此外,整个注射操作过程中,针筒a、滑动内管单元2以及固定外管单元1这三者都是水平向不能移动的,因此只要所述固定外管单元1垂直压在皮肤上不动,则整个注射操作就不会偏斜,注射针垂直于皮肤插入和拔出,这样拉扯病人皮肤、造成较大疼痛感的概率最低。
所述固定外管单元1包括第一管体101,设置在所述第一管体101的远离皮肤一端位置处的轴向板102,以及择一设置在所述轴向板102径向内侧面上的环向卡合块103、轴向卡合块104。
在本实施例中,所述第一管体101始终垂直压在病人皮肤上,所述滑动内管单元2向前推动,被所述轴向板102挡住,即为推动的终点,此时注射针的插入深度,即为注射操作的预设深度。
最后,所述滑动内管单元2向前推动到位后,既要避免有害的环向旋转,也要避免有害的回退拔出动作,因此所述环向卡合块103与所述滑动内管单元2卡合,避免发生前者、所述轴向卡合块104与所述滑动内管单元2卡合,避免发生后者。
所述滑动内管单元2包括第二管体201,设置在所述第二管体201上并用于插入所述环向卡合块103的滑动用槽口202,以及设置在所述第二管体201的远离皮肤一侧外环面上并用于卡合固定所述轴向卡合块104的完毕用凸出条203。
在本实施例中,所述防护装置安装待作用的状态,即为所述环向卡合块103卡在所述滑动用槽口202内的前部,而所述第二管体201连带针筒a全部插入后,所述环向卡合块103卡在所述滑动用槽口202内的后部,保证整个注射操作中,所述第二管体201与所述第一管体101不会发生环向移动。
此外,所述第二管体201插入所述第一管体101的终点,即为所述完毕用凸出条203向前越过所述轴向卡合块104,此时所述轴向板102正好顶住所述第二管体201后端末尾的所述针筒卡合架单元3,即为插入动作的终点,此时只需避免所述第二管体201再向后回退即可。
因此所述轴向卡合块104向内凸起,卡在所述完毕用凸出条203的后端,避免所述第二管体201连带完毕用凸出条203发生后退,即注射操作前注射针就一直稳定在预设深度。
所述固定外管单元1还包括设置在所述第一管体101的远离皮肤一端位置处并用于向内夹紧所述第二管体201的弯曲板105,所述弯曲板105设置在两个所述轴向卡合块104之间。
在本实施例中,所述弯曲板105的第一个作用,就是一直径向向内夹紧所述第二管体201,避免所述第二管体201连带针筒a过快插入。
此外,所述第二管体201插入到位时,所述弯曲板105也要越过所述完毕用凸出条203,此时所述弯曲板105与所述完毕用凸出条203之间卡合或不卡合均可。
其中,本实施例中,所述轴向板102共四个,加上两个所述弯曲板105共六个。
所述滑动内管单元2还包括设置在所述第二管体201的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上并用于阻挡所述弯曲板105的待位用凸出条204。
在本实施例中,所述防护装置安装后、使用前的待位状态是:所述环向卡合块103卡在所述滑动用槽口202前端槽体内侧面上、所述弯曲板105顶在所述待位用凸出条204的前端侧面上,此时所述第二管体201想要往前意外滑动,则由所述弯曲板105顶住、想要往后意外滑动,则由所述滑动用槽口202前端槽体内侧面卡住,保证待使用状态下所述第二管体201与所述第一管体101连接牢固,不易松动。
所述待位用凸出条204的两端,相较于所述完毕用凸出条203的两端更加缩进。
在本实施例中,所述防护装置需要使用时,需要让所述弯曲板105越过所述待位用凸出条204,此时如果所述待位用凸出条204较长,则所述轴向卡合块104也要保证越过所述待位用凸出条204,这就没必要了,会增大所述第二管体201向前插入使用的阻力。
因此所述待位用凸出条204设置得相对较短,避免与所述轴向卡合块104发生接触,保证所述防护装置的待使用状态解除操作适当得轻松省力。
所述滑动内管单元2还包括设置在所述第二管体201的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上并用于对齐安装所述环向卡合块103的成对限位块205,以及设置在所述第二管体201的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上且对齐所述待位用凸出条204的安装对准用凸出条206。
在本实施例中,所述环向卡合块103对齐所述成对限位块205、所述弯曲板105对齐所述安装对准用凸出条206,则所述第二管体201再施力插入,即可将所述防护装置安装完毕,即为将所述环向卡合块103卡入所述滑动用槽口202,将所述弯曲板105滑动到所述待位用凸出条204跟前。
所述滑动内管单元2还包括设置在所述第二管体201的靠近皮肤一侧端面上并用于径向向外顶起张开所述环向卡合块103、弯曲板105的放大管体207。
在本实施例中,所述环向卡合块103、弯曲板105的径向最内侧端形成的圆形轮廓,是比所述第二管体201的外径要小的,因此所述环向卡合块103、弯曲板105需要先“张开”一点,才能保证所述第二管体201顺利插入所述第一管体101。
因此,所述放大管体207的外径,在所述环向卡合块103、弯曲板105的插入方向上,形成一个“台阶”,保证所述环向卡合块103、弯曲板105顺利滑动所述第二管体201上。
所述针筒卡合架单元3包括设置在所述第二管体201的远离皮肤一侧位置处的施力用孔板301,设置在所述施力用孔板301的远离皮肤侧面上的倒U型板302,以及设置在所述施力用孔板301的侧面上且位于所述倒U型板302内并用于卡合固定针筒施力板b的限位板303。
在本实施例中,针筒a上的两个针筒施力板b,一一对应地卡在两对所述倒U型板302、限位板303之间,则针筒a安装完毕,所述第二管体201在所述第一管体101上插入到底时,注射针凸出所述第一管体101的深度,即为注射深度。
此外,所述施力用孔板301的作用之一,与针筒施力板b一致,也是让食指和中指钩住,以保证大拇指稳定的推入操作。
所述倒U型板302、限位板303的数量一共四对,四个所述倒U型板302的中间板依次连接,形成一个矩形框体。
在本实施例中,四个所述倒U型板302连接成整体,可以保证所述针筒卡合架单元3的结构强度更大,注塑生产更加方便,因此四个所述倒U型板302的整体形状,就是一个矩形框体,加四个连接柱,保证针筒施力板b可以有效地越过这个矩形框体,进入到矩形框体、连接柱、限位板303这三者形成的四面固定的空间位置,保证针筒a在所述针筒卡合架单元3上被完全固定。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种修改。这些都是不具有创造性的修改,只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:包括用于按压在皮肤上的固定外管单元(1),插在所述固定外管单元(1)上并用于插入安装针筒(a)的滑动内管单元(2),以及设置在所述滑动内管单元(2)的远离皮肤一端位置处的针筒卡合架单元(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述固定外管单元(1)包括第一管体(101),设置在所述第一管体(101)的远离皮肤一端位置处的轴向板(102),以及择一设置在所述轴向板(102)径向内侧面上的环向卡合块(103)、轴向卡合块(104)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述滑动内管单元(2)包括第二管体(201),设置在所述第二管体(201)上并用于插入所述环向卡合块(103)的滑动用槽口(202),以及设置在所述第二管体(201)的远离皮肤一侧外环面上并用于卡合固定所述轴向卡合块(104)的完毕用凸出条(203)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述固定外管单元(1)还包括设置在所述第一管体(101)的远离皮肤一端位置处并用于向内夹紧所述第二管体(201)的弯曲板(105),所述弯曲板(105)设置在两个所述轴向卡合块(104)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述滑动内管单元(2)还包括设置在所述第二管体(201)的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上并用于阻挡所述弯曲板(105)的待位用凸出条(204)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述待位用凸出条(204)的两端,相较于所述完毕用凸出条(203)的两端更加缩进。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述滑动内管单元(2)还包括设置在所述第二管体(201)的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上并用于对齐安装所述环向卡合块(103)的成对限位块(205),以及设置在所述第二管体(201)的靠近皮肤一侧外环面上且对齐所述待位用凸出条(204)的安装对准用凸出条(206)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述滑动内管单元(2)还包括设置在所述第二管体(201)的靠近皮肤一侧端面上并用于径向向外顶起张开所述环向卡合块(103)、弯曲板(105)的放大管体(207)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述针筒卡合架单元(3)包括设置在所述第二管体(201)的远离皮肤一侧位置处的施力用孔板(301),设置在所述施力用孔板(301)的远离皮肤侧面上的倒U型板(302),以及设置在所述施力用孔板(301)的侧面上且位于所述倒U型板(302)内并用于卡合固定针筒施力板(b)的限位板(303)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种注射器用安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述倒U型板(302)、限位板(303)的数量一共四对,四个所述倒U型板(302)的中间板依次连接,形成一个矩形框体。
