一种正压防爆控制柜 技术领域
本发明涉及防爆电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种正压防爆控制柜。
背景技术
防爆控制柜适用于各种机械设备,采用防爆控制柜安全可靠,正压防爆控制柜是指持续向防爆控制柜内充入惰性气体,使得防爆控制柜内的压力始终大于外界压力,这样外界易燃易爆气体就不会进入防爆控制柜内,为了节约惰性气体,一般防爆控制柜的内部空间都非常小,而内部空间小,在接线过程中,操作人员没有足够的空间接线,造成使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种正压防爆控制柜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种正压防爆控制柜,包括底板,底板上侧设有箱体,所述箱体上固定连接翼板,所述底板上侧固定连接立柱,所述翼板一侧设有滑孔,所述箱体通过滑孔能够沿立柱上下往复滑动。
优选地,所述立柱顶端固定连接圆环,所述圆环与底板之间转动连接转动轴,所述转动轴外侧设有螺纹段,所述翼板一侧设有第一螺纹孔,所述螺纹段在第一螺纹孔内螺纹连接,在所述底板一侧设有用于控制转动轴转动的驱动装置。
优选地,所述驱动装置包括立板,所述立板固定在底板一侧,所述立板一侧设有通孔,所述通孔内转动连接转动杆,所述转动杆一端固定连接锥齿轮,在所述转动杆外侧套接固定锥齿环,所述锥齿环与锥齿轮相啮合。
优选地,所述转动杆一端固定连接手轮。
优选地,在所述圆环上侧设有安全锁紧装置,所述安全锁紧装置包括安装块,所述安装块一侧设有第二螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹孔内螺纹连接螺钉,在所述箱体一侧设有插孔。
优选地,所述底板上侧设有转动槽,所述转动槽内转动连接转动盘,所述转动盘上侧固定连接安装安装架。
本发明的优点在于:在需要接线时,能够将箱体升起,增大操作人员的接线空间,方便操作人员接线,通过转动盘能够带动安装架转动,进一步方便操作人员接线。

如图1-2所示,本发明提供的一种正压防爆控制柜,包括底板1, 底板1上侧设有底部为敞口的箱体3,箱体3顶部设有充气管31与排气管32,排气管32上装有安全阀33,箱体3相对的两侧均固定连接翼板35,底板1上侧固定连接立柱4,其中一个翼板35一侧设有滑孔,立柱4从滑孔内穿过,箱体3通过滑孔能够沿立柱4上下往复滑动,立柱4顶端固定连接圆环5,圆环5与底板1之间转动连接转动轴6,转动轴6外侧设有螺纹段61,另一个翼板35一侧设有第一螺纹孔,螺纹段61在第一螺纹孔内螺纹连接,在底板1一侧设有用于控制转动轴6转动的驱动装置,驱动装置包括立板7,立板7固定在底板1一侧,立板7一侧设有通孔,通孔内转动连接转动杆71,转动杆71一端固定连接锥齿轮72,在转动杆71外侧套接固定锥齿环73,锥齿环73与锥齿轮72相啮合,转动杆71一端固定连接手轮74,底板1上侧设有转动槽,转动槽内转动连接转动盘2,转动盘2上侧固定连接安装架21,安装架21用于安装电器元件,底板1底部设有穿线孔11,穿线孔11向上贯穿转动盘2,在圆环5上侧设有安全锁紧装置,安全锁紧装置包括安装块51,安装块51一侧设有第二螺纹孔,第二螺纹孔内螺纹连接螺钉52,在箱体3一侧设有插孔34,当箱体3升起后,转动螺钉52,螺钉52能够插入插孔34内。在需要接线时,通过手轮手轮74控制转动轴转动,从而能够将箱体升起,增大操作人员的接线空间,方便操作人员接线,箱体升起后,转动螺钉52,螺钉52能够插入插孔34内,这样能够防止箱体因意外掉落而砸伤操作人员,通过转动盘能够带动安装架转动,进一步方便操作人员接线。

  1. 一种正压防爆控制柜,包括底板,底板上侧设有箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体上固定连接翼板,所述底板上侧固定连接立柱,所述翼板一侧设有滑孔,所述箱体通过滑孔能够沿立柱上下往复滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种正压防爆控制柜,其特征在于:所述立柱顶端固定连接圆环,所述圆环与底板之间转动连接转动轴,所述转动轴外侧设有螺纹段,所述翼板一侧设有第一螺纹孔,所述螺纹段在第一螺纹孔内螺纹连接,在所述底板一侧设有用于控制转动轴转动的驱动装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种正压防爆控制柜,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括立板,所述立板固定在底板一侧,所述立板一侧设有通孔,所述通孔内转动连接转动杆,所述转动杆一端固定连接锥齿轮,在所述转动杆外侧套接固定锥齿环,所述锥齿环与锥齿轮相啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种正压防爆控制柜,其特征在于:所述转动杆一端固定连接手轮。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种正压防爆控制柜,其特征在于:在所述圆环上侧设有安全锁紧装置,所述安全锁紧装置包括安装块,所述安装块一侧设有第二螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹孔内螺纹连接螺钉,在所述箱体一侧设有插孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种正压防爆控制柜,其特征在于:所述底板上侧设有转动槽,所述转动槽内转动连接转动盘,所述转动盘上侧固定连接安装架。
