近年来,多USIM卡设备越来越流行。例如一个用户在支持多USI M卡的手机上安装两张USIM卡,其中一张USIM卡用于订阅私人业务,另一张USIM卡用于订阅办公业务。现有支持多USIM卡的设备是基于厂商实现,尚未被3GPP标准化。导致不同的厂商采用不同的实现方式,用户设备UE的行为也各不相同。现有实现方式中,如果这些USIM卡分别向网络注册(可注册到同一网络也可分别注册到两个或两个以上网络),UE需要从这些网络接收寻呼,基于UE的收发能力,可能存在的一种情形是UE在接收当前网络的寻呼时另一个网络也对其发起寻呼,又或者U E正与一个网络通信时另一个网络对其发起寻呼。如果UE在不同的网络之间切换,可能导致的一个结果是当UE切换到另一个网络时UE不能再从当前网络接收数据。这将损害网络性能,例如网络向UE发送了寻呼但UE因切换到另一个网络而没有接收到这个寻呼,或UE切换到另一个网络而不能接收当前网络的调度。部分厂商提出对具备多USIM卡的UE接入网络的行为及相关网络进行3GPP标准化研究,其好处在于可以基于可预测的UE行为,提升网络性能。
基于上述原因,2019年12月,在第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Proiect:3GPP)RAN#86次全会上,vivo提出了针对版本17的多SIM卡设备的工作项目(参见非专利文献:RP-193263:New WID:Stupport of Multi-SIM devices in Rel-17),并获批准。该工作项目的目标之一是定义UE在离开网络A时通知网络A的机制,其中网络A是 NR,网络B是LTE或NR,且UE单收单发(Single-Rx/Single-Tx)或UE双收单发(Dual-Rx/Single-Tx)。
本公开讨论达成上述工作目标所涉及的相关问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题中的至少一部分,本发明提供了一种由用户设备执行的方法以及用户设备。
根据本发明的第一方面的由用户设备执行的方法,包括:判断是否需要一个或多个已配置的多全球用户识别卡MUSIM间隔;若判断为不需要一个或多个已配置的所述MUSIM间隔,则:在UE辅助信息消息中包含MUSIM间隔释放请求列表musim-GapReleaseRequetList,将已配置但不需要的所述MUSIM间隔的编号或所述MUSIM间隔的配置信息包含在所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList中,丢弃所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList中指示的所述MUSIM间隔,否则:在所述UE辅助信息消息中不包含所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList。
根据本发明的第二方面的由用户设备执行的方法,包括:判断是否有偏好的一个或多个多全球用户识别卡MUSIM间隔;若判断为有偏好的一个或多个所述MUSIM间隔,则:在UE辅助信息消息中包含MUSIM间隔请求列表musim-GapRequestList,丢弃已配置但未包含在所述musim-GapRequestList中的所述MUSIM间隔,否则:在所述UE辅助信息消息中不包含所述musim-GapRequestList,丢弃所有已配置的所述MUSIM间隔。
根据本发明的第一方面或第二方面的所述方法,只有在RRC层接收到对所述UE辅助信息消息的来自无线链路控制RLC实体的确认反馈或混合自动重传请求HARQ的确认反馈后,才丢弃所述MUSIM间隔。
根据本发明的第三方面的由用户设备执行的方法,包括:判断是否需要一个或多个已配置的多全球用户识别卡MUSIM间隔;若判断为不需要一个或多个已配置的所述MUSIM间隔,则:在UE辅助信息消息中包含musim-GapReleaseRequestList,将已配置但不需要的所述MUSIM间隔的 编号或所述MUSIM间隔的配置信息包含在所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList中,指示MAC实体停止使用所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList中指示的所述MUSIM间隔,否则:在所述UE辅助信息消息中不包含所述musim-GapReleaseRequestList。

根据本发明的第四方面的由用户设备执行的方法,包括:判断是否有偏好的一个或多个多全球用户识别卡MUSIM间隔;若判断为有偏好的一个或多个所述MUSIM间隔,则:在UE辅助信息消息中包含musim-GapRequestList,指示MAC实体停止使用已配置但未包含在所述musim-GapRequestList中的所述MUSIM间隔,否则:在所述UE辅助信息消息中不包含所述musim-GapRequestList,指示所述MAC实体停止使用所有已配置的所述MUSIM间隔。
根据本发明的第四方面的所述方法,若判断为有偏好的一个或多个所述MUSIM间隔,则:先指示所述MAC实体停止使用已配置但未包含在所述musim-GapRequestList中的所述MUSIM间隔,再在所述UE辅助信息消息中包含musim-GapRequestList。
根据本发明的第三方面或第四方面的所述方法,只有在RRC层接收到对所述UE辅助信息消息的来自无线链路控制RLC实体的确认反馈或混合自动重传请求HARQ的确认反馈后,才指示所述MAC实体停止使用所述MUSIM间隔。

本发明的有益效果
根据本专利的方案,在MUSIM卡的UE接入网络的应用场景中,即使UE在不同的网络之间切换的情况下,当UE请求当前网络释放针对另一个网络的切换间隔时,UE能够在发送所述请求后在请求释放的切换间隔对应的时间段内从当前网络接收数据,从而提升网络性能。

本公开中,网络、基站和RAN可互换使用,所述网络可以是长期演进LTE网络、NR网络、增强的长期演进eLTE网络,也可以是3GPP后续演进版本中定义的其他网络。
本公开中,用户设备UE可指物理上支持多USIM卡(两个或两个以上USIM卡)的设备,所述设备装配了两个或两个以上USIM卡,每个U SIM卡关联一个网络。所述多个USIM卡可以来自同一个运营商或不同的运营商。从网络的角度来看,不同的USIM卡对应不同的UE,每个U SIM卡对应一个UE。如未特别说明,本公开不对此加以区分。本领域技术人员可以根据上下文容易地确定UE是指支持多USIM卡的UE还是支持多USIM卡的设备中每个USIM卡分别对应的UE。配置了多USIM卡的用户设备可以通过时分复用等方式利用单收单发或双收单发从多个网络接收和/或发送数据,对于具有两个Rx的UE,可以同时从两个网络接收数据。此外,本公开所述USIM可以是物理SIM或eSIM(USIM can be a physical SIM or eSIM)。
本公开实施例以UE配置两个USIM卡为例,本领域技术人员可以容易的扩展到多个USIM卡的情况。具有两个USIM卡的用户设备UE至少具有单收单发(Single-Rx/Single-Tx)或双收单发(Dual-Rx/Single-Tx)能力。两个USIM对应的不同UE可以共用一对Tx和Rx或共用一个Tx但分别具有各自的Rx。
以下描述UE由于MUSIM目的(UE因需要与另一个网络通信)而请求当前网络配置切换间隔的过程。在MUSIM中,切换间隔(或称为M USIM间隔)分两种,一种是周期性的切换间隔(periodic scheduling gap),一种是非周期性的切换间隔(aperiodic scheduling gap)。周期性的切换间隔是配置之后周期性出现的切换间隔。非周期性的切换间隔是配置之后仅使用一次的切换间隔。在MUSIM间隔对应的时间段内(即MUSIM间隔期间),UE与当前网络保持RRC连接但与另一网络通信,例如从所述另一个网络接收数据但不与所述另一网络建立RRC连接。
在MUSIM间隔期间,在当前网络(当前网络的所有服务小区或所有频率)上,MAC实体可执行以下至少一项:
1.不执行混合自动重传请求HARQ反馈、调度请求SR和信道状态信息CSI的传输;
2.不报告探测参考信号SRS;
3.不在上行共享信道UL-SCH上传输(可选的,可传输随机接入过程的消息3Msg3或消息A MSGA负载);
4.不监测物理下行控制信道PDCCH并且不接收下行共享信道DL-SCH(可选的,只有在随机接入响应窗ra-ResponseWindow或随机接入冲突解决定时器ra-ContentionResolutionTimer或消息B响应窗msgB-ResponseWindow正在运行时才监测PDCCH);
本公开主要讨论周期性的切换间隔所涉及的问题。
在MUSIM场景中,UE在网络A(即基站)处于RRC连接态,但需要/希望与网络B通信,例如从网络B接收寻呼消息或在网络B执行测量。此时,UE向网络A发送请求MUSIM间隔的指示信息。具体地,具有提供MUSIM辅助信息的UE需要MUSIM间隔时,如果UE被配置提供MUSIM辅助信息,在UE确定需要MUSIM间隔或者确定改变MUSIM间隔信息但不离开RRC_CONNECTED状态,则UE发起UE辅助信息传输过程,以下具体描述。
如果UE被配置提供MUSIM辅助信息,更进一步的,如果UE需要MUSIM间隔或者当前MUSIM辅助信息不同于最近一次传输UEAssistanceInformation消息中指示的MUSIM辅助信息(即UE需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,当前MUSIM间隔不同于最近一次传输UEAssistanceInformation消息中指示的MUSIM间隔),则发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息。
如果UE因需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息包括以下操作:如果UE有偏好(prefered)的一个或多个MUSIM间隔,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含MUSIM间隔请求列表musim-GapRequestList;否则(UE不需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔未发生改变),则在UEAssistanceInformation消息中不包含musim-GapRequestList。
当UE需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,例如需要释放一个或多个被配置的MUSIM间隔,UE可以显式或隐式的向基站(或当前网络)请求释放不需要的MUSIM间隔。如果采用显式指示的方式,UE可以向基站指示其请求释放(即不再需要)的MUSIM间隔的编号或向基站指示其请求释放的MUSIM间隔的配置信息,即UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含UE请求释放的MUSIM间隔的编号或者请求释放的MUSIM间隔的配置信息。如果采用隐式指示的方式,UE可以向基站指示其需要配置的MUSIM间隔,即UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含UE需要的MUSIM间隔,表示UE请求基站释放已配置但未包含在UEAssistanceInformation消息中的MUSIM间隔。
基站在接收到所述UEAssistanceInformation消息时,如果所述消息中包含UE请求配置的MUSIM间隔,则基站通过RRC重配置RRCReonfiguration消息为UE配置相应的MUSIM间隔。具体的,基站通过携带在RRCReconfiguration消息中的musim-GapConfig为UE配置MUSIM间隔。可选的,基站为每个MUSIM间隔指定一个编号(记为musim-GapIndex)。由于非周期性的间隔在使用完之后自动释放,故可以规定,基站只为周期性的切换间隔指定编号,而不为非周期性的切换间隔指定编号,以节省信令开销。换言之,只能为配置了MUSIM间隔重复周期musim-GapRepetitionPeriod的MUSIM间隔指定编号。
在UE启动传输UEAssistanceInformation消息过程以请求基站释放一个或多个MUSIM间隔时,UE何时丢弃(或释放)所述MUSIM间隔是需要解决的问题。
实施例1
在一个实施例(实施例1)中,UE在传输请求释放MUSIM间隔的 UEAssistanceInformation消息之后,丢弃所述请求释放的MUSIM间隔(或MUSIM间隔的配置)。
以下具体描述UE采用显式方式和隐式方式指示基站释放不需要的MUSIM间隔的操作。
场景1:UE采用显式方式指示基站释放不需要的MUSIM间隔
如果UE因需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息包括以下操作:
如图1所示,在步骤S101中,UE判断是否需要一个或多个已配置的MUSIM间隔,如果UE不需要一个或多个已配置的MUSIM间隔(即上述判断结果为“否”),则进入步骤S102,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含MUSIM间隔释放请求列表musim-GapReleaseRequestList,将已配置但不需要的MUSIM间隔的编号或MUSIM间隔配置信息包含在musim-GapReleaseRequestList中,丢弃musim-GapReleaseRequestList中指示的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)。

如果UE因需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息包括以下操作:
如图2所示,在步骤S201中,UE判断是否有偏好的一个或多个M USIM间隔,如果UE有偏好的一个或多个MUSIM间隔(即上述判断结果为“是”),则进入步骤S202,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含musim-GapRequestList,丢弃已配置但未包含在musim-GapRequestList中的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)(如果存在这样的MUSIM间隔才执行丢弃的操作)。
否则(UE不需要MUSIM间隔)(即上述判断结果为“否”),则进入步骤S203,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中不包含musim-GapRequestList,丢弃所有已配置的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)(如果存在这样的MUSIM间隔才执行丢弃的操作)。
可选的,在上述场景1或场景2中,只有在RRC层接收到对所述UEAssistanceInformation消息的来自无线链路控制RLC实体的确认反馈或混合自动重传请求HARQ的确认反馈后,才丢弃所述MUSIM间隔(或其配置)。
实施例2
在一个实施例(实施例2)中,由基站配置和释放MUSIM间隔,即UE在接收到来自基站的RRC消息(例如RRCReconfiguration消息)时,根据所述消息的指示释放对应的MUSIM间隙。
具体的,在一种实现方式中,所述RRCReconfiguration消息中指示要释放的MUSIM间隔的编号。UE在接收到所述RRC重配置RRCReconfiguration消息后丢弃所述对应编号的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)。可选的,在一种实现方式中,所述RRCReconfiguration消息中指示要释放的MUSIM间隔的配置信息。UE在接收到所述RRC重配置消息后丢弃所述对应配置的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)。可选的,在一种实现方式中,所述RRCReconfiguration消息中指示要配置的MUSIM间隔的配置信息。UE在接收到所述RRC重配置消息后丢弃已配置但未包含在所述RRCReconfiguration消息中的MUSIM间隔(或其配置),这可以通过将musim-GapConfig或包含在musim-GapConfig中的指示应用于所有频率的MUSIM间隔配置的字段musim-GapUE的属性(或Need码)设置为Need R来实现,Need R用于UE存储的字段,即非一次性。在接收到不存在该字段的消息时,UE释放当前值。可选的,在一种实现方式中,所述RRCReconfiguration消息中包含一个释放MUSIM间隔的指示musim-GapReleaseIndication,所述musim-GapReleaseIndication只有在接收到来自UE的请求释放MUSIM间隔的UE辅助信息消息后才可以配置。UE在接收到所述包含musim-GapReleaseIndication的RRCReconfiguration消息后丢弃已请求释放的MUSIM间隔(或其配置)。
对于基于接收到的RRCReconfiguration消息来丢弃不需要的MUSIM间隔的实施例(即实施例2),在UE发送请求释放MUSIM间隔的UE辅助信息消息后,所述MUSIM间隔对应的切换间隔期间,基站不调度UE。 但是由于UE不再需要所述MUSIM间隔,如果UE在请求释放某个切换间隔后,在接收到来自基站的释放指示之前,不停止使用所述切换间隔,将导致资源浪费,降低UE在当前网络的吞吐量。以下提供实施例解决这一问题。
以下描述基于UE采用显式方式和隐式方式指示基站释放不需要的MUSIM间隔时的实施例。
场景1:基于UE采用显式方式指示基站释放不需要的MUSIM间隔 的实施例
如果UE因需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息包括以下操作:
如图3所示,在步骤S301中,UE判断是否需要一个或多个已配置的MUSIM间隔,如果UE不需要一个或多个已配置的MUSIM间隔(即上述判断结果为“否”),则进入步骤S302,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含musim-GapReleaseRequestList,将已配置但不需要的MUSIM间隔的编号或MUSIM间隔配置信息包含在musim-GapReleaseRequestList中,指示MAC实体停止使用musim-GapReleaseRequestList中指示的MUSIM间隔。
否则(UE没有已配置但不需要的MUSIM间隔)(即上述判断结果为“是”),则进入步骤S303,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中不包含musim-GapReleaseRequestList。
需要说明的是,作为上述实施例的替换实施例,也可以先指示MAC实体停止使用不需要的MUSIM间隔,再在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含musim-GapReleaseRequestList,将已配置但不需要的MUSIM间隔的编号或MUSIM间隔配置信息包含在musim-GapReleaseRequestList中。
场景2:基于UE采用隐式方式指示基站释放不需要的MUSIM间隔 的实施例
如果UE因需要MUSIM间隔或需要的MUSIM间隔发生改变,发起传输UEAssistanceInformation消息以提供MUSIM辅助信息包括以下操作:
如图4所示,在步骤S401中,UE判断是否有偏好的一个或多个M USIM间隔,如果UE有偏好的一个或多个MUSIM间隔(即上述判断结果为“是”),则进入步骤S402,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含musim-GapRequestList,指示MAC实体停止使用已配置但未包含在musim-GapRequestList中的MUSIM间隔(如果存在这样的MUSIM间隔才执行指示的操作)。
否则(UE不需要MUSIM间隔)(即上述判断结果为“否”),则进入步骤S403,在UEAssistanceInformation消息中不包含musim-GapRequestList,指示MAC实体停止使用所有已配置的MUSIM间隔(如果存在这样的MUSIM间隔才执行指示的操作)。
可选的,只有在RRC层接收到对所述UEAssistanceInformation消息的来自RLC实体的确认反馈或HARQ的确认反馈后,才指示MAC实体停止使用MUSIM间隔。
需要说明的是,可以交换上述实施例中的操作得到新的实施例,即先指示MAC实体停止使用已配置但不需要的MUSIM间隔,再在UEAssistanceInformation消息中包含musim-GapRequestList指示其需要或偏好的MUSIM间隔。
以下描述MAC实体接收到来自上层的停止使用一个或多个MUSIM间隔时执行的操作。
如果配置了MUSIM间隔并且没有被指示(或被上层指示)停止使用,对所述MUSIM间隔,在MUSIM间隔期间,在当前网络(当前网络的所有服务小区或所有频率)上,MAC实体可执行以下至少一项:
1.不执行混合自动重传请求HARQ反馈、调度请求SR和信道状态信息CSI的传输;

UEAssistanceInformation消息用于向网络指示UE辅助信息。
musim-AssistanceConfig域(也可记为musim-AssistanceConfig-Gap域)配置UE报告辅助信息,即配置UE报告其偏好的MUSIM间隔和/或为MUSIM目的的释放偏好。基站可以通过携带在RRC消息(例如RRCReconfiguration消息)中的musim-AssistanceConfig域来指示UE上报其偏好的MUSIM间隔和/或为MUSIM目的的释放偏好。
musim-GapRequestList指示UE请求配置的MUSIM间隔。musim-GapRequestList中的元素可记为MUSIM-GapInfo,它用于指示每个间隔的musim-GapOffset、musim-GapLength、musim-GapRepetitionPeriod等信息中的部分或全部。其中,musim-GapOffset指示UE偏好(prefered)的MUSIM间隔的间隔偏移、musim-GapLength指示UE偏好(prefered)的MUSIM间隔的长度、musim-GapRepetitionPeriod指示UE偏好(prefered)的MUSIM间隔的间隔重复周期。
musim-GapReleaseRequestList指示UE请求释放的MUSIM间隔配置。
musim-GapConfig指定MUSIM间隔的配置以及控制其建立和释放。
图5是本发明涉及的用户设备UE的简要结构框图。如图5所示,该用户设备UE80包括处理器801和存储器802。处理器801例如可以包括微处理器、微控制器、嵌入式处理器等。存储器802例如可以包括易失性存储器(如随机存取存储器RAM)、硬盘驱动器(HDD)、非易失性存储器(如闪速存储器)、或其他存储器等。存储器802上存储有程序指令。该指令在由处理器801运行时,可以执行本发明详细描述的由用户设备执行的上述方法。
运行在根据本发明的设备上的程序可以是通过控制中央处理单元(CPU)来使计算机实现本发明的实施例功能的程序。该程序或由该程序处理的信息可以临时存储在易失性存储器(如随机存取存储器RAM)、硬盘驱动器(HDD)、非易失性存储器(如闪速存储器)、或其他存储器系统中。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种由用户设备UE执行的方法,包括:
    如果所述UE被配置提供多全球用户识别卡MUSIM辅助信息,并且所述UE需要MUSIM间隔或者所述UE需要的所述MUSIM间隔不同于最近一次传输UE辅助信息消息中指示的MUSIM间隔,则:
    发起传输所述UE辅助信息消息,以提供一个或多个偏好的所述MUSIM间隔,并且,若所述UE有偏好的一个或多个所述MUSIM间隔,则在所述UE辅助信息消息中包含MUSIM间隔请求列表;以及
    接收包含所述MUSIM间隔所配置的无线资源控制RRC重配置消息,如果所述MUSIM间隔是周期性的MUSIM间隔,则为所述MUSIM间隔配置标识,如果所述MUSIM间隔是非周期性的MUSIM间隔,则不为所述MUSIM间隔配置标识。
  2. 一种用户设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,存储有指令;
    其中,所述指令在由所述处理器运行时执行根据权利要求1所述的方法。
