行李箱是日常放置物品和出行用品,在用户的长短途出行中起到了很大的作用,但常规的行李箱也存在一定的问题,一般而言符合登机尺寸的行李箱(航空公司登记尺寸要求为高度不超过55厘米、宽度不超过40厘米、厚度不超过20厘米或者长宽高三者之和不超过115厘米,不论是硬箱还是软箱,存在一个最大的载物容积,而且相对是刚性的容量,如果恰好有部分超出刚性容量的物品,就无法妥善收纳在行李箱中;而如果强行收纳额外的物品导致行李箱鼓起而变形,会对箱内物品和行李箱本身造成潜在的损坏,而且在登机安检时就无法通过尺寸检查,需要花费额外的时间办理手续和下飞机后等待接收托运的行李。常规行李箱功能较为单一,除了存放衣物,起到运输行李箱的作用,通常存放于家里、交通工具或酒店里,使用功能和使用场景有局限性。因此,需要设计一种软硬结合的折叠结构,降低行李箱运输的成本和收纳的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型是要提出一种可折叠行李箱,用于降低行李箱运输的成本和收纳的空间。

本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用软硬结合的折叠结构,能降低行李箱运输的成本和收纳的空间。
当需要放置物品或运输物品时,将前盖拆卸,把左右侧箱壳和顶箱壳和底箱壳向外展开,从而使得行李箱的整体容积变大,能够装入更多的物品。
当需要收纳时,将前箱壳拆卸,把左右侧箱壳和顶箱壳和底箱壳向内折叠至后箱壳内部,将前箱壳与后拉链齿通过可拆卸拉链结合为收纳状态。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示,一种可折叠行李箱,由前箱壳1、后箱壳2、顶箱壳3、底箱壳9、侧箱壳4、角连接片5组成,其间由缝线连接。前箱壳1、后箱壳2、顶箱壳3、底箱壳9、侧箱壳4组成行李箱的箱体。角连接片分别设置在箱体的左上,右上,左下,右下角,并与顶箱壳3,底箱壳9,侧箱壳4通过缝线连接,构成一个折叠模组。该折叠模组与前箱壳1通过前拉链7连接,与后箱壳2通过后连接条6和缝线连接。后连接条6上通过缝线连接后拉链齿8。
优选的,箱体的箱壳部分为硬质,如ABS,PC,PP等硬质塑胶材质,可缝纫。
优选的,角连接片5与后连接条6为软质面料,如尼龙面料,聚酯纤维,超纤,皮革,等柔性材质,容易弯折。
优选的,前箱壳1与折叠模组之间的前拉链7可拆卸,后连接条6上缝有后拉链齿8,前箱壳1上的前拉链7的拉链齿可与后拉链齿8结合为收纳状态。
优选的,顶箱壳3的顶面,侧箱壳4呈均梯形,角连接片5展开亦为梯形,可保证强度的同时,满足折叠的功能需求。
如图4所示,底箱壳9的左、右两侧各连接一角连接片5,顶箱壳3的左、右两侧也各连接一角连接片5。底箱壳9和顶箱壳3左侧的两角连接片5之间连接一所述侧箱壳4,底箱壳9和顶箱壳3右侧的两角连接片5之间连接另一所述侧箱壳4,构成的所述折叠模组大致呈矩形的框架结构。
角连接片5为梯形,各个角连接片5的较长的底边均位于同一侧,即连接前箱壳1的一侧,以更方便于将底箱壳9、顶箱壳3、侧箱壳4的这一侧边缘向内收叠。
结合图6所示,前拉链7包括两条可咬合在一起的链齿70。前拉链7的一条所述链齿70连接在前箱壳1上,并且环绕前箱壳1的边缘一周。所述折叠模组的一侧边缘与后连接条6连接,所述折叠模组的另一侧边缘上则连接有前拉链7的另一条所述链齿70,并且链齿环绕折叠模组的边缘一周。借助前拉链7,可打开或者关闭前箱 壳1,也可以取下前箱壳1。
如图4至图5所示,折叠过程:拆卸掉前盖,左右侧箱壳4向内折叠至后箱壳2内部,再将顶箱壳3和底箱壳9向内折叠至后箱壳2内部。或先将顶箱壳3和底箱壳9向内折叠至后箱壳2内部,再将左右侧箱壳4向内折叠至后箱壳2内部。最后,将前盖与后拉链齿8通过可拆卸拉链结合为收纳状态。展开过程为反向操作。
如图7所示,前拉链7的连接于前箱壳1上的所述链齿70与后拉链齿8连接,将前箱壳1与后箱壳2固定在一起,折叠模组则容纳于前箱壳1与后箱壳2内。
如图8所示,本实施例中,前箱壳1上还设置有一条副链齿71,其相对地位于前拉链7设置在前箱壳1上的所述链齿70的外侧。如此设置,前箱壳1上设有两条链齿,即设置在前箱壳1上的所述链齿70以及所述副链齿71。
收纳时,所述副链齿71与所述后拉链齿8相互咬合连接,将前箱壳1与后箱壳2固定在一起。
前箱壳1上的所述链齿70上设有一拉片72,所述副链齿71上则设有另一拉片72,两个拉片72独立使用,更加方便。

  1. 一种可折叠行李箱,其特征在于:由前箱壳、后箱壳、顶箱壳、底箱壳、侧箱壳、角连接片组成,所述前箱壳、后箱壳、顶箱壳、底箱壳、侧箱壳组成行李箱的箱体,所述角连接片分别设置在箱体的左上,右上,左下,右下角,并与顶箱壳,底箱壳,侧箱壳通过缝线连接,构成一个折叠模组,所述折叠模组与前箱壳的前盖通过前拉链连接,与后箱壳的后盖通过后连接条和缝线连接,所述后连接条上通过缝线连接后拉链齿。
