现有技术的充电桩用电缆一般较长,致使电缆垂落到地面上,在拿取充电头时,电缆容易与地面相接触摩擦,从而造成电缆表面磨损,缩短了电缆的使用寿命,现在急需一种具有电缆防磨损功能的充电桩来解决上述出现的问题。

进一步地,所述凸起竖板右端面中间位置开设有导向凹槽,且导向凹槽与限位滑块相匹配。

支撑架511等规格安装有四组,横向滚筒59和竖向滚筒512均等规格设置有两组,第一支撑轴头分别对称设置在两组横向滚筒59左右端面中间位置,第二支撑轴头分别对称设置在两组竖向滚筒512上下端面中间位置,第一支撑轴头使横向滚筒59具备可转动能力,而第二支撑轴头使竖向滚筒512具备可转动能力,滚珠轴承分别套装在第一支撑轴头和第二支撑轴头环形侧面,硅胶套分别套装在两组横向滚筒59和竖向滚筒512环形侧面,滚珠轴承使第一支撑轴头和第二支撑轴头转动稳定性更好,而硅胶套避免横向滚筒59和竖向滚筒512与电缆线1之间出现硬接触摩擦,安装通孔41对称开设在固定底板4内部左右两侧,安装通孔41方便外界膨胀螺栓穿插 在固定底板4内部,以此对固定底板4进行安装固定。
作为本实用新型的一个实施例:在安装电缆线1之前,需要将电缆线1由后向前穿插在承托框53内部,在使用人员拿取充电头2进行使用过程中,会对电缆线1进行拉扯,此时两组横向滚筒59会对电缆线1环形侧面上下两侧进行承托导向,而两组竖向滚筒512会对电缆线1环形侧面左右两侧进而限位导向,从而避免电缆线1在拉扯过程中与地面相摩擦;当需要对承托框53使用高度进行调整时,使用人员只需用手分别对两组蝶形定位螺母58拧松,而后便可以对承托框53进行上下移动调节,调节完成后,再用手分别拧紧两组蝶形定位螺母58,使两组螺纹头对两组限位滑块56施加拽拉力,与此同时,两组蝶形定位螺母58会对定位板55施加按压力,以此对定位板55进行定位,从而避免承托框53在使用过程中出现回落情况。
