种方案中【图略】,所述主体壳体的开口上设有盖板,当点读卡带2从开口装入卡带腔101内时,盖板能够盖合封闭所述开口。此方案中,主体壳体的卡带腔101用于放置点读卡带2,安装时将点读卡带2完全包裹在卡带腔101内部,采用点读卡带2直接封闭所述开口或者是盖板盖合封闭所述开口,起到隐藏装配的效果,外形上更加一体化。且进一步地,所述卡带腔101内部设置有朝向开口的按压式反弹器18,卡带壳体21的外侧壁上还设有用于卡接按压式反弹器18的卡钩20。基于按压式反弹器18和卡钩20,可实现点读卡带2与主机1的卡接固定或解锁,使用非常方便。装卡带时,将点读卡带2从开口推入卡带腔101,使卡钩20卡接按压式反弹器18即可。拆卡带时,继续按压一下即可使卡钩20与按压式反弹器18解锁,并通过按压式反弹器18将点读卡带2从开口处退出一段距离,便于手持、取下。
如图8所示,所述主机壳体11在卡带腔101的中部设置有凸台103,点读芯体板12处于凸台103上,且上述方案中的按压式反弹器18也设置在凸台103靠近开口的一侧侧壁内。当所述点读卡带2安装于主机1内时,点读卡带2上构建第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24的壳体部分处于凸台103两侧的卡带腔101内,点读卡带2的平板区28与点读窗口211处于凸台103与主机窗口102之间的卡带腔101内。该技术方案中,第一卷仓23和第二卷仓24用于存放卷轴25及其上套卷的卷式点读书22,相对空间较大。平板区28处于凹口281底部,如此平板区28与其对应的点读窗口211之间的卡带壳体21厚度较薄。同时,在主机壳体11的 卡带腔101内设置凸台103设置点读芯体板12,使点读窗口211更加接近点读机的点读芯体板12,点读更加精准。另外,基于上述凹凸配合的结构,也能够实现点读卡带2与主机1的快速对准、安装,插接更为方便。
概括来说,上述结构中的点读机包括主机1和可拆卸连接于主机1上的点读卡带2,其中的主机1内置有点读系统和动力组件,点读系统包括点读芯体板12,以及用于播放音频信息的播放器13。点读卡带2则内置有卷式点读书22,卷式点读书22的两端绕卷在卡带壳体21内的两根卷轴25上。在将点读卡带2安装在主机1上时,主机1内的动力组件的输出端连接并驱动卡带壳体21内的卷轴25,从而驱动卷式点读书22运转而切换页码,卷式点读书22运转过程中经过点读芯体板12与主机窗口102之间,儿童可通过主机窗口102进行点读。
基于上述结构,主机1和点读卡带2分离设置,卷式点读书22被设置于点读卡带2内部。用户在需要更换点读内容时,仅需直接更换点读卡带2即可,相比于背景技术中需要拆卸卷书轴,绕卷卷式点读书22的方式,该方案明显方便、高效地多。用户可十分方便的拆装、更换点读卡带2,操作方便。更可任意选配不同内容的点读卡带2,拓展性较强。进一步地,此结构中无需对卷式点读书22单独拆卸,可将卷式点读书22两端夹设或粘连固定在卷轴25,不会存在一侧卷书轴被抽空的情况,对于单个点读卡带2可随意进行进带或倒带操作。
进一步的方案中,当所述点读卡带2安装于主机1内,且所述驱动电机15驱动卷轴25旋转过程中,卷式点读书22经过所述点读芯体板12上方,卷式点读书22的页码标识经过识别器14上方。所述识别器14获取页码标识反馈给控制单元,同时控制单元能够发送停机信号给驱动电机15。此方案中的动力组件采用驱动电机15,驱动电机15通过输出轴16驱动卷轴25旋转,从而控制对卷式点读书22的收卷。进一步地,该方案在识别器14获取页码标识反馈给控制单元的同时,通过控制单元能够发送停机信号给驱动电机15,使驱动电机15能够精确停机。如此在进行页面切换时,驱动电机15能够精确地带动卷式点读书22切换至对应的页码,使该页码的画面能够准确、完整的铺设在点读芯体板12上,进而确保画面中的文字和图案能够与点读芯体板12内的触点相对应,不会产生错位、点读内容不正确的问题。
如图中所示,主机1上还设有分别控制两组动力组件的指令输入部件。指令输入部件可分别控制两组动力组件工作,进而实现对卷式点读书22进带或倒带的控制。指令输入部件可以是触屏、按键或感应的方式,具体方案是,所述指令输入部件包括分别控制两组动力组件的前进键和后退键。
进一步的方案中,所述控制单元通过通信模块与云端数据连接,卷式点读书22运行过程中,卷式点读书22的内容标识经过识别器14上方。识别器14读取上述内容标识后, 控制单元先从存储器搜寻对应的点读资料。在存储器中未寻得点读资料的情况下,控制单元从云端下载与该内容标识相对应的点读资料至存储器。该方案中,卷式点读书22的上布置有表征书卷信息的内容标识,主机1内的点读系统包括与云端数据连接的控制单元和读取上述内容标识的识别器14。使用时,动力组件通过卷轴25带动卷式点读书22运转过程中经过点读芯体板12上方,当识别器14读取上述内容标识后,点读机先判断该终端内部是否储存有对应的点读资料,如有对应的点读资料,可直接进行点读学习。但终端内部没有对应的点读资料情况下,控制单元从云端下载与该内容标识相对应的点读资料至存储器,下载完成后才能进行点读学习。
如此,在进行更换卷式点读书22的时候,主机1内部即便没有预先储存卷式点读书22对应的点读资料,也可从云端获取对应的点读资料。厂家可基于上述结构,对于点读机的内容迭代、更新,用户也可基于需要后期增购、选配卷式点读书22,使用时会自动从云端获取点读资料包。
需要说明的是,上述识别器14读取上述内容标识后,控制单元从云端精准定位服务器音频库,下载点读资料,这部分内容均是现有技术。可选用于无线局域网(WLAN)的天线、移动数据无线电技术诸如LTE、UMTS或者它们的前身或后续。由于存在用于从英特网中接收数据的单元,产生如下的可能性:控制单元从英特网中下载含有需播放的、一定数据格式的音频信息的数据。通过这种方式,该点读机能够播放未储存在该设备中的音频信息。在此,控制单元可以构造为它从英特网中接收数据并且将其持久地存储在存储器中并且以存储在存储器中的数据为基础进行对用于播放音频信息的播放器的操控。
在另一种实施方案中,点读机采用云点读技术,即在点读机中不配备存储器,基于点读指令及时从云端服务器音频库中获取点读资料实时播放,该点读机需联网使用,将从云端中接收的数据暂时缓存在缓存器中,但没有存储器用于长期储存,其功能类似现有的音频播放器“天猫精灵”。
上述方案中的点读芯体板12采用触点式点读板,触点式点读板为现有技术,不是本案创新点;图中所示设置12个按压触点,按压触点外的区域点读机会进行报错。识别器14识别内容标识和/或页码标识是可以采用现有的任意一种识别方案,如可参考背景技术中记载的公告号为“CN113160628A”的识别方案。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个 或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:包括主机(1)和可拆卸连接于主机(1)上的点读卡带(2);所述主机(1)内置有点读系统和动力组件,点读系统至少包括点读芯体板(12),以及用于播放音频信息的播放器(13);主体壳体的上设有与点读芯体板(12)相对应的主机窗口(102);所述点读卡带(2)内置有表面记载文字或图案的卷式点读书(22),卷式点读书(22)的两端部绕卷在卡带壳体(21)内的两根卷轴(25)上;所述点读卡带(2)安装于主机(1)内时,动力组件的输出端连接并驱动卡带壳体(21)内的卷轴(25),卷式点读书(22)经过所述点读芯体板(12)与主机窗口(102)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卡带壳体(21)内部至少形成有第一卷仓(23)和第二卷仓(24),卡带壳体(21)在第一卷仓(23)和第二卷仓(24)之间形成有点读窗口(211);所述第一卷仓(23)和第二卷仓(24)内均设置有卷轴(25),卷式点读书(22)的两端部均绕卷在第一卷仓(23)和第二卷仓(24)的卷轴(25)上;所述卷式点读书(22)的中部经过所述点读窗口(211);点读卡带(2)安装于主机(1)内时,点读窗口(211)与主机窗口(102)相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卡带壳体(21)的点读窗口(211)上设置有透明的点读面板(27),点读面板(27)封闭所述点读窗口(211);当点读卡带(2)安装于主机(1)内时,点读面板(27)位于主机窗口(102)内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卡带壳体(21)底部形成有平板区(28)与所述点读窗口(211)相对应,卷式点读书(22)经过所述点读窗口(211)时,平板区(28)支撑所述卷式点读书(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述主体壳体内部形成有一端设置开口的卡带腔(101),点读卡带(2)能够从主体壳体的开口装入或退出所述卡带腔(101);所述点读卡带(2)装入卡带腔(101)时,封闭所述开口;或者是所述主体壳体的开口上设有盖板,当点读卡带(2)从开口装入卡带腔(101)内时,盖板能够盖合封闭所述开口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卡带壳体(21)上构建第一卷仓(23)和第二卷仓(24)的壳体部分相较于平板区(28)凸出,平板区(28)与其两侧的壳体部分形成凹口(281),平板区(28)处于凹口(281)底部;所述主机壳体(11)在卡带腔(101)的中部设置有凸台(103),点读芯体板(12)处于凸台(103)上;当所述点读卡带(2)安装于主机(1)内时,点读卡带(2)上构建第一卷仓(23)和第二 卷仓(24)的壳体部分处于凸台(103)两侧的卡带腔(101)内,点读卡带(2)的平板区(28)与点读窗口(211)处于凸台(103)与主机窗口(102)之间的卡带腔(101)内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卡带腔(101)内部设置有朝向开口的按压式反弹器(18),卡带壳体(21)的外侧壁上还设有用于卡接按压式反弹器(18)的卡钩(20);当点读卡带(2)完全安装于主机(1)内时,卡钩(20)卡接按压式反弹器(18)时。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述传动部件为套设于卷轴(25)端部上的传动套(26)或传动齿轮,传动套(26)的输入端或传动齿轮的齿圈部分露出于卡带壳体(21)外侧;所述输出轴(16)与传动套(26)套接或者是输出轴(16)上设有输出齿轮与传动齿轮相啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卷式点读书(22)的每一帧画面上均布置有表征画面页码的页码标识;动力组件包括驱动电机(15),以及与驱动电机(15)输出端传动连接的输出轴(16),两组动力组件的输出轴(16)分别连接两根卷轴(25)上的传动部件;所述卷式点读书(22)的页码标识经过识别器(14)上方时,识别器(14)获取页码标识反馈给控制单元,同时控制单元能够发送停机信号给驱动电机(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述卷式点读书(22)的上布置有表征书卷信息的内容标识,点读系统包括能够读取上述内容标识的识别器(14);所述卷式点读书(22)运行过程中,卷式点读书(22)的内容标识经过识别器(14)上方;识别器(14)读取上述内容标识后,控制单元能够从云端获取与该内容标识相对应的点读资料。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述点读系统还包括用于存储点读资料的存储器;在所述识别器(14)读取上述内容标识后,控制单元先从存储器搜寻对应的点读资料;在存储器中未寻得对应的点读资料情况下,控制单元从云端下载与该内容标识相对应的点读资料至存储器。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种儿童学习用点读机,其特征在于:所述点读系统不包括用于存储点读资料的存储器,在所述识别器(14)读取上述内容标识后,控制单元从云端获取与该内容标识相对应的点读资料暂时缓存在缓存器中。
