Claims (12)
- パウチ型電池ケースの内部に電極組立体を収容するパウチ型電池セルであって、
前記電極組立体は複数の正極及び複数の負極を含み、
前記電極組立体の全長方向の両側端のそれぞれから正極タブ及び負極タブが互いに反対方向に延び、
前記正極タブと結合された正極リード及び前記負極タブと結合された負極リードは前記パウチ型電池ケースのシーリング部に介在されて外側に突出し、
前記パウチ型電池ケースは電圧検出のためのセンシング部材を内装している、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記センシング部材は、センシングリード及びワイヤを含み、
前記センシングリードは前記パウチ型電池ケースの外周辺から外側に延び、前記ワイヤは前記パウチ型電池ケースに内装されている、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記パウチ型電池ケースは、外部被覆層、金属層、及び内部接着層を含み、
前記ワイヤは、前記外部被覆層と前記金属層との間、または前記内部接着層と前記金属層との間に位置する、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ワイヤと前記金属層との間には絶縁層が介在されている、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記センシングリードは、前記ワイヤの両側端のそれぞれに位置する第1センシングリード及び第2センシングリードを含む、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池ケースの全長方向の両側端は第1末端及び第2末端を含み、
前記第1センシングリードは前記第1末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延び、
前記第2センシングリードは前記第2末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延びる、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記正極リード及び前記第1センシングリードは前記第1末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延び、前記負極リード及び前記第2センシングリードは前記第2末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延び、
前記第1センシングリードは前記正極リードと重畳しないように配置され、前記第2センシングリードは前記負極リードと重畳するように配置される、請求項6に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記負極リード及び前記第1センシングリードは前記第1末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延び、前記正極リード及び前記第2センシングリードは前記第2末端で前記シーリング部に介在されて外側に延び、
前記第1センシングリードは前記負極リードと重畳しないように配置され、前記第2センシングリードは前記正極リードと重畳するように配置される、請求項6に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記第1センシングリード及び前記第2センシングリードのサイズは前記正極リード及び前記負極リードのサイズより小さい、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記センシング部材はヒューズを含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルを含む電池モジュールであって、
複数の前記パウチ型電池セルが密着するように積層された電池セルスタックと、
前記電池セルスタックを収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記電池セルスタックの全長方向の両側端の一つである第1末端の外側に配置されるBMSと、
センシングリード及び電極リードと結合するバスバープレートと、
を含み、
前記バスバープレートは、センシングリード溶接部及び電極リード溶接部を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記BMSは前記センシングリード及び前記電極リードと連結されて前記パウチ型電池セルの電圧を測定する、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
