背景技术
衣物处理装置,如洗衣机中的洗涤剂投放模块,其通过手压或电动的方式进行洗涤剂的投放,该类洗衣机的投放通道上通常设置阀门,用于开闭投放管路;然而,现有的阀门开闭方式比较繁琐、结构复杂,设计和安装成本都较高,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种阀门组件,所述阀门组件可以在投放装置投放完成后,使得外界空气无法进入投放腔室内,投放腔室内始终处于潮湿的环境,保证投放装置下一次投放的正常运行。同时,本申请提供的阀门组件,便于在投放装置内装配。
本申请还提出一种具有上述阀门组件的投放装置。
本申请还提出一种具有上述投放装置的洗涤设备。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的阀门组件,包括:密封部件,所述密封部件具有第一连接部;可移动的推杆,所述推杆具有第二连接部;所述密封部件的所述第一连接部与所述推杆的所述第二连接部可拆卸连接,所述推杆适于在按压作用下带动所述密封部件移动。

其中,密封部件11用于开闭投放装置的投放孔,推杆12在移动时可以带动密封部件11移动,从而打开或关闭投放孔。
根据本申请实施例的阀门组件10,通过设置密封部件11和推杆12,使推杆12在移动时可以带动密封部件11移动,从而利用密封部件11开闭投放孔,实现投放孔的开闭控制,不仅可以控制投放孔的出液规律,满足出液要求,而且能防止投放装置投放完成后投放腔长期暴露于外界大气环境中。
根据本申请的一些实施例,密封部件11包括安装座111,安装座111内设置安装槽,第一连接部设置在安装槽内,第二连接部延伸至安装槽内,从而使第二连接部与第一连接部连接,即推杆12与密封部件11插接配合并通过第一连接部与第二连接部实现连接,这样可以保证二者的连接可靠性。

如图2所示,在一些实施例中,密封件113还包括套筒1131,套筒1131与连接臂112配合,套筒1131可以套设在连接臂112的定位柱1121的外侧。进一步地,密封件113还包括密封圈,密封圈环绕套筒1131的周壁设置,从而利用密封圈可以与投放孔的孔沿2147配合,保证投放孔闭合的密封性。
在一些示例中,密封圈包括第一密封部1132,第一密封部1132环绕套筒1131,并且第一密封部1132靠近安装槽的一侧设置。
其中,第一密封部1132包括第三密封唇边,第三密封唇边沿套筒1131的径向朝外倾斜延伸,即第三密封唇边从靠近套筒1131的中心轴线的方向至远离套筒1131的中心 轴线的方向倾斜延伸。阀门组件10在关闭投放孔的过程中,即阀门组件10从图9示出的位置朝上移动至图8示出的位置,第三密封唇边插入投放孔,可以与投放孔的孔沿2147在径向上过盈配合,从而实现密封,由于第三密封唇边具有一定斜度,因此第三密封唇边还可以起到导向作用。
如图2所示,在一些示例中,密封圈还包括第二密封部1133,第二密封部1133位于第一密封部1132的远离安装槽的一侧。
其中,第二密封部1133包括第一密封唇边11331和第二密封唇边11332,第一密封唇边11331和第二密封唇边11332分别环绕套筒1131,第一密封唇边11331沿套筒1131的径向朝靠近第一密封部1132的方向倾斜延伸,第二密封唇边11332位于第一密封部1132和第一密封唇边11331之间,第二密封唇边11332沿套筒1131的径向朝远离第一密封唇边11331的方向倾斜延伸。
也就是说,第一密封唇边11331和第二密封唇边11332的内圈相连且外圈朝远离彼此的方向延伸,从而使第二密封部1133形成截面为V形的双层密封结构。
阀门组件10在关闭投放孔的过程中,第三密封唇边插入投放孔,可以与投放孔的孔沿2147在径向上过盈配合,从而实现密封,由于第三密封唇边具有一定斜度,因此第三密封唇边还可以起到导向作用。
进一步地,当阀门组件10移动到位之后,第二密封部1133与投放孔的一侧表面紧贴,具体地,第一密封唇边11331与投放孔的一侧表面(例如,投放孔的下端开口所在的平面)配合,从而实现端面密封。
由此,本申请中的密封件113具有双重密封功能,阀门组件10在关闭投放孔的过程中,可以提高密封的可靠性。
下面结合附图1-图12描述根据本申请实施例的投放装置100。
如图3所示,根据本申请一些实施例的投放装置100包括投放腔,投放腔具有投放孔,阀门组件10用于开闭投放孔。
由于根据本申请实施例的阀门组件10具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的投放装置100也具有上述技术效果,即通过采用上述阀门组件10,可以实现投放孔的开闭控制,可以控制投放孔的出液规律,满足出液要求,并且可以保证投放腔的密封性,避免能防止投放装置100投放完成后投放腔长期暴露于外界大气环境中。
在一些实施例中,投放装置100包括喷头体20,投放腔213和投放孔设于喷头体20,投放孔与投放腔213连通,密封部件11可以设于投放腔213内,推杆12可以设于投放腔213外。
如图1、图6和图11所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,投放装置100还包括复位件14,复位件14套设于推杆12,复位件14可以驱动推杆12带动密封部件11朝关闭投放孔的方向移动。
具体地,阀门组件10在初始状态时,推杆12位于初始位置,此时,密封部件11关闭投放孔;推杆12在按压作用下移动,从而带动密封部件11移动,使密封部件11打开投放孔;当撤销对推杆12的按压作用时,推杆12在复位件14的作用下复位,即复位件14驱动推杆12朝初始位置移动,从而带动密封件11反向移动,使密封部件11关闭投放孔。
由此,通过设置复位件14,利用复位件14可以控制阀门组件10自动复位,使阀门 组件10关闭投放孔,结构简单,易于实现。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,投放装置100还具有安装孔216,推杆12的一端穿过安装孔216以与密封部件11配合,推杆12上套设有垫片13,垫片13位于投放腔213外,复位件14止抵垫片13以使垫片13覆盖安装孔216的孔壁与推杆12之间的间隙。
由此,通过设置垫片13,不仅可以防止复位件14落入安装孔216内无法起到复位作用,而且可以覆盖安装孔216的孔壁与推杆12之间的间隙,防止发生漏液现象。
在一些实施例中,复位件14为弹簧,弹簧套设于推杆12,弹簧的一端可以止抵在推杆12上的凸台,弹簧的另一端止抵复位件14,保证安装可靠性和稳定性。
安装时,先将密封部件11装入投放腔213内,再将弹簧、垫片13依次套在推杆12上,然后将推杆12的一端从安装孔216插入投放腔213内,并将推杆12的一端与密封部件11连接。
当按压推杆12时,推杆12在外力作用下向下移动,同时挤压弹簧以使弹簧收缩,密封部件11打开投放孔;当撤销作用在推杆12上的外力时,推杆12在弹簧的作用下回到初始位置并通过密封部件11关闭投放孔。
在一些实施例中,推杆12沿竖直方向延伸,投放装置100还包括驱动部件50,驱动部件50倾斜延伸,驱动部件50与推杆12配合,驱动部件50适于在倾斜按压下驱动推杆12向下移动以带动密封部件11打开投放孔。通过设置驱动部件50,可以方便驱动推杆12向下移动。
在一些实施例中,推杆12的靠近驱动部件50的一端设置有凸台122,凸台122的朝向驱动部件50的一侧表面为半球形,从而使驱动部件50可以顺利地推动推杆12向下移动,保证运动的顺畅性。
此外,在投放装置100包括复位件14和垫片13的实施例中,复位件14的一端可以止抵凸台122且另一端止抵垫片13,保证复位件14的安装可靠性,从而保证阀门组件10可以正常工作。
如图3-图11所示,根据本申请另一些实施例的投放装置100包括投放泵70和驱动部件50。投放泵70与第一投放孔2145连通,投放泵70用于向第一投放孔2145内投放处理剂,驱动部件50适于被按压以驱动投放泵70向第一投放孔2145投放处理剂。这里的处理剂可以为洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂等。
进一步地,投放装置100还包括可移动的阀门组件10,阀门组件10用于开闭第一投放孔2145,驱动部件50适于被按压以驱动阀门组件10打开第一投放孔2145,同时驱动部件50可以驱动投放泵70向第一投放孔2145投放处理剂。
根据本申请实施例的投放装置100,利用驱动部件50,可以实现阀门组件10与投放泵70的联动,当按压驱动部件50时,投放泵70工作的同时阀门组件10打开投放孔,从而使处理剂从第一投放孔2145流出,当松开驱动部件50时,投放泵70停止工作,并且阀门组件10关闭投放孔,处理剂停止流出,控制方便,实现处理剂的定量投放,并且不会造成处理剂的浪费。
如图1、图6和图11所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,投放装置100还包括复位件14,复位件14与阀门组件10配合,用于驱动阀门组件10朝关闭第一投放孔2145的位置移动。
具体地,阀门组件10在初始状态时,阀门组件10关闭投放孔;当按压驱动部件50 时,驱动部件50驱动阀门组件10移动,从而使阀门组件10打开第一投放孔2145;当撤销对驱动部件50的按压作用时,阀门组件10在复位件14的作用下复位,即复位件14驱动阀门组件10朝初始位置移动,从而使阀门组件10关闭第一投放孔2145。
由此,通过设置复位件14,利用复位件14可以控制阀门组件10自动复位,使阀门组件10关闭第一投放孔2145,结构简单,易于实现。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,阀门组件10包括密封部件11和可移动的推杆12,密封部件11用于开闭第一投放孔2145,推杆12与密封部件11连接,推杆12适于在驱动部件50的按压作用下移动,推杆12移动时可以带动密封部件11移动,从而使密封部件11打开第一投放孔2145,复位件14与推杆12配合,复位件14可以驱动推杆12复位,从而带动密封部件11关闭第一投放孔2145。
由此,通过将阀门组件10设置为包括密封部件11和推杆12,并且与复位件14配合,可以实现第一投放孔2145的开闭控制,不仅可以防止发生漏液现象,而且可以控制第一投放孔2145的出液规律,满足出液要求。
如图12所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,驱动部件50具有驱动面524,驱动面524可以与阀门组件10滑动配合,在按压驱动部件50的过程中,驱动面524可以驱动阀门组件10移动,从而使阀门组件10打开第一投放孔2145。
具体地,推杆12的一端与密封部件11连接,推杆12的另一端与驱动面524滑动配合,在按压驱动部件50时,驱动部件50发生移动,从而驱动投放泵70工作,同时,驱动部件50的驱动面524可以推动推杆12移动,推杆12带动密封部件11移动,从而打开第一投放孔2145,在此过程中,复位件14被压缩以储存弹性势能。
当撤销对驱动部件50的按压作用时,驱动部件50朝初始位置移动,在驱动部件50向初始位置移动的过程中,驱动面524与推杆12脱离,推杆12在复位件14的作用下复位,从而带动密封部件11移动以关闭第一投放孔2145。
由此,驱动面524可以将驱动部件50向阀门组件10的运动方向的运动趋势传递到阀门组件10,以实现驱动部件50对阀门组件100的驱动,结构简单、装拆容易。
如图3、图10-图12所示,驱动部件50包括驱动按键51和传动件52,驱动按键51通过传动件52与投放泵70传动连接,从而控制投放泵70工作。
用户按压驱动按键51时,力传到至传动件52,传动件52可以带动投放泵70运行,从而使投放泵70投放处理剂,同时传动件52可以驱动阀门组件10移动,从而打开第一投放孔2145,实现处理剂的投放。
在一些实施例中,传动件52包括蜗轮蜗杆机构。
如图12和图13所示,在另一些实施例中,传动件52包括齿轮齿条机构,齿轮齿条机构的齿条521与驱动按键51配合,齿轮齿条机构的齿轮522与投放泵70配合,齿条521沿驱动部件50的移动方向延伸,例如齿条521可以沿水平方向延伸,也可以沿斜向下的方向延伸。
具体地,在按压驱动部件50时,齿条521同步移动,由于齿条521与齿轮522啮合,因此齿条521可以带动齿轮522转动,从而使投放泵70能够在齿轮522的驱动下进行运行,实现处理剂的投放。当撤销对驱动部件50的按压作用时,驱动部件50朝初始位置移动,从而使投放泵70停止运行,结构简单。
在一些实施例中,驱动按键51的内侧设有配合槽,传动件52包括与配合槽的底壁 止抵配合的配合板525,配合可靠。用户按压驱动按键51移动时,传动件52随着驱动按键51一起运动,从而驱动投放泵70工作。
如图1、图6、图11-图12所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,驱动部件50和投放泵70之间设有弹性件53,用于驱动驱动部件50朝初始位置移动,利用弹性件53可以控制驱动部件50自动复位,使阀门组件10关闭第一投放孔2145,以及,使投放泵70停止运行,从而停止处理剂的投放以及便于后续控制。
用户按压驱动按键51时,力传到至传动件52,齿条521同步移动,弹性件53被压缩,由于齿条521与齿轮522啮合,因此齿条521可以带动齿轮522转动,使投放泵70能够在齿轮522的驱动下进行运行,从而使投放泵70投放处理剂,同时传动件52可以驱动阀门组件10移动,复位件14被压缩,阀门组件10打开第一投放孔2145,实现处理剂的投放。
当撤销对驱动按键51的按压作用时,传动件52在弹性件53的作用下朝初始位置移动,从而使投放泵70停止运行,在驱动按键51和传动件52向初始位置移动的过程中,驱动面524与推杆12脱离,推杆12在复位件14的作用下复位,从而带动密封部件11移动以关闭第一投放孔2145。
其中,弹性件53设置在配合板525与投放泵70之间,以使驱动按键51朝初始位置移动。也就是说,当用户撤销对驱动按键51的按压作用时,弹性件53能够通过驱动传动件52而使驱动按键51回到初始位置,便于后续控制。
在一些实施例中,驱动部件50具有第一定位部523,投放泵70具有第二定位部703,弹性件53的两端分别与第一定位部523、第二定位部703配合,从而使弹性件53能够稳定地设置在驱动部件50与投放泵70之间,从而使驱动部件50实现稳定的复位。
如图10-图11所示,在一些示例中,第一定位部523/第二定位部703形成定位孔或定位柱,以实现更好的定位效果。
具体地,驱动部件50的朝向投放泵70的一侧具有第一定位部523,第一定位部523形成定位孔,投放泵70的朝向驱动部件50的一侧具有第二定位部703,第二定位部703形成定位柱,弹性件53形成弹簧,弹簧的一端插接至定位孔内且另一端套设在定位柱上,保证弹簧的安装可靠性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,投放装置100还具有第二投放孔2146,阀门组件10用于同时开闭第一投放孔2145和第二投放孔2146。通过设置第一投放孔2145和第二投放孔2146,可以增加单次投放的处理剂剂量;当其中一个投放孔失效时,可以利用另一个投放孔进行投放,不影响投放装置100的正常使用,保证用户的使用体验。
如图14所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,投放装置100还包括喷头体20,喷头体20具有投放腔213、第一投放孔2145和第二投放孔2146,第一投放孔2145、第二投放孔2146均与投放腔213连通,投放泵70设于喷头体20且与第一投放孔2145连通,以向投放腔213内投放处理剂。
在一些实施例中,喷头体20具有第一流道(未示出)和第二流道2143,第一投放孔2145连通第一流道和投放腔213,第二投放孔2146连通第二流道2143和投放腔213,第一流道和第二流道2143可以将各自内部的处理剂向投放腔213输送。通过设置第一流道和第二流道2143,可以增加单次投放的处理剂剂量;当其中一个流道失效时,可以利用另一个流道进行投放,不影响投放装置100的正常使用,保证用户的使用体验。
其中,喷头体20的顶部具有开口朝上的安装凹部215,投放泵70设于安装凹部215且位于第一流道的上方,第一流道与投放泵70连接,投放泵70工作时,可以将第一流道中的处理剂投放至投放腔213。也就是说,投放泵70可以控制第一流道的通断,当投放泵70被按压一次,则可以实现一次定量出液,从而实现处理剂的断续出液形式,当投放泵70不工作时,则可以断开第一流道,使第一流道无法投放处理剂。
在一些示例中,如图14所示,喷头体20具有通液孔2142,通液孔2142与第一流道连通,投放泵70的进口701与通液孔2142连通,投放泵70的出口702与第一投放孔2145连通。投放泵70工作时,可以将通液孔2142处的处理剂朝第一投放孔2145投放,从而实现处理剂的投放。
进一步地,第二流道2143中的处理剂适于在重力作用下进行自然投放,即,不需要单独设置动力部件以将第二流道2143中的处理剂投放至投放腔213,而是使处理剂依靠重力作用,自然流动至投放腔213,从而可以实现处理剂的连续出液形式。
在一些示例中,第二流道2143内设有过液孔2144,第一流道通过过液孔2144与第二流道2143连通,进入第二流道2143内的处理剂的一部分可以沿着第二流道2143的延伸方向朝第二投放孔2146流动,从而实现处理剂的连续出液形式,进入第二流道2143内的处理剂的另一部分可以通过过液孔2144进入第一流道,从而利于实现多种出液方式。
如图14和图15所示,在一些实施例中,喷头体20具有进液孔221,进液孔221与第二流道2143连通,喷头体20的顶部设有储存盒,储存盒的出液孔与进液孔221连通。具体地,储存盒内的处理剂可以从出液孔排出,然后通过进液孔221进入第二流道2143、第一流道内,从而可以利于实现多种出液形式,丰富了出液形式,从而满足用户不同场景下的使用需求。
在一些实施例中,喷头体20包括喷头本体21和盖板22,进液孔221设于盖板22,第二投放孔2146设于喷头本体21,喷头本体21和盖板22相连,从而限定出第二流道2143,喷头本体21和盖板22可以采用卡接方式实现连接,也可以通过紧固件实现连接,还可以通过焊接或者粘接方式实现连接,保证二者连接的可靠性。
其中,喷头本体21的上表面具有导流槽,导流槽的顶部敞开,盖板22设于喷头本体21,盖板22可以封闭导流槽的顶部开口,盖板22与导流槽限定出第二流道2143,结构简单、易于成型。
在一些示例中,盖板22设有环形凸筋222,环形凸筋222凸出于盖板22的表面,环形凸筋222环绕进液孔221,储存盒设有可拆卸的密封塞,储存盒可以通过密封塞与环形凸筋222配合。具体地,密封塞位于储存盒内,盖板22位于储存盒外,通过密封塞与环形凸筋222配合,可以实现储存盒与盖板22的连接,进而将储存盒固定在喷头体20上。其中,密封塞可以与环形凸筋222同心布置,利于装配的可靠性和密封性。
在一些具体示例中,密封塞可以形成单向出液通道,当储存盒与喷头体20分离时,密封塞处于封堵状态,储存盒内的液体不会从密封塞所在的位置处流出,当储存盒与喷头体20配合到位时,环形凸筋222内的凸柱止抵密封塞,使密封塞切换至导通状态,从而保证顺利出液。
在一些实施例中,阀门组件10和驱动部件50均设于喷头体20。驱动部件50与阀门组件10、投放泵70配合,从而在控制阀门组件10打开第一投放孔2145和第二投放 孔2146的同时,控制投放泵70工作。
如图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,喷头体20的顶部设有外饰部件60,外饰部件60限定出安装通道61,驱动部件50与安装通道61滑动配合。通过在外饰部件60设置安装通道61,利用安装通道61可以对驱动部件50的移动起到定位以及导向的作用。
具体地,驱动按键51可以在第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,驱动按键51在第一位置处与第二位置处能够被外饰部件60限位,从而避免驱动按键51脱离安装通道61。其中,第一位置在安装通道61的延伸方向上位于第二位置的外侧,在驱动按键51处于初始状态下,驱动按键51位于第一位置,用户通过按压驱动按键51,使驱动按键51沿着安装通道61向内移动,从而控制投放泵70工作。
如图15所示,在一些实施例中,投放装置100还包括抽屉30,抽屉30限定出溶解腔31,抽屉30在打开位置和关闭位置之间可推拉地设于投放腔213内,在抽屉30处于关闭位置时,抽屉30与投放腔213的底壁之间间隔开以限定出喷液流道33。
从第一投放孔2145和第二投放孔2146流出的处理剂进入溶解腔31内,水进入溶解腔31内与处理剂充分混合后,通过溶解腔31的出液口32进入投放腔213内,最终从投放腔213的底壁上的多个通孔或者抽屉30与投放腔213的底壁之间的喷液流道33排出,从而使洗涤设备的洗涤效果更好。
在一些实施例中,抽屉30的两个相背设置的侧壁分别具有导轨331,投放腔213的两个相对设置的侧壁分别具有导槽,两个导轨331和两个导槽一一对应地滑动配合,使抽屉30能够沿着导槽的延伸方向滑动,保证抽屉30可以顺利且稳定地开闭。并且投放腔213的侧壁上设置的导槽能够对抽屉30的导轨331进行支撑,使得抽屉30稳定地安装在投放腔213内。
如图15所示,在一些实施例中,投放装置100还包括分水板40,分水板40上开设有多个出水孔401,分水板40设于投放腔213内且位于抽屉30的上方,分水板40能够在水流进入溶解腔31内之前先对水流进行分流,确保水流均匀地流入溶解腔31内。
具体地,分水板40与投放腔213的顶壁限定出容水腔402,以利用容水腔402对水流进行缓冲,减缓水流的流速,使水流能够均匀的流入投放腔213内,进而使得水流与处理剂的混合更均匀。
如图15所示,分水板40与投放腔213的顶壁可以通过多个紧固件实现连接,保证分水板40的安装可靠性。
其中,分水板40具有用于避让第一投放孔2145的避让孔403,即避让孔403可以避开阀门组件10,既保证了处理剂可以直接进入投放腔213内,避免处理剂投放到容水腔402内,又可以保证阀门组件10能够正常开闭第一投放孔2145和第二投放孔2146。
下面描述根据本申请实施例的洗涤设备。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤设备包括根据上述实施例所述的投放装置100。这里的投放装置100可以为衣物处理装置(例如洗衣机或者洗干一体机)、洗碗机等。
由于根据本申请实施例的投放装置100具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的洗涤设备也具有上述技术效果,即采用上述投放装置100,可以实现处理剂的定量投放,控制方便,并且不会造成处理剂的浪费。
在一些实施例中,洗涤设备为衣物处理装置。衣物处理装置包括工作台,工作台的中部具有与衣物处理腔连通的衣物取放口,投放装置100设置在工作台上,工作台上还 设有储存盒,储存盒设置在工作台的后部且凸出于工作台的上表面,喷头体20安装在衣物取放口的内圈且与储存盒连接,喷头体20凸出于衣物取放口的内圈。

  1. 一种阀门组件,其特征在于,包括:
    密封部件,所述密封部件具有第一连接部;
    可移动的推杆,所述推杆具有第二连接部;
    所述密封部件的所述第一连接部与所述推杆的所述第二连接部可拆卸连接,所述推杆适于在按压作用下带动所述密封部件移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述密封部件包括安装座,所述安装座内设置安装槽,所述第一连接部设置在所述安装槽内;所述第二连接部延伸至所述安装槽内与所述第一连接部连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部形成内螺纹结构,所述第二连接部形成外螺纹结构配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述密封部件还包括:
    连接臂,所述连接臂垂直于所述安装座设置;
    密封件,所述密封件设于所述连接臂。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述连接臂的数量与所述密封件的数量相等且一一对应地配合。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述连接臂的自由端设有定位柱,所述密封件套装在所述定位柱的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述密封件还包括:
    套筒,所述套筒与所述连接臂连接,且所述套筒沿着所述推杆的轴向方向延伸;
    密封圈,所述密封圈环绕所述套筒的周壁设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈包括第一密封部,所述第一密封部靠近所述安装槽一侧设置;所述第一密封部包括:
    第三密封唇边,所述第三密封唇边沿所述套筒的径向朝外倾斜延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的阀门组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈还包括所述第二密封部,所述第二密封部位于所述第一密封部远离所述安装槽的一侧;所述第二密封部包括:
    第一密封唇边,所述第一密封唇边沿所述套筒的径向朝靠近所述第一密封部的方向倾斜延伸;
    第二密封唇边,所述第二密封唇边沿所述套筒的径向朝远离所述第一密封唇边的方向倾斜延伸。
  10. 一种投放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    投放腔,所述投放腔具有投放孔;
    如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的阀门组件,所述阀门组件用于开闭所述投放孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的投放装置,其特征在于,还包括复位件,所述复位件套设于所述推杆,以驱动所述推杆带动所述密封部件朝关闭所述投放孔的方向移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的投放装置,其特征在于,所述投放装置还具有安装孔,所述推杆的一端穿过所述安装孔以与所述密封部件配合,
    其中,所述推杆上套设有位于所述投放腔外的垫片,所述复位件止抵所述垫片以使所述垫片覆盖所述安装孔的孔壁与所述推杆之间的间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的投放装置,其特征在于,所述推杆沿竖直方向延伸,所述投放装置还包括:
    驱动部件,所述驱动部件倾斜设置,所述驱动部件与所述推杆配合,所述驱动部件适于在倾斜按压下驱动所述推杆向下移动以带动所述密封部件打开所述投放孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的投放装置,其特征在于,所述推杆的靠近所述驱动部件的一端设置有凸台,所述凸台的朝向所述驱动部件的一侧表面为半球形。
  15. 一种洗涤设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的投放装置。
