Abstract

一种胰岛素注射器,包括:具有推杆头(12)的推杆(10)、套设在推杆(10)之外的筒体(20)、固定在筒体(20)一端的针管(24)、分离式地连接在筒体(20)上的凸块(26)、以及固定在筒体(20)外侧且可相对筒体(20)移动并实现针管(24)安全自锁的保护套(40)。推杆(10)相对筒体(20)移动,凸块(26)被保护套(40)所收容。保护套(40)设置有阻止凸块(26)反向运动的锁扣弹片(42)、位于一端且阻止凸块(26)同向继续运动的卡扣部(44)、位于另一端且与凸块(26)初始卡扣配合的至少一凸点(46),且锁扣弹片(42)、凸块(26)及卡扣部(44)三者形成安全自锁。该胰岛素注射器能避免患者间的交叉感染,避免针头二次使用及在使用后或销毁过程中刺伤工作人员,同时能实现自毁。

Description

胰岛素注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种胰岛素注射器。
背景技术
目前市面上使用的胰岛素注射器,通常具有一个将针座处针头罩住的针套。胰岛素注射器使用完毕后,通常需要将针套再次套在针筒上,操作使用者稍有不慎,就有被针扎的危险。而且胰岛素注射器体积较小,尤其残留量又有严格的要求,要实现安全自毁较为困难。另外现有的胰岛素注射器也仅能看到一些所谓的一次性使用或是自毁式胰岛素注射器,但重点是此类注射器并不符合安全的原则,使用后终究仍需将针套套回,所以遭针扎的风险仍然无法避免。中国实用新型专利CN202207369U提供了一种“胰岛素注射器”,它包括针筒、芯杆及安装在芯杆前端的活塞,外筒的前端设有凸起的的柱状针座,针头插于针座内,针头与针座之间设有与二者紧密贴合的密封装置。虽然它可以将针头与针座间密封,从而使药液全部注射至针头内,减少了药液的残余浪费。但是,使用完毕后还是需要将针套套在针筒上,连接过程中由于针头暴露在外,还是有可能造成针头扎人的情况发生。因此现有的胰岛素注射器都存在着上述问题,急需改进。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种胰岛素注射器,以提高安全性且能实现自毁,避免二次使用,结构简单且成本低。
本发明的一技术方案是:一种胰岛素注射器,其包括:具有推杆头的推杆、套设在推杆之外的筒体、固定在筒体一端的针管、分离式地连接在筒体上的凸块、以及固定在筒体外侧且可相对筒体移动并实现针管安全自锁的保护套,其中推杆相对筒体移动,所述凸块被保护套所收容,而保护套则设置有阻止凸块反向运动的锁扣弹片、位于一端且阻止凸块同向继续运动的卡扣部、位于另一端且与凸块初始卡扣配合的至少一凸点,且锁扣弹片、凸块、卡扣部三者形成安全自锁。
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步包括如下附属技术方案:
所述锁扣弹片位于卡扣部和凸点之间。
所述锁扣弹片为一对可弹性张开的扩张臂,其中扩张臂的末端与凸块的 第一端平面抵靠接触,而凸块的第二端在不同状态时分别与凸点、卡扣部抵靠接触。
所述凸点的个数为至少三个,且凸块和凸点之间受压时存在弹性变形量。
所述锁扣弹片的一端与保护套相连,而另一端则被空隙包围并可径向自由伸缩。
所述凸块的第一端设置有与扩张臂的末端配合的台阶。
所述凸块的第二端与卡扣部平面抵靠接触。
所述凸块的高度小于保护套的裸露针头一端与凸点之间的长度,也小于扩张臂的末端与卡扣部之间的长度。
其进一步包括可拆卸地套设在针管外侧并防止针管裸露在外的防护帽、以及可拆卸地套设在筒体另一端的推杆帽。
所述筒体设置有允许推杆头在其内往复运动的内腔、和位于一端且固定针管的针管座,其中针管座具有可插入针管的针管通道,且针管通道连接针管和内腔。
本发明的另一技术方案是:一种胰岛素注射器,其包括:具有推杆头的推杆、套设在推杆之外且有内腔的筒体、固定在筒体一端且与内腔相连通的针管、连接在筒体上的凸块、以及固定在筒体外侧且可相对筒体移动并实现针管安全自锁的保护套,其中推杆在内腔往复移动,所述凸块被保护套所收容,而保护套则设置有阻止凸块反向运动的锁扣装置、和位于一端且阻止凸块同向继续运动的卡扣装置,且锁扣装置、凸块、卡扣装置三者形成自锁。
本发明优点是:
本发明不仅避免患者间造成交叉感染,也避免针头二次使用及在使用后或销毁过程中刺伤工作人员,同时能实现保护套的自毁,更安全。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1-5所示,本发明提供了一种胰岛素注射器的具体实施例,其包括:具有推杆头12和推板14的推杆10、套设在推杆10之外且中空的筒体20、固定在筒体20一端的针管24、分离式地连接在筒体20上的凸块26、可拆卸地套设在针管24外侧的防护帽30、固定在筒体20外侧且可相对筒体20移动并内部中空的保护套40、以及可拆卸地套设在筒体20另一端的推杆帽50,其中凸块26被保护套40所收容。
推杆头12和推板14分别为推杆10的两端,其中推杆头12固定套设有胶塞120,而推板14则用于操作者通过拇指施力来促使推杆10运动。
筒体20设置有允许推杆头12在其内往复运动的内腔200、和位于一端且固定针管24的针管座22,其中针管座22具有可插入针管24的针管通道220,且针管通道220连接针管24和内腔200。凸块26卡扣连接在针管座22底部的周围,而防护帽30则套设在针管座22顶部的周围。针管座22的直径小于内腔200的直径。
保护套40设置有阻止凸块26反向运动的锁扣弹片42、位于一端且阻止凸块26同向继续运动的卡扣部44、位于另一端且与凸块26初始卡扣配合的至少一凸点46。
锁扣弹片42位于卡扣部44和凸点46之间,其一端与保护套40相连,而另一端则被空隙包围并可径向自由伸缩。锁扣弹片42为一对可弹性张开的扩张臂,其中扩张臂的末端与凸块26的第一端平面抵靠接触,而凸块26的第二端在不同状态时分别与凸点46、卡扣部44抵靠接触。凸块26的第一端设置有与扩张臂的末端配合的台阶,由此一旦保护套40运动完毕后,将使得凸块26卡在锁扣弹片42和卡扣部44之间,既无法同向继续运动也无法反向运动,实现安全自毁。
凸点46的个数为至少三个,且凸块26和凸点46之间受压时存在弹性变形量,使得用户在同向注射运动时,推动保护套40,允许凸点46和凸块26之间的弹性变形,经过两者之间的过盈配合,再实现凸点46和凸块26之间卡扣的脱离,使得凸块26继续保持同向运动直到抵靠在卡扣部44上。
因此本发明在完成注射动作之后,只要按住保护套,拔出针头,在拔针的同时完成保护套对针头的保护,不仅避免患者间造成交叉感染,也避免针头二次使用及在使用后或销毁过程中刺伤工作人员,同时能实现保护套的自 锁或自毁,更安全。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于其包括:具有推杆头(12)的推杆(10)、套设在推杆(10)之外的筒体(20)、固定在筒体(20)一端的针管(24)、分离式地连接在筒体(20)上的凸块(26)、以及固定在筒体(20)外侧且可相对筒体(20)移动并实现针管(24)安全自锁的保护套(40),其中推杆(10)相对筒体(20)移动,所述凸块(26)被保护套(40)所收容,而保护套(40)则设置有阻止凸块(26)反向运动的锁扣弹片(42)、位于一端且阻止凸块(26)同向继续运动的卡扣部(44)、位于另一端且与凸块(26)初始卡扣配合的至少一凸点(46),且锁扣弹片(42)、凸块(26)、卡扣部(44)三者形成安全自锁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片(42)位于卡扣部(44)和凸点(46)之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片(42)为可弹性张开的扩张臂,其中扩张臂的末端与凸块(26)的第一端平面抵靠接触,而凸块(26)的第二端在不同状态时分别与凸点(46)、卡扣部(44)抵靠接触。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述凸点(46)的个数为至少三个,且凸块(26)和凸点(46)之间受压时存在弹性变形量。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片(42)的一端与保护套(40)相连,而另一端则被空隙包围并可径向自由伸缩。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述凸块(26)的第一端设置有与扩张臂的末端配合的台阶,且所述凸块(26)的第二端与卡扣部(44)平面抵靠接触。
  7. 如权利要求3或6所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所述凸块(26)的高度小于保护套(40)的裸露针管(24)一端与凸点(46)之间的长度,也小于扩张臂的末端与卡扣部(44)之间的长度。
  8. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:其进一步包括可拆卸地套设在针管(24)外侧并防止针管(24)裸露在外的防护帽(30)、以及可拆卸地套设在筒体(20)另一端的推杆帽(50)。
  9. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:所 述筒体(20)设置有允许推杆头(12)在其内往复运动的内腔(200)、和位于一端且固定针管(24)的针管座(22),其中针管座(22)具有可插入针管(24)的针管通道(220),且针管通道(220)连接针管(24)和内腔(200)。
  10. 一种胰岛素注射器,其特征在于其包括:具有推杆头的推杆、套设在推杆之外且有内腔的筒体、固定在筒体一端且与内腔相连通的针管、连接在筒体上的凸块、以及固定在筒体外侧且可相对筒体移动并实现针管安全自锁的保护套,其中推杆在内腔往复移动,所述凸块被保护套所收容,而保护套则设置有阻止凸块反向运动的锁扣装置、和位于一端且阻止凸块同向继续运动的卡扣装置,且锁扣装置、凸块、卡扣装置三者形成自锁。
