Description

宠物厕所 技术领域
本发明涉及宠物用产品技术领域,特别涉及一种宠物厕所。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的家庭开始养宠物,尤其是养猫科或犬科动物。为匹配市场需求,市场上出现了智能宠物厕所,这些智能宠物厕所都实现了宠物排泄物和宠物砂的自动分离。市场上常见的宠物厕所通常包括主体、砂仓和集便箱几大部件。砂仓设于主体内,集便箱位于砂仓的下方,主体上设有通往集便箱的排泄口。砂仓尺寸较大,装入宠物砂后砂仓更重,为便于砂仓的转动,砂仓和主机底座之间通常都会预留均匀的间隙,随着砂仓在主体内的转动,与宠物砂结块的宠物粪便从排泄口进入到集便箱。在实现本发明技术方案的过程中,发明人发现现有的宠物厕所存在以下问题:砂仓在转动时,大尺寸的宠物砂颗粒或者结成小块的宠物颗粒会进入这个预留间隙,导致砂仓在转动时与宠物砂磨擦出现异响,甚至影响砂仓的正常转动。
发明内容
根据现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种能防止砂仓与掉落在砂仓与底座之间的宠物砂颗粒磨擦的宠物厕所。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种宠物厕所,包括外壳、驱动装置和用于供宠物排泄的砂仓,所述外壳上设有出入口,所述外壳包括底座和上盖,所述上盖适于盖合在所述底座上,所述底座上设有排泄口和适于容置至少一部分所述砂仓的凹部,所述排泄口设于所述凹部上并位于所述砂仓的下方;所述砂仓上设有开口,所述驱动装置能驱动所述砂仓相对所述排泄口在预设角度范围内转动,使所述出入口对准所述开口以便宠物进出所述砂仓,或使所述开口对准所述排泄口以排出所述砂仓内的排泄物,所述凹部的凹陷面上设有至少一条导槽,所述导槽沿所述砂仓的转动方向延伸至所述排泄口。
进一步地,本技术方案中所述导槽中远离所述排泄口端的凹陷深度小于或等于连接所述排泄口端的凹陷深度。
进一步地,本技术方案中所述排泄口位于所述砂仓的下方,所述排泄口的宽度大于或等于所述导槽的宽度。
进一步地,本技术方案中所述凹部包括连接所述砂仓的两侧面和所述砂仓转动时与所 述开口相对的弧面,所述排泄口设于所述凹部的最低位置,所述排泄口将所述弧面分成前段和后段,所述前段和后段上都设有所述导槽。

本发明中常用术语“宠物”主要指常见的猫科或犬科动物;术语“上、下”表示的位置关系是指集便箱在水平放置状态下,在垂直方向上的位置关系;术语“前、后”表示的位置关系是指集便箱在水平放置状态下,靠近出入口的为前,远离出入口的为后。
如图1、图2、图3所示,其为本发明优选实施方案提供的一种宠物厕所100,该宠物厕所100包括外壳110、用于供宠物排泄的砂仓120、驱动装置130和集便箱140,外壳110上设有出入口111。外壳110包括底座150和上盖160,其中出入口111有一部分设于底座150上,一部分设于上盖160上。驱动装置130设于底座150内,驱动装置130包括电机(图未示)和小齿轮,小齿轮固定在电机的转轴上,驱动装置130是采用电机带动小齿轮啮合固定在砂仓120上的大齿轮122来驱动砂仓120转动。
如图2、图3所示,底座150上设有排泄口151和适于容置一部分砂仓130的凹部152,凹部152的整体外形与砂仓120被容置部分的外形相适配。排泄口151设于凹部152上,排泄口151位于砂仓120的下方。砂仓120上设有开口121,驱动装置130驱动砂仓120相对排泄口151在预设角度范围内转动,以使出入口111对准开口121从而便于宠物进出砂仓120,或使开口121对准排泄口151以排出砂仓120内的排泄物。凹部152的凹陷面上设有导槽1521、1522,导槽1521、1522沿砂仓120的转动方向延伸至排泄口151。导槽1521、1522凹陷于凹部152的内表面,导槽1521、1522到砂仓120之间的间隙大于宠物砂颗粒(如养猫时为猫砂)的外围尺寸。

如图2、图3、图4所示,上盖160适于可拆卸盖盖合在底座150上,上盖160盖在砂仓120的上方,底座150上设有旋转卡套156,卡套156位于连接架158的周边。底座150上设有一部分把手157,上盖160上设有一部分把手161,通过转动卡套156,可实现将把手161和把手157套合在一起或分开。具体地,上盖160盖在底座150上时,把手161和把手157上下叠加在一起,此时卡套156通过旋转能将两部分把手157、161套合在卡套156内,使底座150和上盖160固定为一体,如图1所示。

由于凹部152的凹陷面上设有导槽1521和导槽1522,导槽1521和导槽1522沿砂仓120的转动方向延伸至排泄口151,所以掉落在砂仓120与底座150间的宠物砂可以通过导槽1521和导槽1522快速地滑至排泄口151进入集便箱140,以防止砂仓120在转动时,掉落在砂仓120与底座150间的宠物砂颗粒磨擦砂仓120与底座150,出现异响或影响砂仓120的正常运转。

  1. 一种宠物厕所,包括外壳、驱动装置和用于供宠物排泄的砂仓,所述外壳上设有出入口,所述外壳包括底座和上盖,所述上盖适于盖合在所述底座上,所述底座上设有排泄口和适于容置至少一部分所述砂仓的凹部,所述排泄口设于所述凹部上并位于所述砂仓的下方;所述砂仓上设有开口,所述驱动装置能驱动所述砂仓相对所述排泄口在预设角度范围内转动,使所述出入口对准所述开口以便宠物进出所述砂仓,或使所述开口对准所述排泄口以排出所述砂仓内的排泄物,其特征在于:所述凹部的凹陷面上设有至少一条导槽,所述导槽沿所述砂仓的转动方向延伸至所述排泄口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述导槽中远离所述排泄口端的凹陷深度小于或等于连接所述排泄口端的凹陷深度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述排泄口位于所述砂仓的下方,所述排泄口的宽度大于或等于所述导槽的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述凹部包括连接所述砂仓的两侧面和所述砂仓转动时与所述开口相对的弧面,所述排泄口设于所述凹部的最低位置,所述排泄口将所述弧面分成前段和后段,所述前段和后段上都设有所述导槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:还包括滚轮,所述滚轮设于所述凹部上并支撑所述砂仓,所述滚轮不位于所述导槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述滚轮设置有至少四个,其中至少两个分开设于所述前段,至少两个分开设于所述后段。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述前段和后段上的所述导槽都设为一条,所述导槽的宽度尺寸大于或等于所述开口的宽度尺寸;所述滚轮设有多个并位于两所述导槽的两侧;所述砂仓与所述弧面之间存有间隙,该间隙设置范围为2-5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述滚轮分开靠近所述凹部的两侧面设置,所述导槽中连接所述排泄口端的凹陷深度范围为2-8mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述导槽上还设有UVC紫外灯,所述UVC紫外灯发出的紫外线能照射所述导槽与排泄口连接处的空间。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述上盖可拆卸盖在所述砂仓的上方,所述底座或所述上盖上设有卡套,所述底座和上盖上分别设有一部分把手,所述上盖盖在所述底座上后,两部分把手上下叠在一起,所述卡套能套合两部分把手使所述底座和所述上盖固定为一体。
