如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例的空调器可以为分体挂壁式空调器。由于传统的空调器的底盘直接形成为风道后蜗舌的一部分,导致空调器的室内换热器的设置受到了局限,例如,在空调器的后侧采用多根U管的高能效机型的室内换热器时,后侧的室内换热器与底盘形成的风道之间形成有较深的深壁,导致底盘的制造困难,在空调器内,仅能够在前侧设置室内换热器或者在后侧设置低效能的室内换热器用于换热,导致空调器的性能受到影响,空调器制冷或者制热的效果较差。
为此,本申请实施例设计了一种风道的蜗舌部分的结构与底盘分体设置的空调器,由此,避免了底盘对室内换热器布置的局限,空调器能够设置更高能效的室内换热器用于换热,具体地,室内换热器可以采用多根U管的高能效机型,提高了空调器的性能,使得空调器制冷或者制热的效果更好。
下面参考图1-图23描述根据本申请实施例的空调器100。
根据本申请实施例的空调器100可以包括:底盘1、后蜗舌2、可转动的风轮5和室内换热器6。
其中,底盘1用于支撑安装空调器100内各个部分的零部件,确保空调器100内各个零部件的稳定设置。底盘1包括横向延伸部11和竖向延伸部12,横向延伸部11和竖向延伸部12之间限定出安装区,以用于安装空调器100内各部分零部件。
在将空调器100安装在壁面上后,横向延伸部11位于空调器100的下侧,且连接在竖向延伸部12的下端,以在下侧支撑空调器100内各部分零部件,竖向延伸部12连接在横向延伸部11后侧,具体地,竖向延伸部12位于空调器100与壁面配合安装的一侧,以在空调器100的后侧支撑安装空调器100内各个部分的零部件,确保空调器100整体设置的稳定性。
进一步,后蜗舌2能够形成为空调器100风道的一部分,具体地,后蜗舌2能够形成为风道的蜗舌部分,后蜗舌2设于底盘1且与底盘1分体设置。也就是说,在后蜗舌2与底盘1分别加工成型后,后蜗舌2再通过限位安装结构安装在底盘1上,以形成为风道的蜗舌部分,由此,以便于底盘1以及后蜗舌2的加工,同时确保了风道布置的稳定性。
并且,由于后蜗舌2与底盘1分体设置且分别加工成型,因此空调器100内能够设置更高能效机型的室内换热器6用于换热,而不会影响底盘1的加工制造,并且室内换热器6可以采用多根U管的高能效机型,提高了空调器100的性能,使得空调器100制冷或者制热的效果更好。
进一步,后蜗舌2与竖向延伸部12之间限定出第一安装区3,第一安装区3能够用于安装室内换热器6的一部分。后蜗舌2与横向延伸部11之间限定出第二安装区4,第二安装区4能够用于安装风轮5以及室内换热器6的另一部分。
进一步,室内换热器6包括设于第一安装区3的第一换热部61,室内换热器6还包括设于第二安装区4的第二换热部62,第二换热部62与第一换热部61共同组成室内换 热器6,并共同完成了空调器100内空气的换热。第一换热部61和第二换热部62的设置使得室内换热器6具有更大的换热面积,提高了空调器100的性能,使得空调器100的制冷或者制热的效果更好。
其中,风轮5在转动时能够将经过室内换热器6换热过的空气导引到风道内,以使经过室内换热器6的温度调节后的空气能够进入风道并通过风道排出空调器100,以达到调节室内空气温度的目的。风轮5设于第二安装区4,以将风轮5设置在风道内,以便于风轮5将经过换热后的空气引导入风道内。并且,风轮5设置在靠近后蜗舌2的位置,且位于第一换热部61和第二换热部62之间,后蜗舌2位于风轮5和第一换热部61之间,以使空调器100的整体结构更合理,使空调器100的温度调节效果更好。
根据本申请实施例的空调器100,该空调器100的底盘1与后蜗舌2分体设置,避免了底盘1对室内换热器6布置的局限,空调器100能够在其内部设置更大面积的室内换热器6用于换热,并且室内换热器6能够采用更高能效的机型,提高了空调器100的性能。
如图3所示,后蜗舌2沿底盘1的长度方向延伸,以组成完整的风道,并且,如图2-图5所示,后蜗舌2与底盘1卡接相连,以避免设置不必要的紧固件8,确保后蜗舌2与底盘1之间连接的稳定性,进而确保了风道设置的稳定性。
如图10所示,后蜗舌2包括:蜗舌部21和安装部22,蜗舌部21面向风轮5的一侧组成风道的后蜗舌2的一部分,安装部22连接在蜗舌部21的背向风轮5的一侧,安装部22用于将后蜗舌2安装在底盘1上,以使后蜗舌2能够稳定的设置在底盘1上,确保风道设置的稳定性。
其中,蜗舌部21和安装部22中的至少一个与底盘1连接,以将后蜗舌2与底盘1连接成一个整体,使后蜗舌2设置的更稳定。
如图7、图9和图12所示,蜗舌部21设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡扣211,底盘1设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡孔13,参照图5,多个卡扣211与多个卡孔13一一对应地卡接配合,卡扣211与卡孔13的配合能够在后蜗舌2的高度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,以将后蜗舌2固定连接在底盘1上,确保后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。并且,后蜗舌2与底盘1之间通过多个间隔布置的卡孔13与卡扣211连接,能够确保各个卡扣211与卡孔13的连接处的受力均衡,进一步提高了后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。
参照图7和图8,蜗舌部21的两端分别设有第一连接孔212,底盘1的两端分别设有第二连接孔14,蜗舌部21与底盘1通过穿设于第一连接孔212、第二连接孔14的紧固件8连接,由此,紧固件8通过第一连接孔212与第二连接孔14将底盘1和后蜗舌2连接在一起,确保了后蜗舌2与底盘1之间连接的稳定性。
具体地,如图7所示,在蜗舌部21的两端设置有连接部,连接部向背离安装部22的方向凸出,并且在连接部的内部具有向内凹陷的凹槽,凹槽的内部设置有第一连接孔212,由此,连接部能够围设在第一连接孔212处,对第一连接孔212进行密封,避免了风道内的空气通过第一连接孔212泄露,也同时避免了外界的冷凝水等通过第一连接孔212进入风道,确保空调器100具有良好的使用性能。
并且,将第一连接孔212设置在凹槽内,避免了紧固件8的设置占用更多的空间,确保了空调器100整体结构的紧凑性。
如图6所示,安装部22的长度方向的两端分别设有朝向蜗舌部21延伸的限位筋221,底盘1在蜗舌部21的长度方向的两侧分别设有隔板15,以将出风口和电机分隔开。限位筋221止挡在对应的隔板15的外侧,由此,通过限位筋221与隔板15的配合,能够在底盘1的长度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,确保了后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。并且,蜗舌部21位于两个隔板15之间,以避免限位筋221的设置影响风道部件的布置。
参照图5,安装部22与蜗舌部21之间限定出开口朝下的插槽23,具体地,安装部22在蜗舌部21的中间位置由上至下的延伸,蜗舌部21由上至下的向远离安装部22的方向延伸,由此,在安装部22与蜗舌部21之间形成了开口朝下的插槽23,进一步,在底盘1形成有朝风轮5和第一换热部61之间延伸的插板121,插板121插入插槽23内,以使插板121与插槽23插接配合。由此,能够在后蜗舌2的宽度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,由此,后蜗舌2不会在宽度方向上发生晃动,确保了后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。
如图2-图5所示,插板121朝第二安装区4倾斜,以避免插板121以及后蜗舌2的设置影响第一安装区3内结构的设置。
如图2-图5所示,由于在蜗舌部21形成风道的一部分时,安装部22与蜗舌部21之间限定的插槽23的延伸方向由前向后的朝下延伸,因此,插板121沿从后向前的方向逐渐朝上倾斜延伸,以与安装部22与蜗舌部21之间限定的插槽23的延伸方向相配合,使插板121与插槽23之间的配合更紧密,确保了后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。
综上所述,通过蜗舌部21上设置的多个沿后蜗舌2的长度方向间隔布置的卡扣211以及底盘1上设置的多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡孔13的卡接配合、再通过紧固件8穿设在蜗舌部21的两端设置的第一连接孔212以及底盘1的两端设置的第二连接孔14的紧固配合、再通过安装部22两端的限位筋221和底盘1的两端设置的隔板15的限位配合、以及通过安装部22与蜗舌部21之间限定的插槽23与底盘1上设置的插板121的插接配合,能够稳定的将后蜗舌2连接设置在底盘1上,确保了后蜗舌2设置的稳定性。
具体地,后蜗舌2的装配过程可以为,首先将后蜗舌2的插槽23与底盘1上设置的插板121插接配合,此时,后蜗舌2在后蜗舌2的宽度方向上被限位,进一步沿着插接方向移动后蜗舌2,直至将多个沿后蜗舌2的长度方向间隔布置的卡扣211一一对应的插入底盘1上的多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡孔13内,此时安装部22两端的限位筋221会与底盘1的两端设置的隔板15止抵,以在后蜗舌2的长度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,进一步向远离安装部22方向移动后蜗舌2,以使卡扣211与卡孔13的一侧边沿卡接配合,以在后蜗舌2的高度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,此时,蜗舌部21的两端设置的第一连接孔212以及底盘1的两端设置的第二连接孔14一一对应,紧固件8穿设入第一连接孔212与第二连接孔14,并通过第一连接孔212与第二连接孔14将后蜗舌2整体稳定的固定在底盘1上。
在空调的使用过程中,室内换热器6处会产生大量的冷凝水,为了避免冷凝水侵蚀空调器100安装处的墙体,并且避免冷凝水对空调器100内其他零部件造成影响,影响空调器100的使用寿命,为此,在底盘1上还设置有接水结构,以承接室内换热器6处以及附近壁面上产生的冷凝水,并将冷凝水引导到空调器100外,避免冷凝水对空调器100的正常运行造成影响。
如图2和图11所示,底盘1具有第一接水部16和出水口17,第一接水部16设于第一换热部61的下方,以在下方承接第一换热部61产生的第一冷凝水,并将第一冷凝水朝出水口17引导。
具体地,第一换热部61产生的第一冷凝水在重力作用下落入第一接水部16上,第一接水部16适于将第一冷凝水引导到出水口17处,出水口17会将第一接水部16承接到的第一冷凝水引导到预设位置,例如,接水盘处或者空调器100外,由此,在第一换热部61处产生的第一冷凝水得到了处理,避免了第一冷凝水侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件,提高了空调器100的使用寿命。
参照图2和图11,底盘1还具有第二接水部18,第二接水部18设于第二换热部62的下方,以在下方承接第二换热部62产生的第二冷凝水,并将第二冷凝水朝出水口17 引导。
具体地,在第二换热部62处产生的第二冷凝水在重力作用下落入第二接水部18上,第二接水部18适于将第二冷凝水引导到出水口17处,出水口17会将第二接水部18承接到的第二冷凝水引导到预设位置,例如,接水盘处或者空调器100外,由此,在第二换热部62处产生的第二冷凝水得到了处理,避免了第二冷凝水侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件,提高了空调器100的使用寿命。
进一步,第一接水部16和第二接水部18的靠近出水口17的部分沿靠近出水口17的方向逐渐朝下倾斜延伸,以利用重力作用将冷凝水引导到出水口17处,避免冷凝水滞留在空调器100内侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件,提高了空调器100的使用寿命。
如图3所示,出水口17包括设于底盘1的长度方向的两端的第一出水口171和第二出水口172,以在底盘1的两端同时向外引导冷凝水,确保空调器100能够及时的将冷凝水引导到空调器100外,并且避免了距离出水口17较远位置处冷凝水的滞留,避免滞留的冷凝水侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件,提高了空调器100的使用寿命。
进一步,在同一水平面的投影上,第一出水口171和第二出水口172均位于第一接水部16和第二接水部18之间,以使第一出水口171和第二出水口172能够同时将第一接水部16和第二接水部18承接的冷凝水引导到空调器100外,避免了在第一接水部16和第二接水部18处分别设置多处出水口17,使结构更简洁,便于加工制造。
在将后蜗舌2装配到底盘1上之后,会在后蜗舌2、插板121与底盘1之间形成一个空腔7,在空调器100制冷时,由于空腔7内的温度高于空腔7周围的温度,会导致空腔7的内壁上形成冷凝水,为了避免这一部分冷凝水从风道口流出,侵蚀空调器100安装的墙体,在空腔7的底壁71上还设置有第一排水孔711,底壁71为底盘1的一部分。
其中,在后蜗舌2、插板121与底盘1之间限定出空腔7,具体地,在插板121、以及蜗舌部21与安装部22连接处下侧的蜗舌部21和底盘1的一部分限定出空腔7,空腔7的底壁71设有第一排水孔711,空腔7的底壁71在下方承接空腔7内产生的冷凝水,并将冷凝水朝第一排水孔711引导。
具体地,空腔7内产生的冷凝水在重力作用下落入空腔7的底壁71上,空腔7的底壁71适于将冷凝水引导到第一排水孔711处,第一排水孔711会将空腔7的底壁71承接到的冷凝水引导到预设位置,由此,空腔7内产生的冷凝水得到了处理,避免了冷凝水侵蚀墙体,提高了空调器100使用性能。
其中,底盘1还具有第三接水部19,第三接水部19位于第一排水孔711的下方以承接从第一排水孔711排出的第三冷凝水,并将第三冷凝水向出水口17处引导。
具体地,空腔7内产生的第三冷凝水在重力作用下落入空腔7的底壁71上,空腔7的底壁71适于将第三冷凝水引导到第一排水孔711处,第一排水孔711会将空腔7的底壁71承接到的第三冷凝水引导到第三接水部19,第三接水部19适于将第三冷凝水引导到出水口17处,出水口17会将第三接水部19承接到的第三冷凝水引导到预设位置,例如,接水盘处或者空调器100外,由此,空腔7内产生的第三冷凝水得到了处理,避免了第三冷凝水侵蚀墙体,提高了空调器100使用性能。
进一步,第一排水孔711位于底壁71的长度方向的两端,以提高排水速度。
如图15和图16所示,底壁71的靠近第一排水孔711的位置设有导流面712,导流面712沿靠近第一排水孔711的方向逐渐朝下延伸,以利用重力作用将第三冷凝水引导到第一排水孔711处,避免第三冷凝水滞留在空调器100内侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件或空调器100的安装墙面,提高了空调器100的使用寿命和使用性能。
结合图12和图15所示实施例,空腔7内还具有多个沿底盘1长度方向间隔布置的 卡孔13,蜗舌部21设置的多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡扣211与卡孔13配合,因此空腔7内产生的冷凝水也可以从卡扣211与卡孔13的配合间隙流出,并能够与从第一排水孔711排出冷凝水汇聚一起排出,由此,在卡孔13与第一排水孔711的共同作用下,避免了冷凝水滞留在空腔7内,避免了滞留的冷凝水侵蚀空调器100内其他零部件或空调器100安装处的墙体,提高了空调器100的使用寿命和使用性能。
参照图3、图6、图7和图8,安装部22的两端分别设有朝蜗舌部21延伸的限位筋221,底盘1的两端分别设有隔板15,以将出风口和电机分隔开。限位筋221止挡在对应的隔板15的外侧,由于蜗舌部21位于两个隔板15之间,限位筋221与隔板15配合,还能够阻挡空腔7内的冷凝水通过安装部22与底盘1的搭接处进入风道,避免了冷凝水通过风道流出空调器,侵蚀墙体,进一步提高了空调器100的使用性能。
如图15所示,底盘1设有多个加强筋9,多个加强筋9位于空腔7内且沿空腔7的长度方向间隔布置,多个加强筋9与底壁71和插板121连接;加强筋9能够在对底盘1的结构强度进行加强的同时对空腔7内的冷凝水进行分流,以将空腔7内的空间分割为多段,避免冷凝水的汇集,每一段的冷凝水都可以通过这一段空间内对应的卡孔13排出空腔7。
后蜗舌2设有多个分流筋24,多个分流筋24位于空腔7内且沿空腔7的长度方向间隔布置,多个分流筋24连接于蜗舌部21。分流筋24能够在对后蜗舌2的结构强度进行加强的同时,还能够在装配异常时,对空腔7内的冷凝水进行分流,以将空腔7内的空间分割为多段,避免冷凝水的汇集,每一段的冷凝水都可以通过这一段空间内对应的卡孔13排出空腔7。
在一些实施例中,空腔7内可以同时设置有加强筋9和分流筋24,也可以单独设置加强筋9或分流筋24,在此不做限定。
进一步,第一排水孔711的直径大于5mm,第一排水孔711的面积大于15平方毫米,以便于冷凝水顺利排出空腔7,避免冷凝水的汇集。
综上所述,空腔7内产生的冷凝水的排出方式如下:空腔7内的冷凝水首先在重力作用下落入空腔7的底壁71上,其中部分冷凝水进入空腔7内的分流筋24和加强筋9分割而成的多段流道内,每一段流道内的冷凝水都可以通过该段流道内对应的卡孔13排出空腔7,并且,还有部分空腔7内的冷凝水被空腔7的底壁71承接,空腔7的底壁71会将底壁71上承接的冷凝水引导到第一排水孔711处,第一排水孔711将冷凝水排出空腔7。
进一步,从第一排水孔711以及卡孔13排出的冷凝水向下流入第三接水部19,第三接水部19承接空腔7排出的冷凝水,并且,第三接水部19适于将冷凝水引导到出水口17处,出水口17会将第三接水部19承接到的冷凝水引导到空调器100外,由此,空腔7内产生的冷凝水得到了处理,避免了冷凝水侵蚀墙体,提高了空调器100使用性能。
参照图11和图14,第一接水部16和底壁71共面,以使空调器100整体结构更紧凑。插板121位于第一接水部16和底壁71之间,以便于后蜗舌2的安装,在第一接水部16和第三接水部19之间形成有导水孔191,以将第一冷凝水导入到第三接水部19上,以便于冷凝水的排出。
具体地,第一接水部16具有第二排水孔161,第三接水部19位于第二排水孔161的下方以承接从第二排水孔161排出的第一冷凝水,并将第一冷凝水朝出水口17处引导。
进一步,第三接水部19将第三冷凝水朝导水孔191引导,进而朝出水口17引导。
具体地,第一换热部61处产生的冷凝水在重力作用下落入第一接水部16上,第一 接水部16适于将冷凝水引导到第二排水孔161处,第二排水孔161会将第一接水部16承接到的冷凝水引导到第三接水部19,第三接水部19适于将第三冷凝水朝导水孔191引导,进而引导到出水口17处,出水口17会将第三接水部19承接到的第三冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
在一些实施例中,第三接水部19仅与第一出水口171和第二出水口172中的一个连通,以便于空调器100的布置。
结合图18-图20所示实施例,第三接水部19仅与第二出水口172连通,第二出水口172会将第三接水部19承接到的冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
下面结合图示附图描述空调器100的一个具体实施例。
空调器100包括机壳20、面板30、底盘1、风道部件、风轮5和室内换热器6,机壳20具有进风口和出风口,底盘1、风道部件、风轮5和室内换热器6设置在机壳20内,面板30设置在机壳20上,风道部件限定出风道,风轮5将外界的空气导引入空调器100内,以使外界空气能够流动到室内换热器6处,并在室内换热器6内进行热交换,经过室内换热器6的换热后的空气通过出风口排出空调器100,从而实现空气的温度调节,以达到调节室内空气温度的目的。
进一步,底盘1包括横向延伸部11和竖向延伸部12,横向延伸部11位于空调器100的下侧,且在空调器100的长度方向上与空调器100的宽度方向上延伸,竖向延伸部12连接在横向延伸部11后侧,且在空调器100的长度方向上与空调器100的高度方向上延伸,横向延伸部11和竖向延伸部12之间限定出安装区,风道部件、风轮5和室内换热器6安装在横向延伸部11和竖向延伸部12之间限定出安装区内。
室内换热器6采用多根U管的高能效机型的室内换热器6,以提高空调器100的性能。风道部件限定出蜗形风道,风轮5设置在蜗形风道内。风道部件包括:后蜗舌2,后蜗舌2限定出风道的蜗舌部分,后蜗舌2设置在底盘1上,并与底盘1连接。
具体地,在后蜗舌2的装配过程中,首先将后蜗舌2的插槽23与底盘1上设置的插板121插接配合,此时,后蜗舌2在后蜗舌2的宽度方向上被限位,进一步沿着插接方向向下移动后蜗舌2,直至将多个沿后蜗舌2的长度方向间隔布置的卡扣211一一对应的插入底盘1上设置的多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡孔13内,此时安装部22两端的限位筋221会与底盘1的两端设置的隔板15止抵,以在后蜗舌2的长度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,此时向远离安装部22方向移动后蜗舌2,以使卡扣211与卡孔13卡接配合,以在后蜗舌2的高度方向上对后蜗舌2进行限位,此时,蜗舌部21的两端设置的第一连接孔212以及底盘1的两端设置的第二连接孔14一一对应,紧固件8穿设入第一连接孔212与第二连接孔14,并通过第一连接孔212与第二连接孔14将后蜗舌2整体稳定的固定在底盘1上。
后蜗舌2与竖向延伸部12限定出第一安装区3,第一安装区3能够用于安装室内换热器6的第一换热部61。后蜗舌2与横向延伸部11限定出第二安装区4,第二安装区4能够用于安装风轮5以及室内换热器6的第二换热部62。在后蜗舌2与底盘1之间形成有空腔7,在第一换热部61处、第二换热部62处和空腔7内都会形成冷凝水,空调器100适于通过底盘1上形成的结构将冷凝水排出。
具体地,在底盘1的左侧形成有第一出水口171,在底盘1的右侧形成有第二出水口172,第一出水口171和第二出水口172适于将空调器100内的冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
进一步,底盘1上还包括第一接水部16、第二接水部18和第三接水部19。第一接水部16能够承接第一换热部61处产生的冷凝水,第二接水部18能够承接第二换热部62处产生的冷凝水,第一接水部16和第二接水部18分别设置在第一出水口171和第二 出水口172的两侧,与第一出水口171和第二出水口172连通,以使第一出水口171和第二出水口172能够同时将第一接水部16和第二接水部18承接到的冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
第三接水部19设置在第一接水部16以及空腔7的底壁71的下侧,能够承接第一接水部16承接的冷凝水以及空腔7内产生的冷凝水,并且,第三接水部19与第二出水口172连通,以使第二出水口172能够将第三接水部19承接到的冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
其中,空腔7内的冷凝水通过底壁71上设置的卡孔13,以及空腔7底壁71的两侧设置的第一排水孔711排出冷凝水。具体地,空腔7内冷凝水的流动路径为,首先空腔7内冷凝水在重力作用下落入空腔7的底壁71上,其中部分冷凝水进入空腔7内的分流筋24和加强筋9分割而成的多段流道内,每一段流道内的冷凝水都可以通过该段流道内对应的卡孔13排出空腔7,并且,还有部分空腔7内的冷凝水被空腔7的底壁71承接,并将冷凝水向左或者向右引导到左侧的第一排水孔711或右侧的第一排水孔711处,并从第一排水孔711进入第三接水部19。
进一步,从左右两侧的第一排水孔711流出空腔7的冷凝水被第三接水部19承接,并在第三接水部19的引导下向右侧流动,并被第三接水部19引导到第二出水口172处,第二出水口172会将第三接水部19承接到的冷凝水引导到空调器100外。
进一步,第一换热部61产生的冷凝水被第一接水部16承接,其中部分冷凝水在第一接水部16的引导下先向左侧流动,再向第一出水口171处流动,并在第一接水部16的引导下从第一出水口171直接排出空调器100。其中另一部分冷凝水在第一接水部16的引导下先向右侧流动,再向第二排水孔161处流动,并从第二排水孔161进入到第三接水部19,被第三接水部19承接,并在第三接水部19的引导下从第二出水口172排出空调器100。
进一步,第二换热部62产生的冷凝水被第二接水部18承接,第二接水部18将冷凝水向左或者向右引导到左侧的第一出水口171处或右侧的第二出水口172处,并通过第一出水口171和第二出水口172排出空调器100。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种空调器,其中,包括:
    底盘,所述底盘包括竖向延伸部、连接在所述竖向延伸部的下端的横向延伸部;
    后蜗舌,所述后蜗舌设于所述底盘且与所述底盘分体设置,所述后蜗舌与所述竖向延伸部之间限定出第一安装区,所述后蜗舌与所述横向延伸部之间限定出第二安装区;
    室内换热器,所述室内换热器包括设于所述第一安装区的第一换热部、设于所述第二安装区的第二换热部;以及
    可转动的风轮,所述风轮设于所述第二安装区,位于所述第一换热部和所述第二换热部之间,所述后蜗舌位于所述风轮和所述第一换热部之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其中,所述后蜗舌沿所述底盘的长度方向延伸且所述后蜗舌与所述底盘卡接相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其中,所述后蜗舌包括:
    蜗舌部;
    安装部,所述安装部连接在所述蜗舌部的背向所述风轮的一侧,
    其中,所述蜗舌部和所述安装部中的至少一个与所述底盘连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其中,所述蜗舌部设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡扣,所述底盘设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的卡孔,多个所述卡扣与多个所述卡孔一一对应地卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其中,所述蜗舌部的两端分别设有第一连接孔,所述底盘的两端分别设有第二连接孔,所述蜗舌部与所述底盘通过穿设于所述第一连接孔、所述第二连接孔的紧固件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其中,所述安装部的长度方向的两端分别设有朝所述蜗舌部延伸的限位筋,所述底盘在所述蜗舌部的长度方向的两侧分别设有隔板,所述限位筋止挡在对应的所述隔板的外侧,所述蜗舌部位于两个所述隔板之间。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其中,所述安装部与所述蜗舌部之间限定出开口朝下的插槽,在所述底盘形成有朝所述风轮和所述第一换热部之间延伸的插板,所述插板插入所述插槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其中,所述插板朝所述第二安装区倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其中,所述底盘具有第一接水部和出水口,所述第一接水部设于所述第一换热部的下方以承接所述第一换热部产生的第一冷凝水,并将所述第一冷凝水朝所述出水口引导。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其中,所述底盘还具有第二接水部,所述第二接水部设于所述第二换热部的下方以承接所述第二换热部产生的第二冷凝水,并将所述第二冷凝水朝所述出水口引导。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其中,所述第一接水部和所述第二接水部的靠近所述出水口的部分沿靠近所述出水口的方向逐渐朝下倾斜延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其中,所述出水口包括设于所述底盘的长度方向的两端的第一出水口和第二出水口,在同一水平面的投影上,所述第一出水口和所述第二出水口均位于所述第一接水部和所述第二接水部之间。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其中,所述后蜗舌、所述插板与所述底盘之间限定出空腔,所述空腔的底壁设有第一排水孔,所述底壁为所述底盘的一部分,
    其中,所述底盘还具有第三接水部,所述第三接水部位于所述第一排水孔的下方以承接从所述第一排水孔排出的第三冷凝水,并将所述第三冷凝水朝所述出水口引导。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其中,所述第一排水孔位于所述底壁的长度方向的两端。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其中,所述底壁的靠近所述第一排水孔的位置设有导流面,所述导流面沿靠近所述第一排水孔的方向逐渐朝下延伸。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其中,所述底盘设有多个加强筋,多个所述加强筋位于所述空腔内且沿所述空腔的长度方向间隔布置,多个所述加强筋与所述底壁和所述插板连接;和/或,
    所述后蜗舌设有多个分流筋,多个所述分流筋位于所述空腔内且沿所述空腔的长度方向间隔布置,多个所述分流筋连接于所述蜗舌部。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其中,所述第一接水部和所述底壁共面,所述插板位于所述第一接水部和所述底壁之间,在所述第一接水部和所述第三接水部之间形成有导水孔,
    所述第一接水部具有第二排水孔,所述第三接水部位于所述第二排水孔的下方以承接从所述第二排水孔排出的所述第一冷凝水,并将所述第一冷凝水朝所述出水口引导,
    所述第三接水部将所述第三冷凝水朝所述导水孔引导,进而朝所述出水口引导。
