背景技术
在合同签订之前,通常地,签约双方团队就合同内容需要进行沟通、商讨,最终确保双方就合同内容达成一致。在合同商讨过程中,通常地是通过电话、邮件或一些社交软件沟通、确认合同内容。
发明内容
为解决现有问题,本公开提供一种信息处理方法及装置、终端和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。
本公开的实施例提供一种信息处理方法,所述信息处理方法包括:接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
本公开的另一实施例提供了一种信息处理装置,所述信息处理装置包括:文档接收模块,配置为接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;关系建立模块,配置为建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;编辑模块, 配置为接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,存储器用于存储程序代码,处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述信息处理方法。

目前的合同协商过程基本是异步、离线进行,无法及时地知道各个协作方的修改内容和修改状态。
图1提供了本公开的实施例的信息处理方法的流程图。本公开的信息处理方法可以包括步骤101,接收第一文档,根据第一文档生成第二文档。在一些实施例中,第一文档包括但不限于本地文档、电子文档或在线文档等文档类型。在一些实施例中,第二文档包括但不限于可多人协作的文档,例如,电子文档或在线文档。例如,系统可以从本地接收第一文档(例如,word文档),根据该第一文档生成可多人协作的在线文档。图2示例性地示出一些实施例中的第二文档的示意图,其中,该第二文档基于第一文档“办公用品及耗材订购与采购”生成。
在一些实施例中,响应于第一文档或第二文档的文档类型属于预设的文档类型,显示与关联人员建立关联关系的页面;响应于第一文档或第二文档的文档类型不属于预设的文档类型,显示表单页面,表单页面用于填写第一文档或第二文档的文档信息。其中,预设的文档类型可以为doc、docx、pdf等类型。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还可以包括步骤102,建立第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域11 显示关联关系。在一些实施例中,关联人员包括协作发起者、协作参与者。在一些实施例中,协作发起者可以是上传第一文档到系统的关联人员。在一些实施例中,协作发起者和协作参与者均可以对生成的第二文档进行编辑操作。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还可以包括步骤103,接收关联人员对第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于编辑操作在第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域12生成编辑信息。如图3所示,在一些实施例中,在第二文档的协作过程中,可能会经历编辑操作(例如,插入、删除等),在第二关联区域12中生成编辑信息,以显示对第二文档进行了哪些修改。
在一些实施例中,编辑操作包括修改操作和评论操作;基于编辑操作在第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息包括:基于修改操作或评论操作,在第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成相应的编辑信息。
在一些实施例中,第二关联区域中的编辑信息以卡片信息的样式呈现,编辑信息包括内容信息和评论信息两种类型,内容信息是用户对内容的修改信息,评论信息是用户对内容的评论。其中,内容信息包括用户标识、时间标识和/或操作信息,操作信息包括操作类型和操作内容;评论信息包括用户标识、时间标识和/或评论内容。其中,用户标识包括姓名、部门、头像中的至少一种。
在本公开的实施例中,通过建立第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,关联人员可以对第二文档进行编辑操作,并且生成相应的编辑信息,如此,允许多人在线地对第二文档进行编辑,使得第二文档的编辑确认可以在线、同步地进行,并且能够全程保留编辑痕迹,供以后查阅,极大地便利了文档的沟通和确认。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,建立第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系之前,包括:在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域11显示人员推荐信息、人员搜索控件和/或分享控件。因此,在本公开的实施例中,系统可以给第二文档的协作发起者或协作参与者推荐一些协作参与者,例如,可以推荐协作发起者或参与者的上下级同事、同一部门的同事等。在一些实施例中,协作发起者或协作参与者也可以通过搜索相关的人员并且向其发送参与邀请。在一些实施例中,也可以通过复制邀请链接或扫码获取到邀请链接,然 后向相应的人员发送参与邀请。如图2所示,在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域11显示人员推荐信息、人员搜索控件和/或分享控件。因此,本公开的实施例为协作参与者的邀请提供了多种便利的邀请途径。
在一些实施例中,在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域11显示关联关系包括:显示关联人员的身份信息和编辑阶段信息。在一些实施例中,身份信息可以包括用户头像信息、用户名称、所在部分等。在一些实施例中,编辑阶段信息用于表示关联人员对第二文档的处理进度,例如,如图3所示,编辑阶段信息可以包括已确认、已查看。已确认表明该协作参与者对第二文档已经没有意见,对该第二文档的处理已经完成;已查看表明该协作参与者已经看了该第二文档,正在处理中。如此,各个关联人员可以清楚地得知相应的关联人员的处理进展,便利及时地推进第二文档的协商和确认。
在一些实施例中,响应于关联人员对第二文档的查看操作,将编辑阶段信息由第一编辑阶段信息变更为第二编辑阶段信息,例如,第一编辑阶段信息为未查看,第二编辑阶段信息为已查看。在一些实施例中,响应于关联人员对所述第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,将编辑阶段信息由第二编辑阶段信息变更为第三编辑阶段信息。例如,如图3所示,当关联人员点击“确认合同”的控件时,编辑阶段信息将由已查看变更为已确认,表明该关联人员对第二文档的协商处理已经完成。
在一些实施例中,响应于关联人员对所述第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,判断关联人员是否为建立关联关系的发起者,若关联人员为建立关联关系的发起者,则将第二文档置于第三编辑阶段;若关联人员不为建立关联关系的发起者,则拒绝将第二文档置于第三编辑阶段,第三编辑阶段为结束协作的阶段。
在一些实施例中,响应于关联人员对所述第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,判断关联人员是否为建立关联关系的发起者;若关联人员为建立关联关系的发起者,判断当前的第二文档是否接收到关联人员的编辑操作;若接收到编辑操作,显示第一提示信息;若未接收到编辑操作,显示第二提示信息;若关联人员不为建立关联关系的发起者,则拒绝将第二文档置于第三编辑阶段,第三编辑阶段为结束协作的阶段,该阶段中无法对第二文档进行编辑。
在一些实施例中,在上述实施方式中,无论是否接收到编辑操作,除显示第一提示信息或第二提示信息外,还显示有确认控件和取消控件;点击确 认控件后,生成并保存第二文档的清洁版本并进入表单页面,表单页面用于填写第二文档的文档信息;点击取消控件后关闭提示信息。
在一些实施例中,不同阶段的编辑阶段信息具有不同的信息内容,信息内容包括显示状态和标识内容。在一些实施例中,信息内容可以通过颜色和文字内容来体现,例如,“已确认”和“已查看”是通过文字标识内容来区分,另外,也可以通过不同颜色的背景或字体颜色来体现不同的显示状态。如此,能够更清晰地表征相应关联人员的编辑阶段信息。
在一些实施例中,第二文档的标题的关联区域显示有状态标识,状态标识用于表示第二文档是否与关联人员建立了关联关系。在一些实施例中,响应于第二文档未与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第一状态标识,例如,“待发起协商”。在一些实施例中,响应于第二文档已与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第二状态标识,例如,“协商中”。例如,如图2和图3所示,状态标识“待发起协商”和“协商中”可以用于表示第二文档是否与关联人员建立了关联关系,“待发起协商”表示暂时没有与其他关联人员建立关联关系,“协商中”表示已经至少与一些关联人员建立了关联关系。
在一些实施例中,响应于关联人员已处理第二文档,显示第三状态标识。例如,如图5所示,示意性地示出了第三状态标识“协商完成”。此时,表明各个关联人员已经就第二文档的内容达成一致。
在一些实施例中,编辑操作包括对第二文档的内容的修改操作和/或评论操作。即,编辑操作既可以对第二文档进行各种修改,例如,插入、删除等操作,也可以是发表评论内容。在一些实施例中,编辑信息包括进行编辑操作的用户信息(例如,用户名称)和编辑操作的操作内容。在一些实施例中,编辑信息还可以包括进行该编辑操作的时间信息,以表明是何时作出的该编辑操作,便于后续在第二文档的修订版本中查看编辑历史。
在一些实施例中,本公开的信息处理方法还包括:生成第二文档的正式版本。在关联人员均处理第二文档之后,可以生成第二文档的正式版本。在一些实施例中,生成第二文档的正式版本包括:基于关联人员中的预设关联人员的预设操作,生成第二文档的正式版本。例如,通常地,是在协作发起者确认完成协商时,生成第二文档的正式版本。即,“完成协商”表明第二文档已经定稿,定稿的版本即是第二文档的正式版本或最终版本。另外,在 第二文档的协商的整个过程中,均可保留痕迹,并且均可以查看协商记录,例如,哪个时间哪位参与者进行了哪些修订。
在一些实施例中,基于第二文档生成历史版本包括:当接收到新上传的第二文档时,将当前第二文档保存为历史版本;或者,在第二文档进入第三编辑阶段时,将包含编辑操作的第二文档保存为历史版本;或者,在第二文档进入第三编辑阶段时,将接受并清除所述编辑操作的第二文档保存为历史版本。其中,第三编辑阶段为结束协作的阶段,该阶段中无法对第二文档进行编辑。
在一些实施例中,如上所述,第一文档可以为本地文档,在一些实施例中,第二文档文为可多人协作的文档。例如,在协作发起者将本地的一个word文档上传到系统之后,系统可以根据该word文档生成可多人协作的在线文档,供关联人员协商。
在一些实施例中,以合同为例进行说明,说明第二文档的协商过程。首先,协作发起者可以上传合同初稿(例如,word文档),基于合同初稿在系统中生成一个在线文档。然后,可以邀请相关的同事参与合同协商,例如,可以通过系统推荐、主动搜索用户邀请、通过链接邀请。之后,协作发起者和协作参与者可以就合同内容进行编辑商讨,协作参与者完成合同修改之后,可以点击“确认合同”。接着,协作发起者根据各个关联人员的协商情况,确认是否完成协商。在协商完成之后,生成合同的正式版本,然后提交正式版本的合同。
在一些实施例中,建立关联关系的发起人可上传第二文档的新版本。若当前的第二文档未接收到关联人员的编辑操作,响应于建立关联关系的发起人上传第三文档的操作,刷新当前页面,显示第三文档;若当前的第二文档已接收到关联人员的编辑操作,响应于建立关联关系的发起人上传第三文档的操作,显示信息控件界面,所述信息控件界面用于根据发起人的操作上传或拒绝上传第三文档。
在本公开的实施例中,第二文档的协商和修改过程可以在线完成,并且可以在各个关联人员之间实现同步,方便高效且信息透明。另外,协商编辑过程全程保留痕迹,便于回溯。此外,系统可以自动推荐一些相关的协作参与者。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置600。信息处理装置600包括文档接收模块601、关系建立模块602和编辑模块603。在一些实施例中,文档接收模块601配置为接收第一文档,根据第一文档生成第二文档。在一些实施例中,关系建立模块602配置为建立第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示关联关系。在一些实施例中,编辑模块603配置为接收关联人员对第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于编辑操作在第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
应该理解,关于信息处理方法描述的内容也适用于此处的用于信息处理装置600,为了简单的目的,在此不进行详细描述。
在一些实施例中,关系建立模块602还配置为在建立第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系之前,在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示人员推荐信息、人员搜索控件和/或分享控件。在一些实施例中,在第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示关联关系,包括:显示关联人员的身份信息和编辑阶段信息,编辑阶段信息用于表示关联人员对第二文档的处理进度。在一些实施例中,信息处理装置600还包括变更模块,配置为响应于关联人员对第二文档的查看操作,将编辑阶段信息由第一编辑阶段信息变更为第二编辑阶段信息;或者,响应于关联人员对第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,将编辑阶段信息由第二编辑阶段信息变更为第三编辑阶段信息。在一些实施例中,不同阶段的编辑阶段信息具有不同的信息内容,信息内容包括显示状态和标识内容。在一些实施例中,第二文档的标题的关联区域显示有状态标识,状态标识用于表示第二文档是否与关联人员建立了关联关系。在一些实施例中,关系建立模块602还配置为响应于第二文档未与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第一状态标识;响应于第二文档已与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第二状态标识。在一些实施例中,变更模块还配置为响应于关联人员已处理第二文档,显示第三状态标识。在一些实施例中,编辑操作包括对第二文档的内容的修改操作和/或评论操作,编辑信息包括进行编辑操作的用户信息和编辑操作的操作内容。在一些实施例中,信息处理装置600还包括正式版本生成模块,配置为生成第二文档的正式版本,生成第二文档的正式版本包括:基于关联人员中的预设关联人员的预设操作,生成第二文档的正式版本。在一些实施例中,第一文档为本地文档,第二文档文为可多人协作的文档。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备执行上述的本公开的方法。

在本公开的上下文中,机器可读介质可以是有形的介质,其可以包含 或存储以供指令执行系统、装置或设备使用或与指令执行系统、装置或设备结合地使用的程序。机器可读介质可以是机器可读信号介质或机器可读储存介质。机器可读介质可以包括但不限于电子的、磁性的、光学的、电磁的、红外的、或半导体系统、装置或设备,或者上述内容的任何合适组合。机器可读存储介质的更具体示例会包括基于一个或多个线的电气连接、便携式计算机盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM或快闪存储器)、光纤、便捷式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光学储存设备、磁储存设备、或上述内容的任何合适组合。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述信息处理方法包括:接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系之前,包括:在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示人员推荐信息、人员搜索控件和/或分享控件。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,所述在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系,包括:显示所述关联人员的身份信息和编辑阶段信息,所述编辑阶段信息用于表示所述关联人员对所述第二文档的处理进度。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,包括:响应于所述关联人员对所述第二文档的查看操作,将所述编辑阶段信息由第一编辑阶段信息变更为第二编辑阶段信息;或者,响应于所述关联人员对所述第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,将所述编辑阶段信息由第二编辑阶段信息变更为第三编辑阶段信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,不同阶段的所述编辑阶段信息具有不同的信息内容,所述信息内容包括显示状态和标识内容。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,所述第二文档的标题的关联区域显示有状态标识,所述状态标识用于表示所述第二文档是否与关联人员建立了关联关系。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,包括:响应于所述第二文档未与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第一状态标识;响应于所述第二文档已与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第二状态标识。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,包括:响应于所述关联人员已处理所述第二文档,显示第三状态标识。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,所述编辑操作包括对第二文档的内容的修改操作和/或评论操作,所述编辑信息包括进行所述编辑操作的用户信息和所述编辑操作的操作内容。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,还包括:生成所述第二文档的正式版本,生成所述第二文档的正式版本包括:基于所述关联人员中的预设关联人员的预设操作,生成所述第二文档的正式版本。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,所述第一文档为本地文档,所述第二文档文为可多人协作的文档。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理装置,所述信息处理装置包括:文档接收模块,配置为接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;关系建立模块,配置为建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;编辑模块,配置为接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行上述的方法。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;
    建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;
    接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系之前,包括:在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示人员推荐信息、人员搜索控件和/或分享控件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系,包括:
    显示所述关联人员的身份信息和编辑阶段信息,所述编辑阶段信息用于表示所述关联人员对所述第二文档的处理进度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于所述关联人员对所述第二文档的查看操作,将所述编辑阶段信息由第一编辑阶段信息变更为第二编辑阶段信息;或者,
    响应于所述关联人员对所述第二文档中预设控件的触发操作,将所述编辑阶段信息由第二编辑阶段信息变更为第三编辑阶段信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,
    不同阶段的所述编辑阶段信息具有不同的信息内容,所述信息内容包括显示状态和标识内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述第二文档的标题的关联区域显示有状态标识,所述状态标识用于表示所述第二文档是否与关联人员建立了关联关系。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于所述第二文档未与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第一状态标识;
    响应于所述第二文档已与关联人员建立关联关系,显示第二状态标识。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于所述关联人员已处理所述第二文档,显示第三状态标识。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述编辑操作包括对第二文档的内容的修改操作和/或评论操作,所述编辑信息包括进行所述编辑操作的用户信息和所述编辑操作的操作内容。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:生成所述第二文档的正式版本,生成所述第二文档的正式版本包括:
    基于所述关联人员中的预设关联人员的预设操作,生成所述第二文档的正式版本。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一文档为本地文档,所述第二文档文为可多人协作的文档。
  12. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述信息处理装置包括:
    文档接收模块,配置为接收第一文档,根据所述第一文档生成第二文档;
    关系建立模块,配置为建立所述第二文档与至少一个关联人员的关联关系,并在所述第二文档的内容区域的第一关联区域显示所述关联关系;
    编辑模块,配置为接收所述关联人员对所述第二文档的内容区域的编辑操作,基于所述编辑操作在所述第二文档的内容区域的第二关联区域生成编辑信息。
  13. 一种终端,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  14. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
