一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗废物处理技术领域,具体地说,是一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置。
背景技术
医疗废物是指在医疗、预防等其他相关活动中产生具有直接或者间接感染性、毒性以及其他危害性的废物,医疗废物中可能含有大量病原体、微生物或者有害化学物质,是一种不同于其他废物的十分危险的废物,随意丢弃不仅会对土壤污染,也会对水域产生污染,甚至还有大气污染,从而引发接触者的患病和危险。医疗废物在回收是需要进行消毒和灭菌,而消毒和灭菌势必会用到大量的消毒液,而消毒液在使用后需要排出,但是消毒液在排除时,容易带着细小的医疗废物碎屑流动,将排出消毒液的管道或是器械堵住,尤其是采用了过滤网的装置更加容易被堵塞,因此亟需设计一种消毒液使用后不会被堵住的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,包括一医疗废物处理机构和一水循环机构,所述医疗废物处理机构的底部与废液处理机构通过一过滤组件相联通,消毒液经过医疗废物处理机构后成为废液流入废液处理机构,所述过滤组件包括一对过滤网,所述过滤网靠近废液处理机构的一侧设置有防堵塞部件,所述防堵塞部件包括一对毛刷,所述毛刷与所述过滤网一一对应,所述毛刷通过一连接板连接,所述连接板的中部连接有转轴,所述转轴的一端连接有感应组件,通过所述转轴使得一侧毛刷靠近所述过滤网时,另一侧毛刷远离所述过滤网,靠近所述过滤网的一侧所述毛刷穿过过滤网将所述过滤网封闭,另一侧过滤网用于废液流通,当所述过滤网被堵塞时,所述医疗废物处理机构内的液面上升,从而触发所述感应组件,从而使得远离所述过滤网一侧的毛刷向过滤网靠近并封闭,而原本封闭的所述过滤网打开用于废液流通,进而避免了所述过滤网堵塞。
进一步的,所述感应组件包括一浮力板和一端设置在所述浮力板上的U型支架35,所述U型支架35的另一端延伸至所述转轴,并分裂为两部分分别设置在转轴的两侧。
进一步的,所述废液处理机构远离所述医疗废物处理机构的一端设置有消毒水循环泵,将经过处理的消毒水通过软管重新导入医疗废物处理机构。
进一步的,所述医疗废物处理机构包括一用于装载医疗废物的桶体和用于封闭桶体的桶盖,所述桶盖包括桶盖架、两个半板和两块翻板,两个所述半板分别设置在所述桶盖架的两侧,两块所述翻板设置两个所述半板之间,所述翻板中部贯穿设置有一翻转转轴,所述翻转转轴两端分别连接在两个半板上,使得所述翻板可以以转轴为中心旋转,所述翻转转轴上还设置有限位器,所述限位器用于使得所述翻板保持水平;所述翻板的两端分别开设有清理槽,所述清理槽内设置有一清理转轴,所述清理转轴的两端分别连接在所述清理槽的两侧壁上,所述清理转轴外侧设置有挤压辊;所述翻转转轴为空心轴,所述翻板为空心板,所述翻转转轴与所述翻板内部空间为消毒液流通空间,所述翻转转轴的消毒液流通空间通过翻转转轴上的小孔与所述翻板的消毒液流通空间联通。
进一步的,所述半板内设置有与所述翻转转轴联通的消毒液流通通道,消毒液流通通道同时也与外部消毒液管道联通,消毒液由外部流入流通通道最后进入翻板。
进一步的,所述清理转轴内部中空,消毒液可以由翻板的消毒液流通空间流入清理转轴,清理转轴外侧开设有小孔,所述小孔用于喷出所述消毒液。
进一步的,所述清理转轴的小孔的直径由内向外逐渐缩小。
进一步的,所述桶体包括内桶和外桶,所述桶盖与所述外桶可拆卸连接,所述内桶通过底座相对于外桶旋转,所述底座设置在所述内桶和外桶之间。
进一步的,所述内桶的桶壁上排列有多组小孔,小孔用于将使用过的消毒液排出。
进一步的,所述底座上设置有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴伸入所述内桶。
本发明优点在于:
1、通过感应组件和转轴使得两个过滤网交替使用,交替清洁,避免了堵塞,保证的消毒 液的流通和处理,方便了消毒液后续的使用。
2、通过两块所述翻板上的所述破碎挤压辊配合使用,一方面对进入桶内的医疗废物进行穿刺和破碎从而使得桶内的医疗废物能够露出更大表面积,从而将进入医疗废物内部的细菌和病毒暴露出来,进入灭菌桶内更好的被消灭,另一方面将医疗废物破碎避免了不法人士对医疗废物的非法利用。
3、通过U型支架35的延长端将毛刷抵住,避免了毛刷在封闭过滤网时被冲开,确保仅有一个过滤网用于废液流通。

下面结合附图对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
根据附图1-6所示,一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,包括一医疗废物处理机构和一水循环机构,所述医疗废物处理机构的底部与废液处理机构通过一过滤组件相联通,消毒液经过医疗废物处理机构后成为废液流入废液处理机构,所述过滤组件包括一对过滤网,所述过滤网靠近废液处理机构的一侧设置有防堵塞部件,所述防堵塞部件包括一对毛刷31,所述毛刷31与 所述过滤网一一对应,所述毛刷31通过一连接板32连接,所述连接板32的中部连接有转轴33,所述转轴33的两侧设置有感应组件,通过所述转轴33使得一侧毛刷31靠近所述过滤网时,另一侧毛刷31远离所述过滤网,靠近所述过滤网的一侧所述毛刷31穿过过滤网将所述过滤网封闭,另一侧过滤网用于废液流通,当所述过滤网被堵塞时,所述医疗废物处理机构内的液面上升,从而触发所述感应组件,从而使得远离所述过滤网一侧的毛刷31向过滤网靠近并封闭,而原本封闭的所述过滤网打开用于废液流通,进而避免了所述过滤网堵塞。
具体的,一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,包括一医疗废物处理机构和一水循环机构,医疗废物处理机构的底部与废液处理机构通过一过滤组件相联通,消毒液在医疗废物处理机构中被使用后成为废液流入废液处理机构,过滤组件包括一对过滤网,用于阻挡医疗废物的碎屑防止其进入废液处理机构,为了避免过滤网被医疗废物的碎屑堵住,在废液处理机构一侧还设置有防堵塞部件,防堵塞部件包括两个毛刷31,毛刷31大小与形状均与过滤网相同,毛刷31刷头可以穿过过滤网,沉淀在过滤网上的医疗废物推开,使得过滤网的网孔贯通,从而避免过滤网被堵塞,两个毛刷31通过一连接板32相连接,连接板32的中部设置有一转轴33,使用时由于转轴33的存在,同时且只能通过一侧的毛刷31将过滤网封闭,另一侧的毛刷31远离过滤网,用于使得消毒液流通,转轴33的两侧设置有感应组件,感应组件用于感应过滤网是否发生堵塞,当过滤网发生堵塞时,消毒液会在医疗废物处理机构内产生堆积,当越积越多时,触碰到感应组件,原本远离过滤网的毛刷31会将刷头穿过过滤网,将沉积在过滤网上的医疗废物推开,使得过滤网的网孔重新贯通,而原本被贯通的过滤网此时被打开,消毒液可以毫无障碍的继续流通,直到被堵塞,两个过滤网交替使用,交替清洁,避免了堵塞,保证的消毒液的流通和处理,方便了消毒液后续的使用。
所述感应组件包括一浮力板36和一端设置在所述浮力板36上的U型支架35,所述U型支架35的另一端延伸至所述转轴33,并分裂为两部分分别设置在转轴33的两侧。
具体的,感应组件包括一浮力板36,用于直接检测液面高度,浮力板36上方设置有U型支架35,U型支架35的一端倒装在所述浮力板36上,另一端下延伸至转轴33,靠近转轴33 的一端分裂为两个部分,分别设置在转轴33的两侧,当其中一侧毛刷31在封闭过滤网时,U型支架35的延长段位于连接板32的后方将毛刷31抵住,避免了毛刷31在封闭过滤网时被冲开,确保仅有一个过滤网用于废液流通,当该过滤网发生堵塞时,消毒液在医疗废物处理机构中发生堆积,因此医疗机构内的消毒液液面逐渐上升,浮力板36收到来自液面上升的浮力,从而带动整个U型杆缓缓升起,直到不再抵住连接板32,此时封闭住过滤网的毛刷31被水流冲开,连接板32通过转轴33转动,将另一侧毛刷31转动至过滤网,U型支架35随着液面下降,将封闭过滤网一侧的连接板32再次抵住,完成感应,从而实现两个过滤网的间歇使用和清理。
所述废液处理机构远离所述医疗废物处理机构的一端设置有消毒水循环泵,将经过处理的消毒水通过软管37重新导入医疗废物处理机构。
具体的,消毒液在经过使用后成为废液,经过过滤后重新使用,需要经过高滤膜等一系列处理之后,纯度下降,在废液处理的最后一个环节重新添加浓缩消毒液,与经过处理的废液重新混合,再通过消毒液循环水泵打回医疗废物处理机构重新使用,完成循环,提高了本发明的实用性和经济效应。
医疗废物处理机构包括一用于装载医疗废物的桶体2和用于封闭桶体2的桶盖1,所述桶盖1包括桶盖架14、两个半板11和两块翻板12,两个所述半板11分别设置在所述桶盖架14的两侧,两块所述翻板12设置在两个所述半板11之间,所述翻板12中部贯穿设置有一翻转转轴13,所述翻转转轴13两端分别连接在两个半板11上,使得所述翻板12可以以翻转转轴为中心旋转,所述翻转转轴13上还设置有限位器,所述限位器用于使得所述翻板12保持水平;所述翻板12的两端分别开设有清理槽,所述清理槽内设置有一清理转轴15,所述清理转轴15的两端分别连接在所述清理槽的两侧壁上,所述清理转轴15外侧设置有破碎挤压辊16;通过两块所述翻板12上的所述破碎挤压辊16配合使用,对进入桶内的医疗废物进行穿刺和破碎从而使得桶内的医疗废物能够露出更大表面积。
具体的,一种医疗废物自清洁灭菌桶,包括一用于装载医疗废物的桶体2和用于封闭桶体 2的桶盖1,所述桶盖1包括桶盖架14、两个半板11和两块翻板12,两个所述半板11分别设置在所述桶盖架14的两侧,两块所述翻板12设置在两个所述半板11之间,通过两快翻板12和半板11配合形成桶盖1将桶体2封闭,所述翻板12中部贯穿设置有一翻转转轴13,所述翻转转轴13两端分别连接在两个半板11上,使得所述翻板12可以以翻转转轴13为中心旋转,通过翻板12的旋转实现桶盖1的开闭,使得医疗废物可以进入桶体2内部,也避免了常规灭菌桶整体开盖暴露过多细菌在外的情况,所述翻转转轴13上还设置有限位器,所述限位器用于使得所述翻板12保持水平,通过将翻板12保持水平,尽可能的减小桶内空气与外部空气的接触,避免了桶内细菌和病毒的传播,所述翻板12的两端分别开设有清理槽,所述清理槽内设置有一清理转轴15,所述清理转轴15的两端分别连接在所述清理槽的两侧壁上,所述清理转轴15外侧设置有破碎挤压辊16;通过两块所述翻板12上的所述破碎挤压辊16配合使用,一方面对进入桶内的医疗废物进行穿刺和破碎从而使得桶内的医疗废物能够露出更大表面积,从而将进入医疗废物内部的细菌和病毒暴露出来,进入灭菌桶内更好的被消灭,另一方面将医疗废物破碎避免了不法人士对医疗废物的非法利用。具体使用时,翻板12基本保持静止,两个破碎挤压辊16配合使用使医疗废物通过,当使用一段时间后,在被使用中的破碎挤压辊16使用时间过长后,使用者通过解除限位器,将翻板12进行翻转,从而使得另外一侧未使用的翻板12翻转过来进行使用,两侧的破碎挤压辊16交替使用,从而给予另一侧的破碎挤压辊16清洁消毒的时间,从而确保本发明的无菌性和安全性,提高了本发明的实用性。
需要说明的是,桶盖架14靠近清理槽的一侧设置有刮板,刮板设置在桶盖架14下方,避免翻板12在反转时将破碎的医疗废物从灭菌桶内带出。
进一步的,所述翻转转轴13为空心轴,所述翻板12为空心板,所述翻转转轴13与所述翻板12内部空间为消毒液流通空间,所述翻转转轴13的消毒液流通空间通过翻转转轴13上的小孔与所述翻板12的消毒液流通空间联通。
具体的,所述翻转转轴13为空心轴,所述翻板12为空心板,所述翻转转轴13与所述翻板12内部空间为消毒液流通空间,用于存储消毒液,所述翻转转轴13的消毒液流通空间通过 翻转转轴13上的小孔与所述翻板12的消毒液流通空间联通,使得消毒液可以互相流通,通过将翻转转轴13和翻板12都设置为空心状态,一方面节省了材料,另一方面在使用时减轻了重量,方便了使用者的搬运,在使用时,通过软管向翻转转轴13内注入消毒液,从而确保翻转转轴13和翻板12的重量增加,不容易因为医疗废物导致损坏。
需要注意的是,向翻转转轴13内注入消毒液,可以通过翻转转轴13上的小孔注入。
进一步的,所述半板11内设置有与所述翻转转轴13联通的消毒液流通通道,消毒液流通通道同时也与外部消毒液管道联通,消毒液由外部流入流通通道最后进入翻板12。
具体的,半板11内设置有与所述翻转转轴13联通的消毒液流通通道,外部消毒液可以通过管道直接流入半板11的消毒液流通通道,然后再流入翻转转轴13的消毒液流通空间,通过该消毒液流通通道,可以加快本发明翻板12内消毒液的充能时间,提高本发明的工作效率。
进一步的,所述清理转轴15内部中空,消毒液可以由翻板12的消毒液流通空间流入清理转轴15,清理转轴15外侧开设有小孔,所述小孔用于喷出所述消毒液。
具体的,清理转轴15与翻转转轴13一样,均是空心转轴,清理转轴15连接在翻板12凹槽的两侧壁上,消毒液可以从翻板12内通过清理转轴15的两端,流入清理转轴15,通过清理转轴15上的小孔向外喷出消毒液至破碎挤压辊16,使得每个医疗废物经过破碎挤压辊16时,都被沾染上消毒液,并且消毒液深入医疗废物的内部,使得医疗废物在还没完全进入桶内时就已经经过了初步的消毒液消毒,确保了消毒的效果。
进一步的,所述清理转轴15的小孔的直径由内向外逐渐缩小。
具体的,清理转轴15的小孔直径由清理转轴15内向外逐渐缩小,对流出的消毒液进行加压,提高了消毒液喷出的速度。由于外部的消毒液不断通过半板11的消毒液流通通道进入翻板12中,确保了翻板12内部的液体压力,从而进一步确保了医疗废物从桶盖1进入桶体2时的初步消杀效果。
进一步的,所述桶体2包括内桶22和外桶21,所述桶盖1与所述外桶21可拆卸连接,所述内桶22通过底座相对于外桶21旋转,所述底座设置在所述内桶22和外桶21之间,并设 置于内桶22底部。
具体的,桶体2包括两层,分为内桶22和外桶21,桶盖1可拆卸连接在外桶21上,通过桶盖1和外桶21将桶体2内部的医疗废物与外界隔绝,内桶22与外桶21通过一底座转动连接,内桶22可相对于外桶21转动,底座设置在外桶21与内桶22之间,并设置于内桶22底部,底座内设置有转动电机,通过转动电机驱动内桶22旋转。本发明在由于在医疗废物进入桶体2内时,已经被消毒液打湿,半板11还开设有向桶体2内注入消毒液的小孔,小孔与消毒液流通通道相联通,通过对桶体2内注入消毒液再进行旋转做离心运动,更好的将医疗废物上的细菌和病毒以及残渣予以清除。
进一步的,所述内桶22的桶壁上排列有多组小孔,小孔仅用于将使用过的消毒液排出。
具体的,内桶22上排列用多组小孔,小孔用于将使用过的消毒液排出,小孔随着内桶22的旋转将消毒液及时甩出,避免了消毒液清洗出来的残渣和细菌病毒重新吸附在医疗废物上。
进一步的,所述底座上设置有搅拌轴23,所述搅拌轴23伸入所述内桶22。
具体的,内桶22底部与底座连接,底座驱动内桶22旋转,底座中部还设置有搅拌轴23,搅拌轴23通过内桶22底部开设的通孔深入内桶22,底座包括一环形平台和转动电机,内桶22底部的通孔与环形平台的中空部位相对,用于安装搅拌轴23;内桶22的桶底和环形平台的台面固定连接,环形平台和转动电机的输出端相连接。
进一步的,所述外桶21的内壁上设置有加热装置和紫外线消毒灯,所述紫外线通过小孔对桶体2内的医疗废物进行杀菌。
具体的,外桶21的内壁上设置有加热装置和紫外线灯24,通过高温杀菌和紫外线杀菌的方式,对桶体2内的医疗废物进行消杀,紫外线通过内桶22的小孔对医疗废物进行照射,同时由于搅拌轴23的不断搅拌,紫外线透过效果对医疗废物的不同表面进行消毒杀菌。
进一步的,所述内桶22采用金属材料制成。
具体的,内桶22采用金属制成,由于金属良好的导热性,加热装置产生的高温通过内桶22的桶壁更好的对桶体2内的细菌和病毒进行消杀。
本发明通过高温和紫外线不仅可以对医疗废物进行消毒杀菌,还能够对桶内自身进行消毒杀菌。尤其通过桶盖1翻板12的设计,使得始终有一对破碎挤压辊16不在使用状态,通过自身消毒液不断的喷出和桶内的高温进行消毒杀菌,完成桶内的自清洁。

  1. 一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,其特征在于:包括一医疗废物处理机构和一水循环机构,所述医疗废物处理机构的底部与废液处理机构通过一过滤组件相联通,消毒液经过医疗废物处理机构后成为废液流入废液处理机构,所述过滤组件包括一对过滤网,所述过滤网靠近废液处理机构的一侧设置有防堵塞部件,所述防堵塞部件包括一对毛刷(31),所述毛刷(31)与所述过滤网一一对应,所述毛刷(31)通过一连接板(32)连接,所述连接板(32)的中部连接有转轴(33),所述转轴(33)的一端连接有感应组件,通过所述转轴(33)使得一侧毛刷(31)靠近所述过滤网时,另一侧毛刷(31)远离所述过滤网,靠近所述过滤网的一侧所述毛刷(31)穿过过滤网将所述过滤网封闭,另一侧过滤网用于废液流通,当所述过滤网被堵塞时,所述医疗废物处理机构内的液面上升,从而触发所述感应组件,从而使得远离所述过滤网一侧的毛刷(31)向过滤网靠近并封闭,而原本封闭的所述过滤网打开用于废液流通,进而避免了所述过滤网堵塞。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,其特征在于:所述感应组件包括一浮力板(36)和一端设置在所述浮力板(36)上的U型支架(35),所述U型支架(35)的另一端延伸至所述转轴(33),并分裂为两部分分别设置在转轴(33)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗废物处理的水循环装置,其特征在于:所述废液处理机构远离所述医疗废物处理机构的一端设置有消毒水循环泵,将经过处理的消毒水通过软管(37)重新导入医疗废物处理机构。
