可选地,家电设备接收用户的控制指令之前,还会接收用户发送的声纹注册请求,其中,声纹注册请求中包括用户的声纹信息和用户的个人账户信息;将用户的声纹信息与用户的个人账号信息进行绑定;以及,激活用户的个人账户。用户可以利用手机APP注册账号,通过配网实现语音装置联网,并将账号与语音装置绑定,同时用户可通过该账号与第三方账 号(微信、QQ、微博等)实现关联。声纹注册是通过已登录用户账号的APP激活,激活时需要用户本人语音朗读语音装置的唤醒词,APP通过采集所朗读的唤醒词进行声纹注册;在,激活用户的个人账户之后,还会将多个用户的个人账号关联组成群组账号,其中,群组账号中包括多个用户的声纹信息。即多用户同时进行声纹注册并和自己的私人账号绑定,并关联到同一群组。其中任一用户发送控制指令,空调接收到指令后,匹配控制指令的声纹,检测声纹对应的群组,将控制指令的应答信息推送到群组下所有的用户。
可选地,当检测到存在与声纹信息对应的用户的个人账户的情况下,将与控制指令对应的应答信息发送到个人账户中,并在个人账户中显示应答信息;当检测到存在与声纹信息对应的用户所在的群组账户的情况下,将与控制指令对应的应答信息发送到群组账户中的每一个用户中,向每一个用户显示应答消息。用户包括但不限于:用户账户、用户终端等。
可选地,当检测到不存在与声纹信息对应的用户的账户的情况下,提示用户注册账户。可以是语音提示,也可以是通过发文字信息提示。提示用户注册账户包括以下两种情况:当检测到不存在与声纹信息对应的用户的个人账户的情况下,提示用户注册个人账户;当检测到不存在与声纹信息对应的用户的群组账户的情况下,提示用户加入群组账户。
下面根据具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
本实施例主要通过声纹绑定用户账户,多用户控制时,实时识别用户声纹将对应消息反馈到声纹对应账户。满足多用户定向绑定账户,获取对应结果反馈的需求。
图3是本实施例中多用户声纹绑定个人账户的示意图,如图3所示,用户使用前需要进行声纹注册和私人账号绑定,具体为:用户利用手机APP注册账号,通过配网实现语音装置联网,并将账号与语音装置绑定,同时用户可通过该账号与第三方账号(微信、QQ、微博等)实现关联。声纹注册是通过已登录用户账号的APP激活,激活时需要用户本人语音 朗读语音装置的唤醒词,APP通过采集所朗读的唤醒词进行声纹注册;空调接收到控制指令后,匹配控制指令的声纹,检测是否有对应的私人账号,若有,识别控制指令,将该条控制指令的应答信息推送到对应的账号APP下,如图4所示,A用户注册声纹对应账号A;B用户注册声纹对应账号B;A发出控制指令:“珠海今天天气怎么样?”;B发出控制指令:“今天股票多少”;账号A应用接收推送信息珠海今天的天气情况;账号B应用接收推送今天的股票资讯。
图5是根据本发明实施例的多用户绑定同一个组群的示意图,图6是本实施例中多用户对应的组群账户的流程图,如图5、图6所示,多用户基于声纹建立同一账号,具体为:多用户同时声纹注册并和自己的私人账号绑定,并关联到同一群组。则其中任一用户发送控制指令,空调接收到指令后,匹配控制指令的声纹,检测声纹对应的群组,将控制指令的应答信息推送到群组下所有的用户。例如:A用户注册声纹对应账号A;B用户注册声纹对应账号B…;N用户注册声纹对应账号N;A/B…N创建组群“家庭”;A发出控制指令:“珠海今天天气怎么样?”;账号A/B…N应用接收推送信息珠海今天的天气情况。
本实施还提供一种家电设备,具体包括:语音采集装置,设置为采集用户的语音控制指令;处理器,设置为确定控制指令的声纹信息,并检测与声纹信息对应的用户的账户;通信模块,设置为在检测到存在与声纹信息对应的用户的账户的情况下,将与控制指令对应的应答信息发送到账户中。
图7是根据本发明实施例的信息的发送装置的结构框图,如图7所示,该装置包括:接收模块72和发送模块74下面对该装置进行详细说明:
接收模块72,设置为接收用户的控制指令,并确定所述控制指令的声纹信息;
发送模块74,连接至上述中的接收模块,设置为当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答 信息发送到所述账户中。
可选地,上述发送装置可以为家电设备,例如空调,但不限于此。
在本实施例中,控制指令可以包括向家电设备发出打开或者关闭的信息,也可以是信息播报的信息,例如“今天天气怎么样?”等;用户的账户可以是用户的私人账户与家电设备的关联,例如微信、QQ等。应答信息可以是执行的相关的家电设备的控制动作,也可以是对信息播报的信息的响应,例如“今天是晴天”。

需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储设置为执行以上各步骤的计算机程序。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储计算机程序的介质。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器被设置为运行计算机程序以执行上述任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,上述电子装置还可以包括传输设备以及输入输出设备,其中,该传输设备和上述处理器连接,该输入输出设备和上述处理器连接。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种信息的发送方法及装置、家电设备、存储介质、电子装置具有以下有益效果:家电设备可以执行根据用户的声纹信息,向用户定向反馈信息,提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息的发送方法,包括:
    接收用户的控制指令,并确定所述控制指令的声纹信息;
    当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述账户中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收所述用户的控制指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述用户发送的声纹注册请求,其中,所述声纹注册请求中包括所述用户的声纹信息和所述用户的个人账户信息;
    将所述用户的声纹信息与所述用户的个人账号信息进行绑定;以及
    激活所述用户的个人账户。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,激活所述用户的个人账户之后,所述方法还包括:
    将多个所述用户的个人账号关联组成群组账号,其中,所述群组账号中包括多个所述用户的声纹信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述账户中包括以下之一:
    当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的个人账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述个人账户中,并在所述个人账户中显示所述应答信息;
    当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户所在的群组账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述群组账户中的每一个用户中,向所述每一个用户显示所述应答消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到不存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,提示所述用户注册账户。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当检测到不存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,提示所述用户注册账户包括以下之一:
    当检测到不存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的个人账户的情况下,提示所述用户注册个人账户;
    当检测到不存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的群组账户的情况下,提示所述用户加入所述群组账户。
  7. 一种家电设备,包括:
    语音采集装置,设置为采集用户的语音控制指令;
    处理器,设置为确定所述控制指令的声纹信息,并检测与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户;
    通信模块,设置为在检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述账户中。
  8. 一种信息的发送装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收用户的控制指令,并确定所述控制指令的声纹信息;
    发送模块,设置为当检测到存在与所述声纹信息对应的所述用户的账户的情况下,将与所述控制指令对应的应答信息发送到所述账户中。
  9. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行权利要求1至6任一项中所述的方法。
  10. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行权利要求1至6任一项中所述的方法。
