可选地,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,包括:确定与所述声纹信息对应的身份信息;确定与所述身份信息对应的对象,并将确定的对象作为所述目标对象。如果之前该目标对象已经进行过声纹注册和身份绑定,则可以找到与该目标对象对应的身份,例如某个用户的微信号。
可选地,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,包括:在未能确定出与所述声纹信息匹配的身份信息时,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行声纹注册和/或身份绑定。
可选地,确定与所述身份信息对应的对象,并将确定的对象作为所述目标对象,包括:确定与所述身份信息对应的应用程序,并将所述应用程序作为所述目标对象;向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,包括:将所述第二内容推送给所述应用。例如,推送给微信号,或者微博号。
可选地,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息之前,建立多个目标对象、多个语音信息的关系数据库,其中,所述关系数据库设置为为识别语音信息提供依据。
根据本申请文件的另一个实施例,还提供了一种信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,接收目标对象的语音信息;
步骤二,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息;
步骤三,在确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容对应的第二内容;
步骤四,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
采用上述技术方案,接收目标对象的语音信息,识别出所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,确定与所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容,向所述目标对象所属终端推送所述第二内容,解决了相关技术中在无屏语音交互时,很多服务内容无法提供给用户展现的问题,便于用户及时查看上述推送,增加了无屏设备的功能。
下面结合本申请文件的另一个实施例进行说明。
本申请文件基于声纹识别技术,通过识别用户声纹,然后与所绑定的账号对应,将消息推送给对应用户。
图3是根据本申请文件的声纹识别的信息推送方法的流程框图,如图3所示,该流程包括用户与语音装置进行交互,语音装置与互联网进行交互,互联网向手机推送信息。
本申请文件中信息推送方法包括以下步骤:
第一步、用户使用前需要进行声纹注册和账号绑定,具体为:用户利用手机APP注册账号,通过配网实现语音装置联网,并将账号与语音装置绑定,同时用户可通过该账号与第三方账号(微信、QQ、微博等)实现关联。声纹注册是通过已登录用户账号的APP激活,激活时需要用户本人语音朗读语音装置的唤醒词,APP通过采集所朗读的唤醒词进行声纹注册;
第二步,用户在使用语音装置时需要使用唤醒词进行唤醒,在唤醒的同时对唤醒语音进行声纹识别,检测是否有对应的账号,若有,则进行唤醒后语音交互时,若涉及消息推送,则将消息推送到对应账号的APP下,或与账号关联的第三方APP,比如微信等。
具体地,第二步中给出了本申请文件的信息推送方法的流程,图4是根据本申请文件的信息推送的流程图,如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,接收用户语音输入,确认是否检测到唤醒词;
步骤2,声纹识别该唤醒词,确定与之对应的用户账号;
步骤3,检测是否找到对应账号,如无,转步骤4,如是则转步骤5;
步骤4,提醒用户进行声纹注册和账号绑定;
步骤5,通过语音识别用户需要的反馈;
步骤6,确定是否要推送消息?如否转步骤5,继续检测,如果是则转步骤7;
步骤7,给对应账号推送消息,推送完成后继续转至步骤5。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
实施例二
在本实施例中还提供了一种家电设备,该家电设备设置为实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
根据本申请文件的一个实施例,提供了一种家电设备,包括:
第一语音接收装置,设置为接收目标对象的语音信息;
第一处理器,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息, 以及设置为确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
第一通信装置,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
采用上述技术方案,第一语音接收装置设置为接收目标对象的语音信息,第一处理器设置为识别出所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,确定与所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容,所述第一通信装置设置为向所述目标对象所属终端推送所述第二内容,解决了相关技术中在无屏语音交互时,很多服务内容无法提供给用户展现的问题,便于用户及时查看上述推送,增加了无屏设备的功能。
可选地,所述第一语音接收装置接收目标对象的语音信息之后,还设置为识别所述语音信息包括的唤醒词;依据所述唤醒词触发对所述语音信息中的第一内容和声纹信息的识别。
可选地,所述第一处理器还设置为确定与所述声纹信息对应的身份信息;确定与所述身份信息对应的对象,并将确定的对象作为所述目标对象。
可选地,所述第一处理器还设置为确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,包括:在未能确定出与所述声纹信息匹配的身份信息时,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行声纹注册和/或身份绑定。身份绑定可以是账号绑定。
可选地,所述第一处理器还设置为确定与所述身份信息对应的应用程序,并将所述应用程序作为所述目标对象;所述第一通信装置还设置为将所述第二内容推送给所述应用。
可选地,所述第一语音接收装置在识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息之前,还设置为建立多个目标对象、多个语音信息的关系数据库,其中,所述关系数据库设置为为识别语音信息提供依据。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,还提供了一种家电设备,包括:
第二语音接收装置,设置为接收目标对象的语音信息;
第二处理器,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,以及设置为在确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容对应的第二内容;
第二通信装置,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
实施例三
本申请的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,接收目标对象的语音信息;
S2,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息;
S3,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
S4,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本申请的实施例还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器被设置为运行计算机程序以执行上述任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,上述电子装置还可以包括传输装置以及输入输出设备,其中,该传输装置和上述处理器连接,该输入输出设备和上述处理器连接。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述处理器可以被设置为通过计算机程序执行以下步骤:
S1,接收目标对象的语音信息;
S2,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息;
S3,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
S4,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。

显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本申请的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本申请不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请提供的上述技术方案,通过识别语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,确定与声纹信息对应的目标对象,然后将与第一内容对应的请求内容发送至该目标对象的终端进行显示,解决了相关技术中在无屏语音交互时,很多服务内容无法提供给用户展现的问题,便于用户及时查看上述 推送,增加了无屏设备的功能。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其中,包括:
    接收目标对象的语音信息;
    识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息;
    确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收目标对象的语音信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    识别所述语音信息包括的唤醒词;
    依据所述唤醒词触发对所述语音信息中的第一内容和声纹信息的识别。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,包括:
    确定与所述声纹信息对应的身份信息;
    确定与所述身份信息对应的对象,并将确定的对象作为所述目标对象。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,包括:
    在未能确定出与所述声纹信息匹配的身份信息时,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行声纹注册和/或身份绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,确定与所述身份信息对 应的对象,并将确定的对象作为所述目标对象,包括:确定与所述身份信息对应的应用程序,并将所述应用程序作为所述目标对象;
    向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,包括:将所述第二内容推送给所述应用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息之前,包括:
    建立多个目标对象、多个语音信息的关系数据库,其中,所述关系数据库为识别语音信息提供依据。
  7. 一种信息推送方法,其中,包括:
    接收目标对象的语音信息;
    识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息;
    在确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容对应的第二内容;
    向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  8. 一种家电设备,其中,包括:
    第一语音接收装置,设置为接收目标对象的语音信息;
    第一处理器,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,以及设置为确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    第一通信装置,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  9. 一种家电设备,其中,包括:
    第二语音接收装置,设置为接收目标对象的语音信息;
    第二处理器,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容以及声纹信息,以及设置为在确定所述声纹信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容对应的第二内容;
    第二通信装置,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  10. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行所述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
  11. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行所述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
