本实施例中,防护板1采用热镀锌板制备而成,加工成本低,且持久耐用,可靠性好。
可选地,参阅图1,第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32均包括支撑本体311,支撑本体311的两端均设置有支撑部312,支撑部312与洗衣机的内部结构连接,以使整个底部防护结构固定于洗衣机上,并封堵洗衣机底部的开口。同时支撑部312能够对洗衣机的内部结构起到支撑作用,保证洗衣机放置时的稳定性。
可选地,本实施例中,第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32均为中空结构,能够减轻洗衣机的整体重量。第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的底部均设置有支腿,支腿与地面接触,支撑整个洗衣机。
可选地,参阅图2、图6和图7,防护板1的第一侧边和第二侧边均设置有第一翻边11,第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22上均设置有第一连接部211,第一连接部211与第一翻边11卡接。在组装该洗衣机底部防护结构时,可将第一连接部211与第一翻边11卡接,预先对第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的安装位置进行定位,安装方便,可提高安装效率,且能够保证第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的安装精度。此外。通过设置第一翻边11,能够增加防护板1与第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22之间的接触面积,从而提高第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22与防护板1之间的连接强度。
可选地,参阅图2、图3和图7,第一翻边11上设置有卡接部111,第一连接部211上设置有定位孔212,卡接部111卡设于定位孔212内。可选地,第一连接部211包括相连的第一板2111和第二板2112,第一板2111和第二板2112呈L形,定位孔212位于第一板2111与第二板2112的连接处。第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22的安装步骤相同,以第一支撑板21为例,安装第一支撑板21时,将第一连接部211的定位孔212与第一翻边11上的卡接部111相对,使卡接部111伸入定位孔212内,同时第一连接部211的第一板2111与第一翻边11 贴合,第二板2112与防护板1的底面贴合(防护板1的底面即朝向地面的一侧面,图1所示的防护板1的面为防护板1的顶面,图2所示的防护板1的面为防护板1的底面),以对第一支撑板21的位置进行预定位,然后将第二板2112与防护板1固定连接即可。
本实施例中,卡接部111在第一翻边11上沿第一翻边11长度方向间隔设置有两个,相应地,定位孔212在第一连接部211上也设置有两个,每个卡接部111对应卡入一个定位孔212中。设置两个卡接部111能够确保第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22的安装定位准确,不会出现错位偏斜的情况。在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求选择卡接部111和定位孔212的设置数量。
可选地,该洗衣机底部防护结构还包括紧固件7,第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22与防护板1之间均通过紧固件7连接。参阅图2和图3,紧固件7可选铆钉,在第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22分别通过定位孔212卡接于防护板1的两个第一翻边11上后,使用铆钉依次穿过第二板2112和防护板1,以将第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22与防护板1固定连接。
可选地,参阅图1和图7,防护板1的第三侧边和第四侧边均设置有第二翻边12,第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32上均设置有第二连接部313。参阅图6,第二连接部313包括相连的第三板3131和第四板3132,第三板3131和第四板3132呈L形,第三板3131与第二翻边12贴合,第四板3132与防护板1的顶面贴合。通过设置第二翻边12,能够增加防护板1与第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32之间的接触面积,提高第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32与防护板1之间的连接强度。
在安装第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22前,先安装第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32,第一支撑件31与第二支撑件32的安装步骤相同,以第一支撑件31为例,将第二连接部313扣合于防护板1的第三侧边上,使第二连接部313的第三板3131与第二翻边12贴合,第四板3132与防护板1的顶面贴合(如图1所示),同时第二连接部313的两端与防护板1的第一侧边和第二侧边对齐。然后将第四板3132与防护板1固定连接。第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32固定好后,再组装第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22,并将第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32的两端分别与第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22连接固定。
本实施例中,第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32与防护板1之间也通过紧固件7连接。紧固件7可选铆钉,在第二连接部313的第三板3131与第二翻边12贴合,第四板3132与防护板1的顶面贴合后,使用铆钉依次穿过第四板3132和防护板1,以将第一支撑件31和第二支撑件32与防护板1固定连接。
可选地,参阅图1、图4和图5,防护板1上设置有支架4,支架4被配置 为支撑固定洗衣机的排水阀。本实施例中,支架4包括相连的底板和支撑板,底板通过螺钉固定在防护板1上,支撑板远离底板的一端设置有安装孔,洗衣机的排水阀穿设于安装孔内,以使支撑板支撑排水阀。
参阅图5,可选地,防护板1上凹设有安装槽13,支架4固定于安装槽13的底壁上。本实施例中,安装槽13的开口方向朝向洗衣机内部,安装槽13的底壁低于防护板1的顶面,以使支架4高度符合排水阀的安装高度要求。同时,向下凹陷的安装槽13能够收集意外产生的漏水,防止水流向其他地方,导致洗衣机故障。
可选地,安装槽13的底部凹设有相连通的第一排水槽14、第二排水槽15和第三排水槽16,第一排水槽14和第三排水槽16的底部均设置有排水孔17。参阅图5,第二排水槽15的第一端与第一排水槽14连通,第二排水槽15的第二端与第三排水槽16连通,在洗衣机使用过程中底部有漏水时,水可以流入第一排水槽14、第二排水槽15以及第三排水槽16内,并通过排水孔17及时排出,避免安装槽13内积攒大量的水。
可选地,参阅图2和图4,该洗衣机底部防护结构还包括第一加强件5和第二加强件6,第一加强件5和第二加强件6的第一端均与第一支撑板21连接,第一加强件5和第二加强件6的第二端均与第二支撑板22连接。第一加强件5和第二加强件6能够增加第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22与防护板1之间的连接稳定性,防止第一支撑板21和第二支撑板22变形。第一加强件5和第二加强件6分别与洗衣机的前后侧面平齐。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机底部防护结构,包括:
    防护板(1),设置成正对洗衣机的底部开口;
    第一支撑组件(2),包括第一支撑板(21)和第二支撑板(22),所述第一支撑板(21)和所述第二支撑板(22)分设于所述防护板(1)的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边与所述第二侧边相对;
    第二支撑组件(3),包括第一支撑件(31)和第二支撑件(32),所述第一支撑件(31)和所述第二支撑件(32)分设于所述防护板(1)的第三侧边和第四侧边,所述第三侧边与所述第四侧边相对,所述防护板(1)、所述第一支撑组件(2)和所述第二支撑组件(3)能够封堵所述洗衣机的底部开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述防护板(1)的第一侧边和第二侧边均设置有第一翻边(11),所述第一支撑板(21)和所述第二支撑板(22)上均设置有第一连接部(211),所述第一连接部(211)与所述第一翻边(11)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述第一翻边(11)上设置有卡接部(111),所述第一连接部(211)上设置有定位孔(212),所述卡接部(111)卡设于所述定位孔(212)内,所述第一连接部(211)包括相连的第一板(2111)和第二板(2112),所述第一板(2111)与所述第一翻边(11)贴合,所述第二板(2112)与所述防护板(1)的底面贴合并连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述防护板(1)的第三侧边和第四侧边均设置有第二翻边(12),所述第一支撑件(31)和所述第二支撑件(32)上均设置有第二连接部(313),所述第二连接部(313)包括相连的第三板(3131)和第四板(3132),所述第三板(3131)与所述第二翻边(12)贴合,所述第四板(3132)与所述防护板(1)的顶面贴合并连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述防护板(1)上设置有支架(4),所述支架(4)被配置为支撑固定所述洗衣机的排水阀。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述防护板(1)上凹设有安装槽(13),所述支架(4)固定于所述安装槽(13)的底壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述安装槽(13)的底部凹设有相连通的第一排水槽(14)、第二排水槽(15)和第三排水槽(16),所述第一排水槽(14)和所述第三排水槽(16)的底部均设置有排水孔(17)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,其中,所述第一支撑件(31)和所述第二支撑件(32)均包括支撑本体(311),所述支撑本体(311)的两 端均设置有支撑部(312),所述支撑部(312)与所述洗衣机的内部结构连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,还包括紧固件(7),所述第一支撑板(21)和所述第二支撑板(22)与所述防护板(1)之间、以及所述第一支撑件(31)和所述第二支撑件(32)与所述防护板(1)之间均通过所述紧固件(7)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗衣机底部防护结构,还包括第一加强件(5)和第二加强件(6),所述第一加强件(5)和所述第二加强件(6)的第一端均与所述第一支撑板(21)连接,所述第一加强件(5)和所述第二加强件(6)的第二端均与所述第二支撑板(22)连接。
