결제관리 모듈(140)은 외부의 암호화폐 거래소 서버와 연동하여 상기 유저 단말기의 전자지갑에 보유한 암호화폐의 시세를 확인하고, 상기 전자지갑에 보유한 암호화폐가 상기 거래금액에 대응하면 해당 암호화폐를 통해 결제처리하는 암호화폐 결제 관리부(142)를 더 포함한다. 암호화폐 결제 관리부(142)는 결제처리시 반영한 암호화폐의 가격을 원화, 달러화 등의 시세로 유저 단말기 측에 제공할 수 있다.
결제관리 모듈(140)은 상기 거래금액에 해당하는 토큰을 발행하고, 상기 토큰을 통한 결제처리를 수행하며, 상기 결제처리가 완료되면 상기 유저 단말기 및 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 해당 거래를 서명을 통해 인증하고 해당 거래에 대한 트랜잭션 정보를 블록체인 서버에 기록하는 토큰 결제 관리부(143)를 포함한다. 토큰 결제 관리부(143)는 토큰 발행 시 해당 토큰과 관련된 블록체인 기술정보, 개발자 단말기의 지갑주소, 매도하려는 토큰의 개당 가격, 수량을 함께 저장할 수 있다.
유저 서비스 모듈(150)은 상기 유저 단말기에 대한 적어도 하나 이상의 서비스를 제공하되, 상기 서비스는 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 검색하여 제공하는 서비스와, 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술 또는 개발이 진행중인 블록체인 기술에 대한 정보를 공개하여 홍보하는 서비스를 포함한다.
이를 위해 유저 서비스 모듈(150)은, 상기 유저 단말기로부터 입력된 기술종목 또는 키워드 기반으로 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 검색하고, 상기 검색된 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 소정의 방법으로 정렬하여 상기 유저 단말기 측에 제공하는 검색부(151)를 포함한다.
이러한 검색부(151)는, 키워드 일치도, 유저 단말기의 구매이력정보, 투자이력정보, 관심기술정보 및 관심기업정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 유저 단말기 맞춤형으로 검색된 결과를 정렬하여 제공한다. 이때, 검색부(151)는 유저 단말기의 정보를 입력으로 하고, 해당 유저 단말기가 선택한 관심기술이나 관심기업으로 선택한 결과를 출력으로 한 빅데이터 기반의 기계학습 알고리즘을 통해 검색 결과를 정렬할 수 있다. 이로써, 보다 검색결과가 유저 단말기 각각에 대한 맞춤형으로 출력될 수 있다.
유저 서비스 모듈(150)은 개발 중이거나 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술에 대한 블록체인 기술정보를 공개하여 홍보하며, 상기 유저 단말기로 하여금 관심 블록체인 기술 등록을 가능하게 하는 마케팅부(152)를 포함한다.
마케팅부(152)는 개발자 단말기(10)의 요청에 의해 미리 설정된 주기마다 베너 형식으로 개발 중이거나 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술을 홍보하고, 상기 구매자 단말기 또는 투자자 단말기로부터 관심 블록체인 기술의 등록이 완료되면, 해당 관심 블록체인 기술이 스토어에 등록되거나 펀딩이 개시되었음을 알리는 알림 메시지를 각 구매자 단말기(20) 또는 투자자 단말기(30)에 알림한다.
유저 서비스 모듈(150)은 상기 유저 단말기와 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버(100)의 상호 인터랙션을 위한 화면을 생성하는 유저 인터페이스부(153)를 포함한다.
유저 인터페이스부(153) 는 도 8 과 같이 제 1 유저 화면을 생성할 수 있다. 제 1 유저 화면은 유저 단말기가 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버에 접속 및 로그인하면 볼 수 있는 첫 화면으로서, 검색창, 로그아웃, 메시지, 마이페이지를 포함하는 기본 메뉴(1)와 블록체인 기술의 카테고리를 선택할 수 있는 카테고리 메뉴(2)가 마련되어 있다. 유저 단말기로부터 카테고리메뉴(2) 에서 기술거래를 위한 카테고리가 선택되면, 선택된 카테고리에 해당되는 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술의 목록(3)이 썸네일(thumbnail) 형식으로 출력될 수 있다.
유저 단말기로부터 블록체인 기술의 목록(3) 중 관심있는 블록체인 기술(블록체인 기술 1)이 선택되면, 유저 인터페이스부(153) 는 도 9 와 같이 제 2 유저 화면을 생성할 수 있다. 제 2 유저 화면은 블록체인 기술 1 의 구매를 위한 화면으로서, 블록체인 기술 1 의 대표이미지와, 상기 대표이미지 하단에 '기술내용', '포트폴리오', '활용예시', '질문답변'의 메뉴를 포함하는 선택메뉴가 구비될 수 있다. 유저 단말기가 상기 선택메뉴 중 '기술내용' 메뉴를 선택했을 경우 하단에 기술내용의 상세버전이 개시되며, 개발자와 상담을 신청하기 위한 상담신청메뉴, 바로 구매희망 의사를 입력할 수 있는 구매버튼 메뉴가 함께 제공될 수 잇다.
유저 단말기로부터 블록체인 기술의 목록(3) 중 관심있는 블록체인 기술(블록체인 기술 2)이 선택되면, 유저 인터페이스부(153) 는 도 10 과 같이 제 3 유저 화면을 생성할 수 있다. 제 3 유저 화면은 블록체인 기술 2 의 펀딩을 위한 화면으로서, 블록체인 기술 2 의 대표이미지와, 상기 대표이미지 하단에 '기술내용', '포트폴리오', '활용예시', '질문답변', '펀딩현황'의 메뉴를 포함하는 선택메뉴가 구비될 수 있다. 유저 단말기가 상기 선택메뉴 중 '기술내용' 메뉴를 선택했을 경우에는, 하단에 목표금액과 펀딩기간을 포함하는 펀딩정보, 기술내용의 상세버전, 및 펀딩금액 별 리워드 정보가 개시될 수 있다. 또한, 유저 단말기가 상기 선택메뉴 중 '펀딩현황'의 메뉴를 선택했을 경우에는, 하단에 펀딩의 잔여기간과 함께 목표금액 대비 현재 모집된 금액의 비율인 달성율, 현재 펀딩액, 펀딩인원의 정보를 포함하는 펀딩현황 정보가 개시될 수 있다.
또한, 유저 인터페이스부(153)는 상기 스토어나 펀딩에 등록된 블록체인 기술의 개발자 정보 중 상기 마일스톤 달성현황을 타임라인(timeline)으로 공개하고, 상기 스토어나 펀딩에 등록된 블록체인 기술에 대해 신규 업데이트된 정보를 뉴스피드(newsfeed) 형식으로 공개하며, 상기 펀딩에 등록된 블록체인 기술에 대해 펀딩달성율, 현재 펀딩액 및 펀딩인원 중 적어도 하나를 차트 형식으로 공개할 수 있다.
도 11 은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 블록체인 기술 거래 플랫폼 서버에서의 블록체인 기술 거래 방법을 도시한 순서도이다. 이하에서는 도 11 에 도시된 블록체인 기술거래 방법을 설명하며, 도 1 내지 도 10 에서와 동일한 내용의 설명은 생략한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 블록체인 기술거래 방법은 개발자 단말기, 구매자 단말기, 투자자 단말기, 평가자 단말기 및 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템에서의 블록체인 기술거래 방법이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 실시예에 따른 블록체인 기술거래 방법은 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 상기 개발자 단말기로부터의 기술거래의 대상이 되는 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술정보와 상기 평가자 단말기로부터의 상기 블록체인 기술정보에 기초한 기술평가정보를 수신하는 단계(S10)와, 상기 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 상기 개발자 단말기로부터 블록체인 기술에 대해 매도 또는 투자유치 여부에 대한 기술거래 종류를 선택받는 단계(S20)와, 상기 선택된 기술거래 종류에 따라 상기 블록체인 기술에 대한 기술거래를 중개하는 단계(S30)를 포함한다. 한편, 블록체인 기술에 대한 기술거래를 중개하는 단계(S30)는 상기 블록체인 기술을 매수할 상기 구매자 단말기를 매칭시키거나, 상기 블록체인 기술에 대해 투자할 적어도 하나 이상의 투자자 단말기를 모집하여 크라우드 펀딩을 운영하는 단계를 포함한다.
상술한 본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 개발이 완료되거나 진행중인 블록체인 기술을 필요로 하는 구매자나 해당 블록체인 기술에 대한 투자의사가 있는 투자자를 개발자와 연계하여 매매 또는 투자유치를 중개하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 계좌이체, 포인트, 쿠폰, 신용카드 등 일반적인 온라인 결제 뿐만 아니라 암호화폐나 토큰 기반의 다양한 방식의 결제를 지원하여 누구나 안전하고 편리하게 블록체인 기술을 구매하거나 투자할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여 기술 개발자와 기술을 필요로 하는 산업현장에 활력을 줄 수 있다.
이상에서는 실시예들을 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 개발자 단말기, 구매자 단말기, 투자자 단말기, 평가자 단말기 및 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템으로서,
    상기 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버는,
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 기술거래의 대상이 되는 블록체인 기술에 대한 블록체인 기술정보를 수신하고, 상기 평가자 단말기로부터 상기 블록체인 기술정보에 기초한 기술평가정보를 수신하고, 상기 개발자 단말기로부터 블록체인 기술에 대해 매도 또는 투자유치 여부에 대한 기술거래 종류를 선택받으며, 상기 선택된 기술거래 종류에 따라 상기 블록체인 기술을 매수할 상기 구매자 단말기를 매칭시키거나, 상기 블록체인 기술에 대해 투자할 적어도 하나 이상의 투자자 단말기를 모집하여 크라우드 펀딩(crowd funding)을 운영하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버는,
    상기 개발자 단말기, 구매자 단말기 및 투자자 단말기를 포함하는 유저 단말기에 대한 플랫폼 가입과 상기 유저 단말기의 정보를 수신하여 저장하는 유저 관리 모듈;
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술에 대한 매도를 선택받으면, 해당 블록체인 기술에 대한 블록체인 기술정보, 개발자 정보 및 기술평가정보를 스토어에 등록하고, 상기 스토어에 등록된 블록체인 기술에 대해 매수 희망을 선택한 상기 구매자 단말기와의 기술거래 계약을 중개하는 블록체인 기술중개 모듈;
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술 또는 개발이 진행중인 블록체인 기술에 대한 투자 유치를 선택받으면, 해당 블록체인 기술에 대한 블록체인 기술정보, 개발자 정보, 기술평가정보 및 펀딩정보와 함께 상기 크라우드 펀딩에 등록하고, 등록된 블록체인 기술에 대한 크라우드 펀딩을 운영하는 블록체인 기술펀딩 모듈;
    상기 구매자 단말기 또는 투자자 단말기와의 기술거래가 완료되면, 해당 거래금액에 대한 결제를 진행하는 결제관리 모듈; 및
    상기 유저 단말기에 대한 적어도 하나 이상의 서비스를 제공하되, 상기 서비스는 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 검색하여 제공하는 서비스와, 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술 또는 개발이 진행중인 블록체인 기술에 대한 정보를 공개하여 홍보하는 서비스를 포함하는 유저 서비스 모듈을 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 유저 관리 모듈은,
    상기 유저 단말기의 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼으로의 가입과 인증을 처리하고 상기 가입 및 인증이 완료된 유저 단말기에 대해 전자지갑을 형성하는 가입인증부;
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 개발자에 대한 기본정보, 사업모델, 재무현황, 마일스톤 달성현황, 지식재산권 보유현황 및 투자유치내역을 포함하는 개발자 정보를 수신하여 데이터베이스화하는 개발자 관리부;
    상기 구매자 단말기로부터 구매자에 대한 기본정보, 구매이력정보, 관심기술정보를 포함하는 구매자 정보를 수신하여 데이터베이스화하는 구매자 관리부; 및
    상기 투자자 단말기로부터 투자자에 대한 기본정보, 관심기업정보, 관심기술정보, 투자이력정보를 포함하는 투자자 정보를 수신하여 데이터베이스화하는 투자자 관리부를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 블록체인 기술중개 모듈은,
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 개발이 완료되어 매도하고자 하는 블록체인 기술에 대한 기술종목, 기술개요, 사업화 가능성, 산업현장 적용 가능성을 포함하는 블록체인 기술정보를 수신하고, 적어도 하나 이상의 평가자 단말기에 상기 블록체인 기술정보를 기초로 한 기술평가를 요청하고, 상기 기술평가가 완료된 블록체인 기술에 대해 상기 블록체인 기술정보, 기술평가정보, 상기 개발자 정보를 함께 업로드하여 블록체인 기술 매매 중개를 위한 스토어에 등록하는 블록체인 기술 스토어 등록부;
    상기 스토어에 등록된 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술에 대해 적어도 하나 이상의 구매자 단말기와의 상담을 연계하거나 질문답변 게시물을 운영함으로써 상기 블록체인 기술에 대한 판매 현황을 관리하고, 해당 블록체인 기술에 대해 매수 희망을 선택한 구매자 단말기와의 기술거래 계약을 중개하는 판매현황 관리부; 및
    상기 기술거래 계약으로부터의 수익을 상기 개발자 단말기측에 제공하는 수익 제공부를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 블록체인 기술펀딩 모듈은,
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터 개발이 완료되거나 진행중인 블록체인 기술에 대한 기술종목, 기술개요, 사업화 가능성, 산업현장 적용 가능성, 개발진행상황, 개발진행에 따른 예상 수익률을 포함하는 블록체인 기술정보를 수신하고, 적어도 하나 이상의 평가자 단말기에 상기 블록체인 기술정보를 기초로 한 기술평가를 요청하고, 상기 기술평가가 완료된 블록체인 기술에 대해 목표금액과 펀딩기간을 포함하는 펀딩정보, 상기 블록체인 기술정보, 기술평가정보, 상기 개발자 정보를 함께 업로드하여 해당 블록체인 기술에 대한 펀딩을 등록하는 블록체인 기술 펀딩 등록부;
    상기 펀딩에 등록된 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술에 대해 상기 펀딩기간 중 투자자 단말기와의 상담을 연계하거나 질문답변 게시물을 운영하고, 상기 펀딩기간 중 적어도 하나 이상의 투자자 단말기로부터의 투자의사를 수령하고, 펀딩달성율, 현재 펀딩액 및 펀딩인원을 산출하여 현재 펀딩현황을 공개하며, 상기 펀딩기간이 만료되거나 상기 목표금액이 달성되면 진행중인 펀딩을 종료시키는 펀딩운영부; 및
    상기 목표금액이 달성된 펀딩으로부터의 수익을 상기 개발자 단말기측에 제공하는 수익 제공부를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 결제관리 모듈은,
    상기 유저 단말기의 선택에 따라 일반 결제, 암호화폐 결제 및 토큰 결제 중 적어도 하나의 방식으로 상기 거래 금액을 결제처리하되,
    상기 거래금액을 계좌이체, 포인트 결제 및 쿠폰 결제 중 적어도 하나 이상의 방식으로 처리하는 일반 결제 관리부;
    외부의 암호화폐 거래소 서버와 연동하여 상기 유저 단말기의 전자지갑에 보유한 암호화폐의 시세를 확인하고, 상기 전자지갑에 보유한 암호화폐가 상기 거래금액에 대응하면 해당 암호화폐를 통해 결제처리하는 암호화폐 결제 관리부; 및
    상기 거래금액에 해당하는 토큰을 발행하고, 상기 토큰을 통한 결제처리를 수행하며, 상기 결제처리가 완료되면 상기 유저 단말기 및 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 해당 거래를 서명을 통해 인증하고 해당 거래에 대한 트랜잭션 정보를 블록체인 서버에 기록하는 토큰 결제 관리부를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 유저 서비스 모듈은,
    상기 유저 단말기로부터 입력된 기술종목 또는 키워드 기반으로 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 검색하고, 상기 검색된 적어도 하나 이상의 블록체인 기술 또는 개발자를 소정의 방법으로 정렬하여 상기 유저 단말기 측에 제공하는 검색부;
    상기 개발자 단말기로부터의 요청에 의해 블록체인 기술정보를 공개하여 홍보하며, 상기 유저 단말기로 하여금 관심 블록체인 기술 등록을 가능하게 하는 마케팅부; 및
    상기 유저 단말기와 상기 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버의 상호 인터랙션을 위한 화면을 생성하는 유저 인터페이스부를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 검색부는,
    키워드 일치도, 상기 구매이력정보, 투자이력정보, 관심기술정보 및 관심기업정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 유저 단말기 맞춤형으로 검색된 결과를 정렬하여 제공하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 마케팅부는
    상기 개발자 단말기의 요청에 의해 미리 설정된 주기마다 베너 형식으로 개발중이거나 개발이 완료된 블록체인 기술을 홍보하고,

  12. 개발자 단말기, 구매자 단말기, 투자자 단말기, 평가자 단말기 및 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버를 포함하는 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 시스템에서의 블록체인 기술거래 방법으로서,
    블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 상기 개발자 단말기로부터 기술거래의 대상이 되는 블록체인 기술에 대한 블록체인 기술정보와, 상기 평가자 단말기로부터 상기 블록체인 기술정보에 기초한 기술평가정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 블록체인 기술거래 플랫폼 서버가 상기 개발자 단말기로부터 블록체인 기술에 대해 매도 또는 투자유치 여부에 대한 기술거래 종류를 선택받는 단계; 및
