以下通过特定的具体实例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明还可以通过另外不同的具体实施方式加以实施或应用,本说明书中的各项细节也可以基于不同观点与应用,在没有背离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰或改变。需说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,以下实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图1-14所示,以下结合一种背负式吹风机对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明,可以理解的是,本发明旨在对现有园林工具进行功能扩展,利用现有某一种园林工具的电池包为其它园林工具供电,如图14所示,这里所说的其它园林工具例如可以是打草机600、链锯400、修枝机、手持吹风机或电动工具500等;本发明中的背负式电池包、园林工具和耦合装置均可以作为一种独立的产品,当然也可以作为成套产品,例如一种带有耦合模块的可拓展背负式吹风机,或一种带有耦合模块的可拓展修枝机,亦或者一种带有耦合模块的可拓展打草机。
请参阅图1-10所示,一种背负式吹风机,包括背负式电池包200和风道100,所述风道 100与所述背负式电池包200可拆卸式连接,可以理解的是,吹风机可以利用柔性管道来实现吹风口方向的调节,因此相比于修枝机和打草机等其它园林工具,吹风机的主机部分运动自由度要求较低,可以直接与背负式电池包200固定连接,吹风机直接安装在背负式电池包200上也有助于减轻工作人员的手臂负担;而对于修枝机、打草机等园林工具,则必须保证主机与背负式电池包200之间具有相当的运动自由度,因此本发明为背负式电池包200配备了可拆装的耦合装置来适配这些设备。
请参阅图11-13所示,所述耦合装置包括第一耦合单元30和第二耦合单元40;所述第一耦合单元30与所述背负式电池包200的电源输出端可拆卸式连接;第二耦合单元40通过柔性导线50与所述第一耦合单元30连接,所述第二耦合单元40被配置为能够与修枝机或打草机等其它园林工具的电源输入端可拆卸式连接。可以理解的是,本发明所述的可拆卸式连接,不仅仅是指结构层面的连接,同时还包括电路部分的连接。
本实施例通过耦合装置实现了背负式吹风机的功能拓展,当需要使用吹风机时,直接将吹风机与背负式电池包200连接,当需要使用修枝机或打草机等其它园林工具时,将吹风机从背负式电池包200上拆下,然后利用本发明的耦合装置将园林工具与背负式电池包200连接,即可实现对这些园林工具的供电;本发明降低了园林工具设备成本。
请参阅图2-10所示,在一具体实施例中,所述背负式电池包200上设有第一插槽20,所述风道100上设有与所述第一插槽20配合的第二插接部;所述第二插接部的一端设有第四端子61,所述第四端子61被装配为当所述第二插接部与所述第一插槽20插合时,所述第四端子61能够与所述第一插槽20内设置的第二端子21接触;具体的,所述第二插接部包括形成于所述风道100壳体上的第二凸部60,所述第二凸部60的两侧形成有第二限位沟槽。可以理解的是,所述第一插槽20和第二插接部的结构不限于本实施例所提供的方案,例如所述第一插槽20和第二插接部也可以是相互配合的圆孔和圆柱形结构,或其它在本实施例基础上简单变化得到的具有与本实施例等效功能的结构。
请参阅图7-10所示,在进一步实施例中,所述第二插接部包括与所述第一插槽20内设置的第一卡槽24相适配的第二锁舌62,所述第二锁舌62与所述风道100的壳体活动连接,且活动方向垂直于所述第二插接部与所述第一插槽20的插合方向,以使所述第二锁舌62能够在以下两种状态之间进行切换:状态一,所述第二锁舌62凸出于所述第二插接部的表面,以及状态二,所述第二锁舌62收缩于所述第二插接部的内部;所述第二锁舌62通过一连接板64与一按压手柄63连接,所述按压手柄63与所述风道100的壳体之间设有第二弹性单元(图未示出)。可以理解的是,当第二插接部与第一插槽20插合时,所述第二锁舌62能够被 弹入第一卡槽24内,进而阻止第二插接部与第一插槽20分离;而当工作人员用力捏按压手柄63时,能够使第二锁舌62从第一卡槽24内抽离,进而使第二插接部能够从第一插槽20内顺利拔出。
请参阅图3-6所示,在一具体实施例中,所述第二端子21上安装有罩壳22,所述罩壳22上开设有插孔221;所述第一插槽20内还设有保护块23,所述保护块23与所述第一插槽20活动连接,以使所述保护块23能够在以下两工位件切换:工位a,所述保护块23封堵于所述插孔221外侧;以及工位b,所述保护块23从所述插孔221外侧移除,以裸露所述插孔221;具体的,所述保护块23的活动方向垂直于所述第二插接部与所述第一插槽20的插合方向;所述保护块23上设有斜楔面,当所述第二插接部与所述第一插槽20插合时,所述第二插接部能够通过所述斜楔面驱动处于所述工位a的所述保护块23切换至所述工位b;所述保护块23与所述背负式电池包200的壳体之间设有第三弹性单元(图未示出),所述第三弹性单元被装配为其弹力能够驱使处于所述工位b的所述保护块23切换至所述工位a。可以理解的是,所述保护块23能够在第一插槽20未连接任何园林工具时为第二端子21提供防护,具有一定的防水、防尘功能。
请参阅图11-13所示,在一具体实施例中,所述第一耦合单元30包括第一壳体31,所述第一壳体31上形成有第一插接部,所述第一插接部适配于所述背负式电池包200上设置的第一插槽20,所述第一插接部的一端设有第一端子33,所述第一端子33被装配为当所述第一插接部与所述第一插槽20插合时,所述第一端子33能够与所述第一插槽20内设置的第二端子21接触。可以理解的是,本实施例中,所述第一耦合单元30和吹风机可以接在背负式电池包200的同一插槽上。
请参阅图11-13所示,具体的,所述第一插接部包括形成于所述第一壳体31其中一端面上的第一凸部32,所述第一凸部32的两侧形成有第一限位沟槽;所述第一耦合单元30还包括与所述第一插槽20内设置的第一卡槽24相适配的第一锁舌34,所述第一锁舌34与所述第一壳体31活动连接,且活动方向垂直于所述第一插接部与所述第一插槽20的插合方向,所述第一锁舌34被装配为能够在以下两工位切换,工位一,所述第一锁舌34凸出于所述第一壳体31的表面;以及工位二,所述第一锁舌34收缩于所述第一壳体31的内部。
请参阅图11-13所示,进一步的,所述第一锁舌34与所述第一壳体31之间设有第一弹性单元(图未示出),所述第一弹性单元被装配为其弹力能够驱动处于所述工位二的第一锁舌34切换至所述工位一;所述第一壳体31上设有解锁按钮35,所述解锁按钮35与所述第一锁舌34传动连接,所述解锁按钮35被装配为,当所述解锁按钮35受到外力按压时能够驱动处 于所述工位一的第一锁舌34切换至所述工位二。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,所述第一耦合单元30与吹风机具有相同规格的插接部,其不同点仅在于锁舌的解锁方式略微不同,第一耦合单元30的解锁按钮35与第一锁舌34之间例如可以设置相互配合的楔块来传递垂直方向的运动,而吹风机则是在风道100尾部设置按压手柄63来驱动第二锁舌62运动,两者都需要弹簧来进行复位,弹簧优选使用压簧。
请参阅图11-13所示,在一具体实施例中,所述第二耦合单元40包括第二壳体41,所述第二壳体41上形成有第二接收部42,所述第二接收部42内设有第三端子43;所述第二壳体41上设有活动手柄45,所述活动手柄45与所述第二壳体41转动连接。可以理解的是,所述第二接收部42用于适配修枝机、打草机等其它园林工具,相应的,这些园林工具上应当具有与第二接收部42适配的插头部分;第二耦合单元40上设有第二卡槽44,所述修枝机、打草机等其它园林工具上应当设有适配于第二卡槽44的锁舌,以便在第二耦合单元40与这些园林工具连接时,防止插头与第二卡槽44分离,锁舌的布置方式可以借鉴上述实施例中第二锁舌62的布置,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图15-21所示,所述背负式电池包200包括背负式底座230、电池包仓10和电池包。
请参见图15所示,所述风道100安装在所述背负式底座230的侧部,所述电池包仓10固定在所述背负式底座230上,所述电池包安装于所述电池包仓10内。可以理解的是,所述风道100与所述电池包仓10之间设置有必要的接电部件。
请参见图15、16所示,在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述风道100与所述背负式底座230之间设置为可拆卸式结构;可以理解的是,所述背负式底座230和所述电池包仓10是基于功能性区分而做出的命名,在具体实施例中,所述背负式底座230与所述电池包仓10例如可以是一体式结构,当然两者也可以是分体式结构。
请参见图15-21所示,所述电池包仓10包括壳11和锁扣装置70。
请参见图15-18所示,所述壳11围合成上端敞口的腔体13,本实施例中,所述壳11围合成两个腔体13,表示该电池包仓10能够同时携带两块电池包;在一具体实施例中,所述壳11例如可以由若干注塑件组装而成,所述腔体13内设有必要的支撑和限位部件,这些支撑和限位部件例如可以与所述壳11本身一体式注塑成型;
请参见图15所示,进一步的,为实现电池包仓10的防水功能,所述壳11的上方可以相应设置一仓盖12,所述仓盖12与壳11之间设有快拆式的搭扣。
请参见图17-21所示,所述锁扣装置70包括底座71、活动部72、锁舌73、第一保持机 构和第二保持机构。
请参见图17-21所示,所述底座71固定于所述壳11,具体的说是固定于两腔体13之间的夹层中,可以理解的是,所述底座71的位置可以根据腔体13之间的位置分布进行适应性调整,以使一个锁扣装置70能够控制尽可能多的电池包;所述底座71与所述壳11例如可以是一体式结构或分体式结构。
请参见图19-21所示,所述活动部72活动连接于所述底座71,且相对于所述底座71具有第一位置和第二位置;本实施例中,所述活动部72与所述底座71铰接,所述活动部72通过摆动的方式在第一位置和第二位置之间进行切换。
请参见图19-21所示,所述锁舌73活动连接于所述活动部72,且相对于所述活动部72具有第一工位和第二工位;本实施例中,所述锁舌73与所述活动部72滑动连接。
请参见图19-21所示,所述第一保持机构设置于所述底座71与所述活动部72之间,所述第一保持机构被装配为能够将所述活动部72保持在所述第一位置并能够将所述活动部72从所述第一位置释放;基于本实施例中所述活动部72与所述底座71的连接方式,所述第一保持机构包括与所述底座71滑动连接的挡接部74,且所述挡接部74沿滑动方向具有保持工位和释放工位,当所述挡接部74处于所述保持工位时,所述挡接部74与所述第一位置的活动部72挡接以将其限制在所述第一位置,当所述挡接部74处于所述释放工位时,所述挡接部74离开所述活动部72的摆动路径,以使所述活动部72能够向所述第二位置摆动。
上述实施例的优点在于,挡接部74从保持工位切换至释放工位以后,电池包上提过程中能够自动将活动部72拨动至第二位置,因此无需对活动部72进行冗余的驱动操作。
可以理解的是,除上述实施例以外,所述活动部72也可以与所述底座71滑动连接,相应的,第一保持机构需要做出相应的改变,例如第一保持机构从保持工位切换至释放工位时,需要带动活动部72由第一位置切换至第二位置,以便电池包能够顺利取出,例如可以通过弹簧来实现该功能。
请参见图19-21所示,所述第二保持机构设置于所述锁舌73与所述活动部72之间,本实施例中,所述第二保持机构是设置在所述锁舌73与所述活动部72之间的第二弹性单元75。
请参见图19所示,当所述活动部72处于所述第一位置,且所述锁舌73处于所述第一工位时,所述锁舌73的端部从所述腔体13的侧壁凸伸于所述腔体13内;而当所述活动部72和锁舌73处于其余位置与工位的组合时,所述锁舌73的端部离开所述腔体13;可以理解的是,所述其余位置与工位的组合包括:活动部72处于第二工位且锁舌73处于第一工位,活动部72处于第二工位且锁舌73处于第二工位,以及活动部72处于第一工位且锁舌73处于 第二工位。
所述第二保持机构被装配为能够将所述锁舌73保持在所述第一工位,当所述锁舌73凸伸于所述腔体13内且所述锁舌73端部受竖直向下的外力作用时,锁舌73能够克服所述第二保持机构的约束以切换至所述第二工位。
可以理解的是,电池包上应当设有必要的锁止槽,电池包插入腔体13时,电池包底部能够将锁舌73推离腔体13,而当锁止槽与锁舌73正对时,锁舌73能够在第二弹性单元75的作用下弹入锁止槽内,以实现对电池包的固定。
请参见图19所示,所述挡接部74与所述底座71之间设有第一弹性单元742,所述挡接部74上连接有一释放按钮741;所述锁舌73的端部上侧设有斜面。
请参见图18、19所示,在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述腔体13的底部设有第三弹性单元14。所述锁扣装置70分别对应每个所述腔体13设置一锁舌73、活动部72和第二保持机构,各所述锁舌73、活动部72和第二保持机构共用同一所述底座71和所述第一保持机构。
基于上述实施例,本发明的具体操作过程和原理如下:
电池包安装过程包括:首先打开仓盖12,然后将电池包按照预设方向直接插入腔体13内,此时电池包的底面能够将锁舌73推离所述腔体13,因此锁舌73不会对电池包的下行造成阻挡,当电池包下落到腔体13底部时,需要对电池包施加一定的下压力,使其克服所述第三弹性单元14的弹力,直至电池包上的锁止槽与所述锁舌73正对,此时锁舌73能够弹入锁止槽内以阻止电池包上行,最后盖上仓盖12,电池包安装完成。电池包在腔体13内始终被第三弹性单元14压紧,能够有效避免电池包因装配间隙而产生的振动。
电池包拆卸过程包括:首先打开仓盖12,然后按压释放按钮741,此时活动部72失去挡接部74的约束,而由于第三弹性单元14的存在,锁舌73又受到来自电池包的自下而上推力,因此活动部72会在电池包的挤推作用下向远离腔体13的方向摆动,进而使锁舌73离开所述腔体13,此时电池包在第三弹性单元14的作用下从腔体13内弹出一段距离,操作人员再将电池包从腔体13内抽出,电池包拆卸完成。
请参见图22-30所示,吹风机还包括叶轮120、驱动模块和控制模块。
所述驱动模块即电机110,所述控制模块即电子元件700,所述叶轮120转动设置在所述风道100内;所述驱动模块安装于所述风道100内,并与所述叶轮120连接;所述背负式电池包200与所述驱动模块连接;所述控制模块与所述驱动模块和所述背负式电池包200连接;所述控制模块安装于罩壳80内,所述罩壳80上设有第一通风口81和第二通风口82,所述第一通风口81将所述罩壳80的内腔与所述风道100连通;所述第二通风口82将所述罩壳 80的内腔与大气连通。
请参见图22-30所示,所述罩壳80用于安装电子元件700,所述罩壳80例如可以是注塑件,可以理解的是,所述电子元件700一般焊接在PCB板上,罩壳80内相应的设置有用于安装PCB板的限位构件,所述限位构件例如可以是卡槽、卡扣或螺钉孔等。
请参见图24-26、27、28所示,所述第一通风口81将所述罩壳80的内腔与吹风机的风道100连通,可以理解的是,本发明所述第一通风口81是一种功能性结构,其只要能够连通罩壳80内腔和吹风机风道100即可,而第一通风口81的实际结构形式没有特殊要求;例如所述第一通风口81可以是具有实体结构的一段管道,也可以是罩壳80内腔与风道100之间的一片共用空间,又或者是罩壳80与风道100共用壁上开设的孔或缝隙。
请参见图24-30所示,所述第二通风口82将所述罩壳80的内腔与大气连通,可以理解的是,本发明所述第二通风口82同样是一种功能性结构,其只要能够将罩壳80内腔与大气连通即可,而第二通风口82的实际结构形式没有特殊要求;例如所述第二通风口82可以是具有实体结构的一段管道,也可以是罩壳80的壁上开设的孔、缝隙或设置在罩壳80上的网状格栅等。
请参见图24-26、27、28所示,在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述第一通风口81连通于所述风道100的进风侧;在本实施例中,所述风道100包括手持段101、进风段103和波纹段102,手持段101位于风道100前端,进风段103位于风道100后端,波纹段102位于手持段101和进风段103之间,波纹段102为柔性管道;所述进风段103内设有电机110和叶轮120,所述手持段101设有操作手柄800。本实施例中,所述第一通风口81与叶轮120的进风侧连通,叶轮120工作时,进风侧能够产生一定负压,相应的使罩壳80内腔产生负压,因此空气能够从第二通风口82进入罩壳80并从第一通风口81与风道100气流汇合,气流经过罩壳80内腔时能够带走电子元件700工作产生的热量,进而起到冷却降温的效果。
可以预见的是,除上述实施例以外,本发明的第一通风口81也可以与叶轮120的出风侧连通,而此时,气流则会从第一通风口81流入罩壳80,并从第二通风口82流出。
请参见图22-30所示,在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述罩壳80安装于所述风道100的外壁上,并与所述风道100之间具有共用壁,所述第一通风口81开设于所述共用壁上。更进一步的说,所述罩壳80为两半式结构,罩壳80夹在风道100外部,并通过螺钉固接。
请参见图24、26所示,所述第二通风口82和所述第一通风口81分置于所述罩壳80的两远端,所述电子元件700安装在所述第二通风口82与所述第一通风口81之间形成的冷却风道上,在一具体实施例中,所述第一通风口81靠近所述共用壁的后端设置,所述第二通风 口82位于所述罩壳80的前侧;本发明所述“前”、“后”是以吹风机风道内气体流向为基准而言的,即出风侧为前侧,进风侧为后侧。可以理解的是,所述罩壳80的两远端并不特指某两处特定的位置,而是指第一通风口81和第二通风口82之间至少能够形成一段足够长的冷却风道,以便于气流进入罩壳80后能够与电子元件700进行充分的热交换,参见图26为例,图中的第一通风口81位于电子元件700安装区域的左上端,第二通风口82位于电子元件700安装区域的右下端,可以预见的是,作为本实施例的延伸,所述第一通风口81和第二通风口82也可以设置于电子元件700安装区域的的左右两端或上下两端。
请参见图22-30所示,所述罩壳80位于所述风道100下侧,所述罩壳80底部设有排水口。可以预见的是,在阴雨天环境中,风机抽吸空气时必然有部分雨水被吸入风道100内,雨水会从所述第一通风口81流入所述罩壳80,另外,罩壳80本身也有可能因为密封不严而渗入雨水,针对这一问题,而本发明将罩壳80设置在风道100下方,这样能够便于罩壳80从底部进行排水,防止雨水与电子元件700接触而造成短路或腐蚀。
请参见图24-30所示,所述排水口包括设置于所述第一通风口81下方的第一排水口831;所述罩壳80内设有第一挡水板84,所述第一通风口81和第一排水口831位于所述第一挡水板84的同一侧,所述电子元件700安装于所述第一挡水板84的另一侧,所述第一挡水板84的上端设有第一过风孔841。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述第一挡水板84例如可以与所述罩壳80一体式注塑成型,所述第一挡水板84将第一通风口81和第一排水口831所在的空间与电子元件700所在的空间隔离,只在第一挡水板84顶部设置用于连通二者的第一过风孔841,雨水从第一通风口81进入罩壳80后能够直接从第一排水口831排出,不会积存在罩壳80内,且雨水流淌路径能够避开电子元件700,防止电子元件700产生短路、腐蚀等问题。
请参见图24-30所示,所述排水口还包括邻近所述第二通风口82设置的第二排水口832,所述罩壳80内设有第二挡水板851,所述第二通风口82和第二排水口832位于所述第二挡水板851的同一侧,所述电子元件700安装于所述第二挡水板851的另一侧,所述第二挡水板851的上端设有第二过风孔851。可以理解的是,在阴雨天环境中,从第二通风口82吸入的空气同样有可能伴有部分雨水,本发明在该侧设置了同样的排水结构,即第二挡水板851和第二排水口832,第二挡水板851的上端设置第二过风孔851,第二过风孔851与第一过风孔841之间形成一条气流通道,该气流通道从电子元件700顶部经过,能够带走大部分热量。
请参见图24-30所示,在本发明的更进一步实施例中,所述罩壳80内设有一散热块710,所述电子元件700安装于所述散热块710的下端,所述第一过风孔841和所述第二过风孔851位于所述散热块710的两端的上方,具体的,所述散热块710为铝制散热块710,所述散热 块710的底面为平面,该底面与PCB板贴合,或可在两者之间设置导热胶,散热块710的上端设有翅片,以便于提高与空气的热交换效率。
请参见图24、28、30所示,所述第一挡水板84和/或第二挡水板851的中部设有过线孔852,可以理解的是,部分气流能够穿过所述过线孔852,从PCB板下方对电子元件700进行散热。
请参见图25、28、30所示,在本发明的进一步实施例中,所述第二通风口82上设有挡水台821,所述挡水台821包括自所述第二通风口82的下缘向所述罩壳80内延伸的第一延伸部8211,以及自所述第一延伸部8211的内端向上延伸的第二延伸部8212,所述挡水台821例如可以与所述罩壳80一体式注塑成型。所述挡水台821能够阻挡大部分雨水从第二通风孔进入罩壳80内,减轻罩壳80内部排水负担。
综上所述,本发明通过耦合装置实现了背负式吹风机的功能拓展,当需要使用吹风机时,直接将吹风机与背负式电池包200连接,当需要使用修枝机或打草机等其它园林工具时,将吹风机从背负式电池包200上拆下,然后利用本发明的耦合装置将园林工具与背负式电池包200连接,即可实现对这些园林工具的供电;本发明降低了园林工具设备成本。
本发明通过活动部72与锁舌73的协同配合,实现了电池包的快速安装和拆卸,提高了园林工具的换电效率,进而提升了工作效率;另外,本发明的多个电池包共用一个锁扣装置70,实现了多个电池包的一键释放,进一步提高了换电效率,降低了劳动强度;本发明利用电池包本身的插入和弹出动作,实现锁扣装置70在不同状态间的切换,简化了装置结构和操作流程。
本发明将电子元件700所在的位置与吹风机的风道100连通,吹风机工作时,能够在电子元件700周围产生气流,进而带走电子元件700产生的热量,起到冷却降温的效果,提高了吹风机的使用寿命。另外,本发明在罩壳80内设置了挡水板和排水口,能够防止吹风机阴雨天作业时电子元件700产生短路或腐蚀。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种耦合装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一耦合单元,被配置为能够与背负式电池包的电源输出端可拆卸式连接;
    第二耦合单元,通过柔性导线与所述第一耦合单元连接,所述第二耦合单元被配置为能够与第一园林工具的电源输入端可拆卸式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合单元包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体上形成有第一插接部,所述第一插接部适配于所述背负式电池包上设置的第一接收部,所述第一插接部上设有第一端子,所述第一端子被装配为当所述第一插接部与所述第一接收部插合时,所述第一端子能够与所述第一接收部内设置的第二端子接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一插接部或所述第一接收部两者其中之一上设有第一凸部,另一个上设有第一插槽,所述第一凸部与所述第一插槽插合时,所述第一端子与所述第二端子电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸部上设有与所述第一插槽内设置的第一卡槽相适配的第一锁舌,所述第一锁舌与所述第一凸部活动连接,且活动方向垂直于所述第一插接部与所述第一接收部的插合方向,所述第一锁舌被装配为能够在以下两工位切换,工位一,所述第一锁舌凸出于所述第一凸部的表面;以及工位二,所述第一锁舌收缩于所述第一凸部的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一锁舌与所述第一壳体之间设有第一弹性单元,所述第一弹性单元被装配为其弹力能够驱动处于所述工位二的第一锁舌切换至所述工位一;所述第一壳体上设有解锁按钮,所述解锁按钮与所述第一锁舌传动连接,所述解锁按钮被装配为,当所述解锁按钮受到外力按压时能够驱动处于所述工位一的第一锁舌切换至所述工位二。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第二耦合单元包括第二壳体,所述第二壳体上形成有第二接收部,所述第二接收部内设有第三端子。
  7. 一种背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,包括:
    背负式电池包;
    第二园林工具,与所述背负式电池包的电源输出端可拆卸式连接;以及
    耦合装置,所述耦合装置包括:
    第一耦合单元,与所述第二园林工具可替换地与所述背负式电池包的电源输出端可拆卸式连接;
    第二耦合单元,通过柔性导线与所述第一耦合单元连接,所述第二耦合单元被配置为能够与第一园林工具的电源输入端可拆卸式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述背负式电池包包括:
    背负式底座;
    电池包仓,设置于所述背负式底座上,所述电池包仓具有用于容纳电池包的腔体;
    锁扣装置,安装于所述腔体的侧壁,所述锁扣装置被配置为能够将已经位于所述腔体内的电池包锁止在所述腔体内,并能够解除所述锁止以使所述电池包能够从所述腔体内抽离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述锁扣装置包括:
    底座,固定于所述电池包仓;
    活动部,活动连接于所述底座,且相对于所述底座具有第一位置和第二位置;
    锁舌,活动连接于所述活动部,且相对于所述活动部具有第一工位和第二工位;
    第一保持机构,设置于所述底座与所述活动部之间,所述第一保持机构被装配为能够将所述活动部保持在所述第一位置并能够将所述活动部从所述第一位置释放;
    第二保持机构,设置于所述锁舌与所述活动部之间;
    当所述活动部处于所述第一位置,且所述锁舌处于所述第一工位时,所述锁舌的端部从所述腔体的侧壁凸伸于所述腔体内;而当所述活动部和锁舌处于其余位置与工位的组合时,所述锁舌的端部离开所述腔体;
    所述第二保持机构被装配为能够将所述锁舌保持在所述第一工位,当所述锁舌凸伸于所述腔体内且所述锁舌端部受竖直向下的外力作用时,锁舌能够克服所述第二保持机构的约束以切换至所述工位二。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述活动部与所述底座铰接;所述第一保持机构包括与所述底座滑动连接的挡接部,且所述挡接部沿滑动方向具有保持工位和释放工位,当所述挡接部处于所述保持工位时,所述挡接部与所述第一位置的活动部挡接以将其限制在所述第一位置,当所述挡接部处于所述释放工位时,所述挡接部离开所 述活动部的摆动路径,以使所述活动部能够向所述第二位置摆动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述挡接部与所述底座之间设有第一弹性单元;所述挡接部上连接有一释放按钮;所述锁舌与所述活动部滑动连接;所述第二保持机构是设置在所述锁舌与所述活动部之间的第二弹性单元。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述第二园林工具为吹风机,所述吹风机包括:
    风道;
    驱动模块,安装在所述风道内,所述驱动模块设有输出轴;
    叶轮,安装在所述驱动模块的输出轴上,所述叶轮绕输出轴的轴线转动;
    罩壳,内部收容有电子元件;
    第一通风口,将所述罩壳的内腔与所述风道连通;
    第二通风口,将所述罩壳的内腔与大气连通。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述风道包括进风侧和出风侧,所述第一通风口设于所述进风侧部分并与所述进风侧连通;所述罩壳安装于所述风道的外壁上,并与所述风道之间具有共用壁,所述第一通风口开设于所述共用壁上;所述罩壳位于所述风道下侧,所述罩壳底部设有排水口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背负式园林工具系统,其特征在于,所述排水口包括位于第一通风口下方的第一排水口,以及邻近所述第二通风口设置的第二排水口,所述罩壳内设有第一挡水板和第二挡水板,所述电子元件安装于所述第一挡水板和所述第二挡水板之间,所述第一通风口和所述第一排水口位于所述第一挡水板与所述电子元件相背的一侧;所述第二通风口和所述第二排水口位于所述第二挡水板与所述电子元件相背的一侧;所述第一挡水板的上端设有第一过风孔,所述第二挡水板的上端设有第二过风孔;所述罩壳内设有一散热块,所述电子元件安装于所述散热块的下端,所述第一过风孔和所述第二过风孔位于所述散热块的两端的上方。
