Description

家电设备的控制方法、系统、装置、存储介质及电子装置
本公开要求于2021年12月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111471050.4、发明名称“家电设备的控制方法、系统、装置、存储介质及电子装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种家电设备的控制方法、系统、装置、存储介质及电子装置。
背景技术
声纹是一种人体生物特征,就像每个人的指纹,声纹也都是独一无二的,可以作为一种区分不同人身份的生物特征。目前,随着人工智能领域新技术的不断发展,将声纹识别技术应用于传统行业已成为主流趋势。在传统家电领域中出现了很多新型智能家电设备。其中一种家电设备的智能交互方式是通过语音控制家用设备,让用户不再需要遥控器或者按键触发来操控设备,这种语音交互方式能够让用户通过语音控制家用设备,提高了用户的使用体验。
但是,相关技术中的智能家电设备还都是面向于家庭服务,没有针对家庭中的每个成员进行定制化的个性服务,目前以家庭为对象的智能家电设备,具有“千人一面”的弊端,操控往往比较单一,相应的,这种家电设备所提供的语音交互方式无法区分不同用户,也无法捕捉不同用户的家电设备使用习惯,进而无法为不同用户提供合适的家电设备参数。目前,不论是老人、儿童或青壮年,都只能通过“打开空调”和“温度设为24度”两次交互来实现空调打开和温度设为24度的功能,但是老人、儿童和青壮年成员所适用的温度值是不同的,老人和儿童使用空调的温度适宜值一般高于青壮年成员,上述技术方案无法根据声纹区分家庭成员的类型, 为不同的家庭成员提供对应的温度适宜值,即相关技术中存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题。
针对相关技术中,存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种家电设备的控制方法、系统、装置、存储介质及电子装置,以至少解决相关技术中,存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题。
根据本公开实施例的一个实施例,提供了一种家电设备的控制方法,包括:解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
根据本公开实施例的另一个实施例,还提供了一种家电设备的控制系统,包括:语音解析单元,设置为解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,以得到解析结果;指令确定单元,设置为根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息;参数确定单元,设置为从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;设备控制单元,设置为根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。

根据本公开实施例的又一方面,还提供了一种计算机可读的存储介质,该计算机可读的存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,该计算机程序被设置为运行时执行上述家电设备的控制方法。
根据本公开实施例的又一方面,还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,上述处理器通过计算机程序执行上述的家电设备的控制方法。
在本公开实施例中,根据目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息的解析结果,可以确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,并从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数,进一步的,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作,采用上述技术方案,解决了相关技术中存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题,进而提高了家电设备的控制效率。

图1是本公开实施例的一种家电设备的控制系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,家电设备的控制系统包括语音解析单元102、指令确定单元104、 参数确定单元106和设备控制单元108。
在上述家电设备的控制系统中,语音解析单元102将解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息得到的解析结果发送至指令确定单元104。指令确定单元104根据解析结果确定语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息(以下可以简写为声纹),并将声纹信息发送给参数确定单元106,参数确定单元106根据声纹信息从家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与不同目标对象对家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数,并将目标使用参数发送至设备控制单元108,设备控制单元108根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
通过上述家电设备的控制系统,引入语音解析单元用于区分不同家庭成员,进而学习存储不同成员的家电设备使用习惯数据,并在参数确定单元106中引入发出语音信息的用户的使用习惯数据,为语义理解赋能,在一定程度上实现了针对不同用户的“千人千面”个性化定制服务,提高了家用设备的使用便捷性,增加了家用设备科技含量。
本公开实施例所提供的方法实施例可以在计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在计算机终端上为例,图2是本公开实施例的一种家电设备的控制方法的计算机终端的硬件结构框图。如图2所示,计算机终端可以包括一个或多个(图2中仅示出一个)处理器202(处理器202可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)和用于存储数据的存储器204,在一个示例性实施例中,上述计算机终端还可以包括用于通信功能的传输设备206以及输入输出设备208。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图2所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述计算机终端的结构造成限定。例如,计算机终端还可包括比图2中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图2所示等同功能或比图2所示功能更多的不同的配置。
存储器204可用于存储计算机程序,例如,应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本公开实施例中的家电设备的控制方法对应的计算机程序,处理器202通过运行存储在存储器204内的计算机程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器204可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器204可进一步包括相对于处理器202远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机终端。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输设备206用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机终端的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输设备206包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,简称为NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输设备206可以为射频(Radio Frequency,简称为RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种家电设备的控制方法,应用于上述计算机终端,图3是根据本公开实施例的家电设备的控制方法的流程图,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
需要说明的是,上述目标对象可以理解为人或者机器人,本公开对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,上述家电设备可以理解为家电场景中使用的设备,家电设备的设备类型可以包括热水器、空调、电视、智能冰箱、投影仪、加湿器、智能扫地机器人、智能马桶等,本公开对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,上述语音信息的解析结果可以理解为上述语音信息 的文本内容,并根据转化后的文本内容查找到对应的使用参数。上述语音信息可以包括“打开热水器”、“打开空调”、“打开扫地机器人”等。例如,在目标对象发出的语音信息为“打开热水器”的情况下,将“打开热水器”转化为文本内容,并根据转化后的文本内容查找到对应的使用参数。
步骤S304,根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
步骤S306,从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
需要说明的是,可以根据上述家电设备的设备类型确定上述家电设备的使用参数。例如,在上述家电类型的设备类型为热水器的情况下,确定热水器的使用参数为用水温度的温度值。
可选的,还可以根据不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系确定热水器的用水温度的温度范围,在温度范围内确定目标用水温度,其中目标用水温度可以为张三最近使用的用水温度,也可以是张三使用次数最多的用水温度,本公开对此不做限定。
步骤S308,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
通过上述步骤,通过解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的 使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作,解决了相关技术中,存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题,进而提高了家电设备的控制效率。
例如,在一个示例性实施例中,上述目标对象为“张三”,根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的目标用水温度为50度。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的用水温度的温度范围为[0,90]度,可以确定张三最近使用的用水温度为50度,则目标用水温度可以为50度,根据目标用水温度确定。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,在根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的用水温度的温度范围为[0,90]度的情况下,可以确定张三使用次数最多的用水温度为48度,则目标用水温度可以为48度。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,为了更好的理解上述步骤S306,提供了一种从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数之前的技术方案,具体步骤包括:获取不同目标对象在预设时间段内对所述家电设备的使用参数范围,得到不同目标对象对应的不同使用参数范围;对于所述不同目标对象中的每一目标对象,获取所述每一目标对象的使用参数范围,并从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
需要说明的是,上述预设时间段可以包括1周、一个月、一季度等,但不限于此,在预设时间段为1周,上述家电设备为空调的情况下,获取 上述目标对象在1周内对空调的使用参数范围为[20,30]度,并从使用参数范围[20,30]度中确定每一目标对象的使用参数,进而确定不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,为了更好的理解上述步骤S306中如何从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数,可以通过获取所述使用参数范围中不同使用参数的使用次数;从不同使用参数的使用次数中确定最多使用次数所对应的第一使用参数;将所述第一使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,提供了一种从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数的技术方案,具体步骤包括:获取所述使用参数范围中最近被使用的第二使用参数;将所述第二使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,为了更好的理解上述步骤S306中如何从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数,提供了一种技术方案,具体步骤包括:接收所述目标对象的客户端发送的设置指令,其中,所述设置指令中携带第三使用参数;基于所述设置指令将所述第三使用参数设置为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,提供了一种确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系的技术方案,具体步骤包括:通过所述不同目标对象的移动终端采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息,或通过同一家电设备采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
需要说明的是,上述移动终端可以包括手机、平板、可穿戴智能手表等,本公开对此不做限制。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,在根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行 与所述第二操作指令对应的操作之后,提供了一种技术方案,具体步骤包括:接收所述目标对象通过所述目标对象的移动终端发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息用于指示所述目标使用参数的修改值;在所述修改值超过预设阈值的情况下,向所述目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向所述目标对象确认是否根据所述修改值修改所述目标使用参数。
需要说明的是,在上述家电设备为空调的情况下,上述预设阈值可以为1摄氏度、3摄氏度、5摄氏度等,但不限于此。
在一个示例性实施例中,在上述预设阈值为1摄氏度的情况下,如果确定修改值为10摄氏度,则向目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向目标对象确认是否根据10摄氏度修改目标使用参数,降低了由于目标对象的口误操作导致家电设备提供错误的目标使用参数的概率,提高了用户体验。
为了更好的理解上述家电设备的控制方法的过程,以下再结合可选实施例对上述家电设备的控制的实现方法流程进行说明,但不用于限定本公开实施例的技术方案。
在本实施例中提供了一种家电设备的控制方法,图4是根据本公开实施例的家电设备的控制方法的示意图,其中,图4中的语义识别模块402能够完成上述指令确定单元104中根据解析结果确定语音信息对应的第一操作指令的功能,声纹识别模块404能够完成上述指令确定单元104根据解析结果确定语音信息对应的所述目标对象的声纹信息,以及上述参数确定单元106从家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与不同目标对象对家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数的功能。如图4所示,家电设备的控制方法的步骤具体如下:
步骤1:用户可以通过家电设备的语音入口与家电设备进行交互,例如,用户的语音信息的解析结果为:“打开热水器”;
需要说明的是,上述家电设备可以理解为家电场景中使用的设备,家 电设备的设备类型可以包括热水器、空调、智能冰箱、投影仪、加湿器、智能扫地机器人、智能马桶等,本公开对此不做限制。
步骤2:通过语义识别模块402对解析结果进行分析,可以确定用户意图是把热水器打开(相当于上述第一操作指令,使用open Device表示);
步骤3:通过声纹识别模块404对解析结果进行分析,识别出用户为“张三”,系统通过筛查家庭成员的家电设备使用习惯数据,得出用户张三的适宜热水温度为50度(相当于上述目标使用参数);
其中,在识别出用户为“李四”的情况下,系统通过筛查家庭成员的家电设备使用习惯数据,得出用户李四的适宜热水温度为40度。
步骤4:通过语义融合理解模块406得到“打开热水器”(open Device)和“适宜热水温度50度”对应的融合语义(相当于上述第二操作指令):[打开热水器(open Device)、温度设为50度(使用set Temperature:50表示)]。
步骤5:同时对终端设备下发步骤4的融合语义对应的操作指令。
通过上述方案,通过在语音控制家电系统中引入了声纹识别模块,改变了家庭中不同用户控制家电设备所呈现的“千人一面”弊端。通过声纹信息识别不同的家庭成员,并在语义理解模块中融合发话用户的使用习惯数据,相当于在语义理解模块对用户意图作了更深一层的挖掘处理,让家电设备为不同用户提供“千人千面”的个性化服务。进一步的,通过声纹信息来匹配已经存储的每个家庭成员的家电设备使用习惯数据,在用户的使用过程中,根据家电设备使用习惯数据挖掘理解用户的意图,能够在语音操控家电设备的过程中,极大提高用户的语音交互体验,提高家电设备的操控便捷性,以及提高家电设备的智能化水平,在一定意义上赋予了家电设备一个“会思考、会学习、会总结”的数据大脑,提供了一种更懂得每个用户的使用习惯的家电设备控制系统,符合家电设备智能化的总章程。
进一步的,通过上述技术方案提高了家用设备的控制效率,能够使得家电设备根据每个家庭成员的使用习惯为家庭成员提供合适的使用参数, 例如,在用户从打开空调,到设为期待的适宜温度的控制过程中,由两次语音交互缩短为一次语音交互,在一定程度上提高了家用设备的使用便捷性,增加了家电设备科技含量。
再者,上述技术方案通过声纹来区分家庭中的不同成员,记录不同家庭成员的电器使用数据,可以汇总分析出不同家庭成员的适宜热水温度、空调适宜温度、电视喜好节目等,通过将用户对应的习惯数据融合到语义理解过程中,可以让智能家电更懂每个用户,不单单是为家庭服务,而是为每个用户提供个性化服务,提高了家电设备的智能感和科技感。此外,加入声纹识别模块后,用户从打开热水器到设定到自己适宜的热水温度,仅通过一次交互即可完成,提高了用户体验,降低了操作难度,用户体验效果更佳。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例的方法。
图5是根据本公开实施例的一种家电设备的控制装置的结构框图;如图5所示,包括:
解析模块52,设置为解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
需要说明的是,上述目标对象可以理解为人或者机器人,本公开对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,上述家电设备可以理解为家电场景中使用的设备, 家电设备的设备类型可以包括热水器、空调、智能冰箱、投影仪、加湿器、智能扫地机器人、智能马桶等,本公开对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,上述语音信息的解析结果可以理解为上述语音信息的文本内容,并根据转化后的文本内容查找到对应的使用参数。上述语音信息可以包括“打开热水器”、“打开空调”、“打开扫地机器人”等。例如,在目标对象发出的语音信息为“打开热水器”的情况下,将“打开热水器”转化为文本内容,并根据转化后的文本内容查找到对应的使用参数。
第一确定模块54,设置为根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
第二确定模块56,设置为从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
需要说明的是,可以根据上述家电设备的设备类型确定上述家电设备的使用参数。例如,在上述家电类型的设备类型为热水器的情况下,确定热水器的使用参数为用水温度的温度值。
可选的,还可以根据不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系确定热水器的用水温度的温度范围,在温度范围内确定目标用水温度,其中目标用水温度可以为张三最近使用的用水温度,也可以是张三使用次数最多的用水温度,本公开对此不做限定。
控制模块58,设置为根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
通过上述装置,解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操 作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作,解决了相关技术中,存在家电设备的控制效率较低的问题,进而提高了家电设备的控制效率。
例如,在一个示例性实施例中,上述目标对象为“张三”,根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的目标用水温度为50度。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的用水温度的温度范围为[0,90]度,可以确定张三最近使用的用水温度为50度,则目标用水温度可以为50度。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,在根据张三的声纹信息与张三对热水器的使用参数的对应关系确定张三的声纹信息对应的用水温度的温度范围为[0,90]度的情况下,可以确定张三使用次数最多的用水温度为48度,则目标用水温度可以为48度。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:参数范围获取模块,用于获取不同目标对象在预设时间段内对所述家电设备的使用参数范围,得到不同目标对象对应的不同使用参数范围;对于所述不同目标对象中的每一目标对象,获取所述每一目标对象的使用参数范围,并从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
需要说明的是,上述预设时间段可以包括1周、一个月、一季度等,但不限于此,在预设时间段为1周,上述家电设备为空调的情况下,获取 上述目标对象在1周内对空调的使用参数范围为[20,30]度,并从使用参数范围[20,30]度中确定每一目标对象的使用参数,进而确定不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:第一参数获取模块,设置为获取所述使用参数范围中不同使用参数的使用次数;从不同使用参数的使用次数中确定最多使用次数所对应的第一使用参数;将所述第一使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:第二参数获取模块,设置为获取所述使用参数范围中最近被使用的第二使用参数;将所述第二使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:设置模块,设置为接收所述目标对象的客户端发送的设置指令,其中,所述设置指令中携带第三使用参数;基于所述设置指令将所述第三使用参数设置为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
可选的,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:关系确定模块,设置为通过所述不同目标对象的移动终端采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息,或通过同一家电设备采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
需要说明的是,上述移动终端可以包括手机、平板、可穿戴智能手表等,本公开对此不做限制。
可选的,在一个示例性实施例中,上述家电设备的控制装置还包括:修改模块,设置为接收所述目标对象通过所述目标对象的移动终端发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息用于指示所述目标使用参数的修改值;在所述修改值超过预设阈值的情况下,向所述目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向所述目标对象确认是否根据所述修改值修改所述目标使用参数。
需要说明的是,在上述家电设备为空调的情况下,上述预设阈值可以 为1摄氏度、3摄氏度、5摄氏度等,但不限于此。
在一个示例性实施例中,在上述预设阈值为1摄氏度的情况下,如果确定修改值为10摄氏度,则向目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向目标对象确认是否根据10摄氏度修改目标使用参数,降低了由于目标对象的口误操作导致家电设备提供错误的目标使用参数的概率,提高了用户体验。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,上述程序运行时执行上述任一项的方法。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
S2,根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
S3,从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
S4,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器被设置为运行计算机程序以执行上述任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,上述电子装置还可以包括传输设备以及输入输出设备,其中,该传输设备和上述处理器连接,该输入输出设备和上述处理器连接。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述处理器可以被设置为通过计算机程序执行以下步骤:
S1,解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
S2,根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
S3,从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
S4,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本公开的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本公开不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种家电设备的控制方法,包括:
    解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
    根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
    从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
    根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取不同目标对象在预设时间段内对所述家电设备的使用参数范围,得到不同目标对象对应的不同使用参数范围;
    对于所述不同目标对象中的每一目标对象,获取所述每一目标对象的使用参数范围,并从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数;
    确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,从所述使用参数范 围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数,包括:
    获取所述使用参数范围中不同使用参数的使用次数;
    从不同使用参数的使用次数中确定最多使用次数所对应的第一使用参数;
    将所述第一使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数,包括:
    获取所述使用参数范围中最近被使用的第二使用参数;
    将所述第二使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数,包括:
    接收所述目标对象的客户端发送的设置指令,其中,所述设置指令中携带第三使用参数;
    基于所述设置指令将所述第三使用参数设置为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系,包括:
    通过所述不同目标对象的移动终端采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息,或通过同一家电设备采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息;
    确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的家电设备的控制方法,其中,根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述目标对象通过所述目标对象的移动终端发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息用于指示所述目标使用参数的修改值;
    在所述修改值超过预设阈值的情况下,向所述目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向所述目标对象确认是否根据所述修改值修改所述目标使用参数。
  8. 一种家电设备的控制系统,包括:
    语音解析单元,设置为解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,以得到解析结果;
    指令确定单元,设置为根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息;
    参数确定单元,设置为从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
    设备控制单元,设置为根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
  9. 一种家电设备的控制装置,包括:
    解析模块,设置为解析目标对象对家电设备发出的语音信息,得到所述语音信息的解析结果;
    第一确定模块,设置为根据所述解析结果确定所述语音信息对应的第一操作指令,以及所述目标对象的声纹信息,其中,所述第一操作指令用于控制所述家电设备执行与所述操作指令对应的操作;
    第二确定模块,设置为从所述家电设备中保存的不同目标对象的声纹信息与所述不同目标对象对所述家电设备的使用参数的对应关系中,确定所述目标对象的声纹信息对应的目标使用参数;
    控制模块,设置为根据所述第一操作指令和所述目标使用参数确定所述家电设备的第二操作指令,并控制所述家电设备执行与所述第二操作指令对应的操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:参数范围获取模块,用于获取不同目标对象在预设时间段内对所述家电设备的使用参数范围,得到不同目标对象对应的不同使用参数范围;对于所述不同目标对象中的每一目标对象,获取所述每一目标对象的使用参数范围,并从所述使用参数范围中确定所述每一目标对象的使用参数;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与使用参数的对应关系。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:第一参数获取模块,设置为获取所述使用参数范围中不同使用参数的使用次数;从不同使用参数的使用次数中确定最多使用次数所对应的第一使用参数;将所述第一使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:第二参数获取模块,设置为获取所述使用参数范围中最近被使用的第二使用参数;将所述第二使用参数作为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:设置模块,设置为接收所述目标对象的客户端发送的设置指令,其中,所述设置指令中携带第三使用参数;基于所述设置指令将所述第三使用参数设置为所述每一目标对象的使用参数。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:关系确定模块,设置为通过所述不同目标对象的移动终端采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息,或通过同一家电设备采集所述不同目标对象的声纹信息;确定所述不同目标对象的声纹信息与 使用参数的对应关系。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的家电设备的控制装置,其中,所述家电设备的控制装置还包括:修改模块,设置为接收所述目标对象通过所述目标对象的移动终端发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息用于指示所述目标使用参数的修改值;在所述修改值超过预设阈值的情况下,向所述目标对象的移动终端发送确认信息,以向所述目标对象确认是否根据所述修改值修改所述目标使用参数。
  16. 一种计算机可读的存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读的存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行上述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
  17. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为通过所述计算机程序执行所述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
