Description

一种带冲洗抽吸功能的软硬结合内窥镜 技术领域
本发明属于内窥镜器械技术领域,具体涉及一种带冲洗抽吸功能的软硬结合内窥镜。
背景技术
内窥镜是集中了传统光学、人体工程学、精密机械、现代电子、数学、软件等于一体的检测仪器。一个具有图像传感器、光学镜头、光源照明、机械装置等,它可以经口腔进入胃内或经其他天然孔道进入体内。利用内窥镜可以看到X射线不能显示的病变,因此它对医生非常有用;根据内镜的构造特点,内窥镜可分为软式内镜和硬式内镜;
硬式内镜主要进入人体无菌组织、器官或者经外科切口进入人体无菌腔室,如腹腔镜、胸腔镜、关节镜、椎间盘镜、脑室镜等;由于硬式内窥镜镜身本体不可弯折,其路径只可为直线,但是在部分腔道内由于弯折角度影响,硬式的镜身无法顺利进入,给镜检造成阻碍;并且目前的硬式内窥镜只可起到提供腔道内图像视野的作用,但是当腔道内由于血液等形成视野遮挡时,硬式内窥镜无法处理;另外目前的硬镜查看图像的方式为通过硬镜上的目镜,目镜肉眼查看图像不够清晰,并且旁人无法看到;或将图像传输至体积较大的图像接收端,不方便携带可移动。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种带冲洗抽吸功能的软硬结合内窥镜,该内窥镜头端为镜身可弯曲的软镜部分,后端为正常硬镜结构,镜身内设置冲洗通道和引流通道,可以对腔道内进行冲洗且将冲洗液引出,保证腔道内视野的清晰;
为了达到上述技术目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种带冲洗抽吸功能的软硬结合内窥镜,其特征在于,包括:硬镜外管、软镜外管,所述硬镜外管头端连接软镜外管,硬镜外管尾端连接操作柄,操作柄尾端可拆卸的连接显像设备;软镜外管和硬镜外管内部设 置有导光纤维排布通道、图像传输线及内撑条通道、冲洗通道、引流通道;其中在导光纤维排布通道内分布有导光纤维,图像传输线及内撑条通道内可活动的设置有内撑条;
优选的,所述操作柄上侧连接光源连接端,导光纤维的尾端与光源连接端对接,光源连接端上可拆卸的安装光源;
优选的,所述操作柄下侧分别连接着负压设备连接端和冲洗设备连接端,冲洗通道尾端与冲洗设备连接端对接,引流通道尾端与负压设备连接端对接;
优选的,所述图像传输线及内撑条通道尾端连接显像连接端,显像连接端上可拆卸的与显像设备对接;在图像传输线及内撑条通道穿过图像传输线和一条内撑条,且内撑条尾端从图像传输线及内撑条通道穿出,再穿过操作柄位于外部连接手柄;图像传输线头端连接微型摄像头,尾端连接显像连接端;
优选的,所述内撑条选用可弯曲且具有支撑性的材质制作。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计的硬式内窥镜,在传统硬镜的基础上做出突出的改进,在硬式镜身前端设计软式镜身,方便进入一些硬式镜身无法进入的腔道;装置设计有冲洗和引流功能,可以对腔道血液进行冲洗,并将冲洗液引出,方便暴露清晰的视野;另外,装置可直接对接便携移动式的显像设备,通过便携移动式显像设备一方面可清晰观察腔道图像视野,另一方面也方便旁人进行腔道图像观察。
