- the plurality of pouch-type battery cells 110 are bi-directional battery cells in which positive and negative leads protrude in opposite directions to each other, and for electrical connection between the BMS and the electrode lead protruding in the opposite direction, the BMS protrudes toward the BMS.
- a sensing member is provided so as to protrude adjacent to the electrode lead.
- the electrical connection between the BMS and the sensing member is shown as a dotted line, and the connection between the BMS and the electrode lead is shown as a solid line.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a battery module according to the present invention.
- the battery module includes a battery cell stack in which pouch-type battery cells 110 including the sensing member shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 are in close contact with each other, a module housing 101 accommodating the battery cell stack, A BMS (260) disposed outside the first end 251, which is one of both ends in the electric field direction (x) of the battery cell stack (shown as a dotted line), and a bus bar plate 271 coupled to the sensing lead and the electrode lead (271, 272) (shown as a dotted line).
- the first sensing lead 231 and the anode lead 210 are coupled to the bus bar plate 271, and the second sensing lead 232 and the cathode lead 220 are coupled to overlap each other, and the bus bar plate 272 combine with
- the BMS 260 is connected to the sensing leads 231 and 232, the positive lead 210, and the negative lead 220 to measure voltages of all pouch-type battery cells.
- FIG. 8 is a plan view of a bus bar plate according to the present invention.
- the bus bar plate 271 includes a sensing lead welded portion 274 and an electrode lead welded portion 278 formed so as not to overlap each other. After the sensing lead passes through the through-hole 273 formed adjacent to the sensing lead welded portion 274 and protrudes outward from the bus bar plate, it is bent at a right angle and welded to the sensing lead welded portion 274, and the electrode lead welded portion 278 After the electrode lead passes through the through-hole 277 formed adjacent to and protrudes to the outside of the bus bar plate, it is bent at a right angle and welded to the electrode lead welding part 278.
- the sensing leads and electrode leads overlapping and coupled to each other are welded to the bus bar plate, and the through-hole 277 and the electrode lead welding part 278 shown in FIG. It is a form that includes only the corresponding configuration.
- the pouch-type battery cell according to the present invention includes a sensing member inside the pouch-type battery case, even in the case of a bidirectional battery cell, a resistance measuring device such as a BMS on one side of the outer periphery and both the positive and negative electrodes Resistance measurement of all battery cells is possible by forming an ideal connection state.
