本申请涉及洗涤设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种投放组件以及洗涤设备。
背景技术
相关技术中的衣物处理装置,由于投放组件内用于容纳洗涤剂的通道结构较简单、容量较小,导致在使用投放组件时,一定时间内的投放量无法满足大容量的洗衣需求,用户需要进行多次投放,使用体验较差。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种投放组件,所述投放组件可以提升用户的使用体验。
本申请还提出一种具有上述投放组件的洗涤设备。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的投放组件,包括:第一储存盒,用于容纳洗涤剂;第一流道,所述第一流道与所述第一储存盒连接,以向投放腔输送所述洗涤剂;第二流道,所述第二流道与所述第一储存盒连接,以向所述投放腔输送所述洗涤剂;所述洗涤剂适于经所述第一流道及所述第二流道投放至所述投放腔。
根据本申请实施例的投放组件,通过设置第一流道和第二流道,可以增加单次投放的洗涤剂量,以及当其中一个流道失效时,可以利用另一个流道进行投放,不影响投放组件的正常使用,保证用户的使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一流道与一投放部件连接,所述投放部件用于将所述第一流道中的所述洗涤剂投放至所述投放腔;和/或,所述第二流道及所述投放腔设于所述第一储存盒的下方,所述洗涤剂适于在重力作用下投放至所述投放腔。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第二流道内设有过液孔,所述过液孔连通所述第一流道和所述第二流道。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图11描述根据本申请实施例的投放组件1000。
如图1-图3以及图7-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的投放组件1000包括第一储存盒700,第一储存盒700用于容纳洗涤剂。
投放组件1000包括第一流道3141和第二流道3143,第一流道3141与第一储存盒700连接,第一流道3141可以将其内部的洗涤剂向投放腔313输送,第二流道3143与第一储存盒700连接,第二流道3143可以将其内部的洗涤剂向投放腔313输送。第一储存盒700内的洗涤剂适于经第一流道3141和第二流道3143投放至投放腔313。
根据本申请实施例的投放组件1000,通过设置第一流道3141和第二流道3143,可以增加单次投放的洗涤剂量;且当其中一个流道失效时,可以利用另一个流道进行投放,不影响投放组件1000的正常使用,保证用户的使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一流道3141与一投放部件200连接,投放部件200用于将第一流道3141中的洗涤剂投放至投放腔313。这里的投放部件200可以为投放泵,也可以为气缸活塞组件等动力部件。
其中,第一流道3141设于投放部件200的进口202的下方,并且第一流道3141与投放部件200连接,投放部件200工作时,可以将第一流道3141中的洗涤剂投放至投放腔313。当投放部件200被按压一次,则可以实现一次出液,当投放部件200不工作时,则第一流道3141无法投放洗涤剂。
在另一些实施例中,第二流道3143和投放腔313设于第一储存盒700的下方,第二流道3143中的洗涤剂适于在重力作用下自然投放至投放腔313,即,不需要单独设置动力部件以将第二流道3143中的洗涤剂投放至投放腔313,而是使洗涤剂依靠重力作用,自然流动至投放腔313。
在又一些实施例中,第一流道3141与投放部件200连接,以将第一流道3141中的洗涤剂投放至投放腔313,并且第二流道3143设于第一储存盒700的下方,第二流道3143中的洗涤剂适于在重力作用下进行自然投放,从而形成至少两种出液路径。
在实际应用中,在清洁物品时不仅会用到洗涤剂,还会用到其他护理剂、漂白剂等,因此,在一些实施例中,可以通过投放组件1000分别投放洗涤剂和护理剂。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1所示,投放组件1000还包括第二储存盒800和第三流道,第二储存盒800用于容纳护理剂,第三流道与第二储存盒800连接,以向投放腔313输送护理剂。
一般的,护理剂的使用量都小于洗涤剂的使用量。本申请中,通过将投放洗涤剂的流道设置为两个(第一流道3141和第二流道3143),可以保证在使用投放组件1000投放洗涤剂和护理剂时,用户每按压一次投放组件1000投放洗涤剂,以及每按压一次投放组件1000投放护理剂,洗涤剂的出液量大于护理剂的出液量。
可以理解的是,如果采用两个同样的投放组件分别投放洗涤剂和护理剂,或者,采用同一个投放组件的相同流道投放洗涤剂和护理剂,即投放洗涤剂的流道数量和护理剂 的流道数量相同,例如均为1个,那么,用户在按压投放组件进行洗剂投放的过程中就会出现:投放洗涤剂时需要按压的次数,大于投放护理剂时需要按压的次数,导致用户在使用过程中容易出现混乱,在投放不同种类的洗剂时,不知道具体按压多少次合宜,易给用户造成困扰。因此,本申请将用于投放洗涤剂的流道设置为两个,可以避免该困扰,使得用户按压同样次数的情况下,洗涤剂的出液量大于护理剂的出液量,这样用户就可以用同样的按压次数投放不同种类的洗剂。
如图8-图10所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,第二流道3143内设有过液孔3144,第一流道3141通过过液孔3144与第二流道3143连通。
具体而言,投放组件1000还具有第一投放孔3145和第二投放孔3146,第一投放孔3145连通第一流道3141和投放腔313,第二投放孔3146连通第二流道3143和投放腔313,进入第二流道3143内的洗涤剂的一部分可以沿着第二流道3143的延伸方向朝第二投放孔3146流动,从而实现洗涤剂的连续出液形式,进入第二流道3143内的洗涤剂的另一部分可以通过过液孔3144进入第一流道3141,从而利于实现多种出液方式。
其中,过液孔3144高于第二投放孔3146,使第二流道3143设置为重力流道,使得未进入过液孔3144的洗涤剂可以在重力的作用下,可以充满第二流道3143,沿着第二流道3143朝第二投放孔3146流动,实现洗涤剂的连续出液形式。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第二流道3143的至少一部分沿该流道内的洗涤剂的流动方向朝下延伸,从而方便使第二流道3143内的洗涤剂在重力作用下自然流向投放腔313。
具体地,投放组件1000具有第二投放孔3146,第二投放孔3146连通第二流道3143和投放腔313,第二流道3143的至少一部分沿靠近第二投放孔3146的方向朝下延伸,即将第二流道3143设置为重力流道,使得洗涤剂可以在重力的作用下,沿着第二流道3143朝第二投放孔3146流动,实现洗涤剂的连续出液形式,无需额外设置驱动第二流道3143内的洗涤剂流动的动力部件,减少了部件数量,降低了成本。
为了实现在使用同样的投放组件1000投放时,用户每按压一次投放组件1000,洗涤剂的出液量大于护理剂的出液量,本申请将第二流道3143设置为重力流道,即第二流道3143内的洗涤剂只需要在重力作用下就可以自动朝第二投放孔3146流动,而无需设置投放部件200等动力部件的驱动。即,每按压一次投放组件1000,洗涤剂的出液量等于第一流道3141的出液量和第二流道3143的出液量的总和,而每按压一次投放组件1000,护理剂的出液量等于第三流道的出液量。因此,在第一流道3141的出液量和第三流道的出液量相同,且不考虑液体粘度的情况下,用户每按压一次投放组件1000,洗涤剂的出液量会比护理剂的出液量多出一份第二流量3143的出液量。
根据本申请的一些实施例,投放组件1000还包括喷头体300,第一流道3141、第二流道3143和投放腔313均设于喷头体300,喷头体300具有第一投放孔3145和第二投放孔3146,第一投放孔3145可以将投放腔313和第一流道3141连通,第二投放孔3146可以将投放腔313和第二流道3143连通。
其中,投放部件200与第一投放孔3145连通,投放部件200工作时,可以驱动第一流道3141中的洗涤剂朝第一投放孔3145流动,从而向投放腔313内投放洗涤剂,从而实现洗涤剂的自动投放。
如图3和图8所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,喷头体300具有进液孔321,进液孔321与第二流道3143连通,喷头体300的顶部设有第一储存盒700,第一储存盒700的出液孔与进液孔321连通。
具体地,第一储存盒700具有出液孔(图中未示出),第一储存盒内的洗涤剂可以从出液孔排出,然后通过进液孔321进入第二流道3143、第一流道3141内,从而可以 利于实现多种出液形式,丰富了出液形式,从而满足用户不同场景下的使用需求。
如图3、图5-图8所示,在一些实施例中,喷头体300包括喷头本体31和盖板32,进液孔321设于盖板32,第二投放孔3146设于喷头本体31,喷头本体31和盖板32相连,从而限定出第二流道3143,喷头本体31和盖板32可以采用卡接方式实现连接,也可以通过紧固件实现连接,还可以通过焊接或者粘接方式实现连接,保证二者连接的可靠性。
其中,喷头本体31的上表面具有导流槽,导流槽的顶部敞开,盖板32设于喷头本体31,盖板32可以封闭导流槽的顶部开口,盖板32与导流槽限定出第二流道3143,结构简单、易于成型。
如图5和图6所示,在一些示例中,盖板32设有环形凸筋322,环形凸筋322凸出于盖板32的表面,环形凸筋322环绕进液孔321,第一储存盒700设有可拆卸的密封塞701,第一储存盒700可以通过密封塞701与环形凸筋322配合。
具体地,密封塞701位于第一储存盒700内,盖板32位于第一储存盒700外,通过密封塞701与环形凸筋322配合,可以实现第一储存盒700与盖板32的连接,进而将第一储存盒700固定在喷头体300上。其中,密封塞701可以与环形凸筋322同心布置,利于装配的可靠性和密封性。
在一些具体示例中,密封塞701可以形成单向出液通道,当第一储存盒700与喷头体300分离时,密封塞701处于封堵状态,第一储存盒700内的液体不会从密封塞701所在的位置处流出,当第一储存盒700与喷头体300配合到位时,环形凸筋322内的凸柱止抵密封塞701,使密封塞701切换至导通状态,从而保证顺利出液。
其中,喷头本体31包括顶板312和底板311,顶板312形成投放腔313的顶壁,底板311形成投放腔313的底壁。
工作时,水流与洗涤剂或护理剂的混合液体汇集到投放腔313内之后,会在重力的作用下向下流动,并被底板311承接,并且,由于底板311设有多个间隔布置的通孔3110,每个通孔3110与投放腔313连通,以使投放腔313内的液体能够通过通孔3110流出。由此,底板311上承接的水流与洗涤剂的混合液体能够通过底板311上开设的通孔3110流出,以使在投放腔313内混合均匀的水流与洗涤剂的混合液体能够投放到洗涤设备内。
进一步,在多个间隔布置的通孔3110的分流作用下,与洗涤剂混合后的水流在经过多个通孔3110的分流后,水流更均匀,水流的流速下降,避免了流速较大的水流直接冲击衣物造成的液体飞溅的现象,提高了用户的使用体验。
如图7所示,通孔3110形成圆孔,以便于喷头本体31底板311的加工,在一些实施例中,通孔3110形成方孔,当然,通孔3110也可以形成为三角孔或其他形状的通孔3110,在此不做限定。
其中,通孔3110设置在底板311的中部,为了确保底板311与喷头本体31之间的连接强度,在底板311的两端不开设通孔3110。为了避免底板311两端承接的水流滞留在底板311的两端,底板311的两端沿靠近底板311的中部的方向逐渐朝下延伸,由此,底板311的两端承接到的水流能够在重力作用下向底板311的中部流动,并通过底板311中部开设的通孔3110流出,避免了水流滞留在底板311上,影响洗涤设备的使用体验。
如3和图7所示,投放腔313具有前侧开口,以便于投放腔313内设置的零件的安装,例如,通过投放腔313的前侧开口,可以在投放腔313内设置分水板500和抽屉400等零件,使得安装更便捷,并且,在水流流量较大时,投放腔313前侧的开口也能够向投放腔313外投放一部分水流,以提高水流的投放速度。
具体地,通孔3110可以设置在底板311的前部,为了确保底板311与喷头本体31之间的连接强度,在底板311的后端不开设通孔3110。为了避免底板311后端承接的水 流滞留在底板311的后端,底板311的中部从后至前逐渐朝下延伸,由此,底板311的后端承接到的水流能够在重力作用下向底板311的前部流动,并通过底板311前部开设的通孔3110以及前部的开口流出,避免了水流滞留在底板311上,影响洗涤设备的使用体验。
进一步,底板311的中部从后至前逐渐朝下延伸,还能够在水流流量较大时,使水流汇集在投放腔313前侧的开口处,使投放腔313前侧的开口投放水流,以提高水流的投放速度。
如图2和图3所示,根据本申请进一步的实施例,投放部件200与第一流道3141连通,投放组件1000还包括可移动的驱动部件102,驱动部件102与投放部件200配合,从而可以控制投放部件200工作。
具体而言,进入第二流道3143内的洗涤剂的一部分可以沿着第二流道3143的延伸方向朝第二投放孔3146流动,从而实现洗涤剂的出液,而进入第二流道3143内的洗涤剂的另一部分可以通过过液孔3144进入第一流道3141,在驱动部件102的驱动下,投放部件200将第一流道3141内的洗涤剂朝第一投放孔3145投放,从而实现洗涤剂的出液,丰富了出液形式,从而满足用户不同场景下的使用需求。
在一些实施例中,投放部件200为格子泵,投放部件200每周期泵出的溶液体积一定,因此,每驱动一次驱动部件102,使得第一流道3141内的出液量一定,实现定量出液方式。通过设置投放部件200,可以实现定量投放洗涤剂,而通过第二投放孔3146可以实现连续投放洗涤剂,从而增大洗涤剂的单次投放量。
如图7和图8所示,在一些实施例中,喷头体300设有通液孔3142,通液孔3142与第一流道3141连通,投放部件200的进口202与通液孔3142连通,投放部件200的出口201与第一投放孔3145连通。投放部件200工作时,可以将通液孔3142处的洗涤剂朝第一投放孔3145投放,从而实现洗涤剂的投放。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,驱动部件102与投放部件200之间设有第一复位件1031,以驱动驱动部件102朝初始位置移动。也就是说,当撤销对驱动部件102的作用力时,第一复位件1031能够为驱动部件102提供复位力,使驱动部件102回到初始位置,便于后续控制。
其中,驱动部件102具有定位部,第一复位件1031的一端与定位部配合,以使第一复位件1031能够稳定的设置在驱动部件102与投放部件200之间,以实现稳定的复位。这里的定位部形成定位槽或定位柱,以实现更好的定位效果。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,喷头体300的顶部具有开口朝上的安装凹部315,投放部件200设于安装凹部315,投放部件200的进口202与通液孔3142连通,投放部件200的出口201与第一投放孔3145连通。
在一些实施例中,喷头体300的顶部设有外饰部件101,外饰部件101限定出安装通道1011,驱动部件102适于在安装通道1011内移动。通过在外饰部件101上设置安装通道1011,利用安装通道1011可以对驱动部件102的移动起到定位以及导向的作用。
如图2-图4所示,在一些示例中,驱动部件102包括驱动按键1022和传动件1027,驱动按键1022通过传动件1027与投放部件200配合,从而控制投放部件200工作。其中,传动件1027可以包括齿轮齿条机构或者蜗轮蜗杆机构,齿轮齿条机构中的齿条1028沿驱动部件102的移动方向延伸。
具体地,驱动按键1022可以在第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,驱动按键1022在第一位置处与第二位置处能够被外饰部件101限位,从而避免驱动按键1022脱离安装通道1011。其中,第一位置在安装通道1011的延伸方向上位于第二位置的外侧,在驱动按键1022处于初始状态下,驱动按键1022位于第一位置,用户通过按压驱动按键 1022,使驱动按键1022沿着安装通道1011向内移动,从而控制投放部件200工作。
在一些具体示例中,驱动按键1022的内侧设有配合槽,传动件1027包括与配合槽的底壁止抵配合的配合板,配合可靠。用户按压驱动按键1022沿斜向下的方向移动时,传动件1027随着驱动按键1022一起移动,从而驱动投放部件200工作。
其中,第一复位件1031设置在配合板与投放部件200之间,以使驱动按键1022朝初始位置(第一位置)移动。也就是说,当用户撤销对驱动按键1022的按压力时,第一复位件1031能够通过驱动传动件1027而使驱动按键1022回到初始位置。
如图2-图3所示,根据本申请进一步的实施例,喷头体300设有阀门组件600,阀门组件600相对于喷头体300可移动,从而开闭第一投放孔3145;和/或,阀门组件600相对于喷头体300移动时,也可以开闭第二投放孔3146。
其中,阀门组件600可以在外力的作用下移动,通过设置阀门组件600,可以实现第一投放孔3145和/或第二投放孔3146开闭控制,防止发生漏液现象。
如图11所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,阀门组件600包括可移动的阀片601,以用于开闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146。
由此,通过控制阀片601移动,即可控制第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的开启与闭合。为了确保阀片601对第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的密封效果,阀片601的直径比第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的直径大。
具体地,阀片601位于第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的下方,从而可以避开投放泵200,阀门组件400通过上下运动来控制第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的开闭,在阀片601向下运动的时候可以打开第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146,在阀片601向上的运动时候可以关闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146。
如图9所示,在一些实施例中,阀门组件600还包括推动件602,推动件602与阀片601连接,推动件602可以在外力的作用下移动,从而带动阀片601移动,以开闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146。
在一些实施例中,喷头体300具有安装孔3120,推动件602穿设于安装孔3120,推动件602能够与位于第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146下方的阀片601连接。
再结合图2来看,推动件602与喷头体300之间设有第二复位件1032,以驱动推动件602带动阀片601关闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146。也就是说,当撤销对推动件602的作用力时,第二复位件1032可以为推动件602提供复位力,使推动件602带动阀片601回到关闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和/或第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的位置。
具体地,第二复位件1032的一端与推动件602配合,第二复位件1032的另一端与喷头体301配合,在推动件602受到向下的压力时,推动件602以及与其相连的阀片601适于从关闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的位置向下方移动,并压缩第二复位件1032,使得第二复位件1032具有复位力,在逐渐撤销对推动件602向下的作用力时,第二复位件1032向推动件602施加的复位力可以驱动推动件602以及阀片601向关闭第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146的位置移动。
在一些示例中,喷头体300的上表面具有朝上凸出设置的凸柱,所述凸柱的中部限定出导向通道,安装孔3120设于凸柱的顶部且与导向通道连通,推动件602的至少一部分位于导向通道内,第二复位件1032位于导向通道内,第二复位件1032的一端止抵凸柱的顶壁内表面且另一端止抵推动件602上的定位台阶。
如图11所示,在一些实施例中,推动件602包括推杆6021和安装座6022,推杆6021的一端伸出喷头体300外,推杆6021的另一端伸入喷头体301内,安装座6022设于喷头体300内,安装座6022与推杆6021的另一端可拆卸连接,阀片601安装于安装座6022。具体地,安装座6022的中部与推杆6021的另一端可拆卸连接,例如安装座6022与推杆6021的另一端可以螺纹配合,安装座6022的偏离中部的位置设有固定柱,阀片601与固定柱配合。
在一些具体示例中,第二复位件1032形成弹簧,弹簧套设于推杆6021,弹簧的一端止抵安装座6022且另一端止抵喷头体300,结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些示例中,第一洗涤剂投放孔3145和第二洗涤剂投放孔3146可以分别由一套阀门组件独立控制,比如,第一洗涤剂投放孔3145处设置一套阀门组件,第二洗涤剂投放孔3146处设置另一套阀门组件,两套阀门组件可以独立运动。
如图8所示,在投放组件1000包括喷头体300的实施例中,第三流道可以设置在喷头体上,喷头体300具有第三投放孔3148,第三投放孔3148连通投放腔313和第三流道,第三投放孔3148连通投放腔313和第三流道,第三流道适于与第二储存盒800连接,以通过第三投放孔3148投放护理剂。
如图2和图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,投放组件1000还包括抽屉400,抽屉400限定出洗涤剂溶解腔401,抽屉400在打开位置和关闭位置之间可推拉地设于投放腔313内,在抽屉400处于关闭位置时,抽屉400与投放腔313的底壁(如图所示的底板311)之间间隔开。
从第一投放孔3145和第二投放孔3146流出的洗涤剂或者从第三投放孔3148流出的护理剂直接进入洗涤剂溶解腔401内,水进入洗涤剂溶解腔401内与洗涤剂或护理剂充分混合后,通过洗涤剂溶解腔401的出液口402进入投放腔313内,最终从喷头本体31的底板311上的多个通孔3110排出,从而使洗涤设备的洗涤效果更好。
在一些实施例中,抽屉400的两个相背设置的侧壁分别具有导轨403,投放腔313的两个相对设置的侧壁分别具有导槽404,两个导轨403和两个导槽404一一对应地滑动配合,使抽屉400能够沿着导槽404的延伸方向滑动,保证抽屉400可以顺利且稳定地开闭。并且投放腔313的侧壁上设置的导槽404能够对抽屉400的导轨403进行支撑,使得抽屉400稳定地安装在投放腔313内。
如图2和图3所示,根据本申请的另一些实施例,投放组件1000还包括分水板500,分水板500上开设有多个出水孔501,分水板500设于投放腔313内且位于抽屉400的上方,分水板500能够在水流进入洗涤剂溶解腔401内之前先对水流进行分流,确保水流均匀地流入洗涤剂溶解腔401内。
具体地,分水板500与投放腔313的顶壁限定出容水腔502,以利用容水腔502对水流进行缓冲,减缓水流的流速,使水流能够均匀的流入投放腔313内,进而使得水流与洗涤剂的混合更均匀。
如图3所示,分水板500与投放腔313的顶壁可以通过多个紧固件实现连接,保证分水板500的安装可靠性。
其中,分水板500具有用于避让第一洗涤投放孔的避让孔503,即避让孔503可以避开阀门组件600,既保证了洗涤剂可以直接进入投放腔313内,避免洗涤剂投放到容水腔502内,又可以保证阀门组件600能够正常开闭第一投放孔3145和第二投放孔3146。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤设备包括根据上述实施例的投放组件1000。这里的洗涤设备可以是衣物处理装置、洗碗机等。
由于根据本申请实施例的投放组件1000具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例 的洗涤设备也具有上述技术效果,即采用上述投放组件1000,丰富了出液形式,从而满足用户不同场景下的使用需求,当单个流道失效时,可以利用另一个流道进行投放,不影响投放组件1000的正常使用,保证用户的使用体验。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,洗涤剂设备为衣物处理装置,衣物处理装置包括工作台900,工作台900的中部具有与衣物处理腔连通的衣物取放口,投放组件1000设置在工作台900上,具体地,第一储存盒700和/或第二储存盒800设置在工作台900的后部且凸出于工作台900的上表面,喷头体300安装在衣物取放口的内圈且与第一储存盒700和/或第二储存盒800连接,喷头体300凸出于衣物取放口的内圈。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种投放组件,其中,包括:
    第一储存盒,用于容纳洗涤剂;
    第一流道,所述第一流道与所述第一储存盒连接,以向投放腔输送所述洗涤剂;
    第二流道,所述第二流道与所述第一储存盒连接,以向所述投放腔输送所述洗涤剂;
    所述洗涤剂适于经所述第一流道及所述第二流道投放至所述投放腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的投放组件,其中,
    所述第一流道与一投放部件连接,所述投放部件用于将所述第一流道中的所述洗涤剂投放至所述投放腔;和/或,
    所述第二流道及所述投放腔设于所述第一储存盒的下方,所述洗涤剂适于在重力作用下投放至所述投放腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的投放组件,其中,所述第二流道内设有过液孔,所述过液孔连通所述第一流道和所述第二流道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的投放组件,其中,所述第二流道的至少一部分沿该流道内的所述洗涤剂的流动方向朝下延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的投放组件,其中,还包括:
    喷头体,所述第一流道、所述第二流道和所述投放腔均设于所述喷头体,所述喷头体还具有第一投放孔和第二投放孔,所述第一投放孔连通所述投放腔和所述第一流道,所述第二投放孔连通所述投放腔和所述第二流道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的投放组件,其中,所述喷头体具有与所述第二流道连通的进液孔,所述第一储存盒的出液孔与所述进液孔连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的投放组件,其中,所述喷头体包括:
    喷头本体,所述喷头本体的上表面具有顶部敞开的导流槽;
    盖板,所述盖板设于所述喷头本体以封闭所述导流槽的顶部开口,所述盖板与所述导流槽限定出所述第二流道,所述进液孔设于所述盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的投放组件,其中,所述盖板设有环绕所述进液孔的环形凸筋,所述第一储存盒设有可拆卸的密封塞,所述第一储存盒通过所述密封塞与所述环形凸筋配合。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的投放组件,其中,所述投放部件与所述第一流道连通,所述投放组件还包括可移动的驱动部件,所述驱动部件与所述投放部件配合,用于控制所述投放部件工作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的投放组件,其中,所述喷头体设有通液孔,所述通液孔与所述第一流道连通,所述投放部件的进口与所述通液孔连通且所述投放部件的出口与所述第一投放孔连通。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的投放组件,其中,所述驱动部件与所述投放部件之间设有第一复位件,以驱动所述驱动部件朝初始位置移动。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的投放组件,其中,所述喷头体的顶部设有外饰部件且所述外饰部件限定出安装通道,所述驱动部件适于在所述安装通道内移动。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的投放组件,其中,所述喷头体设有可移动的阀门组件, 用于开闭所述第一投放孔和/或所述第二投放孔。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的投放组件,其中,还包括:
    第二储存盒,用于容纳护理剂;
    第三流道,所述第三流道与所述第二储存盒连接以向所述投放腔输送所述护理剂。
  15. 一种洗涤设备,其中,包括根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的投放组件。
