Abstract

Est décrit, un module d'étiquetage (1) destiné à l'application d'étiquettes (2) obtenues à partir d'une bande (4) de matériau d'étiquetage, sur des récipients (3) conçus pour contenir un produit pouvant être versé, le module (1) comprend : un système d'alimentation (8) servant à alimenter la bande (4) le long d'un trajet d'alimentation (Q) ; un dispositif de coupe (10) servant à couper de manière répétée la bande (4) au niveau d'une station de coupe (T) de manière à séparer séquentiellement la partie d'extrémité libre (4a) de la bande (4) à partir de la bande (4) elle-même et à obtenir ainsi une séquence desdites étiquettes (2) ; et un dispositif de transfert (11) servant à transférer les étiquettes (2) obtenues précédemment, à partir du dispositif de coupe (10) jusqu'à une station d'application (A) ; le dispositif de transfert comprend un tambour à vide (11) conçu pour retenir, au moyen d'une aspiration, les étiquettes (2) sur sa surface latérale externe (11a), le tambour à vide (11) peut tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (X) pour le transfert angulaire des étiquettes (2) retenues vers la station d'application (A), le tambour à vide (11) comprend au moins une paire de patins de support (15a, 15b) conçus pour retenir une étiquette (2) à la fois afin de déterminer son transfert et comprenant un patin avant (15a) servant à retenir une extrémité avant (2a) de l'étiquette (2) et un patin arrière (15b) servant à retenir une extrémité arrière (2b) de l'étiquette (2), le patin avant (15a) peut être extrait radialement de ladite surface latérale externe (11a) vers le dispositif de coupe (10) pour saisir l'extrémité avant (2a) et la prélever à partir du dispositif de coupe (10).
